Description

【0001】

The present invention is used for cleaning floor surfaces such as cushion floor sheets of stores and offices, vinyl tiles, linoleum, etc., for cleaning dirty mop with water and automatically dewatering water contained in the mop. Device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The present inventor has proposed a mop dewatering device (Japanese Patent Application Nos. 4-171909 and 7-194210) for sucking water contained in a mop by a suction fan and dewatering the mop.
Further, thereafter, a device (Japanese Patent Application No. 7-346522, Japanese Patent Application No. 8-50859) in which such a mop dewatering device and a dust suction mechanism for cleaning the floor are integrated is proposed. A mop squeezing device (Japanese Patent Application No. 11-175112) has been proposed which can be attached to a water receiving tank.
[0003]
However, in actual cleaning work using a mop, it is essential not only to squeeze the mop but also to clean the mop. However, various mop dewatering devices proposed so far squeeze the water contained in the mop. There was no way to clean the mop just by taking it.
For this reason, each of these devices must be cleaned in a different place other than the mop dewatering device, and it takes time to bring the mop to the cleaning place, and it is used unless it is installed in the cleaning place There was a difficulty that I could not do.
In addition, it was not easy to move the apparatus itself to a place near the washing place in order to make it easy to use, because the apparatus itself was heavy.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and enables a dehydration of a used mop to be performed automatically, and a mop can be efficiently cleaned, and can be easily brought into a place where the mop is hung and installed and used. An object of the present invention is to provide a light and compact mop washing dehydrator.
[0005]

And a drain port with a cock for discharging water stored in the bottom plate through a drain pipe to the outside of the case.
[0007]
Further, the dewatering unit forms a water receiving space by the bottom plate and the side plate surrounding the bottom plate, and an upwardly opened dewatering container having a group of small holes on the bottom surface and the side surface in the water receiving space floats from the bottom plate. In a dewatered state and airtightly fixed to the dewatering port, and a suction port is provided on the upper part of the side plate, and a drain port with a pressure-reducing check valve is provided on the bottom plate, and the suction port is suctioned by a motor suction machine. It is configured to be connected to the chamber via an intake pipe.
[0008]
Further, in the above configuration, a water-permeable rubbing plate is provided on the bottom plate of the washing unit so as to face the upper opening with an interval at which a mop can be taken in and out.
[0009]
Further, in the above configuration, an exhaust adjustment chamber surrounding the exhaust chamber is attached to the motor suction device, and a damper with an adjustment rod for adjusting the amount of exhaust discharged to the ventilation path is attached to the exhaust port provided in the exhaust chamber. Then, a bubble injection nozzle having a group of pores is fixedly provided on the bottom plate of the washing section, and the bubble injection nozzle is connected to the exhaust adjustment chamber via an air supply pipe.
[0010]
Still further, in the above-mentioned configuration, a water level maintaining section for providing a water level maintaining water discharge port for maintaining a constant amount of water stored in a water receiving space at the cleaning water level position in the cleaning section and enabling the water to be completely discharged. Is provided on the bottom plate.
[0011]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below based on an embodiment shown in the drawings.
In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, a cleaning port 2 and a dehydrating port 3 having a size into which a mop M can be inserted are opened side by side on the upper surface of the case 1, and below the openings, as shown in FIG. The washing unit 4 and the dewatering unit 5 are provided internally.
Then, below the washing section 4 and the dehydrating section 5, a motor suction machine 6 having a suction chamber 24 and an exhaust chamber 26 is installed as shown in FIGS. The motor suction device 6 has a structure in which three blowing blades 43 are attached to a rotating shaft 45 of the motor, and a strong suction force is obtained in the drawing.
Further, as shown in FIG. 1, an exhaust port 28 that opens from the exhaust chamber of the motor suction device 6 to the outside of the case 1 via a ventilation path (a lower space C in the case) is provided.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 1, the case 1 is provided with a lid 36 that covers an upper opening via a hinge 40. Then, when the lid 36 is closed, the hook 41a can be fixed to the hook receiving fitting 41b.
Further, when the finger holes 35 are provided in the opposite side wall surfaces of the case 1, carrying by both hands becomes easy.
[0014]
As shown in FIGS. 3, 4 and 5, the washing section 4 forms a water receiving space A into which the mop M can be inserted by the bottom plate 7 and the side plate 8 surrounding it.
Then, the tap faucet 11 with the cock 10 connected to the end 46 of the water guide pipe 9 connected to the tap water is disposed above the water receiving space A.
In addition, a drain port 14 with a cock 13 for discharging water stored in the bottom plate 7 through the drain pipe 12 to the outside of the case 1 is provided.
[0015]
Further, in the washing unit 4, the amount of the stored water is kept constant, a water pipe is connected from the bottom plate 7 to the side plate 8, a dust filter is provided in the middle of the water pipe, and a circulation pump is provided. It is also possible to save water by circulating the provided water.
[0016]
The dewatering unit 5 forms a water receiving space B by the bottom plate 15 and the side plate 16 surrounding it.
Then, in the water receiving space B, the upper opening dehydration container 18 provided with the small holes 21 on the bottom surface 19 and the side surface 20 is floated from the bottom plate 15 and airtight to the dehydration port 3. Fix it.
The reason why the dewatering container 18 is formed to be open upward is to make it easier to put the mop M therein. When the dewatering container 18 is further narrowed toward the bottom surface 19 so as to hold the tip of the mop M, air leakage is eliminated and the dewatering suction effect can be further enhanced.
[0017]
In addition, a suction port 22 is opened in the upper part of the side plate 16, and a drain port 23 with a pressure-reducing check valve is provided in the bottom plate 15.
Then, the suction port 22 is connected to a suction chamber 24 of the motor suction machine 6 via an intake pipe 25.
Thus, when the motor suction device 6 is operated, air is sucked from the suction port 22 and the pressure in the water receiving space B below the dehydration container 18 is reduced. Then, water and air contained in the mop M in the dewatering container 18 are sucked into the water receiving space B from the small hole group 21.
The sucked air is discharged from the exhaust chamber of the motor suction device 6 to the outside through the exhaust port 28 via the lower space C in the case.
The water sucked from the dewatering container 18 falls on the bottom plate 15 of the water receiving space B and is discharged to the outside through the drainage pipe 12 from the drainage port 23 with a pressure-reducing check valve.
[0018]
In another embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 3, 4 and 5, the cleaning unit 4 has a water-permeable rubbing plate 29 a such as a net for rubbing the mop M on the bottom plate 7. 29b are spaced apart so that the mop M can be put in and taken out, and the two sheets are opposed to each other in an upwardly open state.
[0019]
Further, in another embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 6, 7 and 8, an exhaust adjustment chamber D surrounding the exhaust chamber 26 is added to the motor suction device 6.
Then, a damper 32 with an adjusting rod 38 for adjusting the amount of exhaust discharged to the lower space C in the case is attached to an exhaust port 27 provided in the exhaust chamber 26, and a fine hole is provided on the bottom plate 7 of the washing unit 4. A bubble injection nozzle 17 having a group 30 is fixedly mounted, and the bubble injection nozzle 17 is connected to the exhaust adjustment chamber D via an air supply pipe 31.
[0020]
In this way, the exhaust discharged from the motor suction device 6 can also be sent to the bubble injection nozzle 17 by adjusting the opening and closing of the damper 32.
[0021]
In the case of this embodiment, when the adjustment rod 38 is turned to open the damper 32 (shown in FIG. 7), the opening 32a of the blower plate covering the exhaust adjustment chamber D and the opening / closing operation plate fixed to the adjustment rod 38 are opened. The air sucked from the exhaust adjustment chamber D surrounding the exhaust chamber 26 of the motor suction machine 6 to the lower space C in the case is discharged by overlapping the openings 32b.
In a state where the damper 32 is closed by turning the adjusting rod 38 (shown in FIG. 8), the overlapping portion between the opening 32a of the blower plate and the opening 32b of the opening / closing operation plate is eliminated (closed), and air bubbles are removed. The entire amount is exhausted (air-supplied) to the air supply pipe 31 connected to the injection nozzle 17, and the air is discharged from the bubble injection nozzle 17 to generate bubbles in the stored water.
However, if completely closed, air may be exhausted and blown up from the bubble injection nozzle 17, and at that time, the opening degree of the opening 32 b of the opening / closing operation plate is adjusted so as to provide an appropriate blowout. .
If a drain valve 48 is provided at the lower part of the air supply pipe 31, it is possible to prevent the backflow water from flowing back into the motor suction device 6.
[0022]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, the washing unit 4 is provided with a water level maintaining discharge port 33 for keeping the amount of stored water constant, preventing overflow, and enabling the entire discharge. Can be provided.
The water amount adjusting section 34 allows the pipe whose lower end fits into the drain port 14 provided in the bottom plate 7 at the lower part of the water receiving space A to be opened and closed by a cock 13 so that the water stored in the washing section 4 can be opened and closed. So that some or all of the water can be drained.
In addition, the water level maintaining water discharge port 33 opens the side wall portion of the pipe at a height of a water level at which the amount of water is desired to be maintained, and the lower end of the pipe is always opened to the drain port 14. The water flowing from the opening can be dropped and discharged to the drain pipe 12 as it is.
Further, if a waste net 44 is attached to the drain port 14, the discharge of the dust that has been washed off by the washing unit 4 is stopped, and the dust is removed by appropriately collecting the dust.
[0023]
Further, a detergent tank and a detergent injecting section (not shown) can be provided, and the detergent can be added to water for washing, so that the washing effect can be further enhanced.
[0024]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, it is convenient to provide a cord storage chamber 37 for connecting to a power supply in the space in the lower space C of the case, since the long cord 42 can be stored compactly.
[0025]
[Action]
Since the present invention is configured as described above, the mop M wetted with water is inserted into the dehydration vessel 18 of the dehydrating section 5 and the switch 39 is turned on to operate the motor suction device 6. The liquid is sucked from the small hole group 21 and falls on the bottom plate 15.
Then, the air sucked in along with the water passes through a lower space C in the case 1 from an exhaust port 27 provided in the exhaust chamber 26 via an intake pipe 25, a suction chamber 24, and an exhaust chamber 26, and a side wall surface of the case. Is discharged to the outside through an exhaust port 28 provided at the bottom.
[0026]
Further, the cock 10 of the tap faucet 11 is opened in the water receiving space A of the washing unit 4 to store tap water up to a certain water level, and a mop M contaminated with dust or the like is inserted into the water, and shakes up and down. In this case, dirt such as garbage falls in the water receiving space A and can be washed with water.
[0027]
In the case where the water rubbing plates 29a, 29b are provided in the washing unit 4, the water rubbing plates 29a, 29b are stored in the water receiving space A of the washing unit 4 in a state where water is stored. The mop M can be rubbed against the mop M, and the dirt on the mop M can be more reliably removed.
[0028]
Further, in a case where the motor suction device 6 is provided with a damper 32 so that exhaust gas can be sent to the bubble generation nozzle 17, if the damper 32 is closed while the motor suction device 6 is operating, the motor suction device 6 Air is pressure-fed to the bubble jet nozzle 17 from the air supply pipe 31 connected to the exhaust chamber 26 via the intake pipe 25, the suction chamber 24, and the exhaust chamber 26, and bubbles are generated in the water stored in the water receiving space A. Can be generated. Then, the inserted mop M can be more effectively cleaned by the agitation of the water by the bubble blowing and the ultrasonic wave generated by the burst of the bubble.
[0029]
【The invention's effect】
In the past, when cleaning and dewatering a mop, the location for cleaning and the location for dehydration were separate, and each task required a lot of time and labor. In addition, the washing was only performed by inserting a mop into a water-filled container and rubbing it, so that dirt could not be sufficiently removed.
[0030]
However, the apparatus of the present invention improves the cleaning effect by providing the water-flowing rubbing plates 29a, 29b and the bubble jet nozzle 17 in the cleaning section 4, and also allows water supply and drainage to be performed together. In the dewatering section 5, sufficient dewatering can be automatically performed by pressing the mop against the bottom of the dewatering vessel 18 in a short time.
[0031]
The cleaning unit 4 and the dewatering unit 5 are compactly housed in a single case, so that the apparatus can be reduced in size and weight. Since the air supply and the dewatering from the small hole group 21 of the dewatering container 18 can be performed at the same time, the ordinary person can easily perform both the cleaning and the dewatering of the mop, and the high efficiency of the mop cleaning operation is achieved. Is realized.
