Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a steel shearing machine as an attachment for a construction machine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A steel shearing machine, which is an attachment for construction machinery, opens and closes a pair of jaws (lower jaw and upper jaw), and crosses a shearing blade provided on a sliding edge of both jaws to shear (cut) the steel material (actual opening). No. 54-167871). Such a steel material shearing machine realizes good cutting by the shear blades intersecting with no gap. However, the gap between the shearing blades has a problem that the shearing efficiency is reduced because the shearing with time or the steel material to be cut bites into the gap between the two shearing blades and is widened.
[0003]
To solve the problem of steel biting into the gap between the two shearing blades, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 05-094463 “Steel shearing machine” (steel shearing machine) forms a 7-shaped upper jaw lateral escape device at the front end of the lower jaw. Then, the upper jaw is rotated into the seven-character and the steel material is sheared to solve the problem. Specifically, a locking piece can be formed at the front end of the fixed lower jaw, and the steel material or the like is sheared so that the front end side of the upper jaw turns from above and enters between the shearing blade and the locking piece. At the time of shearing, the escape of the upper jaw is prevented by the locking piece.
[0004]
Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 09-078856 "Steel shearing machine" has a configuration in which upper and lower jaw-shaped bending blades are arranged in a zigzag manner in a reversely arranged staggered manner, and a step is provided at an intermediate point between the upper and lower shearing blades. The edge of the cutting edge on the side of the cutting edge facing the step and the edge of the cutting edge on the side of the cutting edge are arranged without any gap in the front-rear direction, and the narrow angle α is set to approximately 90 degrees. A technique has been proposed in which the angle β of the cutting edge side of the shearing blade on the cutting edge side is set to an obtuse angle. As a result, there is no gap in the front-rear direction between the shearing blade on the cutting edge side and the shearing blade on the cutting edge side, so that the steel material does not bite into the gap and the shearing operation can be stably continued.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 05-094463 captures the upper jaw just before crossing the lower jaw with a locking piece at the front end of the lower jaw to suppress the opening of the upper jaw. However, since the upper jaw is in a free state until approaching the lower jaw, it is not possible to prevent the gap between the shearing blades from expanding with time, and there is a concern that the shearing efficiency may decrease. That is, it is desirable that the gap between the shearing blades can always be prevented from expanding. In this regard, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 09-078856 discloses that although the shearing blades on the cutting edge side and the cutting edge side are twisted in directions opposite to each other, the gap can always be prevented from expanding, but the front and rear shearing blades are pivoted on each other. As a result, there is a possibility that the gap partially expands. From now on, a study was conducted to develop a steel shearing machine which always prevents the gap between both shearing blades from expanding over the entire area of each shearing blade and thereby does not reduce the shearing efficiency.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The one developed as a result of the study is a steel shearing machine, which is an attachment of a construction machine that shears steel by opening and closing a pair of jaws and crossing a shearing blade provided at the sliding edge of both jaws. The jaw is a steel shearing machine which is provided with a pressing portion on one side opposite to the remaining other jaw, and one movable jaw is opened and closed while sliding on one side with the pressing portion. The present invention prevents a movable jaw from being separated from the remaining jaw by providing a pressing portion on one side opposite to the remaining jaw where the movable jaw remains, thereby preventing both shearing blades from being separated from each other. Is suppressed or prevented from expanding.
[0007]
For example, in a steel material shearing machine that opens and closes the upper jaw while fixing the lower jaw, the pressing unit slides the pressing unit that slides on one side opposite to the lower jaw of the upper jaw from the shearing machine main body (the attachment main body provided with the upper jaw opening / closing shaft). It will be extended toward one side. In a steel shearing machine in which the upper jaw and the lower jaw both open and close with respect to each other, a pair of holding portions are provided on each outer surface of the jaws that do not rub against each other. The holding portion is basically formed of a plate or a block that slides without any gap, but the plate or the block may be pressed against one side of the jaw by urging.
[0008]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a side view showing an example of a steel shearing machine to which the present invention is applied, FIG. 2 is a front view of the steel shearing machine, FIG. 3 is a vertical sectional view of the pressing part 9 in a longitudinal direction, and FIG. FIG. 5 is a vertical sectional view in a transverse direction, and FIG. 5 is a side view corresponding to FIG. 1 showing a state in which an upper jaw 1 of the steel material shearing machine is closed. The present embodiment will be described as an example of a holding unit 9 configured to hold a block 12 that slides on one surface 10 of an upper jaw 1 without a gap with a holder 11.
[0009]
The basic structure of the steel shearing machine to which the present invention is applied is the same as that of the conventional one. As shown in FIGS. The upper jaw 1 having an opening / closing shaft 4 in the machine body 2 is driven by a hydraulic cylinder 5 built in the shearing machine body 2 to open and close. The shearing machine main body 2 is provided with a connecting portion 6 connected to an arm (not shown) of the construction machine. Each of the shearing blades 7 and 8 has a linear and long shearing region provided on the sliding edge of each of the jaws 1 and 3.
[0010]
In FIG. 1, the lower jaw shearing blade 8 is at the back of the paper and the upper jaw shearing blade 7 is at the front of the paper. Therefore, the pressing unit 9 of the present embodiment slides in contact with the one surface 10 of the upper jaw 1 at the front of the paper. It is provided on the near side of the upper jaw 1 from the main body 2 in the drawing. The holding portion 9 has a configuration in which a block 12 that is pressed against one surface 10 of the upper jaw 1 is fixed to a holder 11 integrated with the shearing machine main body 2 by bolts 13, 13 (see FIGS. 3 and 4). A plurality of spacers 14 for adjusting the amount of protrusion of the block 12 with respect to the holder 11 are appropriately inserted in order to make sliding contact with one surface without any gap. The spacer 14 may be a thin plate that is not compressed, for example, a metal or resin thin plate, and may not be used.
[0011]
In addition, in this example, a grease injection hole 15 is provided in the holder 11 in order to reduce the friction between the block 12 and the one side 10 which are always in sliding contact with the one side 10 of the upper jaw 1. For example, before each use of the steel shearing machine, the grease stored in the grease holding layer 16 provided on the one surface 10 side of the block 12 is leaked little by little so that the friction between the one surface 10 and the block 12 (the sliding contact surface 17). Friction). Thus, the opening and closing of the upper jaw 1 is not hindered by the friction, and the wear of the block 12 can be reduced. Instead of using grease as in this example, a friction reducing layer may be formed on the sliding contact surface 17 of the block 12 or a friction reducing material may be attached.
[0012]
In this manner, the upper jaw 1 on which the block 12 of the holding portion 9 is always in sliding contact with the one side 10 is in a state where the deformation in the direction away from the lower jaw 3 is regulated, so that the gap can be widened in the direction in which the upper jaw 1 is pushed and opened. Disappears. Here, if a load is applied to the upper jaw 1 due to biting of a steel material or the like, if a pressing force opposing the load is generated in the block 12, the gap can be more positively prevented from being enlarged. Thus, it is possible to provide a steel material shearing machine which does not lower the shearing efficiency, that is, keeps exhibiting good shearing efficiency.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
Advantageous Effects of Invention According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a steel material shearing machine which prevents a gap between both shearing blades from being opened and exhibits stable and good shearing efficiency over a long period of time. In the above-described example, the pressing portion extending integrally from the main body of the shearing machine is shown, but a pressing portion separate from the main body of the shearing device may be added later. In this case, the present invention can be applied to an existing steel shearing machine. As described above, the present invention improves the shearing efficiency (suppresses the generation of gaps from the beginning) or maintains (maintains the gaps with time) the steel shearing machine, which is generally used, regardless of whether it is new or ready-made. And the like).
