この発明は、室内の空気を調節する空気調和装置及び空気調和システムと、その空気調和装置の運転状態の制御や監視を行う集中管理装置とに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
例えば、ビルなどに複数台の空気調和装置を設置する場合、その空気調和装置の運転の効率化や異常発生時の早期復旧を図るため、伝送回線を介して、複数台の空気調和装置と集中管理装置を接続し、その集中管理装置が複数台の空気調和装置の運転状態の制御や監視を行う空気調和システムが存在する。
なお、特開平7−162546号公報に開示されている従来の空気調和システムでは、何れかの空気調和装置に異常が発生すると、その空気調和装置を早期に復旧させるために、その異常情報をポケットベル(例えば、メンテナンス会社のサービスマンのポケットベル)に通報する技術を備えている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の空気調和システムは以上のように構成されているので、何れかの空気調和装置に異常が発生すると、その異常情報を直ちにメンテナンス会社のサービスマン等に通報することができる。しかし、その異常の発生に伴って空気調和装置の運転が停止した場合、集中管理装置が自動的に空気調和装置を復旧させる機能や、その異常発生に対処する復旧策を提示する機能を備えていないため、その異常情報の通報を受けたメンテナンス会社のサービスマン等が空気調和装置の設置場所に到着するまでの間、その空気調和装置の運転を再開することができず、ビルなどの空調環境が劣化するなどの課題があった。

この発明は上記のような課題を解決するためになされたもので、空気調和装置の運転中に異常が発生して運転を停止しても、その空気調和装置の運転を再開させることができる集中管理装置及び空気調和システムを得ることを目的とする。また、この発明は、運転中に異常が発生して運転を停止しても、集中管理装置の指示の下で、運転を再開することができる空気調和装置を得ることを目的とする。
また、この発明は、空気調和装置の運転中に異常が発生して運転を停止すると、その異常発生に対処する復旧策を提示することができる集中管理装置及び空気調和システムを得ることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明に係る空気調和システムは、集中管理装置が空気調和装置から異常情報を受信すると、その空気調和装置に対して再運転又は応急運転を指示するようにしたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、この発明の実施の一形態を説明する。
実施の形態1.
図1はこの発明の実施の形態1による空気調和システムを示す構成図であり、図において、1は例えばビルなどに設置され、室内の空気を調節する空気調和装置である。なお、空気調和装置1の設置台数は1台以上であれば何台でもよい。2は例えば管理室に設置され、空気調和装置1の運転状態を制御するとともに、その空気調和装置1の運転状態を監視する集中管理装置、3は公衆回線やインターネットなどのネットワーク、4は集中管理装置2から異常の発生内容等を受信する遠隔端末装置である。

次に動作について説明する。
まず、空気調和装置1の異常検知部13は、例えば、空気調和装置1に取り付けられている温度センサや電流計等から運転状態を示す情報を収集し、その運転状態が正常時の範囲を逸脱すると、異常発生を検知する(ステップST1)。
空気調和装置1の運転制御部18は、異常検知部13が運転中に異常発生を検知すると、異常状況が進行して空気調和装置1が機器破損等に至ることを防止するため、空気調和装置1の運転を停止する(ステップST2)。
なお、異常検知部13が運転中に異常発生を検知すると、空気調和装置1の異常内容記憶部15は異常内容を記憶し、異常停止前情報記憶部16は異常が発生する直前の運転状態を保持する。

集中管理装置2の異常経過時間計時部26は、伝送部22が空気調和装置1から異常発報を受信すると、リトライ回数記憶部29に記憶されているリトライ回数が“0”であれば(再運転指令部23又は応急運転指令部25から運転指令が出力されていない段階ではリトライ回数は“0”であり、リトライ回数は各空気調和装置1毎に記憶されている)、異常発生時からの経過時間を“0”から計時を開始する(ステップST14)。

集中管理装置2の制御部21は、伝送部22が空気調和装置1から異常発報を受信すると、その空気調和装置1に係るリトライ回数が予め設定された回数に到達しているか否かを判断する(ステップST15)。

ここで、再運転とは、異常停止前と同じ運転条件で運転を再開することを意味し、応急運転とは、異常停止前の運転条件より空気調和装置1の運転範囲を制限して運転を再開することを意味する。例えば、空気調和装置1の圧縮機の駆動に用いるインバータの上限運転周波数を低く抑えるなどにより、空気調和装置1の運転範囲を制限する。
なお、応急運転時の運転条件は、応急運転設定部24を用いて設定することができ、通常、各異常停止の要因別に設定される。

空気調和装置1の運転制御部18は、伝送部17により受信された運転指令にしたがって再運転又は応急運転を実施する(ステップST6)。
これにより、良好な空調環境を維持することができる。
