【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、ウェブサイト評価提供システムにかかり、特に、ユーザからウェブサイトの評価情報を受け付け、これをウェブサイトを開設する企業等に提供するウェブサイト評価提供システムに関する。

【従来の技術】
近年、インターネットの普及に伴い、企業が開設する自社のウェブサイト（ホームページ）は重要な広告宣伝手段となっている。このため、ホームページの意見や要望・改善点をユーザから聞いて継続的に内容を改良していくことは、企業のホームページを運営していく上で、不可欠な作業である。そして、従来より、ホームページのアクセス履歴の調査や、複数のユーザからアンケート調査など、種々の調査が行われている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上述した既存の調査方法では、ユーザが指摘する内容を把握することが困難な場合も生じ、ホームページの内容を効果的に改良することができない、という不都合があった。すなわち、アンケート調査を行っても、ホームページ画面上の具体的な改善箇所を判断することが困難であり、アンケート自体の意味が薄れるという問題が生じる。

また、従来、ホームページを開発するにあたり、企業とホームページ制作業者の間で一般的に行われてきたホームページの改善手法は、ホームページ画面のハードコピーを取って、紙媒体に印刷し、書面にて文字校正を行う事でお互いのコミュニケーションを図るものであるが、かかる場合には、その改善箇所を正確に認識することができるものの、ユーザの意見が反映され難いという問題があった。従って、ユーザのホームページの利用における利便性の向上を図ることができず、ホームページの閲覧率の低下、ひいては、売り上げの向上を図ることができないという問題も生じる。

【発明の目的】
本発明は、上記従来例の有する不都合を改善し、特に、複数のユーザから具体的なウェブサイトの評価を容易に得ることができ、ウェブサイト開設者が当該サイトの改善を効果的に行うことができる、ウェブサイト評価提供システムを提供する、ことをその目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
そこで、本発明では、ウェブサイトを開設する企業のウェブサーバと、このウェブサイトを評価する複数のユーザの端末と、にネットワークを介して接続されたサーバコンピュータを備えている。そして、サーバコンピュータが、当該サーバコンピュータを中継して、ウェブサーバに開設されている企業のウェブサイトをユーザ端末に公開する中継公開機能と、このウェブサイトを閲覧した複数のユーザから各々のユーザ端末を用いてウェブサイト上の任意の位置に入力されるウェブサイト評価情報を、そのウェブサイト上における入力位置情報と共に受信して、中継して公開している当該ウェブサイトに関連づけて記憶する評価情報収集機能と、これら記憶した複数のウェブサイト評価情報を、入力位置情報に対応したウェブサイト上の位置に、中継して公開している当該ウェブサイトのコンテンツと共に表示して、企業に対して提供する評価情報提供機能と、を備えた、という構成を採っている。
このような構成にすることにより、まず、所定の企業のウェブサイトは、サーバコンピュータを中継してユーザに公開され、当該ユーザは端末４にてこれを閲覧する。このとき、ユーザは、閲覧しているウェブサイトのコンテンツ上の任意の位置に、ユーザ端末にて、所定の意味を有する電子付箋を貼り付けたり、当該付箋に文字の書き込みを行うなど、ウェブサイト評価情報の入力を行う。すると、張り付けられた付箋や、書き込まれたテキストの内容は、その入力された位置とウェブサイト上における位置とが関連づけられた状態で、ウェブサイトを閲覧すべくアクセスしているサーバコンピュータに送信される。
続いて、サーバコンピュータは、受信したウェブサイト評価情報及び入力位置情報を、ウェブサイトのＵＲＬなど、中継してユーザ端末に公開しているウェブサイトと関連づけて記憶する。そして、サーバコンピュータにこのようなウェブサイト評価情報が複数集められると、当該サーバコンピュータは、ウェブサイト評価情報を、ユーザが入力したときの位置とほぼ同一のウェブサイト上の位置に、そのコンテンツと共に表示し、そのサイトを開設している企業に送信する。
従って、ウェブサイトを開設する企業は、ユーザからの当該サイトの評価情報を、ユーザが指摘した位置情報と共に、すなわち、ウェブサイトのコンテンツレイアウトなどに対応して認識することができるため、その指摘位置及び内容を正確かつ容易に把握することができ、効率よくサイトの改善を図ることができる。そして、必要によっては、企業がサーバコンピュータに評価情報を要求することで、ユーザの意見をリアルタイムに得ることができ、迅速に改善も図ることができる。その結果、ユーザがウェブサイトを利用する際の利便性の向上を図ることができ、サイトアクセス率が向上し、ウェブサイトによる広告宣伝効果の向上及び利益の向上を図ることができる。また、サーバコンピュータを運営する事業者は、評価を依頼したウェブサイトを開設する企業から、システム利用料による利益を得ることができる。さらに、ウェブサイトを評価するユーザは、システム運営業者からモニターとしての手数料など、特典を受けることができる。

また、上記構成において、評価情報提供機能は、収集した複数のユーザからのウェブサイト評価情報を、各ユーザが入力したそのままの位置及び内容にて、一画面上にまとめて表示して当該ウェブサイトを開設する企業に提供する、という機能であると望ましい。
これにより、複数のユーザからの種々の意見が、一つのサイト画面上にまとめて表示され、これをウェブサイト評価を依頼した企業の担当者が見ることができるため、その評価を容易に把握することができる。すなわち、評価情報が集中する箇所を迅速に把握することができ、効率よく迅速にウェブサイトのコンテンツの配置や技術的な改善を図ることができる。

さらに、上述したように、ユーザにて入力されるウェブサイト評価情報は、ウェブサイト上に張り付けられる電子付箋による情報であって、当該電子付箋は、あらかじめその形態の相違により意味が定められているものであったり、電子付箋上に入力された文字情報をも含むものであってもよい。そして、ウェブサイト上にユーザにて描かれた画像情報であってもよい。
これにより、電子付箋やテキスト、さらには、ペイントソフトなどで描かれた画像などによる評価情報が企業に提供されることで、付箋の形状や色彩など形態、さらにはテキストの内容にて容易にウェブサイトの評価を認識することができる。すなわち、付箋の形態による場合には、一見して容易に評価内容を認識することができ、テキストによる場合には、具体的な評価を得ることができ、より効率のより改善を図ることができる。

また、上記ユーザにて張り付けられる電子付箋は、あらかじめ定められた分類に区分けされたユーザ毎に異なる形態の電子付箋であるとしてもよい。
これにより、ウェブサイトの評価を依頼した企業側は、張り付けられている電子付箋の形態によって、いかなるユーザ層からの意見であるかを容易に識別することができ、その参考の度合を設定することができる。従って、企業が対象とするユーザ（顧客）に応じたウェブサイトの改善を図ることができ、効率よくウェブサイトの改善を図ることができる。

また、本発明では、サーバコンピュータが、ウェブサーバに開設されている企業のウェブサイトを閲覧した複数のユーザから各々のユーザ端末を用いてウェブサイト上の任意の位置に入力されるウェブサイト評価情報を、そのウェブサイト上における入力位置情報及び当該ウェブサイトの表示画面情報と共に受信して記憶する評価情報収集機能と、これら記憶した複数のウェブサイト評価情報を入力位置情報に対応したウェブサイト上の位置に、当該ウェブサイトの表示画面情報と共に表示して企業に対して提供する評価情報提供機能と、を備えた、という構成をも採っている。
このような構成にすることにより、サーバコンピュータは、ユーザ端末からのウェブサイト評価情報を、その入力位置情報とウェブサイトの画面のハードコピーと共に受信して記憶するため、受信した評価情報がいかなるウェブサイトのいかなる画面のものであるかを認識することができる。従って、あらゆるウェブサイトの評価を実行することができ、本システムを利用する企業の増大を図ることができる。

また、本発明では、ウェブサイトを開設する企業のウェブサーバと、このウェブサイトを評価する複数のユーザの端末と、にネットワークを介して接続されたサーバコンピュータを用いて、ウェブサイトの評価情報を企業に提供する方法であって、サーバコンピュータが、当該サーバコンピュータを中継して、ユーザ端末からのアクセスに応じてウェブサーバが開設する企業のウェブサイトを、ユーザ端末に公開する中継公開工程と、サーバコンピュータが、ウェブサイトを閲覧した複数のユーザから各々のユーザ端末を用いてウェブサイト上の任意の位置に入力されるウェブサイト評価情報を、そのウェブサイト上における入力位置情報と共に受信して、中継して公開しているウェブサイトに関連づけて記憶する評価情報収集工程と、サーバコンピュータが、記憶した複数のウェブサイト評価情報を入力位置情報に対応したウェブサイト上の位置に、中継して公開している当該ウェブサイトのコンテンツと共に表示して企業に対して提供する評価情報提供工程と、を備えた、というウェブサイト評価提供方法をも提供している。

さらに、ウェブサイトを開設する企業のウェブサーバと、このウェブサイトを評価する複数のユーザの端末と、にネットワークを介して接続されたサーバコンピュータの動作を制御して、ウェブサイトの評価を提供するプログラムであって、ユーザ端末からのアクセスに応じてウェブサーバが開設する企業のウェブサイトを、サーバコンピュータを中継してユーザ端末に公開する中継公開処理と、ウェブサイトを閲覧した複数のユーザから各々のユーザ端末を用いてウェブサイト上の任意の位置に入力されるウェブサイト評価情報を、そのウェブサイト上における入力位置情報と共に受信して、中継して公開しているウェブサイトに関連づけて記憶する評価情報収集処理と、これら記憶した複数のウェブサイト評価情報を入力位置情報に対応したウェブサイト上の位置に、中継して公開している当該ウェブサイトのコンテンツと共に表示して企業に対して提供する評価情報提供処理と、を実行するようサーバコンピュータの動作を制御するウェブサイト評価提供プログラムをも提供している。
このようにしても、上述同様の作用、効果を得ることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
〈第１の実施形態〉
以下、本発明の第１の実施形態を、図１乃至図４を参照して説明する。図１は、本発明の第１の実施形態における構成を示すブロック図である。図２は、本発明であるシステムの概要を示す説明図である。図３は、第１の実施形態における動作を示すシーケンス図である。図４は、サーバコンピュータの動作の一部を示すフローチャートである。

（構成）
本発明であるウェブサイト評価提供システムは、当該システムを運営する事業者が管理するサーバコンピュータ１を備え、当該サーバ１が所定の処理を行うことにより本システムが実現される。そして、このサーバコンピュータ１（後に、評価集計サーバともいう）には、ネットワーク２を介して、ウェブサイトを開設する企業のウェブサーバ３と、このウェブサイトを評価する複数のユーザの端末４と、が接続されている。このような構成にて、サーバコンピュータ１が、ウェブサーバ３が開設するウェブサイトのユーザによる評価を、ウェブサイトを開設する企業に提供するというものである。以下、本システムの中心となるサーバコンピュータ１の構成について説明するが、まず、当該コンピュータ１に接続されていて、情報のやり取りを行うウェブサーバ３及びユーザ端末４について説明する。

（ウェブサーバ）
ウェブサーバ３は、一般的な企業が所有する、あるいは、管理するコンピュータであって、当該企業が開設するウェブサイトを公開している。従って、ウェブサーバ３には、モデムやターミナルアダプタといった通信手段と、常時、他の端末からのアクセスに応じて自社のウェブサイトを開示するウェブサイト開設機能と、が備えられている。また、ウェブサーバ３のハードディスクなどの記憶装置３１には、開設しているウェブサイトのコンテンツデータが記憶されている。

そして、上記ウェブサイトを開設する企業が、当該ウェブサイトをユーザにて評価してもらうこと希望する場合には、ウェブサイト評価提供システムを運営する事業者に調査依頼をする。このとき、調査依頼は、企業の担当者がウェブサーバ３や他の端末を用いて、電子メールなどで行う。そして、同時に、調査対象となるウェブサイトのアドレスデータ（例えば、ＵＲＬ）を、ウェブサイト評価提供システムであるサーバコンピュータ１に送信して登録する。これにより、後述するように、調査対象であるウェブサイトがサーバコンピュータ１を中継して、ユーザ端末４に公開されることとなり、また、ユーザ端末４から送信されるウェブサイト評価情報とウェブサイトとの関連づけが、サーバコンピュータ１にて容易に実行できることとなる。

また、企業の担当者は、ウェブサーバ３などを用いて、サーバコンピュータ１に対して、ウェブサイトの評価調査を依頼する期間（調査期間）や、ウェブサイトを評価するユーザ（モニター）の属性、さらには、モニターに対して与えることができる特典、などの情報を送信して登録する。すなわち、企業の担当者は、自己の企業の客層に応じて、モニターの年齢などを特定でき、また、評価してくれるモニター数の増加を図るべく、モニターに商品を無料で提供するなど、特典を設定する必要がある。

さらに、ウェブサーバ３や企業の担当者の端末には、後にサーバコンピュータ１から、ウェブサイト評価情報が公開されているサイトのアドレスデータが送信される。これを受信し、当該アドレスにブラウザなどのウェブサイト閲覧ソフトにてアクセスすることにより、後述するように、モニターによる評価情報を閲覧することができる（図２参照）。

（ユーザ端末）
ユーザ端末４は、パーソナルコンピュータなど、モデムやターミナルアダプタなどの通信手段と、ブラウザと呼ばれるウェブサイト閲覧機能とを備えた端末である。但し、これを所有するユーザは、本実施形態においては、本システムすなわち上述したサーバコンピュータ１にモニター登録を行ったユーザが所有するコンピュータである。

ここで、本発明においてモニターとは、上記ウェブサーバ１にて公開されているウェブサイトを評価する者をいい、あらかじめ本システムを運営する事業者が設定した基準を満たす者にモニターとしての権原が与えられる。特に、モニターは、その職業やウェブサイト、コンピュータに関する知識に応じて、種類があり、ウェブサイトの評価に対してその期待する度合が異なる。例えば、以下のように分類される。なお、各個書きの期待値とは、モニターに期待する評価の内容や、その後の企業に対する立場である。

これらの者は、システムを運営する事業者からの募集に対して、ユーザ端末４などを用いてメールやホームページ画面上からモニター応募し、当該事業者の選考を通ることで、モニターとしてその氏名、年齢、職業などが登録される。

そして、モニターとなったユーザの端末４には、閲覧するウェブサイト上に電子付箋を貼り付ける評価情報入力機能用のプログラムが、サーバコンピュータ１から提供され、当該機能が組み込まれる。すなわち、ユーザ端末４には、評価情報入力機能が備えられている。但し、評価情報入力機能は、サーバコンピュータ１から提供されるプログラムにより実現されるものに限定されず、あらかじめユーザ端末４に組み込まれているものであってもよい。

この評価情報入力機能は、ユーザの指示に応じて、表示しているウェブサイト上に、あらかじめ用意されている色、形状など（形態）を有する電子付箋を貼り付けるよう作動する。具体的に、用意されている付箋は、その色によって以下の意味を有する。
赤色：利用していく上で、完全に致命的だと思う項目
黄色：利用していく上で、致命的だと思う項目
緑色：利用していく上で、良いと思う項目
青色：利用していく上で、すばらしい思う項目
また、その形状によっても、その意味が設定されている。さらに、ユーザが分けられているあらかじめ定められた分類により、使用する付箋の色や形状など、形態が定められている。例えば、上述したプレミアモニターは赤色の枠を有する付箋、一般モニターは青色の枠を有する付箋である。このように、付箋自体に意味を持たせることで、後述するように、ユーザが張り付けた付箋がそのままの状態で企業の担当者に閲覧されるため、一見してその評価の内容を認識することができる。特に、致命的である部分を容易に認識することで、迅速な対応を図ることができる。また、ユーザ層の違いによる意見をも容易に認識することができるため、企業が対象とするユーザ（顧客）に応じたウェブサイトの改善を図ることができ、効率よくウェブサイトの改善を図ることができる。

また、評価情報入力機能は、上記電子付箋上にモニターからの操作に応じて任意の文字情報を入力することも可能とする。これにより、モニターからより具体的な指摘を得ることができる。さらに、評価情報入力機能は、モニターがマウスなどを操作することで、ペイントソフトのように任意の図形を描いたり、文字を入力することも可能とし、描かれた図形、文字情報を画像情報として認識する。このように、自由に記載することを可能とすることで、モニターにとっては表現度の自由が広がり、企業にとってはより様々な評価情報を得ることができる。

さらに、評価情報入力機能は、上述した電子付箋の色、形状や文字などの情報、及び、電子付箋の張り付けられたウェブサイト上の位置（入力位置情報）を、ネットワーク２を介してサーバコンピュータ１に送信する。ここで、入力位置情報とは、例えば、ウェブサイト上における座標である。これにより、モニターのユーザ端末４からは、電子付箋などのウェブサイト評価情報がサーバコンピュータ１にて、その配置を入力されたときの状態に再現できるよう送信される。すなわち、ウェブサイト評価情報を、ウェブサイトのレイアウトに対応させてサーバコンピュータ１に送信することができる。

このとき、ユーザ端末４の評価情報入力機能にて入力されたウェブサイト評価情報は、ウェブサーバ３内のサイト上に直接入力される訳ではなく、ユーザ端末４上でのみ表示されている情報である。従って、いかなる情報を入力しようとも、ウェブサーバ３内に記憶されているウェブサイトのデータが変更される訳ではないので、その情報が他のユーザに閲覧されることはない。

ここで、上記評価情報入力機能にてユーザが入力できるウェブサイト評価情報は、上記電子付箋の形態や文字情報に限定されない。ユーザがしゃべった音声を記憶した音声ファイルであってもよい。すなわち、ユーザは閲覧しているウェブサイト上の任意の位置を選択して音声を記録することにより、当該選択した箇所に音声ファイルが添付される。これにより、評価情報を入力する際の自由度をさらに高めることができる。

ちなみに、上述した評価情報入力機能は、（米）ｉＭａｒｋｕｐ　Ｓｏｌｕｔｉｏｎｓ社の「ｉＭａｒｋｕｐ」ソフトウェアを用いることで、実現することができる。また、ユーザ端末４からサーバコンピュータ１に対してウェブサイト評価情報を送信することに関しては、サーバコンピュータ１を説明するときに詳細に説明するが、これに関しても上記ソフトウェアにて実現できる。

（ネットワーク）
ここで、ネットワーク２は、専用線や電話回線あるいはＣＡＴＶのケーブル等を用い、ＴＣＰ／ＩＰプロトコルといった通信プロトコルにて通信を行うインターネットである。但し、特定企業内のみで稼働するイントラネットや、ＴＣＰ／ＩＰ以外のプロトコルで通信する特定のネットワークであってもよい。

（サーバコンピュータ）
サーバコンピュータ１は、上述したように、本システム自体であり、当該システムを提供する事業者が運営するコンピュータである。そして、上述したウェブサーバ３と同様に、モデムやターミナルアダプタといった通信手段を備えていて、常時、ネットワーク２に接続された状態になっている。

また、サーバコンピュータ１には、当該サーバコンピュータ１を中継して、ウェブサーバ３に開設されている企業のウェブサイトをユーザ端末４に公開する「中継公開機能」と、このウェブサイトを閲覧した複数のユーザから各々のユーザ端末４を用いてウェブサイト上の任意の位置に入力されるウェブサイト評価情報を、そのウェブサイト上における入力位置情報と共に受信して、中継して公開している当該ウェブサイトに関連づけて記憶する「評価情報収集機能」と、これら記憶した複数のウェブサイト評価情報を、入力位置情報に対応したウェブサイト上の位置に、中継して公開している当該ウェブサイトのコンテンツと共に表示して、企業に対して提供する「評価情報提供機能」と、が備えられている。

ここで、これらの機能は、各機能用プログラムがＣＤ−ＲＯＭなどの可搬媒体あるいはネットワーク上の他のコンピュータから、サーバコンピュータ１に提供され、当該コンピュータ１に組み込まれることにより、そのＣＰＵに構築されて実現できる。具体的に、上記プログラムは、ユーザ端末１からのアクセスに応じてウェブサーバ３が開設する企業のウェブサイトを、サーバコンピュータ１を中継してユーザ端末に公開する「中継公開処理」と、ウェブサイトを閲覧した複数のユーザから各々のユーザ端末４を用いてウェブサイト上の任意の位置に入力されるウェブサイト評価情報を、そのウェブサイト上における入力位置情報と共に受信して、中継して公開しているウェブサイトに関連づけて記憶する「評価情報収集処理」と、これら記憶した複数のウェブサイト評価情報を入力位置情報に対応したウェブサイト上の位置に、中継して公開している当該ウェブサイトのコンテンツと共に表示して企業に対して提供する「評価情報提供処理」と、をサーバコンピュータ１が実行するよう当該サーバコンピュータ１の動作を制御するウェブサイト評価提供プログラムである。このようにして、サーバコンピュータ１が上記機能として作動する。以下、各機能について詳述する。

「中継公開機能」は、調査対象であるウェブサイトを、ウェブサーバ３からサーバコンピュータ１を中継して、ユーザ端末４に公開する機能である。この機能の前提としては、調査依頼のあったウェブサイトのＵＲＬなどのアドレスを、サーバコンピュータ１に設定する必要がある。そして、ユーザ端末４からウェブサイトへのアクセス要求があったときに、サーバコンピュータ１が設定したアドレスを参照してウェブサーバ３にウェブサイトコンテンツを要求して受信し、これをユーザ端末４に公開する。このようにすることで、ユーザ端末４はサーバコンピュータ１を通して、ウェブサーバ３にアクセスすることができる。なお、ユーザ端末４が、サーバコンピュータ１にて中継されたウェブサイトを閲覧すべくアクセスするアドレスは、サーバコンピュータ１からモニターのユーザ端末４に電子メールなどで通知される。
