同時噴出タイプのエアゾール型クリーム状染毛剤は特開平12−297018号公報でも提案されている。このエアゾール型クリーム状染毛剤は、染毛剤である第1剤、酸化剤である第2剤を別々に使用する際には特に問題は生じないが、第1剤と第2剤を同時に噴出させて使用する場合、その噴出量を調整する必要がある。更に、消費者が使用することを考えるとその噴出量は経時で安定である必要がある。しかしながら、単純にクリーム状染毛剤を内袋を有する耐圧容器に充填し、更に、内袋と耐圧容器間に圧縮ガスを充填した場合、経時での噴出量を評価したとき、経時で噴出量が変化することが多く、経時での噴出量が安定な原液を調製することが困難であることが判明した。また、使用感を向上させるため種々のコンディショニング剤の配合を試みたところ、コンディショニング効果を発揮しなかったり、経時での噴出量の安定性を維持しえないことが判明した。

本発明者は、上記の問題点を解消すべく鋭意検討を行った結果、後述の同時噴出型クリーム状染毛剤組成物が、すすぎ時の使用感や仕上がりのコンディショニング効果に優れ、且つ、噴出する時その噴出量が経時的に安定であることを見いだし、本発明を完成した。
