Description

【0001】

[0004]
The member A is obtained by bending a flat plate-like material into a folding screen shape, and standing the two side walls 2a, 2b,... 2g, 2h vertically to the bottom walls 3a, 3b,. The member B is bent at both side edges to form tongue pieces (glue allowances) 6a and 6b, and the tongue pieces 6a and 6b of the member B are joined to the side walls 2d and 2f of the member A. The side edge and the bottom edge of the member C are joined to the frontmost side wall portion 2a and the bottom wall portion 3a of the member A, and the side edge and the bottom edge of the member D are connected to the rearmost side wall of the member A. The document case as shown in FIG. 5 is created by joining to the portion 2h and the bottom wall 3h.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the conventional document case uses the members A, B, C, and D having at least four types of shapes, and the members need to be joined to each other, so that molding (material removal) becomes complicated. In addition, there is a problem that the joining operation is complicated and not suitable for mass production.
[0006]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a document case which has a small number of members, is easy to create, and is suitable for mass production.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the document case of the present invention, a plurality of rectangular partition walls are connected to each other, the boundaries thereof are folded in a folding screen shape, two adjacent sheets are paired, and a cut is made in a side edge of each pair, and It is characterized in that the partition wall side edges are joined together.
The document case of the present invention can basically be formed from a single member, and the entire member has a substantially rectangular shape. Therefore, material can be taken without waste, and the preparation operation is simplified.
[0008]
Further, the document case of the present invention is characterized in that, in the above invention, adjacent partition portions sandwiching the cut are joined to each other by a band-shaped portion extending from the tip of the cut in a direction perpendicular to the cut. And
In the document case of the present invention, the notch can be reinforced and the side wall is formed in a bellows shape. Therefore, each pocket can maintain a relatively uniform thickness from the opening to the bottom wall.
[0009]
Furthermore, the document case of the present invention, in the above invention, while joining the partition walls adjacent to each other across the cut so as to connect the lower ends of the strip-shaped portions, and at the opening edge of one of the partition walls, A cut is made along the opening to provide a sub-pocket.
In the document case of the present invention, the partition walls adjacent to each other across the cut are in a state of being overlapped with each other, and in addition to the band-shaped portions bonded to each other in the above invention, the lower ends of the band-shaped portions are joined together. In this case, a closed space is formed between the partition portions. Therefore, if a cut is made in the opening edge of one partition, a sub-pocket can be formed there. Therefore, the number of pockets can be easily increased without adding a special member.
[0010]
