Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an envelope containing a paper cushion, a method for producing the envelope, and an apparatus for producing the envelope. An apparatus capable of continuously producing a paper bag body enclosing a paper cushion material by a simple structure and an operation process. Utilizing it to obtain an envelope with a paper cushion.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, this type of cushioned envelope is, for example, as shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H11-010755, in which a waste paper cushion material with a wave is sandwiched between two base papers, and this is folded in two and the left and right edges thereof are bonded. By doing so, there is disclosed an invention that has a good buffering effect, is free from pollution by incineration after use, is suitable for the environment, and can be used for resource saving.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-mentioned invention, a waste paper cushion material with a wave cut into a predetermined size is sandwiched between two base papers, and the sandwiched base paper is cut into a predetermined length via a cutter mechanism and then folded into two. The left and right edges are glued to form an envelope. For this reason, it was necessary to provide two cutter mechanisms in this envelope processing machine, and it was not possible to process an ultra-long paper roll in a connected state without cutting in the middle of the process.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is provided to solve the conventional problems and achieve the object of the invention. A first aspect of the present invention is that, in an envelope containing a paper cushion, a bag body enclosing a paper cushion material is formed into a pair of connecting bag bodies by a connecting portion having a predetermined length, and a pair of connecting bags having a predetermined length is formed. The left and right edges and the bottom edge of the opposing inner surface are heat-pressed to form an envelope having an opening, and one of the joining portions on the opening side is formed longer than the other to form a sealing tongue. It is what it was.
[0005]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the method for manufacturing an envelope containing a paper cushion, a thermocompression bonding agent is applied to the outer surface of the upper base paper and the opposing surfaces of the upper and lower base papers to form a roll so as to support the upper and lower base papers at all times. After inserting the space between the upper frame body and the lower frame body with the heater with the spacing of the setting while maintaining the set interval, after supplying the paper cushion material between the upper and lower base paper at the position of the upper and lower frame bodies, The length of the bag is determined by the number of rotations of the bag drawer roller based on the sensor, and the start or stop of the drawer is started or stopped. At the same time, the first bag body is formed by forming a perforation on the heat-pressed portion corresponding to the base side of the upper frame body with a perforation forming cutter synchronized with the upper frame body, and then the first bag body is formed by the bag body pull-out roller. When you pull out one bag At the position of the upper and lower frame members, after being pulled out from the first bag member by the length of the sealing tongue and stopped, and forming the second bag member in the same step as the first bag member, The second bag is pulled out by the bag pulling roller, and after forming the same bag as the first bag at the rear of the second bag, the bag is pulled out and pinched at the position of the bag pulling roller. At this time, the front bag separating roller is separated from the perforation at the joint between the first bag and the second bag by continuing to rotate while holding the second bag. After forming a pair of bag bodies by using a folding mechanism, the perforations are creased by a folding mechanism and then folded in two, and then three peripheral edges excluding one tongue side are thermocompressed by a thermocompression mechanism.
[0006]
A third aspect of the present invention is an apparatus for manufacturing an envelope containing a paper cushion, in which an upper frame and a lower frame which always maintain a set interval for inserting upper and lower base papers are arranged so as to be able to move up and down with respect to each other. A perforation forming cutter is provided at the rear of the upper frame so as to be able to move up and down in synchronization with the upper frame, and a thermocompression bonding agent is applied to the outer surface of the upper base paper, and the upper base paper and the lower base paper are opposed to each other. A thermocompression bonding agent is applied to the inner surface or one of the surfaces, and the upper and lower base papers are rolled and supported, and a paper cushion material is supplied between the upper base paper and the lower base paper, and the sensor senses them. In order to start or stop the drawer by determining the size of the bag by the number of rotations of the bag drawer roller in, provided with upper and lower bag drawer rollers to pull out the connected bag formed by enclosing the cushion material, The bag drawer At the front of the stirrer, a bag separating roller is installed to separate the connecting bag held by the draw-out roller into two pairs at a perforation, and the pair of connecting bags is folded in two. A heat-pressing machine comprising a pressing upper frame and a lower frame with a heater for forming an envelope body having an opening by heat-pressing the left and right edges and the bottom-side connecting portion of the opposed inner surface thereof to form an envelope body. In the total length of the connecting portion on the opening side, one length of the connecting portion is set longer than the other length to form a sealing tongue.

[0019]
"Processing of the joint D on the opening side of the connecting bag A / A '"
Subsequent to the above-mentioned "0018""Processing of the joint portion D 'for folding back of the connecting bag bodies A and A'", a relatively thin paper cushion material C is supplied between the upper base paper P and the lower base paper P '. . Then, the driving of the bag extracting roller 6 is started by the detection of the sensor 9, and the cushion material is included in the upper and lower base papers P and P ', and the length of the bag A is set to correspond to the tongue. The bag pull-out roller rotates so as to be longer by the length (20 mm in the illustrated example) and sends it to the upper and lower frame members 2 and 3 to stop. In this case, the paper cushion material C is set to the same length as that included in the first bag A located at the front position. Subsequently, the upper frame 2 is lowered and the lower frame 3 is raised and thermocompression-bonded, so that the upper and lower base papers P and P ′ on which the first bag A is to be formed are thermocompressed in the previous step. The three sides D n , D m , and D 1 , excluding the connecting portion D 2 ′, are superimposed at the same time and are heat-pressed by the upper frame 2 and the frame 3 with a heater. The connecting portion D formed by the heat compression bonding has a set length L (= 40 mm), and the connecting portion D 1 = 3 (30 mm) serving as a tongue piece: the connecting portion D 2 = 1 serving as the opening side edge of the next bag. Note that, of the length L (= 40.0 mm) of the connecting portion, the portion subjected to the heat compression bonding is half (20 mm) near the edge. Thereby, the longer connecting portion D 1 (30.0 mm) becomes a tongue for sealing. At the same time, the remaining connecting portion D 2 (10.0 mm) becomes the opening side edge of another bag located next.
[0023]
From this state, the upper and lower bag drawer rollers 6 are driven to rotate so that the drawer rollers firmly clamp the left and right edges of the second bag body A ′ that covers the paper cushion material C from above and below.
[0024]
The state of FIG. 1 is obtained by repeating the above steps “0018” to “0019” again.
[0025]
In the state shown in FIG. 1, the first bag A at the front is located at a position forward of the bag separation roller 7, and the second bag A ′ at the rear is moved right and left by the bag separation roller 7. The left and right edges of both side edges D n and D m are sandwiched. The drawer roller 6 sandwiching the left and right sides edge D n · D m of the bag body A in the succeeding than second bag member A '.
[0026]
In this state, the rotation drive of the bag pull-out roller 6 is stopped. On the other hand, the bag separating roller 7 holding the second bag A ′ is driven to rotate in the traveling direction, so that the first bag holding the second bag A ′ with the pull-out roller 6. The body A is separated from the body A at the perforation B of the joint D so as to cut off, thereby obtaining a pair of two connected bag bodies A and A '.
