【発明が属する技術分野】
本発明は、呼吸用マスクに該薬香剤を該加工処理して附加又は浸透させ、呼吸器官を保護し体内に覆被、摂取して従来の服薬や注射では処置できなかった疾病、疾患、中毒等の各諸症状を改善、治癒、癒す事ができる薬効マスクに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来型の呼吸用マスクは、外気からの抗菌、防塵効果と体内の病原菌を外部に放出しない為の防御及び、保護マスクが主流であった。更に、マスク本体に保湿材の着脱や、マスク保護素材の交換や、マスク本体の材料を薬用植物染料で染色して直接や間接に呼吸用マスクとしての使用を提供している。
マスク本体を繋ぎ係止する装着手段には、主にゴム紐が多く使用されている。人工呼吸装置は、麻酔用や酸素補給用に限られ、喘息用の吸引機械装置には、薬剤を蒸気化して水分摂取の加湿療法的な装置のみに使われて来ている。
本発明の呼吸器官系から該薬香剤等を該加工処理して摂取し、病気等の諸症状を改善、治癒する方法は今だ確立されていない。又、口臭抑制、禁煙補助用マスクや浅い香りによる心身のリラクゼーションを処すアロママスクの提供も無い。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記呼吸用マスクは、抗菌、防塵を成し、風邪等の疾病の諸症状から呼吸器官を保護すると共に、体内の病原菌の放出を防ぐ事を主体として限られている。
人工呼吸装置や喘息等を処置する加湿療法的な機械装置は、呼吸器官より麻酔剤や酸素吸入及び、水蒸気化した薬剤と水分摂取に留まっている。呼吸器官の上気道を長時間に渡る吸引加湿機械装置の使用は肺に水が溜まり弊害も多かった。薬は、飲む、塗る、点滴、注射等で疾病の諸症状を改善、治療して来たが、新たな服薬手段として呼吸器官系より該薬香剤を接摂して疾病、疾患等を治癒させる医療用具の開発が求められていた。服薬剤は主に十二指腸から小腸にかけての部位で吸収されるが、そこ迄の到達時間が必要と成り、水に溶解させ吸収を促進しているので、障害も多く、効率も悪く、処置には副作用の弊害も生じていた。イオン化している薬剤は、生体膜が通過しにくく、分子量の小さい薬剤程生体膜を通過しやすいので、附加する該薬香剤により、咳き込み苦しむ心配は無い。外気から病原菌、カビ、粉塵等を防ぐ機能と共に病気の諸症状に応じた該薬香剤を口、鼻、気管、肺等の呼吸器官の上、下気道で微量を継続的に患部に覆被し肺胞から血液と結合して体内に摂取され循環して効果的に該諸症状を改善、治癒する。各種の免疫、中毒、癒や口臭、禁煙用の薬効マスク開発が急務であった。該マスク本体を繋ぎ係止する装着手段に、伸縮材を施しイヤーフックにより脱落を防止する。該マスク本体と肌との不快な水気の感触を遮断する構成を成す。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明に係る薬効マスクは、外気から抗菌、防塵の機能を有し、体内の病原菌を外気に出さぬ事を目的とした呼吸用マスクに加え、マスク本体に疾病、疾患及び各諸症状を緩和、抑制、癒、改善、治癒する為の医薬、漢方薬、化学薬品、生理的、精神的安定剤、口臭、免疫抑制剤、中毒、解毒、禁煙、香料、芳香剤等の治療剤及び、此等に類似の薬剤である事の該薬香剤より成す。この該薬香剤を微細粉末処理や昇華処理、気化処理や液化処理に加工処理して吸引取付部に附加若しくは、浸透させ、細菌や粉塵等及び風邪等の各諸症状から呼吸器官を保護、防御すると共に、呼吸器官の疾患や、心身の疾病を治癒する新たな呼吸器官系からの服薬手段と成す。該薬香剤は、分子量の小さい微細粉末処理や、固体化に構成し化学的に外気に接すると気化する昇華処理や、溶解し液状化させ気化処理に加工して使用する。又、液状化した該薬香剤をパック包装やマスク本体に染み込ませ液化処理に加工して乾燥に伴う手段を用いる。該薬香剤をマスク本体の吸引取付部に直接、又は、他の通気性材料を用い介して間接的に附加して使用する。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の薬効マスクは、吸引取付部５を設け該薬香剤２を該加工処理して附加又は浸透させ殺菌、防塵等を成すと共に心身の疾病を治癒する。人工呼吸装置９に該薬香剤２を填充し、マスク本体１の吸引取付部５と接続して吸引摂取する。成人は通常一日当たり二万回程呼吸し、酸素を肺胞から血液と結合して体内を循環するが、その際マスク本体１の該薬香剤は、口、鼻より空気と共に微細な量を継続して吸気部４から吸引し呼吸器官の上、下気道で体内に覆被、摂取する。呼吸器官の上気道で炎症患部に直接覆被して処置し、下気道の肺胞からは、肺胞毛細血管に酸素と二酸化炭素のガス交換作用と同様に直接体内に摂り込まれ、全身を廻る体循環を経て疾病、疾患部を治癒するので副作用も無く的確な効能を果たす。又、各種の口臭、免疫抑制剤や解毒剤及び、たばこの禁煙剤を附加し、各諸症状を緩和、抑制、癒、改善、治癒して、特に禁煙効果、口臭抑制を促す。更に、化学薬品やハッカ、ミント、ハーブ等の各種の香料、芳香剤の附加、浸透により、浅い香りが精神の安定やストレスを解消し、心身共に癒されるリラクゼーション効果を生み、弱い香りで睡眠を誘い、安眠をもたらす事が可能と成る。マスク本体１の素材は、布、紙、合成樹脂等から形成され薄くて軽い材料を使用し、息苦しさが無く、空気の取り入れによる呼吸障害を生じないものとする。マスク本体の水気や湿気、そして濡れによる肌への不快な感触を遮断、阻止するドライ加工シートを肌とマスク本体の間に附設する。ドライ加工シートは、水蒸気を遮断するので長時間の使用に際し肺に水が溜まる弊害が無く有用と成る。マスク本体１を繋ぎ係止する装着手段は、ゴム紐等の伸縮材６を用いても良いが、マスク本体１を伸縮素材で構成し、マスク本体１に着脱自在な引掛フック状を呈したイヤーフック７で係止する構成を成している。イヤーフック７は、柔軟性、弾力性を有する強靱素材等から形成され、耳に装着し脱落を防止し、耳の付け根に係り止めできるフック状を呈す保護部８を取付てズレ落ちを防止する。

実施例１
本発明の薬効マスクの実施例１を図１を参照して説明する。
該実施例は発明の基本型を示し、従来の呼吸用マスクに於いて、マスク本体１に吸引取付部５を設け、呼吸の際、空気と共に通過する細菌や粉塵を殺菌剤等の該薬香剤２により呼吸の前段階で殺菌、除菌、抗菌、防塵等機能を成す。マスク本体１に疾病、疾患及び各諸症状を緩和、抑制、癒、改善、治癒する為の医薬、漢方薬、化学薬品、生理的、精神的安定剤、口臭、免疫抑制剤、中毒、解毒、禁煙、香料、芳香剤等の治療剤並びに此等に類似の薬剤である事の該薬香剤より成る。該薬香剤２を微細粉末処理や昇華処理、気化処理や液化処理に加工して吸引取付部に附加又は、浸透させる。この該薬香剤２は、分子量の小さい微細粉末処理や、固体化に構成し化学的に外気に接すると気化する昇華処理や、溶解し液状化させ気化処理する。液状化してパック包装やマスク本体に直接染み込ませ液化処理に加工して乾燥に伴う手段を用いる。そして、吸引取付部５に直接若しくは他の通気性材料を介して間接的に附加する。不快なマスク本体の水気や湿気、濡れた感触を遮断、阻止するドライ加工シートを肌とマスク本体の間に附設する。成人は通常一日当たり二万回程呼吸しているので附加、浸透された該薬香剤２を呼吸動作の過程で微細な量を混入し、継続して吸気部４から呼吸器官の上気道や下気道で炎症患部や癌細胞に直接覆被して処置し、体内に摂取され疾病、疾患を治癒することが可能な構成を成す。特に、喘息等の疾患には長時間に継続処置が可能と成り有用である。又、下気道の肺胞からは、肺胞毛細血管に酸素と二酸化炭素のガス交換作用と同様に、直接体内に摂り込まれ全身を廻る体循環を経て疾病、疾患部を治癒することが可能と成る。かつ血液中に直接摂取され循環器を通じて呼吸器系の疾病は基より、それ以外の各種の疾病、疾患や癌細胞を治療する絶大な効果を生む。又、各種の口臭、免疫抑制剤、解毒、禁煙の化学薬品を附加し口臭、禁煙効果等を促す。更に、ハッカやミント等の各種の香料や芳香剤を附加してマスク本体１からの浅い香りが、ストレスを解消し心身共に癒されるリラクゼーション効果を生み、弱い香りで誘眠、安眠をもたらす事が可能と成る。マスク本体１の素材は、布、紙、合成樹脂等から形成され薄くて軽い材料を使用し、息苦しさが無く、空気の取り入れによる呼吸障害を生じないものとする。マスク本体１を繋ぎ係止する装着手段は、マスク本体１の左右両端部にゴム紐等の伸縮材６を係止して用いるが、マスク本体１を伸縮素材で施し金属、合成樹脂、木、竹素材等で形成し短い保護部を取付たイヤーフック７の装着でも良い。

イヤーフック７は、弾力性を有する硬質素材から形成され、耳に装着し脱落を防止する。又、イヤーフック７が耳に係る痛みや不快感を解消し、耳の付け根部位に確実に装着できるフック状を呈す保護部８を取付てズレ落ちを防止する。

マスク本体１の吸引取付部５とイヤーフック７を差し込み保持する部分には、伸縮素材の伸縮材６を用いて構成し、肌への確実な装着を機能させ施す。

この発明は、以上のような構成から成り、次の様な効果や特徴を提供できる。
