Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention can easily connect a current collector to an isolated trolley line for supplying power or transmitting a signal to a crane, a transport trolley, or the like, where a trolley conductor is separated by a traverser, a turntable, or the like. And a connection pickup guide for the connection.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the insulated trolley line, the current collector runs while the current collector shoe is housed in the opening of the insulating trolley. If there is a traverser, a turntable, or the like in the insulated trolley line, the insulated trolley in that part moves together with the mobile device, so the fixed trolley and the movable trolley must be separated.
[0003]
In order to make it easy for the current collector to connect between the two insulating trolleys 1 and 1 of the dividing portion, a connecting current collector is used for the current collector, and as shown in FIG. Pickup guides 3 and 3 are provided. Each of the pickup guides 3 and 3 has a front end opening wide in a trumpet shape so as to be able to cope with the vertical and horizontal displacement of the current collector. The connecting current collector leaves the one insulating trolley through the pickup guide 3 and moves to the other insulating trolley through the opposing pickup guide 3.
[0004]
The connecting current collector has a shoe 12 attached to the tip of an arm 15 that can move up, down, left and right so that the current collecting can follow the insulating trolley even if it is meandering. The shoe 12 is fixed so as to be sandwiched in a groove provided in the longitudinal direction of the bottom of a plastic shoe case 13.
[0005]
Such a shoe case 13 is supported by a support member 14, and the support member 14 is attached to a pair of arms 15, 15 forming a parallel link. A coil spring 16 is suspended between the pair of arms 15 so as to push the support member 14 upward. The bases of the arms 15, 15 are mounted on a rotating shaft that is rotatably mounted to the left and right sides of a mounting portion such as a transport trolley. In this way, the arms 15, 15 can move up, down, left, and right.
[0006]
When the connecting current collector shoe 12 travels on the insulating trolley 1, it travels while being pressed against the lower surface of the trolley conductor 2 as shown in FIG. 5. Then, in the insulating trolley separating section, the current collector separates from one of the insulating trolleys through the pickup guide 3, and the shoe case 13 comes into contact with the inclined section 3 a of the opposing pickup guide 3, and from the inclined section 3 a of the pickup guide 3. While being guided by the horizontal portion 3b, the shoe 12 moves to the trolley conductor 2 of the other insulating trolley.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-described conventional pickup guide for connection, a gentle slope 3a is provided on the upper surface so that the current collector can return smoothly, but an impact force is applied by contact with the shoe case 13 when the current collector enters. Therefore, in order to prevent the shoe case 13 and each part of the current collector from being damaged by the impact when the current collector enters, the passing speed of the insulating trolley dividing part is suppressed to 2〜 to 3 of the speed at the time of the normal traveling. There is a problem that the use condition is required. In order to avoid this, if the inclination angle of the inclined portion 3a is further reduced, the impact force is reduced. However, in this case, the length of the inclined portion 3a becomes longer, and the space in the length direction of the insulating trolley installation is increased. There was a problem that it was necessary to secure the space.
[0008]
In view of such a problem, the present invention reduces the impact force due to contact with the shoe case at the time of current collector entry without limiting the use conditions to low-speed traveling or making the inclination angle of the inclined portion extremely gentle. It is intended to be able to ease.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the connecting pickup guide of the present invention is provided from the trolleys facing each other of the insulating trolley dividing section toward the other trolley, the lower part is opened, the upper surface is inclined upward, and the tip part is inclined. A pickup guide that opens in a trumpet shape, wherein a shock absorbing plate that absorbs the impact of the traveling current collector is provided below the inclined upper surface. In this way, the impact force due to the contact with the shoe case when the current collector enters can be reduced without limiting the use conditions to low-speed running or making the inclination angle of the inclined portion extremely gentle.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0011]
(1st Embodiment)
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a first embodiment of the present invention. Reference numerals 1 to 3 correspond to those in FIG. 4, 4 is an impact relaxation plate, and 5 is an elastic support device. The shock absorbing plate 4 is formed of a plastic having a low coefficient of friction, and is fixed to the inclined portion of the pickup guide 3 with a plurality of elastic support devices 5.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 2, the elastic support device 5 passes a winding spring 7 through a spring guide 6 vertically mounted on the shock absorbing plate 4, passes it through a hole provided in the pickup guide 3, and then stops with a stopper 8. . In this manner, the shock absorbing plate 4 is elastically attached to the inclined portion of the pickup guide 3, and when the current collector enters the pickup guide 3, first, the shoe case of the current collector and the shock absorber are shocked. The plate 4 comes into contact. At this time, the coil spring 7 on the back surface of the shock absorbing plate 4 is compressed by the impact force applied by the shoe case. As a result, the shock absorbing plate 4 moves together with the winding spring 7 to absorb the shock.
[0013]
The shock absorbing plate 4 is desirably made of plastic having a low coefficient of friction because of its insulating property and shock absorbing property. However, the insulating property is secured by supporting the pickup guide 3 on a building or the like with an insulator or the like. If so, it may be formed of metal.
[0014]
(2nd Embodiment)
FIG. 3 is a diagram showing a second embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 3, 9 is a shock absorbing plate, 10 is a hinge, and 11 is a slide support. In the first embodiment, the impact of the current collector is absorbed by supporting the shock absorbing plate 4 with the winding spring 7. However, in this embodiment, the shock absorbing plate 9 is made of spring steel or the like to itself. It has elasticity, thereby absorbing the impact of the current collector.
[0015]
One end of the shock absorbing plate 9 is fixed to the pickup guide 3 by the hinge portion 10, and the other end is held by the slide support portion 11 so as to be slidable in the longitudinal direction so that the shock absorbing plate 9 does not drop downward. I have. Then, the impact at the time of the current collector entry is absorbed by the flexure of the impact relaxation plate 9.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention is configured as described above, and has the following effects.
That is, in the transfer pickup guide of the present invention, the shock absorbing plate for absorbing the shock of the traveling current collector is provided below the inclined upper surface of the pickup guide. As a result, the impact force due to the contact with the shoe case when the current collector enters can be reduced without limiting the use conditions to low-speed running or making the inclination angle of the inclined portion extremely gentle.
