Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a comb floating structure used in a large floating structure such as a mega float.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art In general, a comb-shaped floating structure is used as a large floating structure that is suspended and installed on the water surface so as not to obstruct the flow of a river or seawater.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the above-mentioned conventional comb-shaped floating structure, since the lower part of the leg structure is submerged, an external load such as water pressure is applied larger than the structure other than the leg part, and the structural dynamics is increased. Specifically, the structure gives more cross-sectional rigidity to the longitudinal strength in the cross-section. In this case, the stiffener provided inside the leg is provided more than the stiffener other than the leg. Therefore, there is a problem in that the weight of the device increases, the number of manufacturing steps required for the welding operation and the like increases, and the manufacturing time increases, resulting in an enormous manufacturing cost.
[0007]
Further, in the above conventional comb-shaped floating structure, when the flow rate of the river increases, the flow velocity of the river, which is reduced when flowing out from between the legs, is large because the flow velocity difference before and after the flow is large. Turbulence is generated at the outlet side, and cavitation is generated by the turbulence, and there is a problem that the leg structure is affected by corrosion or the like.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and in terms of manufacturing, the weight is reduced and the manufacturing time is reduced, so that the manufacturing cost is reduced. An object of the present invention is to provide a comb-shaped floating structure in which turbulence of a river at an exit side is suppressed.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention employs the following means in order to solve the above problems.
The invention according to claim 1 is a leg that extends in one direction with an inverted T-shaped cross-sectional profile and is formed by a wall that forms a hollow portion therein, and is bridged over an upper portion of the leg. In a comb-shaped floating body structure that is composed of a floor slab and a part of the leg portion is submerged and floats on the water surface, the wall portion has a side surface swelling as viewed from a cross section. It is characterized in that it has a shape in which protrusion and swelling of the other surface to the side are repeated continuously.
[0010]
According to the present invention, in the comb-shaped floating structure, the shape of the wall portion viewed from the cross section has a shape in which one surface swells continuously and the other surface swells continuously. By doing so, it is not necessary to newly provide a stiffener, so that the overall weight of the leg is reduced and the manufacturing time is shortened.
[0011]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the comb-shaped floating structure according to the first aspect, at least the side wall portion of the wall portion, when viewed from a cross section, swells to the side of one surface and forms the other surface. It is characterized in that it has a shape that continuously repeats bulging to the side.
[0012]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the comb-shaped floating structure according to the first or second aspect, the wall is formed in a shape in which a trapezoid, a rectangle, or a triangle is continuously repeated.
[0013]
According to these inventions, the flow velocity of the river flowing between the legs is such that the shape of the side wall as viewed from the cross section swells to the side of one surface and the swells to the side of the other surface. This is suppressed by the shape that is continuously repeated, and the difference from the flow velocity of the river, which decreases on the exit side of the leg, is reduced. Therefore, generation of turbulence is suppressed.
[0014]

【The invention's effect】
The comb-shaped floating structure of the present invention described above has the following effects.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the wall portion has a shape in which the side surface swells continuously and the other surface swells sideways when viewed from the cross section. This eliminates the need for a stiffener, so that the total weight of the legs and the comb-shaped floating structure is reduced, and the weight of the entire comb-shaped floating structure can be reduced. Further, since the work time for joining the stiffeners by welding is reduced, the man-hour for manufacturing the entire comb-shaped floating structure is reduced, and the manufacturing time can be shortened.
Further, by reducing the manufacturing weight and the manufacturing time of the comb-shaped floating structure, the manufacturing cost of the entire comb-shaped floating structure can be reduced.
[0026]
According to the second and third aspects of the present invention, the flow velocity of the river is such that, when viewed from the cross section, the swelling of one surface to the side and the swelling of the other surface to the side are continuous. Since the flow of the river does not cause a large flow velocity difference before and after flowing out from between the legs, the turbulent flow on the outlet side of the legs is suppressed. Therefore, it is possible to eliminate factors causing structural problems due to turbulence, such as generation of cavitation that causes corrosion.
