【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、マンションや一般住宅等に設置される浴室ユニットの防水パンと支柱との接続構造及び接続補助具に関するものであり、特に、マンションや一般住宅等に既に設置されている浴室ユニットを改装する場合に好適な既設防水パンと支柱との接続構造、及びその際に使用する接続補助具とに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
マンションなどの集合住宅や一般住宅等に設置される従来例の浴室ユニットを図８（平面図及び縦断面図）に、また、その浴室ユニットのコーナ支柱部の部分図を図９（部分平面図、同縦断面図及び同斜視図）に示した。このような浴室ユニットを新設する場合、浴室空間内にＦＲＰなどの（プラスチック製）防水パン６を設置し、その防水パン周囲のコーナ部に、図９（ハ）に示すように、略四角形（中空）の長尺体のコーナ支柱７〔図９（ロ）や（ハ）ではコーナ支柱７の上部の図示が省略されている〕を立設する。また、平面部にはフラット支柱８を立設する。ここで、コーナ支柱７の下部では、図９（ハ）から分かるように、直角に押し広げるように固定部７ａ，７ａが形成されており、コーナ支柱７はその固定部７ａ，７ａを利用して防水パン周囲のコーナ部（立上り壁６ｂ）にビス５で防水パン６へ固定されている。また、長尺体のコーナ支柱７の略四角形（中空）の一角は、上下にわたり所定の間隙をもって開放されており、その間隙を利用して壁パネル９の端部を引っかけるように挿入する。このとき、直角に近接する壁パネル９どうしの間に生じた間隙に目地（ゴム製又はプラスチック製）１０を挿入・固定して水封する。天井パネル１３は、コーナ支柱７の上部でビス固定し、また、壁パネル９と天井パネル１３との隙間には目地１０を挿入・固定して水封し、浴室ユニットを完成させている。

浴室ユニットを長年使用すると、室内の高温多湿が誘因となり、床面、壁面又は天井面に除去困難な黒カビ等が発生し、外観不良やカビ臭等の問題が起こってくる。壁パネル及び天井パネルが鋼板製のものであると、錆が発生して見苦しくなる。

このような問題が生じた場合に、従来よく行なわれている一つの方法は、その損傷箇所だけを部分的に補修（例えば、塗装やフィルム貼付）する方法である。また、従来よく行なわれている別の方法は、新築若しくは新設同様に、浴室ユニットを全面的に改装する方法である。
後者の方法においては、先ず水道やガスの元栓を止め、浴室内の湯水栓、ガス栓、換気扇等の末端機器を外し、排水口、ドア、額縁等を外し、壁パネル、天井パネルを外し、支柱（コーナ支柱及びフラット支柱）を外して、浴槽及び防水パンを撤去した後、新規に、防水パン及び浴槽を設置して、支柱（コーナ支柱及びフラット支柱）を取り付け、天井パネル、壁パネルを取り付け、ドア、額縁を取り付け、浴室ユニットを完成させる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、前者の部分的補修方法では、長い年月を経過しないうちに補修箇所から錆や腐食が再発し、再度の補修が必要となる。
また、後者の全面的改装方法は、新築若しくは新設同様な真新しい浴室ユニットが得られる利点があるが、改装に時間がかかり、廃棄物も大量に発生する。
本発明は、既設浴室ユニットの構成部品で、再利用可能なものはできるだけ使う（廃棄物を極力出さない）との着想から、比較的故障が少なく、図体の大きい既設防水パンは少なくとも残して再利用し、古い浴室ユニットを新たに改装する方法を提供するものであり、またその場合に好適に使用できる補助部品を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
古くなった浴室ユニットを新たに改装する場合、比較的故障が少なく、図体の大きい既設防水パンは少なくとも再利用することとして、その上に、支柱（コーナ支柱及びフラット支柱）、壁パネル、ドア、天井パネル等を取り付け、浴室ユニットを完成させようとすると、いくつかの問題があることが分かった。その問題のうちの一つは、既設防水パンは、メーカやタイプによって寸法がいろいろであり、そのままでは、多くの場合、その防水パンの上に、（汎用される寸法の）柱フレーム、壁パネル、ドア、天井パネル等が取り付けられないことである。寸法で問題となるケースを分けると、次の二つである。
（ａ）既設防水パンの平面視寸法が、汎用される型の平面視寸法に比べて小さい。
（ｂ）既設防水パンの平面視寸法が、汎用される型の平面視寸法に比べて大きい。
先ずは、上記（ａ）の場合に対応できる方法及び接続補助具を検討し、本発明を完成するに至った。

【作用】
本発明の（支柱用）接続補助具１における支柱支持兼取付部２は、平面視したとき、既設防水パン６の最外周いっぱいかそれよりも外方へ張り出すように形成されているので、その支柱支持兼取付部２の上に載置するように置かれる支柱は、防水パン６の最外周（立上り壁６ｂ）いっぱいかそれよりも外方へ張り出す位置にくる。そのため、取り付ける壁パネル、ドア、天井パネル等の寸法が既設防水パン６対応品に比べて少し大きい寸法であったとしても、取付可能となる。
また、本発明の（支柱用）接続補助具１は、既設防水パン６のコーナ部またはフラット部の形状に適合するように成形されているので、既設防水パン６のコーナ部またはフラット部にビス等の締結具を用いて、堅く固定すれば、以下の（汎用される寸法大きさの）壁パネル、ドア、天井パネルなどを納まりよく取り付けできる。
また、既設防水パンよりも外側に張り出した支柱内に仮に湯気や水が流入したとしても、支柱底部には接続補助具の支柱受け部（水平部）２ａの平面部が接地しているので、防水パン外へ漏水しない。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面を参照して、本発明を更に具体的に説明する。
図１（イ）は、本発明の第１実施例の接続補助具（コーナ用）の斜視図である。この接続補助具（コーナ用）１は一体物で、支柱支持兼取付部２と防水パン結合部３とからなり、支柱支持兼取付部２は、支柱を受けるための支柱受け部（水平部）２ａと支柱を固定するための支柱取付部（縦部）２ｂとからなっている。また、防水パン取付部３は、防水パンの立上り壁６ｂ上端と突き当たる防水パン突き当り部（水平部）３ａと、防水パンの立上り壁６ｂに内側から突き当たる固定用縦部３ｂとからなっている。また、二箇所の防水パン取付部３における二つの防水パン突き当り部（水平部）３ａ，３ａは、防水パン６のコーナ部に対応できるように平面視で略Ｌ字状であり、その水平部３ａの一端からは略直角に連なって二つの折曲部、すなわち固定用縦部（３ｂ，３ｂ）が垂下している。また、防水パン突き当り部（水平部）３ａと同一面を形成する支柱受け部（水平部）２ａからは、反対向きに、略直角に立ち上がる折り曲がりのある立壁、すなわち支柱取付部（縦部）２ｂが立ち上がっている。

先ず、接続補助具（コーナ用）１の支柱支持兼取付部２の中にコーナ支柱７の下部を収めるようにおき、ビス５を用いて接続補助具（コーナ用）１とコーナ支柱７とを堅く固定する。次に、この接続補助具付きのコーナ支柱７を、既設防水パン６の立上り壁６ｂと接続補助具１の防水パン結合部３とを合わせ、立上り壁６ｂの上部に接続補助具１の水平部を載せ、接続補助具１が既設防水パン６のコーナ部に当たるようにしてコーナ支柱７を立て、ビス５を用いて接続補助具（コーナ用）１と既設防水パン６とを堅く固定する。（図１（ロ））。なお、図１（ロ）中、コーナ支柱７の上部の図示は省略されている。また、図から分かるように、接続補助具（コーナ用）１の支柱支持兼取付部２は、平面視したとき、前記防水パン６の最外周（立上り壁６ｂ）いっぱいかそれよりも外方へ張り出すように形成されている。平面部にはフラット支柱を同様にして立設する（図示せず）。

つづいて、長尺体のコーナ支柱７の略四角形（中空）の一角の上下にわたる間隙を利用して壁パネル端部を引っかけるように挿入して壁パネル９を立てる。このとき、直交する壁パネル９どうしの間に生じた間隙に目地（軟質プラスチック製）１０を挿入・固定して水封する。壁パネル９やドア等を組み込んだあとに、その上に天井パネルを載せ、支柱（７，８）の上部で天井パネルをビス固定する。また、壁パネル９と天井パネルとの隙間には目地を挿入・固定して水封する。図２は、第１実施例の接続補助具（コーナ用）１を用いて改装した浴室ユニットのコーナ部で、（イ）はその部分の平面図を示し、（ロ）はその部分の縦断面図である。なお、防水パン６の立上り壁６ｂと接続補助具１の固定用縦部３ｂとの間に、適宜、スペーサ５ａを挿入してもよい。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、比較的故障が少なく、図体の大きい既設防水パンは少なくとも残して再利用するので、省資源となり地球環境にやさしい。
また、本発明によれば、特注サイズの壁パネル、天井パネル、ドア類などを用いることなく、標準寸法（大きさ）の汎用の壁パネル、天井パネル、ドア類などを用いて、古い浴室ユニットを新しく改装することができるので、経済的である。また、既設防水パンを再利用する分、短い工事期間で既設浴室を改装できる。
