【従来の技術】
従来、室温加硫型シリコーンゴム(以下、RTVシリコーンゴムという)のうち、発泡タイプのものは、一定容量の注型硬化成形が正確につくれない、連続発泡の孔サイズが加減できない、大きな柔軟性が得られないなどの欠点があった。
また、従来、シリコーンゴムを利用した人体皮膚に近似する形成物の例として、乳がんにより欠除した胸部の乳房位置に装着する補整具としてのシリコーンゴム製人工乳房があり、このものは、いわゆるフォーム型とバルーン型に分かれ、フォーム型はシリコーンオイルを多量混入したシリコーンゴム製の人工乳房で、バルーン型はシリコーンゴム膜により人工乳房外形を形成して内部に空気を圧入したもので、いずれも柔軟性、弾力性、保形性、強度性などは、ある程度満足させているが、前者は、シリコーンオイルが多量に混入しているため、シリコーンオイルが滲出して、表面が粘着してべたつき、カバーフィルムで全体を被覆する必要がある上に、重くなる欠点があった。後者はゴムそのものの特性を有し、人体皮膚感触とは異なる欠点があった。
そこで、シリコーンゴムの成形時に、食塩の粒体を混合して、硬化後、食塩を水で溶出してシリコーンゴム成形体を多孔化する試みがなされたが、水溶性物質として食塩を使用する試みでは、食塩の水溶解度が小さく、シリコーンゴムに混入し硬化させたのち、水に浸漬して流出させ人体皮膚同様の微細連続多孔質を形成させることは、実用上困難であることが確認された。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、発泡剤を加えることなく、成形後の容積変化を伴うことなく、微細連続多孔質成形体に形成できるようにしたシリコーンゴム多孔質成形体を提供するものである。
また、本発明は、人体皮膚に近似した表面性、感触性、軽量性、柔軟性、弾力性、保形性、強度性等を賦与し、製作容易かつ成形性に優れたシリコーンゴム多孔質成形体を提供すると共に、マネキン、人形、医療教習用ダミー、交通事故実験用ダミーなどのほか、人工乳房(パッドを含む)、その他人体皮膚に近似する形成物やマスク、包帯、カバー等の医療用部品、フィルターなどの製作に適合するシリコーンゴム多孔質成形体を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明シリコーンゴム多孔質成形体は、上記課題を達成するため、水溶性物質の粒粉物と水溶性有機物質の液状物とを均一混合し、硬化剤を加えた室温加硫型シリコーンゴムと均一混合して成形し、硬化後の成形体を水に浸漬して、前記水溶性物質と前記水溶性有機物質とを流出せしめ、乾燥し、連続多孔質成形体に形成したものである。
また、本発明シリコーンゴム多孔質成形体は、上記課題を達成するため、前記水溶性物質の粒粉物にしょ糖類を使用すると共に、前記水溶性有機物質の液状物にエチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール等の多価アルコール類を使用したものである。
また、本発明シリコーンゴム多孔質成形体は、上記課題を達成するため、前記水溶性物質の粒粉物に尿素を使用すると共に、前記水溶性有機物質の液状物にエチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール等の多価アルコール類を使用したものである。
本発明において、室温加硫型シリコーンゴムには、いわゆる公知の1液型RTVシリコーンゴム、2液型RTVシリコーンゴムをすべて含み、また、いわゆる公知の室温硬化型及び低温加熱硬化型のものをすべて含む。また、成形には、液状のRTVシリコーンゴム又はペースト状のRTVシリコーンゴムの注型、又は、塗布が含まれる。
また、本発明において、RTVシリコーンゴムの硬化成形前に、シリコーンオイルを均一混合して、硬化成形後の成形体の硬さを自由に低下させることができる。
また、本発明において、水溶性物質の粒粉物は、食塩その他の水溶性無機物質の結晶、水に溶解する有機物質の結晶はすべて含まれるが、水溶解度の大きいしょ糖類の粒粉物、尿素の粒粉物等が好ましい。
水溶性物質の粒粉物は、通常、粒粉径約30〜約500ミクロン程度が好ましく、これにより細径乃至太径の連続多孔質成形体が形成される。
