Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a harness fixing structure for a vehicle.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Various harnesses are arranged on the back surface of interior panels such as headlinings, door trims, and luggage side trims of automobiles. For example, a harness for lighting and various electric components is fixed to a head lining attached to a lower side of a roof panel (for a similar technique, see JP-A-2000-108810).
[0003]
As a fixing structure of the harness to the head lining, a groove is formed on the back of the head lining along the wiring route of the harness, the harness is inserted in the groove, and several places from the top are fixed with adhesive tape I have. Then, the end of the harness is taken out from the edge or the middle of the head lining, and is connected to lighting and electrical components. The concave groove formed on the back surface of the head lining is formed at a depth within the range of the thickness of the head lining in order to prevent irregularities from appearing on the front surface side exposed inside the vehicle. Therefore, the head lining is formed thick to secure a sufficient depth for housing the harness.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a conventional technique, the thickness of the head lining is increased in order to provide the concave groove for storing the harness, so that the weight of the head lining increases, which causes an increase in the weight of the vehicle body. Also, as the headlining becomes thicker, the cabin space is also squeezed and narrowed.
[0005]
Further, when the vehicle running vibration is applied, the harness may vibrate inside the concave groove to generate low-grade vibration sound. Such a problem is common not only to the headlining but also to other interior panels attached to the vehicle body from the vehicle interior side.
[0006]
The present invention has been made by paying attention to such a conventional technique, and provides a harness fixing structure that does not require the interior panel to be thick and that can reliably prevent harness vibration.
