Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freely openable fitting (sliding door) having the same thickness which can be fitted regardless of inside and outside.
SOLUTION: When a rail of a width in which the thickness (depth) of the sliding door of a flash of a plain plane enters is made a lintel rail, the sliding door can be opened and closed regardless of inside and outside. It can be solved by the width of a bottom side 1. In order to make the sliding door with the same thickness (depth), it is important that channels 3 are provided on each rail, and can be coped therewith even when any sliding door is manufactured in the same thickness even if the flange of a frame is protruded by the existence thereof.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO

Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to FIG. 1.2.3.4. This is a Kamoi where each rail can be mounted side by side with one, two or three rails depending on the application. The thickness of the fittings (sliding doors) can be fitted into the rails so that there is no front or back. As a matter of course, there are sliding doors with flat frames and uneven fittings, such as design fittings. Then the thickness of the fittings will be different. The fittings (sliding doors) that should have different thicknesses are all manufactured with the same thickness so that they can be opened and closed.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, the fittings (sliding doors) have been processed by carpenters from ancient times to the present day, and the carcasses and sills have been processed by carpenters for 4 minutes and 7 minutes (Figs. 17 and 18). 4 minutes (12 mm + 7 minutes (21 mm) = 33 mm. The opening and closing of the sliding door requires a gap of about 3 mm, and the thickness of the sliding door is 30 mm. It is often 6mm and the thickness is uncertain. Why the thickness is uncertain? It is in the Kamoi and the sill which is decided at 4 minutes and 7 minutes. 4 minutes x 7 minutes processing.
Oh, this is the way you put it in. Why doesn't this sliding door move?
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
In the present invention, the rail sectional view of FIG. FIG. FIG. FIG. Like. The rail cross section of FIG. FIG. FIG. FIG. Like. By combining the cross-sectional views of FIGS. 3 and 4, FIG. FIG. FIG. FIG. Like. Even if a woman or child fits the removed sliding door, it can be fitted without any back, front or back. A flat sliding door. Irregular design sliding doors with picture frames, any sliding doors can be freely opened and closed, even if the same thickness (estimate) is manufactured. This is made possible by providing 3 on each rail.
[0004]
【The invention's effect】
In this way, remove all the sliding doors by general cleaning. Are you to fit later? Which is the front and which is the back? ? No need to worry. Now, the joinery industry manufactures a frame for attaching the joinery together with the joinery, and brings it to the site and attaches it. Since both fittings and frames have several thicknesses, a huge amount of material must be stocked, and errors due to the different thicknesses often occur. 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the present invention. If you stock one type, it will be better with one type each for fittings and frames.
[Brief description of the drawings]
FIG. 1 is a sectional view of a Kamoi rail A type.

FIG. 13 is a cross-sectional view in which a plane sliding door is fitted to a duck material in which a B-shaped rail is dug.
FIG. 14 is a cross-sectional view in which the arrangement of the framed sliding door and the B-type rail is different from FIG.
FIG. 15 is a cross-sectional view in which a C-shaped rail is put into engraved wood and a flat sliding door is fitted.
FIG. FIG. Sectional view with rails assembled into engraved wood and fitted with framed sliding doors [Figure 17] Cross-sectional view with conventional sliding doors fitted [Figure 18] Cross-sectional view with conventional sliding doors fitted [for reference]
1. The ditch of the door and the threshold of the shoji, glass door and flash sliding door is 4 minutes. 7 minutes.
2. Only the groove to fit the fusuma is 3 minutes. 7 minutes. It has become.
3. To insert the upper end of the fitting into the 7-minute groove and support it so that it does not fall down, you must cut out the fitting at 4 minutes and move it.
4. In that case, the fittings always come in and out , that is, front and back .
5. The fittings are not limited to plain (no design) objects. There are a variety of fittings such as glass, paneled, round, corner and kumiko.
6. Then, the forehead is attached to the fittings, and when the forehead is attached, the collar comes out. When the forehead comes out, the fittings have to be made thin.
7. This is at 4 minutes (12 mm) and 7 minutes (21 mm) in the ditch of the Kamoi and Sill, which have been handed down from ancient times to the present.
