Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a suspension line mounting metal fitting which is used to suspend a communication line between a plurality of telephone poles and also to fix the suspension line between the telephone poles at a predetermined position to suspend the communication line. It is related to the suspended wire extension method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, communication lines may be erected between a number of telephone poles erected in a residential area or the like.In general, to lay communication lines, a messenger wire, which is a messenger wire, is erected between the telephone poles. A communication line is directly wound around the suspension line, or a number of cable hangers are hung and inserted into these cable hangers so as to be erected. As described above, in order to install the communication line, it is necessary to previously install a suspension line between the utility poles.
[0003]
Therefore, the conventional extension method of the stranded wire will be described. First, a stranded wire mounting bracket for finally sandwiching and fixing the stranded wire is attached at a predetermined position above each utility pole from the starting end column to the end column. Normally, the hanging wire mounting bracket is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the utility pole via a metal band or attached to an arm bar. For this reason, there are two types having different shapes and structures depending on the mounting location. For example, as shown in FIG. 9, a suspension wire mounting bracket B attached to the outer peripheral surface of a utility pole is formed into a side L-shape from a vertical fixing portion a attached to the utility pole side and a horizontal fixing portion b for fixing the suspension wire W. , A clamping rod d attached to the metal body c, and a nut i. At the end of the horizontal fixing portion b, a stopper piece e that is bent upward is provided, and the stopper piece e is provided with a vertical groove f for screw insertion whose upper end edge is open. A long hole g is formed in the horizontal fixing portion b so as to face the vertical groove f.
[0004]
The holding rod d is bent and formed in a U-shape, and has a head at one end and a screw portion h at the other end. Then, the holding rod d is inserted into the elongated hole g from below, and the screw portion h on the tip side is interposed in the vertical groove f. In this state, the nut h is inserted into the screw portion h protruding outside the stopper piece e. By screwing i, the clamping rod d is attached to the fitting main body c. Therefore, the suspension line W is inserted into the insertion portion j surrounded by the lateral fixing portion b, the stopper piece e, and the clamping rod d, and the suspension line W is clamped and fixed by screwing the nut i. ing.
[0005]
In this way, after the hanging wire mounting bracket B is attached to the upper part of each utility pole, a pulley called a wheel is attached. In a state where the hanging wire mounting bracket B and the wheel are attached to the upper part of each telephone pole, the extension rope connected to the leading end of the hanging wire via a connecting metal having a twist-back mechanism is inserted through the wheel above the telephone pole. While pulling it up, hang up a suspension line for each telephone pole. Next, in each of the electric poles, the suspension wire is replaced from the wheel truck on the upper surface of the horizontal fixing portion b of the suspension wire mounting bracket B and inserted into the insertion portion j. At this time, the gold wheel is removed. In this state, the suspension line is pulled to a tight state (a state of being stretched with a constant tension) as a whole. Finally, the nut i is screwed in with each of the hanging wire column fittings B, and the hanging wire W is firmly clamped and fixed. As a result, the suspension line W is stretched between the utility poles, and the communication line is directly wound around the suspension line, or a number of cable hangers are hung, and the communication lines are inserted through these cable hangers and installed.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The reason for using the wheel as described above is that it is difficult to feed the connection fitting having the untwisting mechanism because the space of the insertion portion j is relatively small, and the hanging wire W is inserted into the insertion portion j. This is because many scratches are likely to be formed on the surface. In the conventional suspension wire extension method, when the suspension wire mounting bracket B is mainly attached to a predetermined position above each utility pole, when a wheel wheel is installed at a predetermined position above each utility pole, the suspension wire is mounted on the suspension wire mounting bracket from the wheelbarrow. For example, when replacing or fixing a suspension wire to a suspension wire mounting bracket, the number of times of ascending poles for each electric pole is large, so that not only the construction period is prolonged, but also the construction cost is increased. In addition, since the number of times of ascending poles is large, the frequency of danger increases accordingly. Furthermore, there are many equipments to be used, such as using a wheeled car, and since there are two types of hanging wire pole fittings, one for utility poles and one for arm-bars, there is a problem that the management cost is high. Is strongly desired.
[0007]
Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and a hanging wire mounting bracket and a connecting metal fitting that can be used for utility poles and arm-brings so that less equipment is required and management cost can be reduced. To provide a suspension wire extension method capable of reducing the number of times of ascending poles, shortening the construction period and reducing the construction cost by using the suspension wire mounting bracket, and improving safety. The purpose is.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the object, a hanging wire mounting bracket according to the present invention includes a fitting main body having a fixing plate portion for fixing a hanging wire, and a through-hole mounted on the fixing plate portion and surrounded by the fixing plate portion. A fixing member operable to be displaced from a large diameter state in which the portion is temporarily held so that the hanging wire can be inserted therethrough to a small diameter state in which the hanging line can be clamped and fixed; And fixing means for fixing.
[0009]
At this time, it is preferable to provide a coating layer on the outer peripheral surfaces of the fixing plate portion and the fixing member for smoothly penetrating the suspension wire into the insertion portion without damaging it.
[0010]
Further, the specific configuration of the hanging wire mounting bracket is such that a U-shaped hook portion is inserted into the fitting body having a fixing plate portion in which a pair of through holes are opened to fix the hanging wire. From a large diameter state in which an insertion portion attached to the fixing plate portion and surrounded by the hook portion and the fixing plate portion is temporarily held so that the suspension line can be inserted, a small diameter state in which the suspension line can be clamped and fixed. A fixing member operable to be displaced toward the base member, and a nut screwed into a screw shaft portion extending from a base end of the hook portion and screwing and fixing the suspension wire by the fixing member. .
[0011]
Also in this case, on the outer peripheral surfaces of the fixing plate portion and the fixing member, a covering layer made of a synthetic resin is provided for smoothly penetrating the suspending wire into the insertion portion without damaging the penetrating portion. Part of the coating layer faces the one of the through holes so that it can be temporarily held in a large diameter state that can be inserted, and the tip of the hook portion contacts the coating layer in the through hole. It is preferable to make it.
[0012]
The connection fitting for connecting the distal end of the hanging wire and the base end of the extension wire rope includes a terminal fitting and a plurality of winding grips wound around the terminal fitting, and the terminal fitting is in the large diameter state. It is formed into a rod shape having an outer diameter that can be inserted into the insertion portion, and the front end portion is formed into a forked shape, and a short rod is detachably inserted between the end portions, and the center of the terminal fitting is formed. It has a configuration in which a connecting member that freely rotates in a plane perpendicular to the axis is attached.
[0013]
In addition, the extension method of the suspension line is such that, at a predetermined position on the upper part of the utility pole, a fitting main body having a fixed plate portion, and an insertion portion attached to the fixed plate portion and surrounded by the fixed plate portion can insert the suspension line. A fixing member operable to be displaced from a large-diameter state temporarily held to a small-diameter state capable of pinching and fixing the suspension line, and fixing means for pinching and fixing the suspension line by the fixing member, Attaching a hanging wire mounting bracket consisting of, extending the rope for connecting the extending wire to the insertion portion in the large-diameter state, pulling the extending rope by hand and inserting the hanging wire into the insertion portion, The suspension line is held in a tight line state, and the insertion part is displaced to the small diameter state by the fixing means as it is, thereby clamping and fixing the suspension line.
[0014]
The hanging wire is inserted into the insertion portion of the hanging wire mounting bracket so that the hanging wire can be bridged, and furthermore, since the hanging wire can be pinched and fixed by the fixing means, the conventional metal wheel is unnecessary, and the number of times of ascending poles at each telephone pole is also increased. It is reduced by that amount (actually reduced twice). Therefore, not only the construction period can be shortened, but also the construction cost can be reduced, and safety can be improved. Furthermore, the use of a metal wheel is unnecessary, so less equipment can be used, and moreover, the hanging wire mounting bracket can be used for both the utility pole and the armrest, resulting in a single type, thus reducing the management cost. I can do it.
[0015]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, embodiments of a hanging wire mounting bracket and a connecting metal fitting according to the present invention and a hanging wire extending method using the same will be described. Normally, the suspension wire mounting bracket is attached to either the outer peripheral surface of the telephone pole or the arm bar, but the suspension wire mounting bracket according to this embodiment is provided at any position of the outer peripheral surface of each telephone pole and the arm bar. An example is shown in which a hanging wire mounting bracket is mounted on the outer peripheral surface of a utility pole via a metal band as an example. FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a hanging wire column fitting according to the present invention. The hanging wire mounting bracket A is made of metal and has a metal fitting body 1 for fixing the hanging wire W, a fixing member 2 attached to the metal fitting body 1, and a fixing for clamping and fixing the hanging wire W by the fixing member 2. And a nut 3 as a means.
[0016]
The metal fitting body 1 has an angle between the mounting plate 1a and the fixing plate 1b of about 60 by the mounting plate 1a attached to the utility pole D side and the fixing plate 1b which is continuous with the fixing plate 1b and fixes the hanging wire W. It is formed into a V-shaped side surface. Then, the mounting plate portion 1a abuts on the outer peripheral surface of the utility pole D such that the bent portion is located below, and although not shown, the bent portion is formed on the lower surface of the arm bar so as to be upward. Then, the hanging wire mounting bracket A is mounted by abutting the mounting plate 1a. Both sides of the mounting plate portion 1a and the fixing plate portion 1b are bent in a C-shape, so that the bending strength is increased.
[0017]
A bolt mounting hole 4 is formed through the mounting plate 1a. On the other hand, an inner through-hole 5a and an outer through-hole 5b are provided through the fixed plate portion 1b so as to be separated from each other by a predetermined distance in the longitudinal direction. On the back side of the fixed plate portion 1b, a spacer 6 parallel to the fixed plate portion 1b is provided integrally, and a bolt insertion hole 7 is coaxially formed in the spacer 6 so as to face the outer through hole 5b. It is penetrated. Further, a coating layer 8 made of synthetic resin is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the fixed plate portion 1b so as to cover between the inner and outer through holes 5a and 5b. However, the outer through-hole 5b and the bolt insertion hole 7 are completely open, but only the inner through-hole 5a is covered with a part 8a of the coating layer 8 in a state where half thereof is depressed.
[0018]
The fixing member 2 includes a U-shaped hook portion 2a and a screw shaft portion 2b extending from a base end thereof and having a screw groove 9 formed on an outer peripheral surface thereof. Further, a covering layer 10 made of a synthetic resin is formed on the entire outer peripheral surface of the hook portion 2a, similarly to the fixing plate portion 1b. Then, the fixing member 2 is supported in a state where the screw shaft portion 2b is inserted into the outer through hole 5b from above and the distal end portion 11 of the hook portion 2a faces the inner through hole 5a. The tip portion 11 of the hook portion 2a only slightly fits into a part 8a of the coating layer 8 that protrudes into the through-hole 5a, and applies a force equal to or more than a predetermined value to the tip portion 11 from its axial direction. Unless otherwise, a portion 8a of the hook portion 2a is broken so that the hook portion 2a cannot enter the through hole 5a.
[0019]
Then, as shown in FIG. 2, in a state where the tip 11 of the hook 2a is in contact with a part 8a of the coating layer 8 in the through hole 5a, the screw shaft 2b is inserted from below through the washer 12 through the washer 12. The nut 3 is loosely screwed. As a result, the insertion portion 13 surrounded by the hook portion 2a and the fixed plate portion 1b is formed, and this state is a large-diameter state in which the insertion portion 13 can insert the hanging wire W. In addition, this state is temporarily held in a state where the tip 11 of the hook 2a is in contact with a part 8a of the coating layer 8 in the through hole 5a. Moreover, the tip 11 of the hook 2a does not fall out of the through hole 5a.
[0020]
On the other hand, when the nut 3 is strongly screwed, a part 8a of the coating layer 8 is broken at the tip 11 of the hook 2a, the hook 2a enters the through hole 5a, and the insertion portion 13 Is displaced to a small-diameter state in which can be pinched and fixed. As a result, the distance between the outer surfaces of the hook portion 2a and the fixing plate portion 1b is reduced, and the suspension line W is firmly clamped and fixed. The coating layers 8, 10 made of synthetic resin are formed on the outer surfaces of the hook portion 2a and the fixing plate portion 1b, but this is done so that the suspension line W inserted therebetween is smoothly and not damaged. Other materials may be used as long as the same operation and effect can be obtained.
[0021]
FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view of a connection fitting having a untwisting mechanism, and FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the same use state. The connection fitting 14 having the untwisting mechanism is for connecting the leading end of the suspension wire W and the base end of the leading wire rope E for leading the suspension wire W between the utility poles D. There is a terminal fitting 14a and a plurality of winding grips 14b. The terminal fitting 14a is made of metal, is formed into a rod shape having a circular cross section, and is set to have an outer diameter that can be inserted into the insertion portion 13 in the large-diameter state. A large diameter portion 15 is integrally provided at the distal end, and a connecting member 16 having the same diameter is attached to the distal end. The connecting member 16 has a distal end formed in a forked shape and a short rod 17 removably inserted therebetween, so that the connecting member 16 can freely rotate in a plane orthogonal to the central axis of the terminal fitting 14a. . A screw hole 16a and a through hole 16b are provided in the forked portion so as to face each other. The short rod 17 is provided with a screw groove on the outer peripheral surface of the distal end thereof. The short rod 17 is screwed into the other screw hole 16a through one through hole 16b of the forked connecting member 16. It can be detachably attached. On the other hand, each of the winding grips 14b is formed by forming a plurality of wires into a band shape and spirally winding the wires.
[0022]
On the other hand, a rubber coating layer 21 is integrally provided on the outer peripheral surface of the base end of the rope E, and a metal rod 22 is provided on a rear end surface thereof. A forked connecting portion 16 in which the hole and the through hole are provided to face each other is provided integrally. The connecting portion 16 does not rotate unlike the terminal fitting 14a. The short rod 17 is provided with a thread groove on the outer peripheral surface of the distal end thereof. The short rod 17 is screwed into the screw hole through one through hole in the bifurcated connection portion 16 in the same manner as described above. Can be attached freely.
[0023]
Reference numeral 18 denotes a joint attached to the bifurcated connection portion 16 on the base end side of the wire rope E. The joint 18 is formed so that the mounting piece 19a on one side and the mounting piece 19b on the other side project perpendicular to each other. The mounting holes 19a and 19b are provided with through holes 20. The short rod 17 is screwed into the bifurcated connecting member 16 in a state where the short rod 17 is inserted into the through hole 20 provided in one of the mounting pieces 19a of the joint 18, so that the joint 18 is connected. Is done.
[0024]
Then, the front end of the hanging wire W is brought into contact with the rear end of the terminal fitting 14a, and the plurality of winding grips 14b are sequentially wound from the terminal fitting 14a to the hanging wire W. Then, with the short rod 17 on the side of the terminal fitting 14a inserted into the through hole 20 provided in the other mounting piece 19b of the joint 18, the short rod 17 is screwed into the forked connecting member 16. As a result, as shown in FIG. 4, the distal end of the suspension wire W is rotatably and flexibly connected to the base end of the extension rope E. As the suspension wire W, for example, one having a length of 600 m is selected.
[0025]
The connecting member 16 is rotatably provided on the terminal fitting 14a because the hanging wire W is formed by twisting a plurality of wires and is usually wound around a drum. This is because, in the case of pulling in, the hanging wire W is twisted and the feeding operation of the hanging wire W cannot be performed smoothly. In addition, the connection member 16 on the extension rope E side is provided in the terminal fitting 14a in a bendable manner because the direction of the extension rope E pulled out from the insertion portion 13 of the hanging wire mounting bracket A is not always linear. In such a case, the connecting portion between the extension rope E and the suspension line W can be easily bent, and the situation where the insertion portion 13 cannot be caught and the suspension line W cannot be dragged is avoided. That's why.
[0026]
Hereinafter, the method of extending the suspension line according to the present invention will be described. First, the poles A are attached to the predetermined positions above the electric poles D by ascending from the start end columns to the end columns. FIG. 5 shows a state in which the hanging wire mounting bracket A is attached to the utility pole D. That is, in the hanging wire column fitting A, the screw shaft portion 2b is connected to the screw shaft portion 2b from below via the washer 12 in a state where the tip portion 11 of the hook portion 2a is in contact with a part 8a of the coating layer 8 in the through hole 5a. The nut 3 is loosely screwed. Then, a bolt V projecting outward from a metal band K wound around the outer peripheral surface of the telephone pole D is inserted into the bolt insertion hole 4 of the mounting plate portion 1a. Further, the nut 21 is screwed to the bolt V from the outside, and the hanging wire mounting bracket A is securely attached to the utility pole D.
[0027]
Next, in this state, the ascending pole is connected to the extension rope E, which is connected to the suspension wire W via the connection fitting 14, and the extending rope 13 is inserted into the insertion portion 13 in the large-diameter state from the starting end column to the end post as shown in FIG. Insert it towards. Next, the extension rope E is pulled toward the terminal pole side, and the hanging wire W is inserted through the insertion portion 13 as shown in FIG. At this time, since the coating layers 8 and 10 made of synthetic resin are provided on the outer peripheral surfaces of the hook portion 2a and the fixing plate portion 1b, the suspension line W is smoothly transferred with excellent friction resistance with the suspension line W. You. In addition, the outer surface of the suspension wire W is not damaged. In this way, the same operation is repeated for each utility pole D while pulling out the suspension wire W from the drum (not shown). The coating layers 8 and 10 are not necessary if they are made of a material that does not damage the hanging wire W with which the metal fitting body 1 and the fixing member 2 come into contact.
[0028]
Then, after the suspension wire W is laid between the utility poles D, the suspension wire W is tensioned as a whole to maintain the tension state. Finally, the column 3 is raised and the nut 3 is firmly screwed on each utility pole D as shown in FIGS. As a result, the tip portion 11 of the hook portion 2a crushes a part 8a of the coating layer 8 in the through hole 5a and enters, and the insertion portion 13 is displaced into a small diameter state. The notch recessed portion 23 provided in the portion and exposing the metal ground comes into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the suspension line W to clamp and fix the suspension line W.
In this embodiment, the case where the hanging wire mounting bracket A is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the telephone pole has been described. However, even when the hanging wire mounting bracket A is attached to the arm, the work of feeding the hanging wire W can be similarly performed. .
[0029]
As described above, the present invention allows the hanging wire to be inserted into the insertion portion of the hanging wire mounting bracket so that the hanging wire can be bridged, and furthermore, can be pinched and fixed as it is by the fixing means, so that the conventional metal wheel becomes unnecessary. As a result, the number of ascending columns is reduced (twice) as compared with the conventional method.
[0030]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, there is provided a bracket main body having a fixing plate portion, and a fitting portion attached to the fixing plate portion, and an insertion portion surrounded by the fixing plate portion is temporarily held so that a suspension line can be inserted. The above-mentioned large-sized mounting member comprises a fixing member operable to be displaced from a diameter state to a small-diameter state capable of pinching and fixing a suspension line, and fixing means for clamping and fixing the suspension line. Insert the extension rope with the hanging wire connected to the insertion part in the diameter state via the connection bracket, pull the extension rope by hand, insert the suspension wire into the insertion part, hold the suspension line in a tight state, and fix it By means of displacing the insertion part as it is to the small diameter state by means, the suspension line is pinched and fixed, so that the suspension line can be bridged between telephone poles while being supported by the suspension wire mounting bracket, and this makes it possible to No longer required .
In addition, the construction period can be shortened and the construction cost can be reduced, and safety can be improved. Furthermore, the use of a metal wheel is unnecessary, so less equipment can be used. In addition, since the hanging wire mounting bracket can be used for both electric poles and arms, only one type can be used, resulting in lower management costs. obtain.
[0031]
The connection fitting is composed of a terminal fitting and a plurality of winding grips wound around the terminal fitting, and the terminal fitting is formed in a rod shape having an outer diameter that can be inserted into the large-diameter insertion portion, and has a tip. In the part, the distal end side is formed in a forked shape, and a connecting member between which a short rod is detachably inserted is attached, so that the suspension wire can be firmly fixed by the winding grip so that it can be detached during work. It can be inserted easily into the insertion part in the large-diameter state, and work can be performed efficiently.
[0032]
Also, if a coating layer is provided on the outer peripheral surfaces of the hook portion and the fixing plate portion, friction resistance with the suspension line is excellent, and when the suspension line is inserted into the insertion portion, the suspension line is smoothly transferred, and furthermore, the suspension line There is an effect that the outer surface is not damaged.
