Description

The present invention relates to a lighting fixture formed by a support plate and a cover, and more particularly to a lighting fixture with a built-in bulb.

Generally, lighting equipment is a light-bulb exterior type in which a light bulb that emits light is exposed to the outside and light is directly radiated to the surroundings, and a translucent glass or acrylic cover that transmits light from the light bulb. There is a built-in light bulb type that covers the light, passes through the cover, and irradiates the light of the light bulb to the periphery.

(4) The present invention relates to a lighting fixture with a built-in bulb, and an incandescent lamp will be described below as an example.

As shown in FIG. 1, in a lighting device with a built-in bulb, an incandescent lamp is formed of a metal support plate 1 attached to a ceiling or a wall, and a glass cover 2 detachable from the support plate 1. . At this time, the outer peripheral surface 3 of the support plate 1 is a helical portion such as a male screw, and the cover 2 has a connecting portion 4 having an inner diameter matching the outer peripheral surface 3 of the support plate 1 at the top. A spiral portion, such as a female screw, is provided inside the coupling portion 4 so as to be coupled to a spiral portion formed on the outer peripheral surface 3 of the support plate 1.

The support plate 1 has an electric wiring for supplying power, and a through hole 5 into which an anchor bolt for fixing the support plate is inserted is formed at the center. A plurality of fixing holes 6 are formed, and a rectangular elongated hole 7 is formed on one side around the through hole 5. Although not shown in the figure, a bracket having a socket attached to the bottom surface of the support plate 1. Is attached.

Electrical wiring for power supply is provided through the central through-hole 5, and a number of fixing holes 6 are connected at equal intervals by inserting fixing bolts from the bottom surface of the support plate 1. The cover 2 is spirally connected to the support plate 1 attached to the ceiling and attached to the ceiling, and integrated. As a result, an incandescent lamp with a built-in incandescent lamp is installed, and power is supplied to the incandescent lamp, so that light from the incandescent lamp is irradiated to the periphery.

However, when the incandescent lamp formed by the metal support plate 1 and the glass cover 2 is mounted on the ceiling and used as described above, when the incandescent lamp installed on the support plate 1 is replaced, The support plate 1 and the cover 2 are spirally connected, and the cover 2 has to be removed by reverse rotation, which is troublesome.

Further, when the cover 2 is fitted to the outer peripheral surface 3 of the support plate 1, even if the cover 2 is fitted smoothly, the support plate 1 formed of a metal material is naturally affected by seasonal changes and heat radiated by an incandescent lamp. When the cover 2 is separated from the support plate 1 after a long time, there is a difficulty.

In particular, incandescent lamps are usually installed in humid places such as bathrooms and verandas where washing and drying stands are installed, and the supporting plate made of metal is used by the moisture and the heat radiated by the incandescent lamp. When the cover 2 is separated, there is a problem that the support plate 1 attached to a ceiling or a wall may be damaged when the cover 2 is separated.

Accordingly, the present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to mainly provide a lighting device having a built-in incandescent lamp on a ceiling, which is mainly formed by a support plate and a cover. Provided is a new and improved luminaire in which an elastic connecting plate is installed on a plate and a projecting connecting portion is formed on an upper portion of a cover so that the supporting plate and the cover can be easily separated / coupled. It is to be.

In order to solve the above problems, according to an aspect of the present invention, in a lighting fixture including a support plate and a cover, the support plate includes a fixing plate fixed to a mounting destination such as a ceiling or a wall, and an elastic means. The cover is formed with a connecting plate integrated with the fixing plate, and the cover is provided with a connecting portion having a connecting protrusion protruding inward at equal intervals on the upper portion, and the fixing plate has a substantially dish-like shape with a concave portion at the center. A plurality of nut holes are formed at equal intervals on the outer edge side of the concave portion, and the coupling plate becomes a convex portion with a central protruding portion. By forming a through hole in the center side of this convex portion, it becomes a substantially donut shape and is fixed. A slide hole is formed at a position corresponding to the nut hole provided on the plate, and a round step portion is provided at the outer edge of the convex portion. An insertion groove is formed in a part of the round step portion, and the round step is formed. The mold part has an inclined part on one side connected to the insertion groove, and the other side has A lighting device is provided, wherein a hanging piece is formed in a convex shape toward the upper side of the stepped round portion, and the elastic means is formed by a coupling bolt and a spring having a thread at an end. .

With such a configuration, in the lighting fixture of the present invention, the end of the coupling bolt to which the spring is fingered passes through the slide hole of the coupling plate and is coupled to the nut hole of the fixing plate, and is fixed to the coupling plate. When the plate is rotated integrally with the inclined portion on one side while the connecting projection of the cover is inserted into the insertion groove of the connecting plate, the spring of the connecting plate is compressed. The cover is rotated by the compression of the spring, the support plate and the cover are integrated, and the cover is stabilized by the elasticity of the spring between the connecting plate and the fixed plate. It becomes easier and smoother.

As described above, according to the present invention, the support plate and the cover can be separated and connected smoothly, and in particular, the lighting device formed by the support plate and the cover is used for a long time, and the support plate is corroded. Even so, since the cover can be easily removed from the support plate by the spring as the elastic means, there is an effect that repair work such as replacement of an incandescent lamp can be smoothly performed.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in FIG. 2, the lighting fixture of the present embodiment includes a support plate 100 and a cover 200 installed on a ceiling or a wall. At this time, the support plate 100 is formed of a fixed plate 10 fixed to the ceiling and a coupling plate 20 integrated with the fixed plate 10 by the elastic means 30. The cover 200 has an upper portion formed with a connecting portion 42 having semicircular connecting protrusions 40 projecting inward at equal intervals, and a lower portion having a substantially hexagonal pyramid shape as shown in FIG. A groove 44 is formed.

The fixing plate 10 provided on the support plate 100 is a substantially disc-shaped concave portion having a recessed central portion, and has a threaded nut hole 12 formed on the inner surface at equal intervals. The coupling plate 20 provided on the support plate 100 is a substantially donut-shaped disk having a through hole 22 at the center of a convex portion formed by projecting the central portion, and matches the nut hole 12 of the fixing plate 10. A slide hole 24 is provided at the position. A round step portion 28 is provided at the outer edge of the coupling plate 20, and an insertion groove 26 is formed by providing a cutout in a part of the round step portion 28. In the present embodiment, three insertion grooves 26 are provided on the outer periphery of the coupling plate 20 at substantially equal intervals. The round step portion 28 has an inclined portion 29 formed on one side continuous with the insertion groove 26, and a hook 46 protruding upward from the round step portion 28 on the other side. I have. Further, the elastic means 30 has a helical portion 32 only at the end, and is formed by a connecting bolt 34 and a spring 36.

At the center of the fixing plate 10 is formed a through-hole 50 through which electric wiring and the like pass, and outside the through-hole 50, a long hole-shaped ceiling attachment in which a fixing bolt for attaching the fixing plate 10 to the ceiling is inserted. A hole 52 and a socket attachment hole 56 to which an incandescent lamp socket, in which an incandescent lamp 60 (see FIG. 4) provided on the bottom surface of the fixing plate 10 is provided, are provided. As described above, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a substantially dish-shaped fixing plate 10 having a concave central portion, and a through inner diameter 22 formed while projecting the central portion. A coupling plate 20 having a substantially donut-shaped disk shape and a support plate 100 in which the fixed plate 10 and the coupling plate 20 are integrated by elastic means 30 are formed.

The cover 200 coupled to the support plate 100 has an upper portion formed with a coupling portion 42 having coupling projections 40 protruding inward at equal intervals, and a lower portion formed with a hexagonal pyramid-shaped groove portion 44. ing.

Next, the operation of the lighting fixture of the present embodiment in the installed state will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIGS. 4A and 4B are longitudinal sectional views of the lighting fixture according to the first embodiment of the present invention in a connected state. FIG. FIG. 4B is a longitudinal sectional view showing a state before rotation, and FIG. 4B is a longitudinal sectional view showing a state where the cover 200 of the lighting fixture according to the embodiment is sandwiched between the coupling plates 20 and rotated along the inclined portion 29. is there.

As shown in FIGS. 4 (a) and 4 (b), the luminaire configured as described above is integrally formed by helically connecting the coupling bolt 34 of the elastic means 30 to the nut hole 12 of the fixing plate 10. The connecting plate 20 is connected to the fixed plate 10 by integrating the connecting bolt 34 with the spring 36 through the slide hole 24 of the connecting plate 20.

At this time, the coupling plate 20 is brought into close contact with the bottom surface of the fixing plate 10 due to the elasticity of the spring 36 which is fingered by the coupling bolt 34 of the elastic means 30, and is coupled with the central portion which becomes the groove of the fixing plate 10. Since the protruding central portion of the plate 20 is in contact, a certain space portion 58 is formed between the outer peripheral surface of the fixed plate 10 and the round step portion 28 of the coupling plate 20.

The coupling projection 40 of the cover 200 is located in the space 58 where the fixing plate 10 and the coupling plate 20 are integrally formed by the elastic means 30. More specifically, semi-circular connecting protrusions 40 having a cross-sectional shape protrude inward from the inner surface of the connecting portion 42 formed on the top of the cover 200 at equal intervals. The coupling protrusions 40 are formed at positions corresponding to the equally-spaced insertion grooves 26 formed in the round step portion 28 of the coupling plate 20.

Therefore, the coupling projection 40 of the cover 200 is inserted into the insertion groove 26 of the coupling plate 20 integrated with the fixing plate 10 and rotated toward the inclined portion 29 formed on one side of the insertion groove 26. The connecting protrusion 40 is mounted on the round step portion 28 while rotating along the inclined portion 29, so that the connecting plate 20 is separated from the fixing plate 10.

At this time, the spring 36 serving as the elastic means 30 is compressed by the distance that the coupling plate 20 is separated from the fixing plate 10. This is because the spring 36 is struck between the coupling bolt 34 and the coupling plate 20. Since these connecting bolts 34 are formed with screw portions 32 at the ends and are connected to the nut holes 12 of the fixing plate 10 fixed to the ceiling, the connecting plate 20 is connected to the connecting bolts 34 through the slide holes 24. Move along.

That is, the coupling projection 40 of the cover 200 is located in the ring-shaped space 58 formed by the substantially dish-shaped fixing plate 10 and the substantially donut-shaped coupling plate 20 projecting from the center. At this time, since the vertical cross-sectional area of the coupling projection 40 matches the vertical cross-sectional area of the space 58 including the inclined portion 29 formed on one side of the insertion groove 26 of the coupling plate 20, the coupling projection 40 described above is used. Is rotated on the side of the inclined portion 29, the rotating coupling protrusion 40 reaches the round step portion 28, so that the coupling plate 20 compresses and lowers the spring 36, and as a result, the cover 200 becomes a support plate. Becomes one with 100.

In addition, the rotation range of the connecting projection 40 of the cover 200 that rotates along the round stepped portion 28 is limited by the hanging piece 46 formed on the rounded stepped portion 28, so that the coupling protrusion 40 is only fixed distance (angle). Rotate.

As described above, when the fixing plate 10 and the cover 20 are used for a long time in a state where the support plate 100 and the cover are connected, even if the fixing plate 10 and the connection plate 20 are corroded by the oxidizing action, the cover 200 is elastically held by the spring 36 of the elastic means 30. When removing the cover 200, the cover 200 can be smoothly rotated.

As described above, according to the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 4A and 4B, the fixing plate 10 and the coupling plate 20 are integrated by the elastic means 30 to form the support plate 100. By forming the connecting portion 42 in which the connecting protrusions 40 protruding at equal intervals are formed inside the upper portion of the cover 200 connected to the support plate 100, the separation and connection become smooth. In particular, the lighting device formed by the support plate 100 and the cover 200 is used for a long time, and even if the support plate 100 is corroded, the repair work such as replacement of the incandescent lamp 60 can be smoothly performed by the spring 36 of the elastic means 30. There is.

Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described with reference to the accompanying drawings, it is needless to say that the present invention is not limited to the examples. It is clear that a person skilled in the art can conceive various changes or modifications within the scope of the claims, and these naturally belong to the technical scope of the present invention. I understand.

For example, in the first embodiment, the shape of the insertion groove 26 of the coupling plate 20 and the shape of the coupling protrusion 40 of the cover 200 are formed to be substantially square and substantially semicircular, respectively. Even if the shape of 40 is another polygonal shape, the operation and effect are the same, so the shapes of the insertion groove 26 and the coupling projection 40 in the present embodiment are merely examples. Although the number of the insertion grooves 26 is three in the embodiment, the number of the insertion grooves 26 is not limited to this number.

Further, as an explanation of the operation of the lighting apparatus according to the first embodiment of the present invention, an example of a single-port incandescent lamp in which one incandescent lamp is installed has been described. It can also be applied to multiport incandescent lamps such as three-port and incandescent lamps and fluorescent lamps.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention is applicable to a lighting fixture.
