Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a lifting and polishing apparatus installed on a pachinko island.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As is well known, on the island of a normal pachinko game arcade, there is provided a lifting and polishing apparatus that collects out balls discharged from each pachinko machine and lifts these pachinko balls while polishing them. There are several types of hoisting and polishing machines, of which pachinko balls are sent between the raising side of the hoisting belt and the polishing cloth, and each pachinko ball is rolled by the ascending movement of the hoisting belt. There is a type of polishing while polishing, that is, a so-called belt type (cloth type) lifting polishing apparatus (for example, JP-A-11-276709).
[0003]
FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing a main part of the above-mentioned belt-type lifting and polishing apparatus as a configuration example. As shown in the figure, a door 103 is attached to the lifting tower main body 101 via a hinge 105 so as to be openable and closable, and this door 103 can be locked by a hook 107. Inside the door 103, a polishing mat 109 having a plurality of grooves 109a,... Serving as a path for pachinko balls is attached. Further, in front of the polishing mat 109, the rising side of the above-mentioned lifting belt 111 is positioned so as to face the polishing mat 109. The lifting belt 111 is wrapped around pulleys provided above and below the lifting tower (see FIG. 1), but a plurality of pressing rollers 113 (only one pressing roller 113) having a rising side attached to the lifting tower main body 101 are provided. (Shown) so as to approach the polishing mat 109 side. Further, the front surface (groove installation surface) of the polishing mat 109 is covered with a band-shaped polishing cloth 121. As shown in FIG. 5A, before the pachinko balls are lifted, the polishing cloth 121 is not in contact with the bottom surface of the groove 109a of the polishing mat. Since the cloth 121 is pressed against the groove 109a, pachinko ball passages 121b,... Are formed on the surface as shown in FIG.
[0004]
Here, the procedure for mounting the polishing cloth 121 will be described in a simplified manner. First, with the door 103 opened, the polishing cloth 121 is extended from the upper end to the lower end of the door 103, and both ends of the polishing cloth 121 are connected to the door. It is held in a tensioned state by a polishing cloth fixing means (not shown) and a polishing cloth holding means (not shown) provided on the outside. As described above, the polishing cloth 121 is provided with tension in the vertical direction, and the width of the polishing cloth 121 is slightly larger than the inner width of the door, so that the center of the width approaches the lifting belt 111. Often, it is in a swelled state. Further, the polishing cloth 121 is held so that the range mounted inside the door 103 is sandwiched between the edges 121 a on both sides by the guide grooves 115 provided on the inside of the door 103. These edges 121a do not contact the lifting belt 111 or the like (see FIGS. 5A and 5B).
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, when the polishing cloth is mounted on the lifting polishing apparatus, both edges 121a, 121a of the polishing cloth 121 are inserted into the guide grooves 115 provided from the upper part to the lower part inside the door 103. This is necessary, but it is very cumbersome because it is difficult to reach in high places. When the lower end of the polishing cloth 121 is fixed to the polishing cloth fixing means and the upper end is held in tension by the polishing cloth holding means, the central part swells as described above, and the edge 121a , 121a are drawn to the center, and the lateral width is substantially reduced, so that the edge 121a of the polishing pad 121 is easily detached from the guide groove 115. When the pachinko ball is passed in such a state, a shift in the width direction occurs at the mounting position of the polishing pad 121, and as shown in FIG. 5C, one or both edges 121a are formed in the groove of the guide 115. It may run off. The edge portion 121a protruding from the guide 115 in this way comes into contact with the lifting belt 111, thereby causing the polishing cloth 121 and the lifting belt 111 to be worn out.
[0006]
In addition, the width of the polishing cloth is an amount that the polishing cloth 121 is adapted to the groove 109a of the polishing mat 109, that is, an extra amount is added to the lateral width in anticipation of a detour for the polishing cloth 121 along the bottom surface of the groove 109a, A door wider than the inner size of the door 103 is used, but the larger the surplus, the more it swells toward the lifting belt as shown in FIG. 5B. If the operation is started in this state, there is a possibility that the central portion in the width direction of the polishing pad and the lifting belt come into contact with each other and both of them are worn away. Further, the edge portion 121a of the polishing cloth 121 is not necessarily uniform in the above-mentioned manner of swelling. Therefore, when a pachinko ball is passed through the edge portion 121a, the polishing cloth 121 is likely to be biased in the width direction. Due to the occurrence of the deviation, the edge 121a of the polishing cloth 121 comes off from the guide 115, and the portion that comes off comes into contact with the lifting belt 111, causing abrasion on both the polishing cloth 121 and the lifting belt 111. ing.
[0007]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a lifting polishing apparatus which can easily attach a polishing cloth to a normal position and can prevent the polishing cloth from contacting a lifting belt.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention relates to a pachinko ball lifting and polishing apparatus, particularly a so-called belt-type lifting apparatus for polishing and pachinko balls sent between a rising side of a belt and a polishing cloth. It is characterized in that the following functions and effects are produced by employing the following various means in the polishing apparatus.
[0009]
(Structure of the invention described in claim 1)
According to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a pumping tower having a pumping tower main body erected on a base, a door which is openably and closably attached to the pumping tower main body via a hinge, and A lifting belt wrapped around pulleys provided above and below the tower, a polishing mat attached inside the door so as to face the rising side of the lifting belt when the door is closed, A polishing cloth that can be attached to the top and bottom of the door so as to cover the front surface of the polishing mat, and is disposed on the lifting tower main body so as to press the rising side of the lifting belt away from the lifting tower main body. A pachinko ball lifting and polishing apparatus having a plurality of pressing rollers is provided with the following means. That is, on both sides of the surface of the pumping tower body facing the polishing mat in a state in which the door is closed, cloth holding means capable of pressing each edge of the polishing cloth or its vicinity to the polishing mat is provided. There is a characteristic.
[0010]
(Operation and effect of the invention described in claim 1)
By adopting the present invention, the polishing cloth is pulled in from the upper part of the door to be in a state of being provided with tension up and down, and the door is closed and locked as it is, and each edge of the polishing cloth or a part thereof is The vicinity can be in a state pressed against the opposing surface of the polishing mat. As a result, there is no need to insert the edge of the polishing cloth into the groove of the guide as in the past, and there is an effect that the work of mounting the polishing cloth is extremely easy. In addition, since each edge of the polishing cloth or the vicinity thereof is pressed against the front surface of the polishing mat by the pressing portion, the edge of the polishing cloth comes off the guide during operation so that the mounting state of the polishing cloth is shifted. No more. Further, since the polishing cloth is held at a normal position, it does not come into contact with the lifting belt or the like, so that the polishing cloth or the lifting belt can be prevented from being worn.
[0011]
(Characteristics of the invention described in claim 2)
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a pumping and polishing apparatus, wherein the cloth holding means has a pressing portion for pressing each edge of the polishing cloth or its vicinity, and the pressing part has a non-slip means for the polishing cloth. The feature is that it is constituted by the one provided with. This is to increase the holding capacity of the polishing cloth due to frictional resistance when the polishing cloth is pressed by the cloth pressing means. Both edges of the polishing cloth or the vicinity thereof are pressed against the front surface of the polishing mat by cloth pressing means, but if the polishing cloth is pressed by providing the above-described slip preventing means, a large frictional force is generated. As a result, the abrasive cloth can make the pressing state larger and more effective. As a result, it is possible to prevent the polishing cloth from coming off the cloth holding means and coming into contact with the lifting belt or the like, thereby enabling a stable operation of the lifting polishing apparatus.
[0012]
(Characteristics of the invention described in claim 3)
The urging device according to claim 3, wherein the pressing unit in a state in which the door is closed is capable of pressing the polishing cloth in a state where the pressing unit is pressed against the cloth pressing unit. There is a feature in that it is equipped with. This cloth pressing means is such that, when the door is closed, the pressing portion presses both edges of the polishing cloth or a position in the vicinity thereof on the front surface of the polishing mat, but the pressing portion is fixed. In this case, the distance between the pressing portion and the front surface of the polishing mat is constant. For this reason, if the thickness of the polishing cloth is different, a difference occurs in the pressing force, or the pressing portion is in a non-contact state, and it is difficult to obtain an appropriate pressing state. On the other hand, if the cloth pressing means is provided with the urging means, the polishing cloth can be pressed while the pressing portion is urged by the urging force. Therefore, even if the thickness of the polishing cloth changes, it can be absorbed by expansion and contraction of the urging means, so that the polishing cloth can always be pressed down. Variations in the thickness of the polishing cloth may be caused by manufacturing reasons, repeated cleaning, and the like. However, the use of the cloth pressing means provided with the urging means as described above allows the thickness of the polishing cloth to be increased. Can be changed.
[0013]
(Structure of the invention described in claim 4)
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a pumping and polishing apparatus having the same basic structure as that of the first to third aspects of the present invention. It was done. That is, on each side of the lifting tower body facing the door and on each side of the ascending side of the lifting belt, on each outer side of the polishing cloth guide and the inner wall of the door provided so as to be able to hold the polishing cloth at a predetermined position. It is characterized in that a surplus portion storage space capable of storing a portion where the width of the polishing cloth is excessive on both sides of the polishing pad is provided in the range of the space along the space.
[0014]
(Operation and effect of the invention described in claim 4)
When the polishing cloth rolls the pachinko balls along the groove of the polishing mat during operation, the polishing cloth is in a state of bypassing along the bottom surface of the groove, and is pulled to the center side, and the width is narrow. In anticipation of this, it has been practiced to employ something slightly larger than the inner width of the door. When a wide polishing cloth is used, when the polishing cloth is mounted on the polishing apparatus, since the pachinko balls have not yet been drawn inward due to the passage of the pachinko balls, the surplus portion including the edge, that is, the surplus portion is polished. It protrudes outside the cloth guide. This is an obstacle when closing the door because the surplus part protrudes from the tip of the door, or when the door is closed as it is, the surplus parts on both sides advance and come into contact with the lifting belt and cause wear and tear. And so on. The present invention is characterized in that such an obstacle is prevented beforehand by providing an extra space for accommodating an extra portion of the polishing cloth on each outer side of the polishing cloth guide inside the door. is there. As a result, it is possible to mount a polishing cloth having a width wider than the inner width of the door, to prevent a deviation from the polishing cloth guide due to insufficient width of the polishing cloth, and to prevent a surplus portion from coming off the guide. Become.
[0015]
(Characteristics of the invention described in claim 5)
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a pumping and polishing apparatus for preventing a tip (edge) of a surplus portion of a polishing pad from protruding into the surplus portion storage space according to the fourth aspect of the present invention. The feature is that a surplus part guide is provided. This is adopted as a means for preventing the obstacle when closing the door or preventing the surplus portion of the polishing cloth from protruding from the above-mentioned surplus portion storage space, or preventing contact with the lifting belt. . As a specific example of the surplus portion guide, the end portion where the side plate of the door comes into contact with the lifting tower main body when the door is closed is bent at a right angle, or polished by providing a protrusion at an appropriate position on the side plate. There is a type which supports the edge of the cloth and can be stopped.
[0016]
(Characteristics of the invention described in claim 6)
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a lifting polishing apparatus in which the configuration of the surplus portion guide is limited. That is, the surplus portion guide is formed of a guide piece formed so as to protrude inward from the ends of both side plates of the door by a predetermined width. When the door is closed, the polishing cloth guide prevents the polishing cloth from separating from the polishing mat, and when the surplus parts on both sides are stored in the surplus part storage space, the tip (edge) of the surplus part becomes the side plate of the door. When entering forward along the inner wall of the door, this tip may come in contact with the lifting belt or protrude when closing the door, making it possible to avoid the troublesome work of mounting the abrasive cloth. It is. This guide piece can be installed simply by performing a process of providing a guide piece on the main body of the door when manufacturing the door, which is advantageous in terms of manufacturing cost.
[0017]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
(Overall configuration of belt-type lifting polishing device)
FIG. 1 shows an outline of an example of the overall configuration of a belt-type lifting and polishing apparatus. As shown in the figure, a lifting tower 3 whose upper end reaches a ceiling (not shown) is erected on a base plate 1 laid on the floor of a pachinko game hall. An upper pulley 5 is provided at an upper portion of the lifting tower 3, and a lower pulley 6 paired with the upper pulley is provided at a lower portion. A flat belt-shaped lifting belt 7 is wound around the pulleys 5 and 6, and can be rotated by a motor 9. In FIG. 2B, the lowering side of the lifting belt 7 is partially exposed at the upper right side of the lifting tower 3. The ascending side is located on the left side of the pumping tower 3, and this range is hidden on the left side of the pumping tower 3 (see FIG. 2 and subsequent figures). Since the lifting belt 7 is exposed on the right side of the lifting tower 3, a lower area where an employee or the like may come into contact is protected by a protective cover 19 for danger prevention.
[0018]
The pumping tower 3 mainly includes a pumping tower main body (hereinafter, referred to as “main body”) 11, a door 13, and a head 15 provided on a head of the main body 11. The door 13 is attached to the main body 11 via a hinge 17 so as to be openable and closable, and can be locked in a closed state by a hook 18 as locking means. A polishing cloth holding device 23 for holding the polishing cloth 21 is provided in the middle of the front surface of the door 13 (left side in FIG. 1B), and a polishing cloth fixing means 25 is provided near the lower part of the door 13. It is provided. The polishing cloth 21 passes through the polishing cloth holding device 23 with the door 3 opened, passes over the upper end of the door 13 and is drawn downward inside, and is drawn out again from the lower end of the door 13 to perform the above polishing. The cloth is fixed by cloth fixing means 25. The polishing pad 21 can be mounted in a state where the polishing pad 21 is held with a predetermined tension by a polishing pad holding device 23.
[0019]
(First Embodiment)
FIG. 2 shows the configuration of the pumping tower according to the first embodiment (hereinafter referred to as “first example”), with the door being open and the door being closed along the line AA in FIG. 1. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing a state and a state after use. The structure of the lifting tower according to the first example is such that the cloth holding means 31, 31 described later are provided on both sides of the surface of the main body 11 on which the lifting side of the lifting belt 7 is located, so that the polishing cloth 21 is provided. Can be pressed against the front surface (groove installation surface) of a polishing mat 29 described later. In each of the drawings following FIG. 2, the thickness of the cross section of the main element is thin and hatching is omitted because it may be difficult to understand.
[0020]
The main body 11 is provided with a plurality of pressing rollers 27 rotatably and at a predetermined interval (only one pressing roller is shown), and the rising side of the lifting belt 7 is moved by the pressing rollers 27 toward the polishing cloth 21. Has been pressed. Inside the door 13, a polishing mat 29 having a plurality of grooves 29a,... Serving as passages for pachinko balls, is fixed via mounting members 30, 30. The front surface of the polishing mat 29 is covered with the polishing cloth 21 to be mounted. Since the width of the polishing pad 21 is slightly wider than the inner size of the door 13, the edges 21 a of the polishing pad 21 are in contact with the side walls of the door 13 at the time of mounting. Before the pachinko balls pass between the mounted polishing cloth 21 and the lifting belt 7, the polishing cloth 21 is pulled up and down, so as shown in FIG. The central portion expands, and has a shape that is close to a position farthest from the polishing mat 29, that is, an arc approaching the lifting belt 7.
[0021]
At the position facing the door 13 of the main body 11 and on each side of the lifting belt 7, pressing members 31 a, 31 a constituting cloth pressing means 31 of the polishing pad 21 are provided. Each of the pressing members 31a has a member formed in a U-shaped cross section and the opening side is fixed to the main body 11, and a non-slip means 33 is provided on a surface of the pressing member 31a facing the polishing cloth 21. As an example of the non-slip means 33, a sheet to which a thin plate whose friction resistance is increased by providing irregularities or projections on the surface of plastic or metal is used. The non-slip means 33 is not particularly limited as long as it is a means for increasing the holding force on the polishing pad 21 by providing the non-slip means 33.
[0022]
FIG. 2A shows a state in which the door 13 is open. In this state, when the polishing cloth 21 is attached so as to cover the front side of the polishing mat 29 and then the door is closed, FIG. As shown in b), both edges 21a, 21a of the polishing cloth 21 are sandwiched between the cloth pressing means 31, 31 and the front surface of the polishing mat 29, and provided on the cloth pressing means 31. It is held in such a state that it cannot be easily removed by the provided anti-slip means 33. When the operation of the lifting polishing apparatus to which the present invention is applied is started, since the lifting belt 7 is pushed toward the polishing mat 29 by the pressing roller 27, the polishing cloth 21 is polished with the lifting belt 7. The polishing mat 29 is pressed along the groove 29a of the polishing mat 29 by a pachinko ball (not shown) that moves upward while being sandwiched between the cloth 21 and the cloth 21. As a result, as shown in FIG. 2C, the vertical striped pachinko ball passages 21c,... Are formed on the surface of the polishing cloth 21 so as to bypass the groove portions 29a of the polishing mat 29. At this time, both edges 21a, 21a of the polishing pad 21 are displaced so that the width direction is drawn toward the center, but there is a margin in the width and the pressing is performed by the cloth pressing means 31, 31. In this state, the edges 21a on both sides are slightly displaced toward the center, and the edges 21a are not separated from the pressing means 31.
[0023]
(Second embodiment)
The basic configuration of the second embodiment (hereinafter, referred to as “second example”) is the same as that of the above-described first example, including the provision of the cloth pressing means. Therefore, as for the reference numerals in the drawings, the same reference numerals are used for those which are common to the first example, and new reference numerals are given only to different elements. FIG. 3A corresponds to FIG. 2A displaying the first example, and FIG. 3B corresponds to FIG. 2B. As shown in the figure, cloth holding means 41, 41 are provided at a position facing the front surface of the polishing mat 29 of the main body 11 with the door 13 closed and on each side of the lifting belt 7. Further, as shown in FIG. 3B, both edges 21a, 21a of the polishing pad 21 can be pressed against the front surface of the polishing mat 29, as in the first example.
[0024]
In the second example, the cloth holding means 41 is formed by a groove member 45 fixed to the main body 11, a pressing member 41a formed in a U-shaped cross section, and a state in which the polishing cloth 21 is urged against the pressing member 41a. And a compression spring 44 which can be pressed against the front surface of the polishing mat 29. The surface of the pressing member 41a is provided with the same anti-slip means 43 as in the first example. The pressing member 41 a cannot be dropped from the groove member 45 by a guide means (not shown), and can be advanced and retracted within the range of expansion and contraction of the compression spring 44.
[0025]
When the door 13 is open, the pressing surface provided with the non-slip means 43 protrudes to some extent from the groove member 45 (see FIG. 3A), but when the door 13 is closed, the pressing member 41a Is elastically in contact with the polishing pad 21 and retreats against the urging force (see FIG. 3B). Since the urging force acts on the pressing member 41a in this manner, a change in the thickness of the polishing pad 21 is absorbed by the compression spring 44, and the polishing pad 21 can be pressed in a constantly urged state. Other operations and the like are the same as in the first example. The cloth pressing means according to the present invention is not limited to the above example. For example, a second pressing member is provided on a polishing mat facing the above pressing member, and both sides sandwich an edge of the polishing cloth. Various configurations, such as a configuration to make it possible, can be adopted.
[0026]
(Third Embodiment)
In the third embodiment (hereinafter referred to as "third example"), the basic configuration of the lifting belt, the main body, the pressing roller, and the like is similar to those of the first and second examples. is there. However, the third example is characterized in that a wide polishing cloth can be adopted so that the polishing cloth does not come off the polishing cloth guide. FIGS. 4A and 4B correspond to FIGS. 2A and 2B displaying the first example. In the figure, the lifting belt 7, the main body 11, the pressing roller 27, and the polishing mat 29 have commonality, and therefore are denoted by the same reference numerals as those in the first and second examples.
[0027]
As shown in FIG. 4A, polishing cloth guides 51 are provided at substantially the same position as the position where the cloth pressing means was provided in the first and second examples. As shown in the drawing, when the door 53 is closed, the edges 61a, 61a in the width direction of the wide polishing cloth 61 can be pressed so as not to separate from the front surface of the polishing mat 29. Since the polishing cloth 61 is wider than the inner size of the door 53, when the polishing cloths 61 are pressed down by the polishing guides 51, they extend outwardly from these guides 51 and become excessive. That is, surplus portions 61b, 61b are generated (see FIG. 3B). Therefore, as described above, even though the polishing pad 61 is deformed along the grooves 29a,... Of the lifting mat 29 by the passage of the pachinko balls, and each side is drawn toward the center, these are drawn on both sides. Since the surplus portions 61b, 61b for replenishment are present, it is possible to prevent the edges 61a, 61a of the polishing pad 61 from coming off the polishing pad guide 51.
[0028]
Further, the outside of each of the polishing cloth guides 51, 51, the inner wall of the door 53, the space surrounded by the polishing mat 29 and a part of the main body 11, is a space for storing the surplus portions 61b, 61b. A space 57 is provided. The surplus portion storage space 57 is based on the premise that the polishing pad 61 having a large width is mounted in order to prevent the edge of the polishing pad 61 from coming off the polishing pad guide 51. If the surplus portion storage space 57 is not provided, the edge of the polishing pad 61 may come off the polishing pad guide. However, by providing this, the polishing pad having the surplus portions 61b, 61b is provided. Can be attached, and the width of the pachinko ball can be made even after the passage of the pachinko balls is formed by mounting the polishing cloth 61, so that the edge of the polishing cloth does not come off from the polishing cloth guide 51.
[0029]
If the width of the polishing pad 61 is large, the surplus portion 61b may protrude out of the door 53 to make it difficult to close the door 53, or may come into contact with the lifting belt 7, for example. As shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, a surplus portion guide 53a is provided inside the door 53 and at the end of the side plate to prevent the protruding portion from protruding. The surplus portion guide 53a can be installed in the manufacturing process of the door 53 simply by forming a guide piece formed by bending the front end of the side plate at a right angle, or by fixing a guide piece made of a plate material having a predetermined width. Manufacturing costs can be reduced.
[0030]
FIG. 4C shows a modification of the third example. Here, rounded recessed portions 59b, 59b are formed on the front side of each side of the polishing mat 59, and a space including such a recessed portion 59b is added to the surplus portion storage space 57, so that excess The unit storage space 67 is made larger. Since the surplus portion storage space 67 is large, the surplus portions 71b, 71b of the polishing pad 71 can be further enlarged, so that the edges 71a, 71a of the polishing pad 71 are separated from the polishing pad guide 51. The fear can be eliminated. The polishing mat 59 is fixed by a projection 53b provided on a side wall of the door 53. The projection 53b is an excess portion guide for preventing the polishing mat 59 from entering a gap between the side wall and the polishing mat 59. It also has the function as The means for fixing the polishing mat 59 to the door 53 is not limited to the above-mentioned projection 53b, and may be fixed by other means.
[0031]
The cloth pressing means according to the present invention is not limited to the above example. For example, a second pressing member is provided on a polishing mat facing the above pressing member so that the edge of the polishing cloth is sandwiched therebetween. Various configurations can be adopted, such as a configuration for performing the above. The application of the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned pumping and polishing apparatus, but can be applied to any belt type (cloth type) pumping and polishing apparatus.
[0032]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, by employing the cloth pressing means of the polishing cloth, it is not necessary to insert the edge into the guide groove when mounting the polishing cloth, and it is sufficient to simply close the door with the polishing cloth stretched up and down, The work of mounting the polishing cloth becomes easy. Further, since the edge of the polishing cloth is pressed by the cloth pressing means, the displacement of the polishing cloth does not occur. Further, if the urging means is employed as the cloth pressing means, the change in the thickness of the polishing cloth can be absorbed, so that the polishing cloth can always be pressed.
[0033]
If a surplus portion storage space is provided on both outer sides of the polishing cloth guide inside the door so that the surplus portions added to both sides of the polishing cloth can be stored, a wide polishing cloth can be adopted, so that pachinko balls can be used. Even if both edges are drawn toward the center in the width direction by the passage of the slab, there is no risk of detachment from the polishing pad guide. In addition, the installation of the surplus part storage space can prevent the surplus part of the polishing cloth from protruding from the door, so that an obstacle occurs when closing the door, and the surplus part separated from the polishing cloth guide contacts the lifting belt. By doing so, it is possible to prevent abrasion of both the polishing cloth and the lifting belt.
