Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a door stop that limits a range of a door opening operation.
[0002]
[Background Art]
To prevent the doors from opening too much, such as the handle or door knob attached to the door hitting the wall or window, etc., to prevent them from being damaged or the hinges supporting the door from being deformed or damaged, Door stops are known for limiting the range of the opening operation of the door.
Conventionally, such a door stop is fixed to a floor or a wall and abuts on an opened door to prevent the door from opening beyond the position where the door abuts. Normally, a cushioning material made of rubber or synthetic resin is provided in a portion that comes into contact with the door at the door stop in order to reduce an impact at the time of contact. Further, hooks and rings are provided at positions opposing each other on the door stop and the door contacting the door stop, and the engagement of these hooks and rings enables the door to be maintained in the open state. I have.
[0003]
However, since the door stop fixed to the floor or the wall is provided so as to protrude from the floor or the wall, there is an inconvenience that the door stop is obstructed during cleaning. In particular, when cleaning with a vacuum cleaner, a wide nozzle that is normally used hits a door stop, and the surrounding area cannot be cleaned, so it is necessary to replace the nozzle with a narrow nozzle for clearance, and cleaning is troublesome. Hang on.
As a door stop designed for the purpose of resolving such inconvenience, a door stop disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 6-1677 (conventional example 1) and a door stop disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-339067 ( Conventional example 2) has been proposed.
[0004]
The door stop of Conventional Example 1 is configured so as to be able to be stored under the floor surface, and has a tubular body embedded in the floor and a door stop which is stored in the cylindrical body and attached to be protrudable from the floor surface. And a coil spring for urging the door stop upward. Further, the door stop is provided with a mechanism for maintaining the stored state in which the door stop portion is stored in the cylindrical body and for releasing the stored state.
Therefore, in the door stop of the conventional example 1, since the door stop portion is stored in the cylindrical body, there is no portion protruding from the floor surface, so that the floor surface can be easily cleaned and the storage state of the door stop portion is released. By protruding from the floor, it can function as a door stop.
[0005]
The door stop of Conventional Example 2 is provided with a door stop member and a fixing member, and the fixing member is fixed to a floor surface and a wall surface, and the door stop member can be detachably attached to the fixing member. It is comprised in. That is, the fixing member is formed by bending a plate material to form an L-shape, is fixed by screws at the intersection of the floor surface and the wall surface, and the door stop member is formed having a concave portion, and the concave portion of the door stop member is formed. By fitting to the fixing member, the door stop member is detachably attached. The load when the door comes into contact with the door stop member is supported by the rising portion along the wall surface of the fixed member and the wall.
Therefore, in the door stop of the conventional example 2, since the door stop member can be detachably attached to the fixing member, the door stop member is detached from the fixing member at the time of cleaning, so that the door stop does not become an obstacle and it is easy to clean. it can.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the door stop of Conventional Example 1 has a problem that the number of components such as the cylinder, the coil spring, the storage and release mechanism, and the like is large, the structure is complicated, and the manufacturing cost is increased. Furthermore, since it is necessary to embed the cylinder in the floor, a hole or a dent must be formed in the floor, and it takes time and effort to install the door stop, and there is a problem that replacement after the installation is difficult.
Further, in the door stop of the conventional example 2, since the L-shaped fixing member is fixed to the intersection of the floor surface and the wall surface to support the load against which the door abuts, when installed away from the wall surface, A member dimension that can support the load only at the rising portion of the fixing member is required. In other words, in order for the door stop member not to fall down, the rising portion of the fixing member needs to have the same height dimension as the door stop member. Will protrude from the Therefore, if the door stop of Conventional Example 2 is installed away from the wall surface, the above-described effect of not obstructing the cleaning can not be obtained, and the mounting position is limited.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to provide a door stop which can be easily removed as required, has a simple structure, can be easily installed and replaced, and has a high degree of freedom in a mounting position.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The door stop of the present invention includes a fixing member fixed to a floor or a wall, and a door stop body detachably attached to the fixing member, and one of the fixing member and the door stop body includes the other. An engaging protrusion is provided for engaging with the engaging recess provided on the protrusion. The engaging protrusion includes a protrusion protruding toward the engagement recess, and a protrusion provided on a tip side of the protrusion. A projecting piece extending in a direction intersecting the projecting direction of the portion, wherein the engaging projection and the engaging recess are shifted in a predetermined direction from each other, and the projecting piece locks the engaging recess. The movement of the door stop body in a direction away from a floor or a wall to which the fixing member is fixed is restricted.
[0009]
Here, the "predetermined direction" in which the engaging convex portion and the engaging concave portion are displaced from each other is defined as a force acting when the door comes into contact with the door stop main body or an applied load such as the own weight of the door stop main body. It means a direction in which the door stop body does not easily come off the fixing member. That is, the direction in which the engaging projections and the engaging recesses are appropriately shifted can be set so that a load in a direction opposite to the direction in which the engaging projections and the engaging recesses are shifted from each other is not applied. Further, the “predetermined direction” may be one direction along a straight line, two or more directions including a bent portion in the middle, or a rotation direction along a curved line such as an arc.
[0010]
According to the present invention, the door stop is constituted by the fixing member and the door stop main body, and the door stop main body can be detachably attached to the fixing member fixed to the floor or the wall, so that the door stop is necessary for cleaning. Can be easily removed according to the requirements.
In addition, since the fixing member and the door stop body have a simple structure in which the engaging projections and the engaging recesses that engage with each other are simply provided, there is no need to provide holes or dents in the floor, so that installation and replacement can be performed. Work can be done easily.
Further, since the projection of the engagement projection locks the engagement recess, the engagement state can be maintained without increasing the dimensions of the engagement projection and the engagement recess, and the size of the fixing member can be reduced. Therefore, the fixing member can be attached to an arbitrary position on the floor or the wall without any hindrance, and the degree of freedom of the attaching position can be increased. Further, since the door stop main body is not accidentally detached from the fixing member, it is possible to prevent the door from being excessively opened without impairing the function as the door stop.
[0011]
Further, in the door stop of the present invention, a head in which the projecting piece is provided over the entire periphery of the projecting portion is formed at the tip of the projecting portion, and the engaging recess allows the projecting portion to be inserted. A small hole portion having a hole diameter through which the head cannot be inserted, and a large hole portion having a hole diameter through which the head can be inserted. By displacing the protruding portion and the head inserted into the portion in the direction of the small hole, the head locks the edge of the small hole.
In such a configuration, an engaging projection having a head formed by a protruding piece provided over the entire periphery of the distal end of the projecting portion, and an engaging hole in which a large hole and a small hole are formed continuously. By engaging, for example, by adopting a headed pin or the like as the engagement projection, the engagement projection can be formed more easily, and the edge of the small hole of the engagement hole is engaged with the head. By stopping, movement in a direction other than from the small hole to the large hole is restricted, and the door stop body can be more securely attached. In other words, by appropriately arranging the large hole portion and the small hole portion of the engagement hole in the direction in which an external force such as a force when the door comes into contact or an own weight is applied, the door stop body is inadvertently prepared from the fixing member. So that it does not come off.
[0012]
In the door stop according to the present invention, at least a part of the fixing member or the door stop main body provided with the engagement protrusion is formed of a plate-like member, and the protrusion and the protrusion of the engagement protrusion are provided. The piece is formed by bending a part of the plate-shaped member by cutting and raising, and the engagement recess is an engagement hole having a hole diameter through which the protrusion and the protrusion can be inserted. By inserting a protruding piece into the engaging hole and displacing the protruding piece in the extending direction of the protruding piece, a configuration can be adopted in which the distal end side of the protruding piece locks the edge of the engaging hole.
In such a configuration, by cutting and raising a part of the plate member constituting the fixing member or the door stop main body and forming the engagement projection by bending, another member is formed to constitute the engagement projection. There is no need to prepare, and the number of parts can be reduced. In addition, since the edge of the engaging hole is locked by the distal end side of the protruding piece, the movement of the door stop main body is regulated, and the attached state can be reliably maintained.
[0013]
Furthermore, the door stop of the present invention is characterized in that the door stop is provided with an elastic portion for pressing the door stop body and the fixing member.
Here, the elastic portion may be an elastic member as a separate member attached to the door stop body or the fixing member, or may be formed by processing a part of the door stop body or the fixing member. .
In such a configuration, by providing the door stop main body and the fixing member with an elastic portion for crimping, the door stop main body can be attached to the fixing member in close contact with the door stop main body and the fixing member. The displacement can be prevented, and the mounting state of both can be maintained well.
[0014]
Further, in the door stop according to the present invention, the engaging protrusion is provided on the fixing member, and the engaging recess is provided on the door stop main body.
In such a configuration, by providing an engaging protrusion on the fixing member fixed to the floor or the wall and providing the engaging recess on the door stop body, the thickness of the fixing member other than the portion provided with the engaging protrusion is provided. The size of the fixing member can be reduced, and the protrusion of the fixing member from the floor or wall can be reduced in a state where the door stop body is removed, so that the fixing member does not get in the way. In addition, since no engagement hole is provided on the floor or wall side where dust and dirt tend to accumulate, it is possible to avoid a problem that dust and dirt accumulate in the engagement hole and make it difficult to attach and detach the door stop body.
[0015]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the second and subsequent embodiments, the same components as those described in the following first embodiment and components having the same functions are denoted by the same reference numerals as those in the first embodiment. Their description is omitted or simplified.
[0016]
[First Embodiment]
1 to 3 show a door stop 10 according to the first embodiment. FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view showing a configuration of the door stop 10, FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a method of mounting the door stop 10, and FIG. is there.
1 to 3, a door stop 10 includes a fixing member 11 fixed to a floor 1 of a building or the like, a door stop body 20 detachably attached to the fixing member 11, and an elastic member attached to the fixing member 11. And a corrugated washer 15 as a part.
The door stop 10 has a range of opening operation of the door in order to prevent a protrusion such as a handle or a door knob attached to the door from hitting the wall 2 due to excessive opening of the door (not shown) and damage the wall 2. When the door comes into contact with the door stop 10 from the lower right side in FIG. 1, the door is prevented from going too far to the wall 2 beyond the contact position.
[0017]
The fixing member 11 is made of a substantially triangular metal plate material with rounded corners, with one corner facing the wall 2, and a side opposite to the corner being substantially parallel to the wall 2, near the three corners. It is fixed to the surface of the floor 1 by screws 18 passing through screw holes 19 provided respectively. On the upper surface of the fixing member 11, two engagement pins 12 as engagement projections are juxtaposed in a direction intersecting with the wall 2. The engagement pins 12 may be juxtaposed and protruded so as to be parallel to the wall 2.
The engagement pin 12 has a stem 12A as a projecting portion projecting upward from the upper surface of the fixing member 11, and a head 12B integrally formed at an upper end of the stem 12A and having a larger horizontal projected area than the stem 12A. Have. That is, the engaging pin 12 is formed in a substantially T-shaped cross-section in the vertical direction from a substantially cylindrical stem portion 12A and a substantially disc-shaped head portion 12B having a larger diameter than the stem portion 12A.
The height of the engaging pin 12 is set to 10 mm or less from the upper surface of the fixing member 11 in the present embodiment.
[0018]
The corrugated washer 15 as an elastic portion is formed in a corrugated shape along the circumference of the ring-shaped washer, and is attached to the fixed member 11 through the stem 12A of each of the two engaging pins 12. The inner diameter of the corrugated washer 15 is smaller than that of the head portion 12B of the engaging pin 12, and the corrugated washer 15 is caught on the head portion 12B, so that it does not come off from the engaging pin 12.
The elastic member is not limited to the corrugated washer 15, but may be an elastic member such as a disc spring or a coil-shaped spring washer. Further, the elastic portion may be formed by a method such as cutting and raising a part of the fixing member 11 without being limited to the one to which such a separate elastic member is attached.
[0019]
The door stop body 20 includes a base 21 made of a metal plate having substantially the same shape as the fixing member 11, and a door stop member 25 fixed on the base 21. In the door stop body 20, the side to which the door contacts, that is, the side surface opposite to the wall 2 when the door stop body 20 is attached to the fixing member 11 is the contact side surface 20A.
The base 21 has two engagement holes 22 at positions corresponding to the engagement pins 12 of the fixing member 11, and has screw holes 23 near three corners.
As shown in FIG. 3, the peripheral portion of the engagement hole 22 of the base 21 is pressed so that the upper surface protrudes upward and the lower surface forms a recess in which the corrugated washer 15 is accommodated. Therefore, the lower surface of the base 21 other than the peripheral portion of the engagement hole 22 is in close contact with the upper surface of the fixing member 11 without any gap.
[0020]
The engagement hole 22 is provided to penetrate the base 21, and is capable of inserting a large hole portion 22 </ b> A having a hole diameter capable of inserting the head portion 12 </ b> B of the engagement pin 12 and a stem portion 12 </ b> A of the engagement pin 12. A small hole portion 22B having a hole diameter through which the head 12B cannot be inserted is formed continuously. The engagement hole 22 is arranged with its small hole portion 22B facing the contact side surface 20A.
The direction from the large hole portion 22A to the small hole portion 22B is disposed substantially orthogonal to the contact side surface 20A, but is not limited thereto, and the direction from the large hole portion 22A of the engagement hole 22 to the small hole portion 22B is small. The inclination angle at which the direction toward the portion 22B is inclined with respect to the contact side surface 20A can be set in the range of 0 to 90 degrees.
[0021]
The door stop member 25 is a member made of a synthetic resin in which a flange portion 25A having substantially the same shape as the fixing member 11 and the base 21 in a plane and a column portion 25B rising from the flange portion 25A are integrally formed. The door stop member 25 is fixed to the base 21 by screws 28 that pass through insertion holes 29 provided near three corners of the flange portion 25A.
In addition, the method of fixing the door stop member 25 to the base 21 is not limited to screwing, and a fixing method such as caulking, fitting, or bonding can be adopted.
[0022]
At the upper end of the pillar portion 25B of the door stop member 25, a contact member 26 with which the door contacts is protruded from the contact side surface 20A and is fixed. A ring 27 is rotatably attached through the contact member 26. ing.

In order to make the door stop 10 function as a door stopper, not only the ring 27 is attached to the door stop 10 but also a hook may be attached to the door stop 10 and a ring-shaped member may be attached to the door.
[0023]
A method of mounting the door stop 10 of the present embodiment having the above configuration will be described below.
First, the fixing member 11 is fixed to the floor 1 with screws. At this time, the direction of the fixing member 11 is fixed so that the contact side surface 20A faces the door side opposite to the wall 2 after the door stop main body 20 is attached.
Next, the engagement pin 12 is inserted into the engagement hole 22 while adjusting the direction such that the contact side surface 20A of the door stop body 20 in which the door stop member 25 is screwed and fixed to the base 21 faces the door. At this time, the head 12B of the engagement pin 12 is inserted into the large hole portion 22A of the engagement hole 22 while resisting the elastic force of the corrugated washer 15 abutting on the bottom surface of the base 21.
Finally, by shifting the door stop body 20 in the direction A toward the wall 2 as a predetermined direction, the trunk 12A is inserted into the small hole 22B, and the head 12B locks the edge of the small hole 22B. It becomes.
[0024]
As described above, the door stop body 20 is attached to the fixing member 11 in a state where the head 12B and the edge of the small hole portion 22B are pressed by the corrugated washer 15 for urging the bottom surface of the base 21 upward.
Further, the door stop body 20 is shifted in a direction away from the wall 2, that is, the engaging pin 12 is moved from the small hole portion 22B of the engaging hole 22 to the large hole portion 22A, and the head portion 12B is removed from the large hole portion 22A. Thus, the door stop body 20 can be removed from the fixing member 11.
[0025]
According to the present embodiment, the following effects can be obtained.
(1) The door stop 10 is composed of the fixing member 11 and the door stop main body 20, and the door stop main body 20 can be detachably attached to the fixing member 11 fixed to the floor 1, so that it is necessary for cleaning. The door stop 10 does not get in the way, and the area around the door stop 10 can be cleanly cleaned.
[0026]
(2) Since the door stop 10 has a simple structure in which the fixing member 11 and the door stop main body 20 are provided with the engagement pins 12 and the engagement holes 22 that engage with each other, the floor 1 is provided with holes and depressions. There is no need to perform installation and replacement work easily.
[0027]
(3) The head 12B of the engagement pin 12 locks the edge of the small hole portion 22B of the engagement hole 22 so that the engagement state can be maintained even if the height of the engagement pin 12 is reduced to 10 mm or less. Since the fixing member 11 can be maintained, the fixing member 11 does not become an obstacle, and the fixing member 11 can be attached to an arbitrary position on the floor 1, and the degree of freedom of the attaching position can be increased. Further, since the door stop body 20 does not come off from the fixing member 11 carelessly, it is possible to prevent the door from being opened too much without impairing the function of the door stop 10.
[0028]
(4) The inclination angle at which the direction from the large hole portion 22A to the small hole portion 22B of the engagement hole 22 is inclined with respect to the contact side surface 20A is set in the range of 0 to 90 degrees. Since the movement of the door stop body 20 in a direction other than the direction away from the wall 2 is regulated by the portion 12B locking the edge of the small hole portion 22B, even if the door comes into contact with the door stop 10, The contact body 20 can be prevented from accidentally coming off the fixing member 11.
[0029]
(5) By providing the corrugated washer 15 for crimping the head 12B of the engaging pin 12 and the edge of the small hole portion 22B of the engaging hole 22, the rattle or displacement between the door stop main body 20 and the fixing member 11 is provided. Can be prevented, and the attachment state of both can be maintained satisfactorily.
[0030]
(6) By providing the engaging pin 12 on the fixing member 11 fixed to the floor 1, the thickness dimension of the fixing member 11 other than the portion of the engaging pin 12 can be reduced, and the door stop main body 20 is removed. The protrusion of the fixing member 11 from the floor 1 can be made small so as not to interfere. In addition, since the engagement hole 22 is not provided on the floor side where dust and dirt tend to accumulate, it is possible to avoid a problem that it is difficult to attach and detach the door stop body 20 due to dirt and dust.
[0031]
(7) By providing two engagement pins 12 and two engagement holes 22 each, the rotation of the door stop main body 20 around the engagement pin 12 in a state where the door stop main body 20 is attached to the fixing member 11 is achieved. Can be prevented.
[0032]
[Second embodiment]
FIG. 4 is a perspective view illustrating a door stop 30 according to the second embodiment.
The door stop 30 according to the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in the configuration of the engaging projections and the engaging recesses, and the other configurations and mounting methods are the same as in the first embodiment. is there. Therefore, components different from those of the first embodiment will be described below.
[0033]
In FIG. 4, the door stop 30 includes a fixing member 31 fixed to the floor 1 of a building or the like, and a door stop main body 35 detachably attached to the fixing member 31.
The door stop main body 35 includes a base 36 made of a metal plate and a door stop member 25 fixed on the base 36. In this door stop main body 35, the side where the door contacts is the contact side surface 35A. The door stop member 25 is a member similar to that of the above-described first embodiment.
The base 36 is provided with two planar substantially rectangular engagement holes 37.
[0034]
The fixing member 31 is formed of a metal plate material, and two engagement claws 32 as engagement projections are formed by cutting and raising at positions corresponding to the engagement holes 37 on the upper surface thereof.
The engagement claw 32 has a protruding portion 32A cut and raised upward from the upper surface of the fixing member 31, and a protruding piece 32B extending substantially horizontally from an upper end of the protruding portion 32A. The distance between the projecting piece 32B and the upper surface of the fixing member 31 is slightly smaller than the thickness of the plate material of the base 36, and the tip end of the projecting piece 32B is bent upward.
[0035]
The method of mounting the door stop 30 in the present embodiment having the above configuration is almost the same as that in the first embodiment described above, but only the differences will be described below. The engaging hole 37 is inserted into the engaging claw 32 of the fixing member 31 fixed to the floor 1 while adjusting the direction of the contact side surface 35A of the door stop main body 35. Then, while pushing the projection 32B of the engagement claw 32 upward at the edge of the engagement hole 37, the door stop body 35 is shifted in the direction A toward the wall 2 so that the projection 32B moves the edge of the engagement hole 37. The base 36 is pressed toward the fixing member 31 by the elasticity of the engaging claw 32.
[0036]
According to this embodiment, the following effect is obtained in addition to the effect (1).
(8) Since the door stop 30 has a simple structure in which the fixing member 31 and the door stop main body 35 are provided with the engagement claws 32 and the engagement holes 37 that engage with each other, the floor 1 is provided with holes and depressions. There is no need to perform installation and replacement work easily.
[0037]
(9) Since the protruding piece 32B of the engagement claw 32 locks the edge of the engagement hole 37, the engagement state can be maintained even if the height dimension of the engagement claw 32 is small. Instead, the fixing member 31 can be attached to an arbitrary position on the floor 1, and the degree of freedom of the attaching position can be increased.
[0038]
(10) Since the base 36 is pressed toward the fixing member 31 by the elasticity of the engaging claw 32, the attached state of the door stop main body 35 is maintained, and the door stop main body 35 is not accidentally detached from the fixing member 31. It is possible to stably prevent the door from being excessively opened without impairing the function of the contact 30. Further, even if an elastic portion is not separately provided, the door stop body 35 and the fixing member 31 can be prevented from rattling or displacing, and the mounting state of both can be maintained well, and the number of parts and the number of processing steps can be reduced. be able to.
[0039]
(11) By providing the engaging claw 32 on the fixing member 31 fixed to the floor 1, the thickness of the fixing member 31 other than the engaging claw 32 can be reduced, and the door stop main body 35 can be removed. In addition, the protrusion of the fixing member 31 from the floor 1 can be made small and out of the way. Further, since the engagement holes 37 are not provided on the floor side where dust and dirt tend to accumulate, it is possible to avoid a problem that it is difficult to attach and detach the door stop body 35 due to dirt and dust.
[0040]
(12) By providing two engagement claws 32 and two engagement holes 37, rotation of the door stop main body 35 in a state where the door stop main body 35 is attached to the fixing member 31 can be prevented.
[0041]
[Third embodiment]
FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a door stop 40 according to the third embodiment.
The door stop 40 according to the third embodiment is different from the first embodiment in the configuration of the engagement projections and the engagement recesses, and the other configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment. Therefore, components different from those of the first embodiment will be described below.
[0042]
In FIG. 5, a door stop 40 includes a fixing member 41 fixed to a floor 1 of a building or the like, a door stop main body 45 detachably attached to the fixing member 41, and an elastic portion attached to the fixing member 41. And a corrugated washer 15.
On the upper surface of the fixing member 41, two engagement pins 12 as the same engagement protrusions as those in the first embodiment are arranged and projected in a direction substantially parallel to the wall 2.
[0043]
The door stop main body 45 includes a base 46 made of a metal plate and a door stop member 25 fixed on the base 46. In the door stop body 45, the side where the door comes into contact is the contact side surface 45A. The door stop member 25 is a member similar to that of the above-described first embodiment.
The base 46 has two engaging holes 47. These engagement holes 47 are provided along a circumference having a diameter equal to the interval between the engagement pins 12, and a large hole 47 A through which the head 12 B of the engagement pin 12 can be inserted, and a large hole 47 A And a continuous elongated small hole portion 47B.
[0044]
The method of mounting the door stop 40 in the present embodiment having the above-described configuration is substantially the same as that of the above-described first embodiment, but only different points will be described below. The large hole portion 47A of the engaging hole 47 is inserted into the engaging pin 12 of the fixing member 41 fixed to the floor 1. Then, by rotating the door stop body 45 in the rotation direction B such that the contact side surface 45A of the door stop body 45 is on the side of the door, the head 12B of the engagement pin 12 becomes a small hole portion of the engagement hole 47. It moves to the side of 47B, and locks the edge of the small hole portion 47B.
[0045]
According to the present embodiment, the following effects are obtained in addition to the effects (1) to (3), (5), and (6).
(13) By rotating the door stop body 45 in the rotation direction B, inserting the engagement pin 12 into the small hole 47B of the engagement hole 47, and locking the edge of the small hole 47B with the head 12B. By the action of a linear force such that the door comes into contact with the door stop 40, the door stop main body 45 does not move in the contact direction, and it is possible to prevent the door stop main body 45 from coming off the fixing member 41 carelessly.
[0046]
Although the best configuration and method for carrying out the present invention have been disclosed in the above description, the present invention is not limited to this.
That is, the present invention has been particularly shown and described with particular reference to particular embodiments, but without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention with respect to the embodiments described above. Those skilled in the art can make various modifications in the shape, material, quantity, and other detailed configurations.
Further, the shapes and materials of the fixing members 11, 31, 41 and the door stop bodies 20, 35, 45 for forming the door stops 10, 30, 40 according to the present invention may be arbitrarily determined in the implementation thereof. The present invention is not limited to the shapes and materials described in the above embodiments.
[0047]
In each of the above-described embodiments, the fixing members 11, 31, and 41 are fixed to the floor 1, but the invention is not limited thereto, and the fixing members 11, 31, and 41 can be fixed to the wall 2. At this time, when the door stop bodies 20, 35, and 45 are attached, the direction in which the engaging protrusion and the engaging recess are shifted from each other is determined by the direction of the force acting by the weight of the door stop body, that is, It is desirable to adopt a configuration in which the main body is attached while being shifted.
With this configuration, it is possible to prevent the door stop main body from being accidentally detached from the fixing member, and to improve the attachment state of both.
[0048]
Further, in each of the above-described embodiments, the rotation of the door stop bodies 20, 35, and 45 can be prevented by providing two engagement protrusions and two engagement recesses, but the invention is not limited thereto. The portion and the engagement recess can be each one. As a door stop having one engagement projection and one engagement recess, for example, a structure as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 can be employed.
6 and 7 are perspective views showing the structures of door stops 50 and 60 according to a modification of the present invention.
[0049]
In FIG. 6, a door stop 50 includes a fixing member 51 fixed to a floor or the like of a building, a door stop main body 55 detachably attached to the fixing member 51, and an elastic portion attached to the fixing member 51. And a corrugated washer 15.
On the upper surface of the fixing member 51, one engagement pin 12 as an engagement projection similar to that of the first embodiment is protruded, and a projection 52 is provided adjacent to the engagement pin 12. I have. The protruding portion 52 is formed by cutting and raising a plate material forming the fixing member 51 and has substantially the same height as the engaging pin 12.
[0050]
The base 56 constituting the door stop main body 55 is provided with an engagement hole 22 as an engagement recess similar to that of the above-described first embodiment, and an insertion hole 57 through which the projection 52 can be inserted. The insertion hole 57 is formed in a substantially rectangular shape having substantially the same width as the protrusion 52.
The mounting method of such a door stop 50 is the same as that of the first embodiment described above, and the door stop main body 55 is shifted in the direction A in a state where the engagement pin 12 is inserted into the engagement hole 22 so as to be engaged. The head 12B of the mating pin 12 locks the edge of the small hole portion 22B of the engagement hole 22. At this time, the projection 52 moves in the insertion hole 57 with the projection 52 being inserted into the insertion hole 57.
Therefore, the rotation of the door stop main body 55 about the engagement pin 12 can be restricted by the projection 52 being inserted into the insertion hole 57.
[0051]
In FIG. 7, a door stop 60 includes a fixing member 61 fixed to a floor of a building or the like, a door stop body 65 detachably attached to the fixing member 61, and an elastic portion attached to the fixing member 61. And a corrugated washer 63.
On the upper surface of the fixing member 61, one engagement pin 62 as an engagement protrusion is protruded. The engaging pin 62 has a stem 62A as a protrusion having a rectangular cross section, and a planar rectangular head 62B integrally formed on the upper end of the stem 62A.
The corrugated washer 63 is a flat rectangular annular washer that can be inserted into the stem 62 </ b> A of the engaging pin 62, and is formed in a waveform that is bent vertically along each side. Note that the corrugated washer 63 may have a round ring shape as in the case of the above-described first embodiment.
[0052]
The base 66 constituting the door stop body 65 is provided with one engagement hole 67 as an engagement recess. The engaging hole 67 has a flat rectangular large hole portion 67A through which the head portion 62B of the engaging pin 62 can be inserted, and a width dimension through which the trunk portion 62A of the engaging pin 62 can be inserted and the head portion 62B cannot be inserted. And a flat rectangular small hole portion 67B having a rectangular shape.
The method of mounting the door stop 60 is the same as that of the first embodiment described above, and the door stop main body 65 is shifted in the direction A while the engagement pin 62 is inserted into the engagement hole 67 so that The head 62B of the mating pin 62 locks the edge of the small hole 67B of the engagement hole 67.
Accordingly, the stem 62 </ b> A of the engagement pin 62 abuts on the side surface of the small hole 67 </ b> B of the engagement hole 67, so that the door stop main body 65 can be restricted from rotating around the engagement pin 62.
[0053]
In each of the above embodiments, the door stop bodies 20, 35, and 45 have the bases 21, 36, and 46, and the bases 21, 36, and 46 are provided with the engagement holes 22, 37, and 47. Not limited to this, the base may be omitted and the door stop member may be provided with an engagement hole. As a door stop provided with an engagement hole in a door stop member, for example, a structure as shown in FIG. 8 can be adopted.
FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing a structure of a door stop 70 according to a modification of the present invention.
8, a door stop 70 includes a fixing member 71 fixed to a floor or the like of a building or the like, and a door stop member 75 as a door stop body detachably attached to the fixing member 71. .
On the upper surface of the fixing member 71, three engagement pins 72 as engagement projections are provided in a protruding manner. The engaging pin 72 has a stem 72A as a protruding portion and a head 72B integrally formed on the upper end of the stem 72A, as in the first embodiment.
[0054]
The door stop member 75 includes a flange portion 76 having substantially the same shape as the fixing member 71. The flange portion 76 has three engagement holes 77 as engagement recesses at positions corresponding to the engagement pins 72. Is provided. The engagement hole 77 has a large hole portion 77A through which the head portion 72B of the engagement pin 72 can be inserted, and a small hole having a hole diameter that can insert the stem portion 72A of the engagement pin 72 and cannot insert the head portion 72B. The portion 77B is formed continuously.
The mounting method of such a door stop 70 is the same as that of the first embodiment described above, and the door stop member 75 is shifted in the direction A while the engagement pin 72 is inserted through the engagement hole 77, thereby making the engagement possible. The head 72B of the mating pin 72 locks the edge of the small hole portion 77B of the engagement hole 77.
Therefore, by omitting the base as the door stop body, the number of parts can be reduced and the cost can be reduced.
In this modification, an elastic portion such as a corrugated washer is not provided, and in the present invention, a configuration without such an elastic portion may be adopted.
[0055]
Further, in each of the above-described embodiments, the engaging members are provided on the fixing members 11, 31, and 41, and the engaging concave portions are provided on the doorstop bodies 20, 35, and 45. A mating recess can be provided and an engaging protrusion can be provided on the door stop body. For example, a structure as shown in FIG. 9 can be adopted as a door stop provided with an engaging concave portion in the fixing member and an engaging convex portion in the door stop main body.
FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing a structure of a door stop 80 according to a modification of the present invention.
In FIG. 9, the door stop 80 includes a fixing member 81 fixed to a floor of a building or the like, and a door stop main body 85 detachably attached to the fixing member 81.
The fixing member 81 is formed in a substantially triangular shape from a metal plate material. Of the three corners, two corners other than one corner arranged toward a wall (not shown) are recessed from the middle in the plate thickness direction. An engagement recess 82 is provided.
[0056]
An engagement projection 87 is provided on a base 86 of the door stop body 85 at a position corresponding to the engagement recess 82. The engagement projection 87 has a projection 87A projecting downward along the outer edge of the base 86, and a projection 87B provided at the lower end of the projection 87A and having substantially the same shape as the recess of the engagement recess 82. are doing.
Such a method of mounting the door stop 80 is such that the door stop main body 85 is shifted in the direction A in a state where the engagement convex portion 87 of the door stop main body 85 and the engagement concave portion 82 of the fixing member 81 are aligned. , The engaging projection 87 engages with the engaging recess 82.
Therefore, by providing the engaging concave portion 82 as a recess on the side surface of the fixing member 81, the engaging convex portion 87 of the door stop main body 85 can be engaged without providing a member protruding on the surface of the fixing member 81. Therefore, the number of members projecting upward from the floor surface can be further reduced.
[0057]
Further, in the first embodiment described above, the height of the engaging pin 12 is set to 10 mm or less from the upper surface of the fixing member 11, but the height is not limited thereto, and the height of the engaging pin provided on the fixing member may be changed. It is desirable to set it to 5 mm or less from the upper surface of the fixing member. By doing so, the height of the engagement pins protruding upward from the floor surface is suppressed, so that the cleaning does not become a hindrance and can be easily cleaned.
Further, the engaging pin as the engaging convex portion is obtained by attaching a pin having a substantially columnar stem and a substantially disk-shaped head as shown in the first embodiment to a fixing member. The present invention is not limited to this, and a part of the fixing member may be cut and raised to form a substantially T-shaped or inverted L-shaped side surface.
[0058]
In the above-described first embodiment, the inclination angle at which the direction from the large hole portion 22A to the small hole portion 22B of the engagement hole 22 is inclined with respect to the contact side surface 20A is set in the range of 0 to 90 degrees. However, it is desirable that the inclination angle at which the direction from the large hole portion 22A to the small hole portion 22B of the engagement hole 22 is inclined with respect to the contact side surface 20A is set in the range of 45 degrees to 90 degrees. By setting such an inclination angle, the door stop main body can be made more difficult to come off from the fixing member when a force such as the door abutting on the door stop acts.
[0059]
Further, in each of the above-described embodiments, the fixing members 11, 31, and 41 are fixed to the floor 1 with screws. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the fixing members 11, 31, and 41 may be welded to a metal base material disposed inside the floor. Alternatively, it may be attached to the floor with an adhesive or a double-sided tape.
In the first and third embodiments described above, the corrugated washer 15 as the elastic portion is attached to the fixing members 11 and 41. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the elastic portion may be provided on the door stop body side. Also, the elastic portion may not be provided.
In the above-described second embodiment, the base 36 is pressed toward the fixing member 31 by the elasticity of the engaging claw 32. However, the present invention is not limited to this. You may.
[0060]
