Description

【0001】

Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 9 and FIG. 10, a metal fitting 49 having an insertion hole 50 which is opened vertically is attached to the upper part 4 a of the door 4, and the insertion hole 50 is attached to the outer box 2 as shown in FIGS. As shown in FIG. 11, the horizontal piece 28 a with the female screw 30 of the door fixing fitting 28 attached to the lower part 4 b of the door 4 is inserted into the outer case 2 in a state where the horizontal piece 28 a is inserted into the insertion piece 52 of the provided door receiving fitting 51 from below L. Is placed on the upper surface of the door receiving bracket 31 attached to the lower part of the front surface of the door, and in this state, the screw 40 is inserted from below into the screw hole 29 of the door receiving bracket 31 and screwed into the female screw 30 of the door fixing bracket 28. With this, the door 4 was fixed.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the related art, since the insertion hole 50 of the upper part 4a of the door 4 is merely inserted from below into the insertion piece 52, when the screw is fixed to the lower part 4b of the door 4, the door 4 is supported by hand so as not to drop. However, there is a problem that it is necessary to perform a screw fixing operation, which is troublesome. In particular, since the horizontal piece 28a with the female screw 30 of the door fixing fitting 28 in the lower part 4b of the door 4 only rests on the upper surface of the door receiving fitting 31 of the outer box 2, the door fixing fitting 28 is fixed when the screw is fixed. However, there is also a danger that the door 4 may fall down and hit a person underneath.

A hot air supply unit having a fan and a heater (not shown) is installed in the upper portion of the inside of the outer box 2, and a lifting mechanism (not shown) having a pulley, a take-up drum, and a drive motor is further installed. The shelf 3 is lowered along the guide rail 45 provided on the side plate 20 of the box 2 to the article take-out / storage position to store tableware for drying, and then to the storage position where the tableware is stored in the outer box 2. After ascending, it is used as an electric tableware dryer for drying by supplying warm air from a fan into the outer box 2.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 2, the door 4 attached to the front part 2 a of the outer box 2 has an upper part rotatably locked to the outer box 2 via a slide hinge 5 and a lower part with respect to the outer box 2. It is designed to be fixed with screws. Here, the door 4 is separated into an upper door portion 4A and a lower door portion 4B, and the butted portions of the two doors 4A and 4B are connected by a connection fitting 46 (FIG. 1).
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 3, the slide hinge 5 for locking the upper part 4a of the door 4 is composed of a door side member 5A attached to the door 4 side and an outer box side member 5B attached to the outer box 2 side. Become. In this example, the door-side member 5A includes a hinge body 21 attached to the door 4 and a slide portion 23 rotatably connected to a front end of the hinge body 21 via a pair of link plates 24. . The outer box side member 5 </ b> B includes a mounting plate 22 that can be disengaged from the slide portion 23.
[0015]
In the hinge main body 21, one end of each of the pair of link plates 24 is rotatable on two front and rear shaft portions 24a and 24b provided at the front end of the hinge main body 21, as shown in FIG. The other end portions of the pair of link plates 24 are rotatably supported by two front and rear shaft portions 25a and 25b provided at the rear end of the slide portion 23, respectively. In the center part of the hinge main body 21, a storage recess 25 in which a pair of link plates 24 can be stored in a folded state is formed. When the door 4 is opened, the pair of link plates 24 stand up in the arrow direction m in FIG. 4A and come out of the storage recess 25, so that the slide portion 23 extends substantially parallel to the hinge body 21. 3 (a), and when the door 4 is closed, the pair of link plates 24 are folded in the arrow direction n of FIG. 4 (a) and stored in the storage recess 25. Thus, the slide portion 23 is in a state of being folded perpendicularly to the hinge main body 21 from the extended state.
[0016]
Further, a locking means is provided on a surface of the hinge body 21 opposite to the sliding portion 23 and the mounting plate 22 attached to the outer box 2. The locking means of this example includes a locking concave portion 6 and a locking convex portion 7 provided on the mounting plate 22, a locking pin 8 (FIG. 4A) and a rotating claw 9 provided on the hinge body 21. It is composed of In the example shown in FIG. 4B, a locking concave portion 6 that opens rearward is provided at a rear end portion of the mounting plate 22, and a locking convex portion 7 that protrudes forward is provided at a front end portion. I have. The slide portion 23 has a locking pin 8 inserted and locked into the locking recess 6 from behind, and a locking pin 8 locked to the locking recess 6 with respect to the locking projection 7. And a rotating claw 9 which is hooked and locked. The rotating claw 9 is rotatable about a shaft portion, and the shaft portion faces the direction in which the rotating claw 9 is locked to the locking protrusion 7 (the direction of arrow a in FIG. 4B). A spring body 10 composed of a torsion spring biased by a spring is mounted. The spring body 10 is configured such that when the rotating claw 9 presses the rotating claw 9 against the locking protrusion 7, the rotating claw 9 rides over the locking protrusion 7 and locks on the locking protrusion 7. Acts to bias the spring. Further, the rotating claw 9 has a stopper 26 for regulating the rotation of the rotating claw 9 in the direction a in FIG. 4B, and a direction in which the rotating claw 9 is disengaged from the locking projection 7 (FIG. An operation knob 27 that is rotated in the direction of arrow b in FIG. b) is provided integrally.
[0017]
On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, a substantially U-shaped door fixing bracket 28 is attached to the lower part 4b of the door 4, and a screw hole 29 (a stupid hole) is provided at the bottom of the door fixing bracket 28. Have been. A screw insertion hole 15 penetrates vertically through the lower frame 12 of the outer box 2, and a door receiving bracket 31 having a female screw 30 is fixed to the lower frame 12 on the upper surface side of the screw insertion hole 15 with a screw 61. Have been. The lower surface side of the screw hole 29 is the working opening 16.
[0018]
Here, when attaching the door 4 to the outer box 2, the hinge body 21 and the mounting plate 22 are separated in advance, the hinge body 21 is fixed to the door 4, and the mounting plate 22 is fixed to the outer box 2. I do. In this state, the slide portion 23 of the hinge body 21 is extended as shown in FIG. 3A, and the locking pin 8 of the slide portion 23 is engaged with the mounting plate 22 in the arrow direction C of FIG. In this state, the slide portion 23 is pressed toward the mounting plate 22 in the direction indicated by the arrow D in FIG. Thereby, the rotating claw 9 provided on the slide portion 23 is pressed against the locking protrusion 7 as shown in FIG. At this time, a pressing force directed rearward (in a direction away from the locking projection 7) is applied to the rotating claw 9 by the tapered surface 32 (FIG. 4B) provided on the locking projection 7. The rotating claw 9 rotates backward against the spring force, and after climbing over the locking convex portion 7, is hooked and locked by the locking convex portion 7 by the spring force. Thereafter, the door 4 is closed and the lower part 4b of the door 4 is fixed to the lower part of the outer box 2 by screws. Here, as shown in FIG. 7, the screw hole 29 of the door fixing bracket 28 and the female screw 30 of the door receiving bracket 31 are aligned, and the screw 40 is inserted through the work opening 16 below the lower frame 12 through the screw insertion hole 15. Is screwed into the screw hole 29 via the female screw 30 of the door receiving bracket 31, whereby the lower part 4b of the door 4 can be screw-fixed to the outer box 2, and the mounting operation of the door 4 is completed. When the door 4 is to be removed, the screw 40 is removed, the lower part 4b of the door 4 is opened, and the operation knob 27 of the rotary claw 9 of the slide hinge 5 on the upper part 4a of the door 4 is pushed. Of the hinge body 21 and the mounting plate 22 are disengaged, and the door 4 can be easily removed from the outer box 2.
[0019]
Then, the hinge body 21 attached to the upper part 4a of the door 4 and the mounting plate 22 attached to the outer box 2 as described above are rotated by the locking concave portion 6, the locking pin 8, and the locking convex portion 7. Since it can be connected with the moving claw 9 in a one-touch manner by hooking, the door 4 does not drop when the lower part 4b of the door 4 is fixed to the outer box 2 with screws. It is not necessary to perform the screw fixing operation while supporting the door 4, so that the mounting property of the door 4 can be greatly improved. In addition, by locking the upper part 4a of the door 4, when the lower part 4b of the door 4 is fixed with the screw, the position of the door fixing metal 28 provided on the door 4 side and the door receiving metal part 31 provided on the outer box 2 side can be aligned. At the same time, the screw can be fixed from the work opening 16 below the screw insertion hole 15, so that the door 4 can be screw-fixed without worrying about the deviation of the door 4 and the processing accuracy, so that the workability is improved. In addition, since there is no fear of the door 4 dropping when the screw is fixed, the safety of work at a high place can be sufficiently ensured.
[0020]
The wiring 19 of the operation unit 13 of the electric lifting shelf 1 is pulled out behind the horizontal rail 11 of the door 4 as shown by an arrow a in FIG. 2 and is pulled into the outer box 2 as indicated by an arrow C through the vicinity of the slide hinge 5 on the upper part 4a of the door 4 as indicated by an arrow B in FIG. It is adapted to be connected to the unit 60 (FIG. 5). Thereby, when the door 4 is opened, the wiring 19 of the operation unit 13 can be kept out of the way, and by passing the wiring 19 near the slide hinge 5, the wiring can be inserted into the gap between the door 4 and the outer box 2. No more pinching. As a result, the door 4 can be fixed without worrying about the wiring 19 of the operation unit 13.
[0021]
Next, a description will be given of a structure in which the operation unit 13 and the lighting fixture 14 are attached to the electric lifting rack 1 having the above configuration. As shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, a horizontal rail 11 is erected on the lower part 4 b of the door 4, and an operation unit for operating the ascending and descending shelf 3 is provided near an end of the lower surface of the horizontal rail 11. 13 is attached. Incidentally, in the related art, since the operation unit 13 is attached to the shelf unit 3 that moves up and down, there is a problem that the operation unit 13 moves together with the shelf unit 3 at the time of operation and it is difficult to operate. In addition, from the restrictions of workability and safety, fixing to the outer box 2 has also been attempted, but in this case, the operation unit 13 protrudes outside the outer box 2 and is not necessarily excellent in appearance. Was. On the other hand, in the present invention, since the operation unit 13 is attached to the lower surface of the horizontal rail 11 of the door 4, the operation unit 13 can be integrally attached to the door 4, and the operation unit 13 moves during operation. Since the operation unit 13 does not protrude from the outer case 2 unlike the conventional case, the appearance of the outer case 2 is improved.
[0022]
On the other hand, the lighting fixture 14 is attached to the lower frame 12 erected at the lower part of the front surface of the outer box 2. A lighting fixture 14 is attached to the center of the lower frame 12, and the above-described screw insertion hole 15 is provided at an end of the lower frame 12. A work opening 16 is provided below the screw insertion hole 15 so that the lighting fixture 14 and the work opening 16 are covered by a lighting cover 17 having a substantially U-shaped cross section from below. By the way, in the related art, the lighting fixture 14 is provided below the ascending / descending shelf 3, so that the position of the lighting fixture 14 is too low in the lowered state, and the lighting fixture 14 cannot function sufficiently. In addition, from the restrictions of workability and safety, fixing to the outer box 2 has also been attempted, but in this case, the effective use space of the outer box 2 has been reduced by the lighting fixture 14, and the usability has not been good. On the other hand, in the present invention, since the lighting fixture 14 is attached to the lower frame 12 arranged at the lower part of the front surface of the outer box 2, the height of the lighting fixture 14 becomes constant, and Irrespective of this, the function of the lighting fixture 14 is fully exhibited. Moreover, since the lighting fixture 14 is attached by utilizing the dead space at the lower part of the front surface of the outer box 2, the effective use space of the outer box 2 is not narrowed by the lighting fixture 14, and the usability is improved.
[0023]
The lighting cover 17 is attached to the side plate 20 of the outer box 2 as shown in FIG. Here, the vertical portion 33a of the L-shaped cover mounting bracket 33 is attached to the side plate 20 of the outer box 2, and the illumination cover 17 is provided in the screw fixing hole 34 provided in the horizontal portion 33b of the cover mounting bracket 33 shown in FIG. The screw fixing holes 35 are fitted from below. The illumination cover 17 is attached by pressing the illumination cover 17 against the cover mounting bracket 33 from below, aligning the screw fixing holes 34 and 35, and tightening the screws 36 from below. Thereby, the lighting cover 17 can be easily fixed to the outer box 2. Further, since the lighting fixture 14 and the working opening 16 can be hidden from below by the lighting cover 17, the appearance of the outer box 2 is further improved.
[0024]
Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 7, a convex guide 18 is provided on the back surface 17a of the illumination cover 17 for guiding the ascending and descending shelf 3 to regulate the position of the shelf 3 and prevent the shelf 3 from shaking. Have been. Here, the convex guide 18 protrudes rearwardly from the back surface 17 a of the illumination cover 17 in a substantially trapezoidal cross-section, and its front end surface is in sliding contact with the front surface 3 a of the shelf 3. A convex guide 18 a (FIG. 1) protrudes from the rear wall of the outer case 2 at a position facing the convex guide 18 so as to slide on the rear surface of the shelf 3. As a result, an external force such as shaking applied to the lighting cover 17 can be received by the convex guides 18 and 18 a, and the convex guide 18 is connected to the side plate 20 of the outer box 2 via the lighting cover 17 and the cover mounting bracket 33. , The external force applied to the convex guides 18 and 18a can be received by the outer box 2 respectively. Accordingly, the convex guides 18 and 18a can restrict the position of the shelf 3 that moves up and down and prevent the swing, and can achieve smooth lifting and lowering, and even if a large external force is applied to the lighting cover 17 from the convex guide 18. Since the external force is received by the entire outer box 2 via the cover mounting bracket 33, the lighting cover 17 can be used to guide the shelf 3, but the lighting cover 17 can be reliably prevented from being damaged. is there.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the shelf that moves up and down in the outer box whose lower surface is open is housed so as to be able to be pulled down and down, and a dummy door is attached to the front part of the outer box. In the electric lifting shelf, the upper part of the dummy door is rotatably attached to the outer box via the slide hinge, and the lower part of the door is fixed with screws to the outer box, and the slide hinge is attached to the door side. A door-side member and an outer-box-side member attached to the outer-box side, and one of the door-side member and the outer-box-side member has a locking recess opened in one direction, and an opening direction of the locking recess. Are provided with locking projections projecting in opposite directions, respectively, and the other of the door-side member or the outer box-side member locks the locking pin inserted and locked in the locking recess and the locking pin. Rotation that is hooked and locked to the locking projection while locked in the recess The rotating claw is provided with a spring body which, when the rotating claw is pressed against the locking projection, moves over the locking projection and locks on the locking projection. In this state, the locking pin is inserted into the locking concave portion and locked, and in this state, when the rotating claw is pressed against the locking convex portion, the rotating claw causes the locking convex portion by the spring force of the spring body. It gets over and is hooked and locked on the locking projection. As a result, the upper part of the door can be hooked and locked to the outer box with a single touch. In this state, the door is closed and the lower part of the door is fixed to the lower part of the outer box with screws. Therefore, there is no need to worry about the door dropping during the screw fixing operation at the lower part of the door, and it is not necessary to perform the screw fixing operation while supporting the door by hand as in the related art, so that the door mounting property can be improved.
[0026]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, in addition to the effect of the first aspect, an operation section for operating a shelf that moves up and down on a horizontal rail arranged below the dummy door is attached. Since it can be attached integrally and the operation unit does not move at the time of operation, operability is improved and the appearance of the outer box is not impaired. In addition, a lighting fixture is attached to the lower frame arranged at the lower part of the front of the outer box, and a screw insertion hole for inserting a screw for fixing the lower part of the door to the outer box is provided, and work below the screw insertion hole is performed. The opening for lighting is provided, and the lighting fixture and the working opening are covered with the lighting cover from below, so that the screw can be fixed from the working opening below the screw insertion hole, thereby further improving the attachment of the door. In addition to being able to do so, the height of the lighting equipment is always constant because the lighting equipment is attached to the lower frame arranged at the lower part of the front of the outer box, and the function of the lighting equipment is independent of the height of the shelf that goes up and down. It will be fully demonstrated. In addition, since the lighting fixture can be attached by utilizing the dead space at the lower front of the outer box, the lighting fixture does not reduce the effective use space of the outer box, the usability is improved, and the lighting cover is provided by the lighting cover. By covering the work opening of the screw insertion hole from below, the appearance of the outer box is further improved.
[0027]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in addition to the effect of the second aspect, a convex guide is provided on the back surface of the lighting cover to guide the ascending and descending shelf to regulate the position of the shelf and prevent the swing. Therefore, it is possible to use the illumination cover to control the position of the shelf that moves up and down and to guide the shelf to prevent swinging, thereby improving the elevating property of the shelf.
[0028]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in addition to the effect of the second aspect, the wiring of the operation unit is drawn out behind the horizontal rail of the door and fixed to the back of the door. Since it is connected to the control unit provided in the outer box through the vicinity, the operability can be improved by attaching the operation unit to the door, and the wiring of the operation unit does not interfere when the door is opened In addition, by passing the wiring near the slide hinge, there is no need to worry about pinching the wiring in the gap between the door and the outer box, and the door can be fixed without worrying about the wiring of the operation unit, construction The performance is improved.
