Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a cart carrier transfer table for transferring a cart to or from a place having a height difference.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, in the field of logistics, in order to store or move commodities, basket cars provided with casters on a basket body made of metal or plastic pipes accommodating the commodities are widely used. There are also basket cars that can fold the car body by flipping the bottom floor board up or down. This kind of basket car can be moved with the goods stored in the basket body and loaded on a truck or the like, so that the storage or movement of the goods can be performed extremely conveniently.
[0003]
However, it is not unusual for a cart loaded with goods to have a total weight of 300 kg or more, and it is extremely difficult for humans to load and unload this heavy cart with a truck bed with a height difference. Have difficulty. Therefore, a power gate vehicle having a dedicated elevator at the rear of the truck bed is required. Alternatively, a lifting device must be attached to the bed of an existing vehicle. However, they are quite expensive and not economical.
[0004]
In view of the fact that forklift trucks are widely used for loading and unloading luggage, the present inventor uses this forklift truck to easily and economically load and unload carts. We have developed a structure of a transfer table for basket cars that can be used.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and does not require a special device such as an elevator, and is capable of economically and easily loading and unloading a basket car using a forklift car. The purpose is to provide a transfer platform.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, the present invention is a platform for loading and unloading a basket car between places having a height difference, and is provided at a main body base portion on which the car wheel is mounted and at a lower portion of the main body base portion. A forklift truck includes a fork insertion portion, and a bridging member rotatably provided at least in an outward direction on an edge portion of the main body base other than the insertion port of the fork insertion portion. It relates to a cart carrier.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described. FIG. 1 is an overall perspective view of a cart carrier according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a front view thereof, and FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a state in which a cart carrier and a slope carrier are used in combination. FIG. 4 is a schematic plan view showing a state in which the cart is loaded on the truck bed using the cart carrier, and FIG. 5 is a side view thereof.
[0008]
As shown in FIG. 1, a cart carrier transfer table 10 according to the present invention relates to a platform for loading and unloading carts from and to a place having a height difference, and a main body base for mounting the carts. 11, a fork insertion portion 20, and a bridging member 40.
[0009]
The main body base 11 is made of a rigid flat member on which a basket car is placed, and in the example shown in the figure, is made of a non-slip striped steel plate having a convex pattern on the surface. The shape and size of the main body base portion 11 can be appropriately set, but in general, in consideration of a truck bed or the like, the main body base portion 11 is generally rectangular and has a size large enough to mount two basket cars. The main body base 11 of the embodiment is 1400 mm long and 1000 mm wide.
[0010]
A forklift vehicle fork insertion portion 20 is provided below the main body base portion 11. In the embodiment, the two rectangular cylinder members are fixed to the left and right sides on the lower surface side of the main body base 11, but the structure is not particularly limited as long as the fork of the forklift truck can be stably and securely inserted. The front side of the insertion section 20 is opened as an insertion port 21. Incidentally, each of the fork insertion ports 21 has a width of 150 mm and a height of 50 mm.
[0011]
The bridging member 40 is provided at the outer edge 15 of the base 11 other than the insertion port 21 of the fork insertion portion 20 so as to be rotatable at least outward. That is, as is well understood from the front view of FIG. 2, the bridging member 40 becomes a bridging portion (bridge) between the main body base portion 11 and another surface when opened outward. The bridging member 40 is made of a rigid flat member. Here, the bridging member 40 is formed of a non-slip striped steel plate having a surface similar to that of the main body base 11 and having a convex pattern. The width of the bridging member 40 is 300 mm in the embodiment.
[0012]
In FIG. 2, the bridging member 40 indicated by a solid line indicates a flip-up position, and the broken line and the chain line indicate an outward turning position. The position indicated by the broken line symbol 40A is located substantially horizontally with the main body base portion 11, and is a lifting transfer position between a platform such as a truck bed T or a cargo receiving tray (hereinafter referred to as “truck bed T or the like”). The position of the chain line code 40B is at a position inclined downward from the main body base portion 11, and is an inclined ground transfer position between the ground G or a floor surface (hereinafter referred to as “ground G etc.”). It is. The cart is moved between the main body base 11 and the other surface by the bridging member 40 (40A, 40B) opened to the outside.
[0013]
Reference numeral 45 in the figure denotes a hinge member, and in this example, the bridging member 40 is freely rotated. During a lifting operation by a forklift truck described later, the bridging member 40 is lifted up (raised) as shown by the solid line in FIG. As in this example, the bridging member 40 may be lifted so that a part of the bridging member 40 is hooked on the side wall portion 15A, or a suitable stopper (not shown) may be provided. For safety, when the bridging member 40 is flipped up and upright, it is preferable to incline slightly inward as shown in the figure.
[0014]
Numerals 15A and 16 in the drawing denote side walls erected on the periphery of the main body base portion 11 other than the bridging portion 40, and the basket car placed on the main body base portion 11 is derailed from the main body base portion 11. It is provided as necessary in order to prevent this.
[0015]
Next, the use state of the transfer table 10 of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. First, at the ground transfer position where the cart is loaded and unloaded on the ground G or the like, the bridging member 40 of the transfer table 10 is rotated outward as shown by the reference numeral 40B in FIG. The cart is placed on the ground G or the like, and the cart is loaded and unloaded to and from the main base 11 of the transfer table 10 using the inclined surface 40B of the bridging member 40.
[0016]
On the other hand, when loading and unloading a large number of carts, a slope base 50 as shown in FIG. 3 may be used. The slope table 50 has a gentle slope surface 51 sufficient to safely absorb the step between the transfer table 10 and the ground or the like, and can be safely and easily stacked without giving an impact to the products in the car. It is possible to perform the unloading operation. Note that the slope table 50 may be arranged at a predetermined position in the work space, and the cart may be sequentially loaded and unloaded to and from the main base 11 of the transfer table 10 there. In this case, it is preferable that the main base 10 has an open edge 19 connected to the slope surface 51 of the slope base 50. In the figure, reference numeral 52 denotes a guide rail for guiding a caster of a car, and 53 denotes a carrying handle. The slope table 50 is made of a rigid material like the transfer table 10, and the slope surface 51 is particularly made of a non-slip striped steel plate.
[0017]
FIGS. 4 and 5 show a case where the transfer table 10 is lifted by a forklift truck F and the carts C1 and C2 are loaded and unloaded to and from a truck bed T or the like. The forks F1 and F2 of the forklift truck F are inserted into the fork insertion portion 20 of the transfer table 10, the transfer table 10 is lifted and moved to the transfer position, and the main base section 11 of the transfer table 10 is moved to the truck bed T. It goes up and down so that it becomes a position almost horizontal. Then, at that position, the bridging member 40 is rotated outward, and its end 40e overlaps the edge Te of the truck bed T or the like.
[0018]
After the end portion 40e of the bridging member 40 is overlapped with the edge Te of the truck bed T or the like, the carts C1 and C2 can be moved from the transfer platform 10 to the truck bed T or the like via the bridging member 40 or The truck 10 is moved from the truck bed T to the transfer table 10. After the movement of the carts C1 and C2 is completed, the bridging member 40 is flipped up, and the transfer table 10 is separated from the truck bed T or the like by the forklift truck F to a predetermined ground transfer position or another holding position. It is transported to the upper transfer position.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
As shown and described above, according to the basket carrier transfer table of the present invention, a main body base section on which the basket car is mounted, and a fork insertion section of a forklift vehicle provided at a lower portion of the base section, Since it has a simple structure including a bridging member rotatably provided at least in an outward direction at an edge of the main body base other than the insertion port of the fork insertion portion, a special device such as an elevator is used. It is not necessary, and it is possible to load and unload basket cars economically and easily.
