Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a radiant tube type heating device which is installed in a furnace such as a continuous annealing furnace and has a burner at an open end of a radiant tube.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a heating device used for heating a steel strip such as bright annealing without oxidizing the surface of an object to be heated, a radiant tube type heating device in which a burner is attached to an open end of a radiant tube has been conventionally used.
[0003]
The radiant tube heating device heats the radiant tube to a red heat state by a combustion flame of a burner attached to an open end, radiates heat energy, and heats an object to be heated in the furnace.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional radiant tube type heating device, in order to reduce NOx, a fuel gas nozzle or an oxygen-containing gas nozzle of a burner is mounted eccentrically with respect to the axis of the burner. , Low NOx is realized.
[0005]
However, for this reason, the above-described conventional technology has the following problems.
[0006]
That is, in the prior art, since the flame is formed eccentrically with respect to the axis, there is a temperature difference in the circumferential direction. This is a problem of deformation and breakage.
[0007]
If the fuel gas nozzle and the oxygen-containing gas nozzle are installed coaxially with the axis in order to prevent the heat deviation, the NOx concentration will increase.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problem, and has as its object to provide a radiant tube type heating device capable of achieving both low NOx and a long life of a radiant tube. is there.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention has the following features.
[0010]
[1] A tubular combustion chamber having an open end and a nozzle having a nozzle injection opening which opens into the inner surface of the combustion chamber and in which fuel and oxygen-containing gas are blown separately or premixed, and the injection direction of each nozzle A radiant tube type heating device characterized in that a tubular flame burner whose tangent direction substantially coincides with the tangential direction of the peripheral surface of the combustion chamber is mounted on the open end of the radiant tube.
[0011]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
One embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIGS. FIG. 1 is a side view of a radiant tube type heating device according to this embodiment, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 1, a radiant tube type heating device according to this embodiment is mounted on a W-shaped radiant tube 3 provided on a furnace wall 1 a of a furnace 1 and one open end of the radiant tube 3. And a tubular flame burner 2.
[0013]
The tubular flame burner 2 has a
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2,
[0015]
Fuel gas is blown at high speed from the fuel gas blowing
[0016]
The oxygen-containing gas refers to a gas that supplies oxygen for combustion, such as air, oxygen, oxygen-enriched air, and a mixed gas of oxygen and exhaust gas.
[0017]
The radiant tube 3 is usually made of heat-resistant cast steel and has a W-shape. The radiant tube 3 is red-heated by the combustion energy of the combustion flame ejected from the
[0018]
In the radiant tube heating device configured as described above, the combustion gas that has obtained a strong swirling force by the tubular flame burner 2 burns inside the radiant tube 3 while forming a tubular flame. In FIG. 3, an axially symmetric temperature distribution is obtained. As a result, the radial deviation of the radiant tube 3 in the circumferential direction is prevented, and the life of the radiant tube 3 can be extended.
[0019]
Further, since the tubular flame is elongated in the longitudinal direction in the radiant tube 3, there is little possibility that the flame temperature is partially increased, and the NOx is reduced.
[0020]
As described above, in the radiant tube type heating device according to this embodiment, by mounting the tubular flame burner on the radiant tube, it is possible to achieve both a longer life of the radiant tube and a lower NOx. .
[0021]
In this embodiment, a W-shaped radiant tube is used, but it goes without saying that another type of radiant tube such as a U-shaped one may be used.
[0022]
In this embodiment, the fuel gas injection nozzle and the oxygen-containing gas injection nozzle are provided such that the injection direction coincides with the tangential direction of the peripheral surface of the combustion chamber, but does not necessarily coincide with the tangential direction of the peripheral surface of the combustion chamber. It is not necessary, and the injection direction may deviate from the tangential direction of the peripheral surface of the combustion chamber to the extent that a swirling flow of gas can be formed in the combustion chamber.
[0023]
Further, in this embodiment, a slit is provided along the pipe axis direction as an injection port to the combustion chamber, and a flat fuel gas injection nozzle and an oxygen-containing gas injection nozzle are connected to the slit. A plurality of small holes may be arranged in the direction of the pipe axis as the injection ports, and a nozzle for blowing a fuel gas or an oxygen-containing gas may be connected to the small hole row.
[0024]
In this embodiment, fuel gas is blown, but liquid fuel may be blown. As the liquid fuel, those which vaporize at a relatively low temperature, such as kerosene, light oil, alcohol, and heavy oil A, are preferable.
[0025]
Further, in this embodiment, the fuel gas and the oxygen-containing gas are separately blown, but the fuel gas and the oxygen-containing gas may be premixed and blown.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, since the tubular flame burner forming the tubular flame is mounted on the radiant tube, an axially symmetric temperature distribution is obtained in the radiant tube, and the life of the radiant tube can be extended, and the radiant tube can be extended. Since the tubular flame is elongated, there is little possibility that the flame temperature will be partially high, and a reduction in NOx will be realized. As a result, it is possible to achieve both long life of the radiant tube and low NOx.
