0.1<y<1.0(at%)、0.1<z<4.0(at%)、0.1<w<4.0(at%)、0.1<v<4.0(at%)、0.1<u<8.5(at%)の関係式を満たしており、残量はxである。
【0013】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a reflective film material for a flat display that has high reflectivity and can improve the analysis degree of the screen of the flat display by electroplating.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A flat panel display (FPD) is thin, light, and small, and is thus replacing a traditional cathode ray tube (CRT). The types of flat display include a liquid crystal display (LCD), a field emission display (Field Emission Crystal Display; FED), an organic EL display (Organic Electroluminescence Display; OLED), and so on. This product has already been put into practical use.
[0003]
Among the above-mentioned displays, the reflective liquid crystal display does not use a high-power-consumption light source module or other light-emitting members, reflects a light as a light source, and displays a shadow image to reduce the power consumption. It is often used for portable products because of its power consumption.
[0004]
As described above, a reflective liquid crystal display or the like does not include a light emitting module, and reflects an external image by reflecting the external light to display a shadow image. Therefore, the reflective liquid crystal display has an excellent reflectance, and thereby, An excellent image effect can be achieved. At present, how to improve the reflectance of the reflective liquid crystal display is a research subject.
[0005]
The basic structure of the reflective liquid crystal display has a pair of glass substrates corresponding to the upper and lower sides, and a liquid crystal substance is sealed between the glass substrates with an adhesive, and is formed on the bottom surface of the upper glass substrate and the upper surface of the lower glass substrate. Each is provided with a transparent electrode (for example, ITO), a cover layer, and an alignment film. In addition, a polarizing filter and a phase difference plate are sequentially provided on the upper surface of the upper glass substrate, and reflected on the bottom surface of the lower glass substrate. A plate is provided. The reflection plate is a transparent plate having a spacer having a fine granular structure on the surface, and a reflection film and an adhesive layer are provided on the transparent plate. As a result, after incident light from above the upper glass substrate passes through the liquid crystal layer, the light is reflected by the reflection film on the reflection plate, passes through the liquid crystal layer again, and returns to the upper glass substrate. The display function is exhibited by passing or blocking light by direction switching control. Further, the reflection film in the reflection plate has a relationship with the reflectance of incident light, and if a material having a high reflectance is used as the reflection film, the display effect of the reflection type flat display is improved.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the present invention]
Aluminum, alumina alloy, silver, silver alloy, and the like are known as reflective film materials for electroplating the reflective plate. Aluminum and alumina alloys are low in cost, but a reflectance of 80% or more is achieved in a specific visible light wavelength range, and the reflectance is 80% or less in other visible light wavelength ranges as shown in FIG. It is. As shown in FIG. 3, when using silver having a high reflectance, a high reflectance of 80% or more can be achieved in the visible light wavelength range (400 nm to 800 nm), but silver has poor weather resistance, Since sulfides or oxides are easily formed in the environment, blue light is absorbed and the reflectance of blue light is reduced. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 4, when an alloy element is added to silver, the weather resistance is improved and the reflectance is lowered, so that the display effect of the reflective flat display is lowered.
[0007]
The present invention has been submitted in view of the above, and an object thereof is to provide a reflective film material for a flat display having a high reflectance of 90% or more and excellent weather resistance.
