本発明は粉末洗剤などの粉体を収容する紙製容器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来から粉末洗剤などの粉体を収容する容器としては紙板材を用いてなるものがあり、洗濯用の粉末洗剤のようにほぼ定量ずつ取り出す粉体を収容している商品にあっては、収容物の取り出し易さなどを考慮して容器天部の部分を開閉できるようにした紙製容器が使用されている。

例えば下記の特許文献１に示されているように、容器天部から容器胴部の一つの側面板に亘るようにして設けた蓋体を、その蓋体の前記一つの側面板に重ね合わせた蓋体先端部から引き起こすことによって、容器天部に取り出し口を開口する紙製容器が提案されている。そして、この紙製容器では蓋体で取り出し口を閉じた状態に維持するために、前記蓋体先端部の一部分を、この蓋体先端部が重ね合わされている一つの側面板に切り込んで開口した差し込み口に差し入れることができるようにしている。さらに前記一つの側面板の容器内方側に当て板を配置し、一つの側面板と当て板との間に、差し込み口から差し込まれた蓋体先端部の一部分が位置する隙間を確保するようにして前記一つの側面板と当て板とを貼り合わせていて、容器内方側から前記差し込み口を覆って収納物の漏れが生じないようにし、差し込み口に差し込まれた蓋体先端部が収容物と接触しないようにしていた。

この紙製容器においては、蓋体と当て板の上辺部分と貼り合わせ、また、蓋体先端部と一つの側面板側の前記蓋体先端部に対応する部分とを貼り合わせるなどして、流通段階時や店舗での商品陳列時などの取り出し口未開封状態としており、さらに蓋体にあっては、天面板とこの天面板に連接して一つの側面板に重なる折り倒し板とに亘るミシン目、半切れ線などの分離部を介して区分形成されていて、上述したように蓋体先端部からの引き起こしで、貼り合わせ部分の剥離と分離部の分断を伴いながら蓋体が引き起こされるようにしており、流通時などでの紙製容器の密封を確かなものとし、さらには開封に際しては蓋体を簡単に引き起こすことができるようにも工夫されていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このように、粉体洗剤などを収容する紙製容器として未開封時の密閉と易開封操作性を確保し、開封後の取り出し口の閉鎖も、蓋体先端部の上記差し込み口への差し込み操作で行えるものが提案されていたが、これに加えて開封後の取り出し口の再閉鎖を蓋体先端部の側面板への係止にて行えるようにもして、開封後に繰り返される蓋体の開け閉めが適切にして簡単に行えるようにしたいとの要望がなされるようになってきた。
そこで本発明は上記事情に鑑み、蓋体先端部の差し込み部分への差し入れが行えるとともに、その蓋体先端部を一つの側面板側に掛け止めることができるようにすることを課題とし、蓋体を再閉鎖に際して、差し込みと掛け止めとが使用者側で自由に選択できるようにすることを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記課題を考慮してなされたもので、容器天部に位置する天面板が容器胴部の一つの側面板に連接され、該天面板が連接されている前記側面板とは反対側の側面板の外面に、前記天面板に折り部を介して連接した折り倒し板が重ね合わされ、該折り倒し板が重なる前記反対側の側面板の容器内方側には折り倒し板に対応した位置にして当て板が配されているとともに、前記折り倒し板から天面板に亘って引き起こし可能な蓋板が区分形成され、前記折り倒し板に位置する蓋板先端部からの蓋板の引き起こしにより前記容器天部に取り出し口が形成される構成とした紙製容器において、前記蓋板先端部に係止片を設け、かつ該蓋板先端部が重ね合わされる前記反対側の側面板に前記係止片が係脱可能に係止する係止孔を有した支持片を設けて、蓋板先端部を前記支持片に掛け止め可能にするととともに、前記支持片とこの支持片の容器内方側に位置する前記当て板とは、当て板と反対側の側面板との間に蓋体先端部を差し入れ可能な隙間を残して貼り合わされ、前記当て板は、前記隙間に蓋板先端部を差し入れたときの差し入れ部分を覆う大きさに設けられていることを特徴とする紙製容器を提供して、上記課題を解消するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
つぎに本発明を図１から図７に示す実施の形態に基づいて詳細に説明する。
図中１は粉末洗剤などを収容したブロック形状の紙製容器で、図２に示す展開形状としたブランクＡを組み起こし収容物Ｂを入れて製函された紙板材からなるものである。
この紙製容器１では、ブランクＡで示すように当て板２と第一側面板３と底面板４と第二側面板５と天面板６と折り倒し板７とが折り部８を介して一連に連接されていて、前記当て板２が内方となるようにスリーブ状に組み起こすとともに、折り倒し板７を第一側面板３の外面側に重ね合わせて後述する個所で貼り合わせ、さらに第一側面板３、底面板４、第二側面板５、天面板６のそれぞれにおいて側面フラップ９が折り部８を介して連接され、スリーブ形態とした時点で一方の側面フラップ９を折り重ねながら貼り合わせて四枚の側面フラップ９からなる第三側面板１０を形成し、収容物を充填した後に他方の側面フラップ９を折り重ねながら貼り合わせて四枚の側面フラップ９からなる第四側面板１１を形成している。
これによって紙製容器１の容器胴部Ｃはそれぞれ一枚の紙板材となる第一側面板３と第二側面板５とが対向した角柱状とされ、容器天部Ｄに位置する一枚の紙板材である天面板６は、第二側面板５とは反対側の第一側面板３の上部側に重なる折り倒し板７が折り部８介して連接したものとなっている。さらに前記第一側面板３の内方側には上記当て板２が折り重ねられており、第一側面板３を介して折り倒し板７と前記当て板２とが相対している。

第一側面板３の上部に外面側から重ね合わされている上記折り倒し板７の下端形状が図示されているように略Ｍ字形状とされ、この折り倒し板７と天面板６とには、図１に示すように折り倒し板７の切り欠き状の頂部それぞれから、天面板６と第二側面板５との間の折り部８に延びる分離部１２が設けられており、この分離部１２は、折り倒し板７の切り欠き状の頂部それぞれから折り倒し板７と天面板６との間の折り部８の端部側に向けて延びるファスナー部１３と、このファスナー部１３が前記折り部８に到達している部分から天面板６と第二側面板５との間の折り部８に達する半切れ部１４となるものである。天面板６での分離部１２それぞれは、その天面板６の表裏から入れられた半切れ線（紙板材を貫通しない深さの切り込み）を位置ずらししてなるものである。
このように天面板６とこれに連接している折り倒し板７とには分離部１２（折り倒し板７の部分ではファスナー部１３であり、天面板６の部分では半切れ部１４である）が設けられている。そして、この分離部１２によって、折り倒し板７中の部分を蓋体先端部１５とし、前記分離部１２の分断を伴いながらこの蓋体先端部１５から上方に引き起こすことのできる蓋体１６が区画形成されていて、蓋体１６を引き起こすことによって容器天部Ｄに開いた取り出し口１７を得てこの紙製容器１を開封でき、再び蓋体１６を戻すことで取り出し口１７を閉じることができるようにしている（図４参照）。

上述したように折り倒し板７では分離部１２（ファスナー部１３）により蓋体先端部１５を引き起こしできるようにするため、分離部１２を境にして位置する両側の側部１８それぞれが第一側面板３に貼り合わされている。また、蓋体先端部１５には切り込み形成された係止片１９が設けられているとともに、この蓋体先端部１５が重なる位置の第一側面板３の対応部分には、前記係止片１９が係脱可能に係止する係止孔２０を有した支持片２１が設けられている。
さらに第一側面板３の蓋体先端部１５が重なる対応部分には、当て板２と第一側面板３の間の折り部８に沿って貼着部２２が設けられ、蓋体先端部１５と貼り合わされている。図３に示されているようにこの貼着部２２は前記折り部８と上記支持片２１との間に位置していて、支持片２１を第一側面板３中に形成する切り込み２３とこの切り込み２３の両側部から前記折り部８の端部側に伸び、そして前記折り部８上に沿って位置するミシン目２４とによって区分されている（図１参照）。さらに、この貼着部２２では容器内方側に半切れ線２５が折り部８と平行にして入れられ、その半切れ線２５と折り部８との間の領域が、第一側面板３の容器内方側に折り倒されている当て板２に貼り合わされ、未開封の紙製容器１において蓋体先端部１５を引き起こすときにこの領域が層間剥離して当て板２側に残るようにしている。

即ち、未開封の紙製容器１では当て板２と上記貼着部２２と蓋体先端部１５とが貼り合わされていて、そして、開封する際に蓋体先端部１５を引き起こすようにすると剥離残部を当て板２側に残すようにして貼着部２２が蓋体先端部１５と一体となるようにしている。
このように蓋体先端部１５から蓋体１６を引き起こすようにすることで取り出し口１７が得られる。さらに前記蓋体先端部１５が重ね合わされていた部分では、図４に示すように貼着部２２が第一側面板３の上部側から外れて、支持片２１の上縁が単独で表出するようになるとともに、当て板２と第一側面板３との隙間の上部が外部に表れる状態となる。

以上のようにして開封を行う本紙製容器１では、上述したように蓋体先端部１５に係止片１９があり、これに対応して支持片２１に係止孔２０があるため、蓋体１６で取り出し口１７を閉じたのちに係止片１９を係止孔２０に掛け止めることで、蓋体１６による取り出し口１７の再閉鎖が行え、開く場合には係止片１９を係止孔２０から外すようにすればよい。蓋体先端部１５では係止片１９を形成している切り込みに連続して折り罫２６が設けられており、この折り罫２６の位置で蓋体先端部１５に折れを生じさせて係止片１９の係止孔２０に対する係脱操作が行い易くなるようにしている（図５参照）。
また、支持片２１にも係止孔２０の両側に折り罫２６が入れられているとともに、この支持片２１を形成している切り込みが前記折り罫２６の高さ位置に達し、折り罫２６の位置で係止片２１にも折れを生じさせ、同様に係止片１９の係止孔２０に対する係脱操作が行い易くしている。

本紙製容器１では上記貼着部２２の取り外しによって、上述したように当て板２と第一側面板３との隙間の上部が外部に表れる状態となり、上方から支持片２１の裏面に沿わせながら蓋体先端部１５の尖頭部分２７を、その当て板２と第一側面板３との隙間２８に差し入れることができるようにしている。容器内方に折り倒されている当て板２は蓋体先端部１５の尖頭部分２７を抜き差しできる領域の隙間が残るように第一側面板３に対して貼り合わされているものであって、図示の例にあっては当て板２の両側部が第一側面板３の対応部分に貼り付けられている（図７の斜線領域が貼り合わせ部分を示している）。
当て板２自体は上記係止孔２０から収容物がこぼれ出るのを防止するものであるが、その大きさは、上記隙間２８に蓋板先端部１５の尖頭部分２７を差し入れたときにその差し入れ部分を覆う大きさに設けられていて、尖頭部分２７が収容物と極力触れないようにしているものである。この実施例では折り倒し板７の高さ寸法と当て板２の高さ寸法とを同じにし、前記当て板２の両側を第一側面板３の内面側に貼り合わせることで、差し入れた蓋体先端部１５の尖頭部分２７と収容物とが接触し難くなり、収容物との接触を極力避ける状態で蓋体先端部１５を、当て板２と第一側面板３とで抜き差し可能に保持している。

隙間２８に差し入れる蓋体先端部１５と収容物との接触をより確実に防止するには、図７の仮想線で示すように当て板２の高さ寸法を大きくすればよく、高さ寸法を大きく設定した当て板２の側辺と下辺とを第一側面板３の内面側に貼り付け、蓋体先端部１５の尖頭部分２７の抜き差しできる隙間の領域を十分に確保すればよい。

なお、上記当て板２において、蓋体先端部１５の係止片１９が対応する領域２９を、エンボス加工により容器内方に向けて凹陥していて、係止孔２０に係止片１９を通すときにその係止片１９が当て板２にぶつかり難くして係止孔２０に係止片１９が掛け止めし易くなるようにしている。

また、上記蓋体先端部１５は第一側面板３側によっても保持されるものである。図示されるように上記支持片２１の両側には、支持片形成用の切り込みを縦に延長してなるスリット３０が切り込み形成されていて、図６に示すように支持片２１の裏面に沿って蓋板先端部１５を差し入れることで、その蓋体先端部１５の尖頭部分２７が支持片２１の裏面側に入り、かつ尖頭部分２７の両側の部分が支持片２１の両側の表面上に乗り上げるようになって、前記スリット３０それぞれが蓋体先端部１５に噛み込むように設けられている。このスリット３０によっても蓋体先端部１５が抜き差し可能に噛み込み保持され、蓋体１６による取り出し口１７の閉鎖が維持できるようにしている。
このように本紙製容器１では一旦開封したのちには、支持片２１側に蓋体先端部１５を掛け止めたり支持片２１の裏面側に差し入れたりすることで取り出し口を閉じることができ、蓋体先端部１５の止め方を使用者側が自由に選択できるものとなっている。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように本発明は、容器天部に位置する天面板が容器胴部の一つの側面板に連接され、該天面板が連接されている前記側面板とは反対側の側面板の外面に、前記天面板に折り部を介して連接した折り倒し板が重ね合わされ、該折り倒し板が重なる前記反対側の側面板の容器内方側には折り倒し板に対応した位置にして当て板が配されているとともに、前記折り倒し板から天面板に亘って引き起こし可能な蓋板が区分形成され、前記折り倒し板に位置する蓋板先端部からの蓋板の引き起こしにより前記容器天部に取り出し口が形成される構成とした紙製容器であって、前記蓋板先端部に係止片を設け、かつ該蓋板先端部が重ね合わされる前記反対側の側面板に前記係止片が係脱可能に係止する係止孔を有した支持片を設けて、蓋板先端部を前記支持片に掛け止め可能にするととともに、前記支持片とこの支持片の容器内方側に位置する前記当て板とは、当て板と反対側の側面板との間に蓋体先端部を差し入れ可能な隙間を残して貼り合わされ、前記当て板は、前記隙間に蓋板先端部を差し入れたときの差し入れ部分を覆う大きさに設けられていることを特徴とするものである。
これによって、蓋体先端部から蓋体を引き上げて一旦開封したのちには、蓋体先端部の係止片を支持片の係止孔に掛け止めることによって蓋体による取り出し口の閉じ状態を維持できるとともに、蓋体先端部を支持片裏面側に差し入れることによっても取り出し口の閉じ状態を維持でき、使用者側が好みに応じた止め方を行えるようになる。

そして、上記反対側の側面板に、上記支持片に沿って上記隙間に上記蓋板先端部を差し入れたときに蓋板先端部を抜き差し可能に噛み込み保持するスリットが切り込み形成すれば、蓋体先端部を差し入れ保持する場合の手段として利用することができ、構成が簡単で紙製容器の製造コストを引き上げることもなく、また、側面板側でその蓋体先端部を保持する度合いを高めることで、当て板と側面板との間に、蓋体先端部を抜き差し可能にしながら保持するための隙間領域を広く確保する必要がなくなり、収容物の漏れ防止をより一層高めることができるなど、実用性に優れた効果を奏するものである。
