Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a jig used for sliding a marine propeller on a propeller shaft when the marine propeller is mounted on a propeller shaft.
[0002]
[Prior art]
With reference to FIG. 3, a description will be given of how a conventional marine keyless propeller is attached to a propeller shaft and how the shaft is rubbed at that time. FIG. 3A is an explanatory view of the longitudinal section of the boss portion of the propeller and the state of the propeller shaft at the time of shaft sliding, and FIG. 3B is an explanatory view of the longitudinal section of the boss section of the propeller and the state of the propeller shaft at the time of attachment. It is.
[0003]
In recent years, the propeller 1 of a large vessel has a tapered shaft hole portion (hereinafter referred to as a “propeller cone part”) 2 without a key of a boss portion 1 a of the propeller 1 and a tapered shaft portion of a propeller shaft 3 (propeller shaft cone part: Hereafter, a keyless propeller is employed in which a shaft cone part 4 is press-fitted, and the propeller cone part 2 is fixed to both parts 1 and 3 by a surface pressure caused by the expanded strain of the propeller cone part 2.
[0004]
Therefore, since the transmission torque at the fitting portion is proportional to contact area × surface pressure × shaft radius, it is important to ensure a sufficient contact area between the propeller cone part 2 and the shaft cone part 4. However, since the propeller 1 and the propeller shaft 3 are manufactured in different processes, and in some cases, are manufactured at different manufacturing sites, the propeller 1 is used to make the surfaces of the propeller cone part 2 and the shaft cone part 4 coincide with each other. The shaft of the propeller cone part 2 and the shaft cone part 4 of the propeller shaft 3 are aligned.
[0005]
As shown in FIG. 3 (a), the propeller 1 is adjusted to be horizontal H on a pedestal 5 including an adjusting mechanism, and the propeller shaft 3 is raised and lowered by a hanging mechanism such as a crane from above. It is carried out freely (arrow A in the figure) while being suspended from the vertical V.
[0006]
The propeller shaft 3 has a flange 3a at a front end (upper end in the figure) attached to a hanging tool 6 of a crane, and a rear end (lower end in the figure) shaft cone part 4 has a front edge (at a front edge) of the propeller cone part 2. It is placed at a position where it is inserted from the upper edge 2a side in the figure. (Note that in this specification, the side heading in the normal traveling direction of the ship is referred to as “front”, and the side heading backward is referred to as “rear”.)
Prior to insertion, the shaft cone part 4 is coated with paint (for example, “red lead”, “bearing red / blue”, etc.), and the propeller shaft 3 is suspended. Then, the propeller cone part 2 and the shaft cone part 4 are aligned with each other so that the central axes thereof coincide with each other.
[0007]
Thereafter, the propeller shaft 3 is lowered while fine adjustment of the alignment is performed, and the shaft cone part 4 is inserted into the propeller cone part 2 to make contact therewith, and then the propeller shaft 3 is pulled up.
[0008]
Therefore, the portion where the paint is transferred to the propeller cone part 2 is the contact portion, and the portion where the paint is not adhered is the non-contact portion. Therefore, the contact portion is polished, and paint is applied again to the shaft cone part 4. The above steps are repeated to gradually expand the transfer range to obtain a desired contact state. The propeller cone part 2 and the shaft cone part 4 are provided with a top mark so that the position of the propeller shaft 3 in the rotational direction is kept within a certain range.
[0009]
When the shaft sliding is completed as described above, the male screw portion 7 provided at the rear end of the propeller shaft 3 projects rearward (downward in the figure) from the propeller cone part 2 as shown in FIG. Since it is at the position, the jack 9 pushes the gap between the nut 8 screwed to the male screw portion 7 and the rear edge 2b side of the propeller cone part 2 to pull the male screw portion 7 backward (downward in the figure) ( At the same time, when high-pressure oil is press-fitted into an oil groove provided on the inner surface of the propeller cone part 2, the inner surface 2c of the propeller cone part 2 is pushed open, so that the shaft cone part 4 is sufficiently enlarged. 2 is inserted. Thereafter, when the high-pressure oil is discharged, the shaft cone part 4 is fitted in a state where the propeller cone part 2 is expanded, and the propeller shaft 3 is fixed to the propeller 1 with a sufficient surface pressure and a contact area. Then, the jack 9 is removed, the nut 8 is tightened, the nut stopper (not shown) is tightened, the cap 10 is mounted on the boss 1a, and the keyless propeller is mounted on the propeller shaft.
[0010]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional sliding of the marine propeller to the propeller shaft as described above, it is necessary to raise and lower the propeller shaft 3 many times while checking the contact state. If the axis does not coincide with the central axis of the propeller cone part 2, the outer peripheral surface of the shaft cone part 4 comes into contact with the propeller cone part 2 during insertion, and the surfaces rub against each other, making it difficult to determine the paint transfer state.
Therefore, it is necessary to carefully perform the insertion operation, and it is necessary to finely adjust the position of the suspension mechanism such as the crane and the centering each time. In addition, when the contact is made in the middle, it is necessary to apply the paint to the shaft cone part 4 and to wash the propeller cone part 2 again.
[0011]
The present invention solves the above-described problem of shaft alignment performed when mounting a marine propeller on a propeller shaft, and eliminates the need to perform centering every time when inserting a propeller shaft, thereby reducing man-hours. An object of the present invention is to provide a jig for aligning a propeller shaft.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
(1) The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problem. As a first means, a propeller shaft suspended vertically vertically in a propeller cone part of a horizontally disposed propeller is provided. A rubbing jig for a marine propeller used in a rubbing process performed while inserting a cone part and detecting a contact portion, wherein the jig surrounds a parallel portion of the propeller shaft and is slidable radially on a horizontal plane on a frame. Three or more roller supports that are rotatably supported on a horizontal axis perpendicular to the radiation direction toward the parallel portion and that are slid in the radial direction with respect to the frame. A slidable jig for a marine propeller.
[0013]
According to the above configuration, according to the first means, when the marine propeller and the propeller shaft are rubbed together, the propeller shaft part of the propeller shaft suspended vertically is attached to the propeller cone part of the propeller installed horizontally. Insert while aligning, but if the roller is fixed at the position where it is in contact with the parallel part of the propeller shaft in the state where the initial insertion has been done, the propeller shaft will be pulled out and inserted again. When performing this operation, the propeller shaft is guided by a plurality of rollers and inserted in a self-aligned state without performing fine alignment again.
[0014]
Also, in the centering when the shaft cone part is first inserted in the shaft aligning process, if the fine adjustment is performed using the roller, the centering operation can be performed more efficiently.
[0015]
(2) As a second means, the marine propeller jig of the first means is provided with four roller supports at 90 ° intervals on the horizontal plane. Provided is a jig for aligning a propeller shaft.
[0016]
According to the second means, in addition to the operation of the first means, the moving distance at the time of centering can be easily grasped on the vertical and horizontal coordinates.
[0017]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
A jig for aligning a shaft of a marine propeller according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. FIG. 1 is an explanatory view of a longitudinal section of a shaft sliding jig and a boss portion of a propeller and a state of a propeller shaft at the time of shaft sliding using a shaft sliding jig of a marine propeller according to the present embodiment. FIG. 2 is a plan view taken along the line XX in FIG.
[0018]
The shaft sliding in the mounting of the keyless propeller for a ship to the propeller shaft using the shaft sliding jig of the ship propeller according to the present embodiment is the same as the shaft sliding described with reference to FIG. This is the same except that the shaft sliding jig of the marine propeller of the embodiment is used. The same parts are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description will be omitted, and different points will be mainly described below.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 1, a work table 20 is provided around the propeller 1, which is horizontally adjusted on the pedestal 5, and the work table 20 is provided above the boss 1 a of the propeller 1. A shaft sliding jig 11 is provided so as to surround the propeller shaft 3 that moves up and down.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 2, three or more (four in this embodiment) roller supports are supported on the upper surface of the frame 12 so as to be slidable radially C on a horizontal plane. 13, a roller 14 rotatably supported on the roller support 13 on a horizontal axis perpendicular to the radiation direction C, and a slide for sliding and fixing each roller support 13 to the frame 12 in the radiation direction C. It has a mechanism 15. The roller 14 is formed of, or coated with, acrylic or a similar material having a small bending and a high dimensional accuracy such as a radius of rotation, and having no risk of damaging the surface of the propeller shaft 3.
[0021]
The position of the frame 12 of the shaft sliding jig 11 is fixed with respect to the propeller 1 on the pedestal 5 via the work table 20. In the shaft sliding, the shaft sliding jig 11 is moved in the radial direction. The center D of C is substantially aligned with the center axis of the propeller cone part 2, and is preferably set to be aligned.
[0022]
The slide mechanism 15 may be any suitable one as long as it can be individually adjusted and fixed. For example, the slide mechanism 15 may be a combination of a long hole and a bolt and nut for fixing the roller support 13 to the frame 12, or a slide groove and a push. It is a combination of bolts, and may be an electric mechanism or a hydraulic mechanism.
[0023]
When the propeller shaft 3 is suspended vertically as described above and the center axis thereof is inserted into the propeller cone part 2 with the center axis thereof substantially aligned with the center axis of the propeller shaft 3, the roller 14 of the shaft sliding jig 11 is rotated. The roller support 13 surrounding the parallel portion 3c forward (upper in the figure) of the tapered start portion 3b of the shaft cone part 4 and supported on the frame 12 so as to be slidable radially on one horizontal plane has a radial direction. Since it is supported rotatably on the parallel horizontal portion 3c on the horizontal axis, it can be moved forward and backward, abut against the parallel portion 3c, and its position can be fixed.
[0024]
According to the jig for aligning the propeller of a marine vessel of the present embodiment as described above, the propeller cone of the propeller 1 that is horizontally adjusted and installed on the pedestal 5 when the axle of the marine propeller and the propeller shaft are aligned. The shaft cone part 4 of the vertically suspended propeller shaft 3 is inserted into the part 2 while the center axes of the two are aligned by a hanging mechanism such as a crane, but the first insertion is performed. In this state, the roller 14 of the shaft sliding jig 11 is slid toward the parallel portion 3c of the propeller shaft 3 by the slide mechanism 15, and is fixed at the contact position.
[0025]
It is most preferable that the center D in the sliding direction of the plurality of rollers 14 of the shaft sliding jig 11 is aligned with the center axis of the propeller cone part 2. However, even if there is some deviation, the slide mechanisms 15 are individually positioned. Since the adjustment is performed, there is no problem if the position of the roller 14 is fixed in a state where the roller 14 is in contact with the parallel portion 3c of the propeller shaft 3.
[0026]
In this state, when the propeller shaft 3 is pulled out upward and reinserted, the propeller shaft 3 is inserted into the plurality of rollers 14 without causing excessive force without performing fine alignment again. If the position is gradually lowered, the propeller shaft 3 is suspended and maintains the vertical V (see FIG. 3), and is guided by the rollers 14 so that the shaft cone part 4 naturally aligns with the propeller cone part 2. It is inserted as done.
[0027]
Therefore, by using the shaft-propagating jig of the marine propeller of the present embodiment, it is not necessary to perform the centering every time when the shaft cone part 4 is inserted a plurality of times in the shaft-sliding process, thereby reducing man-hours. In addition, in the case of contact due to misalignment, useless work and time, such as re-painting the shaft cone part 4 and cleaning the propeller cone part 2, can be prevented.
[0028]
In addition, in the shaft sliding step, a customer witness inspection or the like is often performed finally, and in such a case, there is an effect that a smooth inspection can be performed.
[0029]
In addition, in the centering when the first shaft cone part 4 is inserted in the centering process, in addition to the positioning by the suspension mechanism, if the centering is finely adjusted using the roller 14 of the centering jig 11, The centering operation can be performed more efficiently.
[0030]
Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described above, it is needless to say that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications may be made to the specific structure within the scope of the present invention.
[0031]
For example, the worktable 20 on which the shaft sliding jig 11 is mounted and the frame 12 of the shaft sliding jig 11 may be integrally formed.
[0032]
As described above, the number of the rollers 14 may be three or more. However, when four rollers are provided at 90 ° intervals as in the present embodiment, it is easy to capture the moving distance in centering on the vertical and horizontal coordinates. Is more preferable.
[0033]
【The invention's effect】
(1) According to the first aspect of the present invention, the shaft cone part of the propeller shaft, in which the shaft sliding jig of the marine propeller is vertically suspended vertically, is inserted into the propeller cone part of the horizontally arranged propeller. A jig for a marine propeller used in an axle sliding step performed while detecting a contact portion, wherein the jig is supported on a frame so as to surround a parallel portion of the propeller shaft and slide radially on a horizontal plane. Three or more roller supports rotatably supported on a horizontal axis perpendicular to the radiation direction toward the parallel portion, and the roller supports are slid and fixed in the radial direction with respect to the frame, respectively. Since it is configured to have a slide mechanism, the propeller cone part of a horizontally mounted propeller is used for sliding the marine propeller and the propeller shaft. , Insert the shaft cone part of the vertically suspended propeller shaft while aligning it, but fix it at the position where the roller is in contact with the parallel part of the propeller shaft with the centering made at the first insertion Then, when the propeller shaft is pulled out upward and reinserted, the propeller shaft is guided by a plurality of rollers and inserted in a self-aligned manner without performing fine alignment again. Therefore, it is not necessary to perform the alignment every time, and the man-hour can be reduced. In the case of the contact due to the misalignment, unnecessary work and time such as repainting and washing can be prevented. Can also be performed smoothly.
[0034]
Also, in the centering when the shaft cone part is first inserted in the shaft aligning process, if the fine adjustment is performed using the roller, the centering operation can be performed more efficiently.
[0035]
(2) According to the second aspect of the present invention, in the shaft propeller jig of the first aspect of the present invention, four roller support bases are provided at 90 ° intervals on the horizontal plane. Therefore, in addition to the effect of the first aspect of the present invention, the moving distance at the time of centering can be easily grasped on the vertical and horizontal coordinates.
