本発明は、空気調和機の施工構造及びその施工方法に関する。特に、空気調和機を天井裏などに吊下げ施工するための構造とその施工方法に関する。

【背景技術】
温風を吹き出すことによって浴室内を暖房したり、浴室内に吊下げられた洗濯物などを乾燥させるための浴室暖房乾燥機(空気調和機)が従来より使用されている。このような浴室暖房乾燥機には、壁掛け型のものと天井取付け型のものとがある。

このうち天井取付型の浴室暖房乾燥機は、浴室暖房乾燥機本体を浴室の天井裏に設置し、浴室暖房乾燥機本体の下面を覆うようにして天井の下面にフロントカバー(化粧カバー)を配置されるものであって、浴室暖房乾燥機本体を天井裏に隠すことができるので、浴室内をすっきりとさせることができる。

図1は天井裏に施工された浴室暖房乾燥機1の設置状態の一例を示す概略側面図、図2はその概略断面図である。符号4で示すものは、内部を循環する温水と空気とを熱交換させることにより、通過する空気を加熱するための熱交換器である。この浴室暖房乾燥機1にあっては、循環ファン5をモータ駆動すると、循環ファン5によってフロントカバー3の吸込口6から吸い込まれた浴室内の空気は、熱交換器4を通過することによって加熱され、ファンケーシングを兼ねた送風路7に導かれてフロントカバー3の吹出口8から温風として吹き出される。

このような浴室暖房乾燥機1を施工する際には、天井パネル13にあけられた開口14から浴室暖房乾燥機本体2を天井裏に持ち上げ、天井から下がっている4本の吊ボルト(アンカーボルト)10を浴室暖房乾燥機本体2のケーシング9に設けられた吊ボルト用凹部15に位置させ、吊ボルト用凹部15の底面11に開口されている装着孔に吊ボルト10を挿通させ、ナット16で挟んでケーシング9を吊ボルト10に連結する。こうしてケーシング9のフランジ12を天井パネル13の下面に当てるようにして施工した後、浴室暖房乾燥機本体2の下面を覆うようにして天井パネル13の下にフロントカバー3を取付ける。

しかしながら、このような施工方法では、浴室暖房乾燥機本体2を天井裏まで持ち上げて吊ボルト用凹部15の底面11に吊ボルト10を挿通させた後、浴室暖房乾燥機本体2を天井裏から落下しないよう支えながら、各吊ボルト10にナット16を締め付けて浴室暖房乾燥機本体2の4箇所を順次吊ボルト10に支持させていかなければならない。そのため、浴室暖房乾燥機本体2を支持する作業者と、各吊ボルト10に順次ナット16を締め付けて浴室暖房乾燥機本体2を支持させる作業者との最低2名の作業者が必要であった(浴室暖房乾燥機本体2の重量などによっては、さらに多人数の作業者が必要になる。)。

本発明の請求項1に係る発明は、上方から垂下された吊ボルトを空気調和機の取付け箇所に設けられた孔に挿通させ、前記孔よりも上において吊ボルトに取り付けられた上締付け具と前記孔よりも下において吊ボルトに取り付けられた下締付け具で空気調和機を吊ボルトに支持させた空気調和機の施工構造において、空気調和機を仮保持させるための仮保持用バネ部材を前記上締付け具に支持させ、当該仮保持用バネ部材を上方から空気調和機の前記孔に挿通させ、前記上締付け具と前記下締付け具との間に空気調和機の前記取付け箇所を挟持させたことを特徴としている。ここで、上締付け具及び下締付け具は、吊ボルトに取付けられるものであるから、少なくとも雌ネジ孔を有しており、例えばナット状の部分を有している。

【発明の実施の形態】
(第1の実施形態)
図3は本発明の一実施形態による浴室暖房乾燥機(空気調和機)の構造を示す概略断面図であり、図4はその浴室暖房乾燥機本体の概略上面図である。この浴室暖房乾燥機21は、主として浴室暖房乾燥機本体22とフロントカバー23によって構成されている。この浴室暖房乾燥機本体22にあっては、下面開口したケーシング24の内部にファン収納部25と換気装置収納部26とが設けられ、ケーシング24の下端部外周にフランジ27が周設されている。また、ケーシング24の外周面には、上面からフランジ27の近くにまで亘って窪んだ吊ボルト用凹部28が複数箇所に設けられており、吊ボルト用凹部28の底面(以下、取付け箇所という。)には、吊ボルト29を通すことができる長方形状をした貫通孔30が開口されている。ファン収納部25の下部には、ほぼ筒状をした送風路31が設けられている。

ファン収納部25内には、クロスフローファンのような循環ファン32が設置されており、ファン収納部25の吸引側には熱交換器33が設けられている。空気を加熱するための手段としては、電気ヒータなどでもよいが、この実施形態では、熱源機から供給される温水を循環させ、温水と浴室から吸引した空気とを熱交換させて空気を加熱する熱交換器33を用いている。

しかして、循環ファン32を回転させると、フロントカバー23の吸込口40から浴室暖房乾燥機本体22内に吸込まれた浴室内の空気は、熱交換器33を通過する際に熱交換器33内部を流れる温水と熱交換することによって加熱され、熱交換器33で加熱された温風は循環ファン32によって送風路31から送り出され、吹出口41から浴室へ吹き出される。なお、送風路31内には、モータ(図示せず)で駆動される風向板42が設けられており、風向板42の傾きを変えることで吹出口41からの温風吹出し方向を調整することができる。

次に、上記のような浴室暖房乾燥機21を天井裏に施工するための構造について説明する。図5は吊ボルト29に取付けられていて浴室暖房乾燥機本体22を支持している吊下げ支持具37の構造を示す正面図であり、図6は図5のX−X線断面図である。また、図7は吊下げ支持具37の分解斜視図である。吊下げ支持具37は、図7のように、上ナット43、仮保持用バネ部材44、上弾性部材45、下弾性部材46、下ナット47から構成されている。

仮保持用バネ部材44は、板金を折り曲げ加工したものであって、図7に示すように、吊ボルト29を挿通させることができる通孔48を中央部に開口された水平片49の両端から弾性片50が垂下され、弾性片50の下端から外側へ向けて水平に支持片51が延出され、支持片51の先端から内側へ向けて斜め下りにガイド片52が延出されている。図6に示すように、この仮保持用バネ部材44の幅は、ケーシング24に開口された装着孔30の幅よりも若干狭くなっており、水平片49の長さも装着孔30の長さよりも短くなっており、仮保持用バネ部材44の長さは装着孔30の長さよりも長くなっている。

図5及び図6に示されているように、上ナット43は吊ボルト29に螺合されており、通孔48に吊ボルト29を挿通された仮保持用バネ部材44は上ナット43によって保持されている。すなわち、上ナット43は仮保持用バネ部材44と一体化されており、上ナット43を吊ボルト29に取付けられたとき仮保持用バネ部材44を保持できるようになっている。例えば、仮保持用バネ部材44の水平片49の上面に溶接等によって上ナット43を接合させておいてもよく、水平片49の通孔48に上ナット43の下面に設けた突起などを回転自在に連結させておいてもよい。施工状態においては、この仮保持用バネ部材44は、ケーシング24の取付け箇所の上面側から装着孔30に挿通されており、弾性片50及び支持片51が装着孔30を通過し、支持片51の上面がケーシング24の下面に対向している。

上弾性部材45はゴムやプラスチック等の弾性を有する材料によって製作されており、装着孔30の幅よりも大きな幅を有する横長矩形状をした弾性押え部53の下面から軸部54を垂設し、弾性押え部53から軸部54にかけて貫通孔55が設けられている。上弾性部材45は、弾性を有する一方で、ケーシング24の取付け箇所の上面を押えることができるだけの剛性を有している。例えば、ゴムや軟質プラスチックからなる弾性押え部53の内部に金属製の芯材をインサートしておいてもよく、あるいはポリエチレンのように適度の弾性を有する硬質プラスチックである程度の厚みを持たせて上弾性部材45を成形しておいてもよい。この上弾性部材45は、弾性押え部53の上面を接着剤や両面粘着テープなどによって仮保持用バネ部材44の水平片49下面に接着されている。施工状態においては、上弾性部材45の貫通孔55には吊ボルト29が挿通されており、弾性押え部53の両側部下面がケーシング24の上面に当接している。

次に、図8及び図9に従って浴室暖房乾燥機21を天井裏に施工する手順を説明する。まず、図8(a)に示すように、各々の吊ボルト29に上ナット43と仮保持用バネ部材44と上弾性部材45を取り付ける。上ナット43と仮保持用バネ部材44とは一体化されており、上弾性部材45は仮保持用バネ部材44の下面に接着されているので、上ナット43を吊ボルト29に螺合させるだけで上ナット43と仮保持用バネ部材44と上弾性部材45を吊ボルト29に取り付けることができる。これらを吊ボルト29に取り付けた後、上ナット43を回すことによって各吊ボルト29に取り付けられている仮保持用バネ部材44及び上弾性部材45の天井パネル38からの高さがほぼ同じ高さとなるように調整する。

仮保持用バネ部材44を用いなければ、浴室暖房乾燥機本体22を仮保持させることができないので、図9(e)のように下弾性部材46と下ナット47を各吊ボルト29に取り付けて下ナット47を締め付ける間も浴室暖房乾燥機本体22を手で支持している必要があり、少なくとも二人以上でないと作業することができない。これに対し、このような実施形態の施工方法によれば、浴室暖房乾燥機本体22を仮保持用バネ部材44で仮保持させた状態で、下弾性部材46や下ナット47を取り付けることができるので、省力化することができ、一人で浴室暖房乾燥機21を施工することも可能になる。

仮保持用バネ部材44で浴室暖房乾燥機本体22を支持しているだけであると、浴室暖房乾燥機本体22が仮保持用バネ部材44から浮き上がる。また、ケーシング24の吊ボルト用凹部28の底面を弾性押え部53で押えるようにする場合でも、装着孔30の縁を弾性押え部53と支持片51との間に嵌め込みやすくするためには、弾性押え部53の下面と支持片51の上面との距離をケーシング24の装着孔30の縁の厚みよりも大きくして余裕を持たせておく必要があり、その場合には装着孔30の縁の上面と弾性押え部53の下面との間に隙間が生じる。その結果、地震や大型車両の走行時の振動などによって浴室暖房乾燥機本体22が浮き上がったり、揺れ動いたりする恐れがある。そこで、本発明においては、最終的な施工状態においては、ケーシング24を上ナット43及び上弾性部材45と下弾性部材46及び下ナット47とで締め付けて固定し、浴室暖房乾燥機本体22が揺れ動いたり、浮き上がったりしないようにしている。よって、浴室暖房乾燥機本体22が確実に固定され、振動音やびびり音などが発生する恐れが無くなる。さらに、ケーシング24は上弾性部材45と下弾性部材46との間に挟み込まれているので、これら弾性部材45、46によって振動を吸収させることができる。特に、ケーシング24が支持片51から浮いていれば、浴室暖房乾燥機本体22と仮保持用バネ部材44との間で振動音等が発生する恐れがない。
