Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The invention of this application relates to a clog box. More specifically, the invention of this application relates to a new clog box which is useful as a clog box having a small depth but a high storage capacity, and which can effectively prevent accidental detachment of a shelf plate during use. .
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, clogs with a reduced depth and a reduced occupied space at the entrance while maintaining a high storage capacity are often used in houses and the like. For example, as illustrated in FIG. 2, a plurality of front pin holes (2) and rear pin holes (3) are provided at the front and rear portions of the inner wall of the side plate (1), as shown in FIG. The front holding pin (20) and the rear holding pin (30) are inserted into the pin holes (2) and the rear pin holes (3), and the shelf (4) is inclined downward from the rear to the front. Is known (for example, see Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 58-21334). With this structure, even if the depth is reduced, the storage capacity can be maintained by the oblique placement.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, even in the conventional clog box having the excellent characteristics as described above, there are practically the following points to be improved.
[0004]
That is, since the shelf plate (4) is hung over the front holding pin (20) and the rear holding pin (30) so as to incline downward from the rear to the front, footwear such as shoes is placed. When a downward force is applied to the front end of the shelf (4) during cleaning or cleaning, the rear end of the shelf (4) floats and comes off the rear holding pin (30), and the shelf (4) May fall. For this reason, it is necessary to always pay attention not to apply a force to the front end of the shelf (4), which is considered to be a point to be improved in practical use.
[0005]
The invention of this application has been made in view of the above circumstances, and effectively prevents unexpected detachment of a shelf plate at the time of use, while maintaining the feature that the depth is thin but the storage capacity is high. The challenge is to provide a new clog box that can be used.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention of this application solves the above-mentioned problems. First, the invention has a plurality of front pin holes and a rear pin hole at a front portion and a rear portion of an inner wall of a clog box side plate. In a clog box in which a shelf is hung over a front holding pin and a rear holding pin inserted into a pin hole, the shelf is hung so as to be inclined downward from the front to the rear, and changes the inclination angle. In this case, there is provided a geta box characterized in that only the front holding pin position is changed without changing the rear holding pin position.
[0007]
Secondly, the invention of this application is such that the shelf board has a pin recess on the back surface of the board where the front holding pin and the rear holding pin fit, and the groove width of the pin recess is wider than the pin diameter. Thirdly, there is provided a geta box characterized in that the front holding pin and the rear holding pin have a round bar shape.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
For example, as exemplified in FIG. 1, in the invention of this application, the shelf plate (4) is hung on the front holding pin (20) and the rear holding pin (30) so as to be inclined downward from the front to the rear. When the inclination angle is changed, only the position of the front holding pin (20) is changed without changing the position of the rear holding pin (30).
[0009]
More specifically, in the embodiment of FIG. 1, the front pin hole (2) is formed at the front portion of the inner wall of the side plate (1) in the first vertical column group and the first vertical column thereof as viewed from the entrance side. The rear pin holes (3) are arranged in a vertical vertical line at the rear portion of the inner wall of the side plate (1). The front pin holes (2) and the rear pin holes (3) are at horizontal positions with respect to each other.
[0010]
The shelf plate (4) has a depth dimension slightly shorter (for example, about several millimeters) than the depth dimension of the inner wall of the side plate (1), and the front holding pin ( 20) and a front pin recess (21) and a rear pin recess (31) into which the rear holding pin (30) fits.
[0011]
When the shelf plate (4) is installed horizontally, the front holding pin (20) and the rear holding pin (30) are inserted into the front pin holes (2) of the first vertical row group and the rear pin holes (3) that are horizontal to the front pin holes. ) Is inserted over the shelves, and the shelf (4) is installed so as to be inclined downward from the front to the rear. Alternatively, the front holding pin (20) and the rear holding pin (30) are inserted into the rear pin hole (3) several steps below and hang over them. Thereby, horizontal installation and inclined installation can be performed using the shelf plate (4) having one depth dimension.
[0012]
When changing the downward inclination angle of the shelf plate (4), the insertion position of the rear holding pin (30) is not changed, and the vertical insertion position of the front holding pin (20), that is, the front pin hole (2) is not changed. Only the vertical position in the vertical second row group is changed. At this time, the rear end of the shelf plate (4) is always kept in contact with the inner wall of the back plate (5). Accordingly, even if a downward force is applied to the front end of the shelf plate (4) at any downward inclination angle from the front to the rear within the range in which it can be bridged, the inner wall of the back plate (5) The rear end of the shelf (4) that is in contact with the upper surface of the shelf (4) does not jump up and comes off the holding pin (30), so that it is possible to prevent the shelf (4) from coming off accidentally.
[0013]
The groove width of the front pin recess (21) and the rear pin recess (31) is at least somewhat wider than the pin diameter, so that the front holding pin (20) and the rear holding pin (30) can be connected to the shelf ( 4) By allowing displacement of the position in contact with the back surface, tilt installation at various angles becomes possible.
[0014]
Further, the front holding pin (20) and the rear holding pin (30) have a round bar shape, so that higher stability can be ensured even when the shelf plate (4) is installed at an angle.
[0015]
Of course, the invention of this application is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various details are possible.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, according to the invention of this application, it is possible to effectively prevent accidental detachment of a shelf board when placing or cleaning footwear while maintaining the feature that the depth is thin but the storage capacity is high. Yes, a new clog box is provided.
