一般に、缶入り飲料、壜入り飲料、ペットボトル飲料等の商品を販売する自動販売機において、庫内を左右方向で複数の商品収納室に区画形成する間仕切壁体を設け、各商品収納室の奥部に、商品収納室に臨む背面壁との間に温調用通気路を形成する板状のダクト形成板を設けて、循環用ファンによる冷却風或いは加熱風を、ダクト形成板に形成された風流通窓を介して庫内を循環可能になっており、この種の自動販売機におけるダクト形成板の取り付け構造としては、図18に示すように、ダクト形成板100の左右側端の折り曲げフランジ101を、取り付けネジ400を介して間仕切り側板200に取り付けてダクト300を形成する構造が採用されている。また、その他にも、図示しないが、背面部に直接ネジ止めするものもある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところが、この種の自動販売機におけるダクト形成板の取り付け構造は、多くの場合、庫内を間仕切壁体によって間仕切り区画された、庫内側壁と間仕切壁体との間、又は、隣り合う間仕切壁体間に形成された幅狭い商品収納室の奥部空間にダクト形成板の取り付け箇所が存在することに加えて、その窮屈な作業空間内でドライバー等の工具を使用したネジ止め作業を実施しなくてはならないので、作業性が悪いことに加えて手間がかかる問題があった。

本発明は、上述の実状に鑑みて為されたものであって、その主たる課題は、作業性の向上を図りながら、部品点数の削減化や製作の簡易化を可能にする自動販売機におけるダクト形成板の取り付け構造を提供する点にある。

本発明の請求項1による自動販売機におけるダクト形成板の取り付け構造の特徴構成は、庫内を左右方向で複数の商品収納室に区画形成する間仕切壁体を設け、各商品収納室の奥部に、商品収納室に臨む背面壁との間に温調用通気路を形成する板状のダクト形成板を設けてある構成において、左右方向で相対向する状態で商品収納室に臨む少なくとも一方の間仕切壁体又は庫内を形成する側板に、ダクト形成板に形成された取り付け孔又は切欠きの周縁の一部に係合して、ダクト形成板の少なくとも前方及び上方への移動を阻止する係止片が備えられている点にある。

【発明の実施の形態】
〔実施形態〕
以下、本発明の板同士の拘束構造を適用した一実施形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
この実施形態では、図1、図2に示すように、例えば、缶入り飲料、壜入り飲料、ペットボトル飲料等の商品を販売する自動販売機Aに本発明を適用したものであり、この自動販売機Aを概略すれば、例えば、外箱E内に、断熱構造の間仕切りされた内箱F構造を採用して、多種多数の商品G…が商品収納ラックH…を介して在庫することが可能で、個別に冷却装置Xによって冷却された商品を冷却保温、及び、加熱装置Yによって加熱された商品を加熱保温することが可能になった自動販売機本体Bに対して、外箱Eと内箱Fの開口の上部に対して断熱する断熱性板部C2を備えた開閉自在な前面扉Cと、内箱Fの開口の下部に対して開閉自在な断熱中扉Dとを備え、前面扉Cに配備された金銭投入装置Iに入金され、同じく前面扉Cに配備されたサンプル台Jに見本されたサンプルKの中から選択ボタンスイッチで選ばれた商品Gが、該当する商品収納ラックHから商品払出し装置Lを介して払出し落下され、シュートMを経由して前面扉Cの商品取出し口C1に払い出されることによって、冷却保温、又は、加熱保温された商品Gを購入することが可能になっている。

前記自動販売機本体Bの外箱Eは、板金製の背板1、左右側板2、3、天井板4、底板5、中底板6を一体的に組付けることによって、前面に開口が上下に分かれた箱体を構成する。

前記自動販売機本体Bの内箱Fを構成する庫内壁構造は、図3、図4、図5に示すように、外箱Eの上部開口E1に対応する背板1、左右側板2,3、天板4の内側に対応して方形板状の発泡スチロール等からなる庫内側の表面に防水層10Aを形成する断熱ボード10を添設状態に配備して、内底壁15を除く内背壁11、左右内側壁12,13、内天壁14を断熱ボード10から構成して、庫内壁の主要部を断熱ボード10によって構成する。断熱ボード10の表面を覆う防水層10Aは、ポリスチロール等の合成樹脂材からなる防水性樹脂シートから形成されている。

前記内底壁15は、底板5上の所定高さ位置に固着配備された外箱Eの構成部材である板金製の中底板6上に配備された中底用断熱材7と、左右端に左右内側壁12,13に対面する補強側板15Cを折り曲げ形成するとともに、中底板6との対面間に中底用断熱材7を挟み込む状態で外箱Eに連結された板金製の内中底板15Aとから構成されている。

前記内中底板15Aは、図3〜図5に示すように、前端垂下板部15Bを、中底板6の前端立上げ板部6Aにビスbにより樹脂性の断熱部材(図示せず)を介してネジ止めするとともに、補強側板15Cの前端縁を、外箱Eの左右側板手前に固着されている補強縦板20にビスbにより樹脂性の断熱部材(図示せず)を介してネジ止めして、外箱Eに対して一体連結されている。ここで、内中底板15Aは、板金製で外箱Eに一体連結され牢固な構造部分になっており、中底板6と相俟って、下向きの荷重を受ける構造となっているので、冷却装置X、加熱装置Y、冷却風或いは加熱風を送風する送風機Z、商品取り出し口に商品を案内するシュートM等の機器装置類の取り付け部として利用される。

内箱Fは、例えば、中底板6上に中底用断熱材7を挟み込んで内中底板15Aを外箱Eに組付け、この中底用断熱材7の奥端縁上に下面が接当する状態に内背壁11を組付け、外箱Eの左右側板手前に固着されている補強縦板20の奥端に形成された差込溝20Aに、左右内側壁12,13の手前端を嵌め込むとともに、内背壁11の左右端縁前面に左右内側壁12,13の奥端を接当させ、中底用断熱材7の左右端縁上に下面が接当する状態に左右内側壁12,13を組込み、外箱Eの天井板11手前に固着されている補強横板22の奥端に形成された差込み溝22Aに、天井壁14の手前端を嵌め込むとともに、外箱Eの天井板奥側に固着されている補強横板23の手前端に形成された差込み溝23Aに、天井壁14の奥端を嵌め込んで、左右内側壁12,13の上部内側面に天井壁14の左右端面を当接して天井壁14を組付けて形成されて、外箱E内に断熱性のある庫内構造を形成する。ここで、各組付けられる内壁11,12,13,14、15相互の関係が定まっているので、外箱Eに対して内底壁15,内背壁11、左右内側壁12,13、内天井壁14と言った組付け手順も定まるので、組付け工程を標準化することができる。
