従来、ワイン等を家庭等において冷却するための卓上冷却器には、小型で、冷却性能に優れたものは殆ど知られていない。
実開平6−41631号公報には、上面が開口し、収容された氷の溶けた水が内側から外側に通過可能な内桶と、同じく上面が開口し、内側面部及び底部に空隙を有しつつ前記内桶が挿入固定される外桶とを含むワインクーラーが開示されているが、該ワインクーラーにはボトルと内桶との間に氷が入るスペースが必要であり、この結果、外桶が大きくなって卓上冷却器には適さない。
また、特開2000−154956号公報によれば、瓶を挿入可能な貫孔を有する環状製氷皿を備えたワインクーラーも公知であるが、前記実用新案公開公報記載の考案と同様に卓上冷却器に適さない他、冷媒としての氷とボトルとが直接接触することがないので、冷却能力が十分ではない。

本発明は、冷媒として氷を使用することなく、ワイン等の各種形状、大きさのボトルを十分に冷却することのできる卓上冷却器を提供することを目的とするものである。

本発明に係るワイン等の冷却器は、ワイン等のボトルの収容室と、該収容室を囲繞して配される可撓性を有する冷却管と、該冷却管をボトルの側壁に密着させる押圧材とを備えてなることを特徴とする。
前記ワイン等の冷却器は、前記冷却管内に冷媒を流通させる冷却手段を備えることが好ましい。
前記収容室は前記押圧材によって形成されてなることが好ましい。
前記押圧材の圧縮係数は前記冷却管を構成する材料の圧縮係数より小さいことが好ましい。
前記押圧材が発泡スチレン、発泡ウレタン、スポンジ、空気袋、等のクッション材からなることが好ましい。

以下、本発明に係る家庭用卓上冷却器の最良の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。図1は、卓上冷却器の外形を構成するケースを省略して図示した斜視図であり、観音開きとなるように構成された押圧材10が横置きされている。即ち、押圧材10は、略直方体の下部押圧材11と左右の上部押圧材12a、12bにより構成され、これらの押圧材10の中心部にワイン等の瓶の収容室20が形成されている。図1において、収容室20の手前側は閉塞され、奥側が開放されており、ワイン等の瓶の底部が手前側に、注ぎ口部が奥側に夫々設置されて、収納、取り出しが容易となるようになっている。

押圧材10は前記収容室20を形成すると同時に、次述する冷却管40をワイン瓶30の側壁に密着させる役割を担っている。従って、押圧材10の圧縮係数を冷却管40を構成する材料の圧縮係数より小さくなるように選定して、冷却管40をワイン瓶30の側壁に密着し易いようにすることが好ましい。このような観点から、押圧材10の材質を発泡スチレン、発泡ウレタン、スポンジ、空気袋、等のクッション材とすることが好ましい。
これらのクッション材は、そのまま瓶の収容室20を有する形状に成形したり、該クッション材を塊状または粒状にして袋詰めすることが好ましい。

本発明の卓上冷却器ではワイン等を冷却するために、ワイン瓶30の収容室20を囲繞するようにして、可撓性を有する冷却管40が配される。冷却管40の材質は、冷媒の使用に耐え、熱電導性に優れた合成ゴムまたは合成樹脂とすることが好ましく、合成ゴムとして、イソプレンゴム、スチレンブタジエンゴム、ブタジエンゴム、クロロプレンゴム、ブチルゴム、エチレンプロピレンゴム、ニトリルゴム、シリコーンゴム、フッ素ゴムを、合成樹脂として、ポリエチレン、架橋ポリエチレン、フッ化ビニリデン、エチレン四フッ化エチレン、四フッ化エチレン六フッ化プロピレン、四フッ化エチレン、パーフルオロアルコキシを、夫々例示することができる。
