本発明は、窓ガラスに貼付ける装飾用シートに関する。

【従来の技術】
窓ガラス等に貼り付けられる従来の装飾用のシートとしては、着色されたフィルム、ハーフ蒸着フィルム(光線透過率が15%〜50%となるようにアルミ蒸着されたフィルム)、あるいは、無着色透明フィルムの一面側に光回折面を形成して成る光回折フィルムに透視性を有するアルミ蒸着を施したフィルムが、知られている。そして、このフィルムを自動車の窓ガラスの内側等に貼付けることにより、遮光や装飾を施すことが多く行われている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上述のような着色されたフィルムやハーフ蒸着フィルムでは、銀色やその他の単一色であるため、装飾性の面で欠けるところがある。また、光回折フィルムに透過性を有するアルミ蒸着を施したフィルムでは、見る角度により反射光が虹色に変化するため、装飾性において非常に効果的であるが、このフィルムを窓ガラスの内側に貼り付けた場合、室内は外部光の影響により、赤色やその他の単色光、又は、銀色に満たされるおそれがあり、また、車内から外を見たときも銀色等に見え、不快感や違和感が生ずるという欠点がある。

そこで本発明は、適度な遮光性と優れた装飾性が得られるとともに、室内を落ちついた色にし得る装飾用シートを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上述の目的を達成するために、本発明に係る装飾用シートは、積層状の多数枚のフィルムからなる多層構造フィルム体の一面側に、着色透明の第一粘着層と無着色透明の樹脂フィルム層とを順次積層すると共に、該多層構造フィルム体の他面側に透視性のある第二粘着層と剥離フィルムとを順次積層したものである。

以下、図示の実施の形態に基づき、本発明を詳説する。

図1は、本発明に係る装飾用シートの実施の一形態を示す拡大断面図を示している。この装飾用シートは、積層状の多数枚のフィルムからなる多層構造フィルム体1の一面側に、着色透明の第一粘着層2と、無着色透明の樹脂フィルム層3と、を順次積層すると共に、多層構造フィルム体1の他面側に透視性のある第二粘着層4と剥離フィルム(セパレータ)5とを順次積層したものである。

多層構造フィルム体1は、図4の拡大断面図に示すように、約数十〜数百枚のフィルムが図示省略の透明粘着剤を介して積層されて構成した多層積層構造体であり、多層構造フィルム体1の厚さは例えば20μm程度のものがある。そして、構成する各フィルムは透過性を有するもので、色素を含まず金属蒸着を施していない。この多層構造フィルム体1は、構造発色による選択波長反射フィルム体で、各層の光路差干渉による特定波長の多重増反射を利用したものである。これにより、日光等の可視光線を、見る角度により虹色に変化させるよう、反射する性質を有している。即ち、色素や金属蒸着により発色させていないため、色の劣化や褪色が発生しない。

そして、図1に示した装飾用シートの形成は、以下のようにして行われる。先ず、多層構造フィルム体1の片面側に、流動性のある粘着剤を塗布して第一粘着層2を形成し、その上から樹脂フィルム層3を貼付ける。
第一粘着層2は、着色された粘着剤により形成されるものであり、乾燥後所定の可視光線透過率となるように設定されている。第一粘着層2の光線透過率は、3%〜70%となるよう設定するのが好ましい。また、着色透明となる第一粘着層2は、適度な遮光性を有すると共に、不快感や違和感のない色調に着色されている。

そして、透明の樹脂フィルム層3の材質は、例えば、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)やアクリル等であるが、その他の種類の樹脂としてもよい。
本発明のように、粘着剤に着色を施すことにより、材料を無駄にすることなく着色層が形成でき、非常に経済的である。
また、図1では、樹脂フィルム層3のさらに外側面には、ハードコート処理が施され保護層7を形成している。これにより、傷がつきやすい樹脂フィルム層3を保護し、耐久性のある装飾用シートを構成させることができる。

これにより、屋外(b側)から窓ガラス8を透って入る光の一部は、多層構造フィルム体1により屋外へ反射する。そして、その反射光は、屋外にいる人の見る角度により虹色に変化しており、優れた装飾性を発揮させることができる。また、着色された第一粘着層2が、多層構造フィルム体1よりも車内中央側(a側)に位置するため、多層構造フィルム体1と第一粘着層2により、屋外からの光を適度に遮光できる。

また、屋外側からの光が多層構造フィルム体1を通過すると、光が進入する角度により、虹色や赤色等の違和感や不快感を覚える光が通過することとなる。しかし、着色第一粘着層2は、このような虹色や単色光が車内へ進入しないようにするものであり、第一粘着層2の着色(ブラウン系)により室内は、落ちついた色にすることができる。
また、第二粘着層4は、無着色透明としても、着色透明としてもよい。着色透明とする場合、第一粘着層2よりも透過率を下げるのが好ましく、これにより、虹色に反射される光に微妙な変化を与えることができる。

次に図2は、本発明の装飾用シートの他の実施の形態を示す拡大断面図である。この装飾用シートは、積層状の多数枚のフィルムからなる多層構造フィルム体1の一面側に、印刷層6を形成し、さらに、着色透明の第一粘着層2と無着色透明の樹脂フィルム層3とを順次積層すると共に、多層構造フィルム体1の他面側に透視性のある第二粘着層4と剥離フィルム(セパレータ)5とを順次積層したものである。なお、多層構造フィルム体1は、図1の実施のものと同様であり、説明を省略する。
