<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which can prevent an unfair act, even when a wire etc. is inserted inside through a joint part of a glass frame and a game machine members jointed to the glass frame, by preventing the wire etc. from forcibly entering the glass frame. <P>SOLUTION: This game machine is equipped with a glass frame 5 which is openably set on the front face of a frame 3 with a game board 8 and covers the game board 8 from the front face. A groove 28 is set on either the edge front face of the frame 3 or the outer periphery edge of the glass frame 5 and a projecting line 29 on the other. 【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、遊技盤を装着した枠の前面に開閉可能に装着されると共に遊技盤を前面から覆うガラス枠を備えた遊技機に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、例えば、パチンコ遊技機等の弾球遊技機は、遊技盤を装着した枠の前面に開閉可能に装着されると共に遊技盤を前面から覆うガラス枠を備えており、遊技盤を装着した枠とガラス枠との接合部分は、遊技機の右側面部に形成されている。ところで、遊技機の側部から遊技盤を装着した枠とガラス枠との接合部分（接合面と接合面同士）の僅かな隙間にワイヤ等を差し込み、さらに差し込んだワイヤを遊技盤の遊技領域に送り込んで不正に利益を得ようとする者が跡を絶たない。仮に、差し込んだワイヤの機内（具体的にはガラス枠内）への侵入を許してしまうと、容易にワイヤを遊技盤の遊技領域に至らしめ、例えば、ワイヤを入賞口に進入させて入賞口に配備した入賞検出器を自由に入賞検出状態としたり、意図的に大入賞口を開放状態とするといった不正行為が行われてしまうことになる。

また、上述した弾球遊技機には、ガラス枠の下側に隣接して遊技機に供する遊技球を貯留するための上皿ユニットが設けられているが、この上皿ユニットも枠の前面に開閉可能に装着されており、枠と上皿ユニットとの接合部分もやはり遊技機の右側面部に形成されている。また、ガラス枠と上皿ユニットとの接合部分は遊技機前面に形成されている。この上皿ユニットに対しても、遊技機の側部から遊技盤を装着した枠と上皿ユニットとの接合部分（接合面同士）の僅かな隙間に対して、或いは、遊技機の前面からガラス枠と上皿ユニットとの接合部分（接合面同士）の僅かな隙間に対して、ワイヤ等を差し込んで上述の不正行為を行おうとする者がいる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明の目的は、ガラス枠と該ガラス枠に接合する遊技機機材との接合部分からワイヤ等を差し込まれても、ワイヤのガラス枠内への侵入を防止でき、結果、不正行為を防止することができる遊技機を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項１に記載の遊技機は、遊技盤を装着した枠の前面に開閉可能に装着されると共に前記遊技盤を前面から覆うガラス枠を備えたものであって、上記課題を解決するために、前記枠の端縁前面と前記ガラス枠の外周縁との何れか一方に凹溝が設けられ、他方に突条が設けられ、前記ガラス枠を前記枠に対して閉鎖した状態において前記凹溝と前記突条とが互いに嵌合されることを特徴とする。

請求項２に記載の遊技機は、遊技盤を装着した枠の前面に開閉可能に装着されると共に前記遊技盤を前面から覆うガラス枠と、前記ガラス枠の下側に隣接して前記枠の前面に開閉可能に装着される上皿ユニットとを備えたものであって、上記課題を解決するために、前記上皿ユニットの上端縁前面と前記ガラス枠の外周縁との何れか一方に凹溝が設けられ、他方に突条が設けられ、前記上皿ユニット及び前記ガラス枠を前記枠に対して閉鎖した状態において、前記凹溝と前記突条とが互いに嵌合されることを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面を参照して説明する。図１は本発明の実施形態に係るパチンコ遊技機１の正面図、図２は図１のパチンコ遊技機１の右側面図、図３は図１のパチンコ遊技機１の左側面図、図４は図１のパチンコ遊技機１の裏面図である。

パチンコ遊技機１は、図示しない島設備に固定される函状の機枠２及び機枠２の前面に配設される前枠（あるいは前面枠ともいう）３を有し、機枠２に前枠３がヒンジ４ａ，４ｂを介して片開き形式に開閉可能に装着されている。前枠３の前面には、その上縁から中部に亘ってガラス枠５が配設され、ガラス枠５は前枠３に対して開閉可能に設けられている。また、前枠３の前面中部にはガラス枠５の下側に隣接して上皿ユニット６が配設され、上皿ユニット６は前枠３に対して開閉可能に設けられている。さらに、前枠３の前面下部には下皿ユニット７が配設され、下皿ユニット７は前枠３に対して固定的に設けられている。

図５はガラス枠５を開放した状態を示すパチンコ遊技機１の斜視図であり、図６はガラス枠５と上皿ユニット６とを開放した状態を示すパチンコ遊技機１の斜視図であり、図７はガラス枠５の図示を省略して上皿ユニット６を開放した状態を示すパチンコ遊技機１の斜視図である。また、図８は、機枠２に対して前枠３を開放した状態を示すパチンコ遊技機１の斜視図である。

図５乃至図７に示すように、前枠３の内側には遊技盤８が取り付けられ、また、図８に示すように、前枠３の後面（裏面）には裏セット（あるいは裏機構盤ともいう）９が取り付けられている。図９は斜め前方から示す前枠３の斜視図であり、図１０は斜め後方から示す前枠３の斜視図である。前枠３の上部には遊技盤８を装着するための前後に貫通する開口よりなる遊技盤装着部１０が設けられている。なお、前枠３には、遊技盤装着部１０の他に、遊技盤装着部の下方に打球を遊技盤８に誘導するための打球誘導レール機構１１、前枠３の裏面下部に遊技球を発射するための打球発射機構１２及び電源基板ボックス１３が取り付けられている。一方、図示していないが遊技盤８の外形は、遊技盤装着部１０の形状に馴染む形状に形成されている。

前枠３の遊技盤装着部１０に対して後方から遊技盤８を装入すると、遊技盤８が遊技盤装着部１０を塞ぎ、遊技盤８が上下方向及び左右方向に位置決めされると共に遊技盤装着部１０の内壁に複数個設けた前当て１４，１４，１４，１４に遊技盤８の前面が当接する。この状態で、裏セット９を前枠３の裏面に対して装着すると、裏セット９によって遊技盤８の裏面が押さえ付けられて遊技盤８が前後方向に位置決めされる。なお、裏セット９は、前枠３の裏面に複数個設けられた回動式の係止具１５，１５，１５，１５によって前枠３の裏面に係止される。
なお、符号１６は、機枠２に対する前枠３の開閉用の施錠フックであり、前枠３を機枠２に対して閉鎖した状態において、前枠３、遊技盤８並びに裏セット９が機枠２に収納される（図２並びに図３参照）。

なお、裏セット９には、賞球としての払い出す球を貯留する球タンク１７、球タンクより球を球払出装置１９に誘導するタンクレール１８、球払出装置１９、カードユニット接続用のインタフェース基板を備えたサンド接続部２０、払出制御基板（図示せず）が収納されている払出制御基板ボックス２１、液晶表示制御基板、ランプ制御基板並びに音声制御基板等のサブ制御基板（図示せず）が収納されているサブ制御基板ボックス２２等が取り付けられている。

図５及び図６に示すように、ガラス枠５は、前枠３の前面左側寄りに設けられたヒンジ２３，２３を介して片開き形式に開閉可能に装着されており、ガラス枠５を前枠３に対して閉鎖した状態において遊技盤８を前面から覆う（図１参照）。ガラス枠５の中央部には遊技盤８の盤面を正面方向から臨ませる窓部２４が設けられ、ガラス枠５の前面には、窓部２４の周囲を縁取って装飾する額縁状の装飾パネル２５が装着されている。なお、装飾パネル２５の前面は面一ではなく、前後に起伏のある波状のデザインが施されている（図１〜図３参照）。ガラス枠５の裏面には窓部２４の両側方に上下にガラス収納枠部２６が形成され、ガラス収納枠部２６には透明なガラス板２７ａ，２７ｂが前後に２枚収納されている。

次に、前枠３とガラス枠５との接合部分について説明する。図５及び図６に示すように、前枠３の端縁前面（実施形態では右端縁前面）に上下方向に凹溝２８を設ける一方、閉鎖状態時に前枠３に接合するガラス枠５の外周縁に（実施形態では右端縁裏面に）突条２９を上下方向に設けてある。また、前枠３の上端縁前面は、前枠３の上面より僅かな段差を有して前方に向く突条３０を左右方向に形成してある。一方、閉鎖状態時に前枠３に接合するガラス枠５の上縁には、後方に向く突条３１を左右方向に形成してある。

図１１は、図１のＡ−Ａ線で破断して示す要部拡大断面図である。また、図１８は図１１の要部を拡大した断面図である。図１８に示すように、パチンコ遊技機１の右側部においては、ガラス枠５を前枠３に対して閉鎖した状態において、前枠３に設けられた凹溝２８にガラス枠５に設けられた突条２９が入り込んで凹溝２８と突条２９が互いに嵌合される。従って、パチンコ遊技機１の右側方からワイヤ等をガラス枠５と前枠３との接合部分から差し込もうと試みても、凹溝２８と突条２９との嵌合部分が障害となってワイヤのガラス枠５内への侵入が阻止される。この結果、不正行為を防止できる。なお、前ガラス板２７ａは窓部２４を後方から塞ぎ、後ガラス板２７ｂは遊技盤８を前方から塞ぐ。

また、図１２は、図１のＢ−Ｂ線で破断して示す要部拡大断面図である。図１２に示すように、パチンコ遊技機１の上側部においては、ガラス枠５を前枠３に対して閉鎖した状態において、ガラス枠５に設けられた突条３１の端縁が前枠３の上縁の段差に当接されると共に、ガラス枠５に設けられた突条３１の下側に、前枠３に設けられた突条３０が入り込み、両方の突条３０，３１が上下方向においてすり合わせ状態で重なる。従って、パチンコ遊技機１の上方からワイヤ等をガラス枠５と前枠３との接合部分から差し込もうと試みても、突条３０と突条３１とのすり合い構造が障害となってワイヤのガラス枠５内への侵入が阻止される。この結果、不正行為を防止できる。

図１３は、ガラス枠５の裏面図である。図１及び図１３に示すように、ガラス枠５の下端の形状は、下方に向けて凹に湾曲、凸に湾曲する曲面で形成されている。前枠３の下部に固定されている下皿ユニット７は、ガラス枠５の下端右側寄りに形成されている湾曲凹凸部３２と密に接合する接合凹凸部３３を有する。下皿ユニット７の接合凹凸部３３の前面には、前枠３の機枠２に対する施錠及びガラス枠５の前枠３に対する施錠を行う鍵装置３４の鍵部３４ａが設けられており、該鍵装置３４自体は、図９に示すように前枠３の右側に配設されている。なお、符号３５は、前枠３に対するガラス枠５の開閉用の施錠フックである。

なお、下皿ユニット７には、中央にオーバーフローした遊技球を貯留する下皿３６が設けられ、下皿３６の左方に灰皿３７が設けられ、下皿３６の右方には打球発射機構１２の操作ダイヤル３８が設けられている。

次に、上皿ユニット６について説明する。図１４は上皿ユニット６の正面図であり、図１５は上皿ユニット６の側面図であり、図１６は上皿ユニット６を裏面から示す斜視図である。図６乃至図７に示すように、上皿ユニット６は、ガラス枠５の下側において、前枠３の前面左側寄りに設けられたヒンジ３９，３９を介して片開き形式に開閉可能に装着されており、ガラス枠５及び当該上皿ユニット６を前枠３に対して閉鎖した状態において、上皿ユニット６の上縁がガラス枠５の下縁と接合すると共に、上皿ユニット６の下縁及び開放側縁となる右側縁が遊技機前面に配された下皿ユニット７に接合する（図１参照）。

図１６に示すように、上皿ユニット６は、前枠３に設けられたヒンジ３９，３９に対してヒンジ結合される金属製のヒンジ取付用金具４０と、ヒンジ取付用金具４０に対して取り付けられた合成樹脂製の上皿ユニット本体４１とにより構成される。図１４に示すように、上皿ユニット本体４１は、正面に向けて大きく湾曲して張り出した上皿（球供給皿）４２を一体に備えると共に、該上皿４２は、左右方向において右方の球送り方向が下がるように傾斜して形成されている。

また、上皿ユニット本体４１の右側には、上皿４２の周囲から上皿ユニット６の下縁及び右側部の外周を形成するように延び出したつば部４３が一体に形成されている。なお、前記つば部４３の外周は弧状に湾曲する滑らかな曲線としてある。また、このつば部４３により、上皿ユニット本体４１の強度を十分なものとしている。

また、図１６に示すように、上皿ユニット本体４１の裏面には、賞品球を導き入れる球導入口４４と、低音用スピーカ４５と、上皿４２内の遊技球を発射レールに送り出す球送りユニット４６と、前枠３に対する上皿ユニット６の開閉用の施錠フック４７及び手動の施錠フック解除機構４８とがそれぞれ取り付けられている。

図１に示すように、上皿ユニット６の左右方向の寸法は、ガラス枠５の左右方向の寸法及び下皿ユニット７の左右方向の寸法よりも短いものとしてあり、上皿ユニット６を前枠３に対して閉鎖した状態で、前枠３と上皿ユニット６との接合部分並びに下皿ユニット７と上皿ユニット６との接合部分のすべてが当該パチンコ遊技機１の前面となるようにされている。従って、前枠３と上皿ユニット６との接合部分がパチンコ遊技機１の右側面部に形成されないため、パチンコ遊技機１の側部から上皿ユニット６に対して、ワイヤ等を差し込むことができない構造としてある。

一方、下皿ユニット７の上縁及びこれに連続する右側縁部には、前記上皿ユニット６のつば部４３の外周に馴染む形状で凹状の上皿ユニット収納部５４が形成されている。なお、上皿ユニット６を前枠３に対して閉鎖すると、遊技機前面において、上皿ユニット６のつば部４３が下皿ユニット７の上皿ユニット収納部５４に嵌まり込み、上皿ユニット６のつば部４３が下皿ユニット７の上皿ユニット収納部５４に密に接合される。この結果、つば部４３と上皿ユニット収納部５４との接合部分が密であるため、不正行為を行おうとして、上皿ユニット６のつば部４３と下皿ユニット７の上皿ユニット収納部５４との接合部分にワイヤ等を差し込むことができない構造としてある。

また、上皿ユニット収納部５４の下側内周縁には、正面に向けて下がる傾斜のテーパ面５５が形成されている。なお、球を貯留した上皿ユニット６は重いため、ヒンジ結合されていない反対側の開放端部（右端部）が沈みがちとなる。そのため、上皿ユニット６を閉鎖する際には上皿ユニット収納部５４に収まり難いが、テーパ面５５を備えた構成により、前方から押された上皿ユニット６の下端縁がテーパ面５５によって持ち上がり、上皿ユニット６を収納位置まで案内するので、上皿ユニット６を上皿ユニット収納部５４に容易かつ円滑に収納することができる。

次に、ガラス枠５と上皿ユニット６との接合部分について説明する。図１３に示すように、ガラス枠５の裏面下端縁に突条４９が設けられている。一方、図１４に示すように、ガラス枠５と接合する上皿ユニット６の上縁には、前方に開となる凹溝５０が設けられている。図１７は、図１のＣ−Ｃ線で破断して示す要部拡大断面図である。図１７に示すように、パチンコ遊技機１の正面（前面）においては、上皿ユニット６を前枠３に対して閉じた状態とした上で、ガラス枠５を前枠３に対して閉鎖した状態とする。ガラス枠５及び上皿ユニット６を前枠３に対して閉鎖した状態において、上皿ユニット６に設けられた凹溝５０に対して前方からガラス枠５に設けられた突条４９が入り込み、凹溝５０と突条４９が互いに嵌合される。従って、パチンコ遊技機１の前方からワイヤ等をガラス枠５と上皿ユニット６との接合部分から差し込もうと試みても、凹溝５０と突条４９との嵌合部分が障害となってワイヤのガラス枠５内への侵入が阻止される。この結果、不正行為を防止できる。

また、上皿ユニット６の開放側端（上皿ユニット６の右側端）と接合する上皿ユニット収納部５４の右側縁の近傍には、上皿ユニット収納部５４の周縁よりも前方に隆起した隆起部５６が下皿ユニット７（遊技機本体）の前面に形成されている（図２及び図６参照）。なお、この実施形態では、隆起部５６は、上皿ユニット収納部５４の右側縁に沿って連続する尾根（稜線）状に形成してある。従って、パチンコ遊技機１の前方からワイヤ等を上皿ユニット６の右側端と上皿ユニット収納部５４の右側縁との接合部分から差し込もうと試みても、この部分の近傍に形成された隆起部５６のために前記接合部分との距離が開くため、手操作によるワイヤの向きの調整がやりずらくなる。この結果、不正行為を抑止することができる。

その他、上述の実施形態の上皿ユニット６の特徴を以下に説明する。上皿ユニット６の上縁は、前面に前記凹溝５０を形成してあるため、上下方向において肉厚に形成してある。上皿ユニット６の上縁６ａを肉厚に形成してあるため、上皿ユニット本体４１の強度が十分なものとなる（図１６参照）。

また、図１７に示すように、上皿ユニット本体４１の裏面上縁には、後方に向けて延出するひさし状の球カバー部５７が一体に形成されており、前方に開となる前記凹溝５０は、球カバー部５７の上縁に連続して形成したものである。なお、球カバー部５７の奥行き方向の寸法は、ガラス枠５及び上皿ユニット６を前枠３に対して閉鎖した状態において、球カバー部５７の先端縁がガラス枠５の前ガラス板２７ａと後ガラス板２７ｂ間の真下となる長さとしてある（図１７参照）。このように、上皿ユニット本体４１の裏面上縁に球カバー部５７を形成したことにより、遊技盤面を落下する球が上皿ユニット６の裏面側に潜り込むのを防止することができる。

また、ヒンジ取付用金具４０は、上皿ユニット本体４１の左側部を補強する平板部５１を一体に備えた構成としてある。なお、従来は、上皿裏面全体を補強板で覆っていたが、これに比較して、本実施形態の上皿ユニット６は軽量化、小型化することができる。また、図示していないが、遊技球が貯留される上皿４２の底部に、帯電した遊技球の静電気を除去するための金属製のアース板が設けられおり、前記アース板とヒンジ取付用金具４０とを針金状の金属棒５２で接続してある（図１６参照）。この構成により、上皿４２に貯留される遊技球の静電気をヒンジ取付用金具４０に導通させてヒンジ３９，３９に逃がすことができる。

また、実施形態のパチンコ遊技機１においては、遊技における音響向上の目的のため、音声発生用のスピーカを高音用スピーカと低音用スピーカとに分けて設けてある。高音用スピーカ５３は前枠３の右上隅に配設してあり（図９参照）、低音用スピーカ４５は上皿ユニット６の裏面に配設してある（図１６参照）。このような配置により、高音用スピーカ５３と低音用スピーカ４５とを無理なく配置できると共に、低音用スピーカ４５を遊技者に近くのパチンコ遊技機１の下部に配設することにより、低音の音響を遊技者がはっきり体感することができ、高音の音響と低音の音響とで高品位の音響効果を与えることができる。

以上、本発明の実施形態について説明したが、本発明は、上述した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲で構成の一部を適宜変更して実施することができる。上述した実施形態では、前枠３の端縁前面に凹溝２８を設ける一方、閉鎖状態時に前枠３に接合するガラス枠５の外周縁に突条２９を設け、ガラス枠５を前枠３に対して閉鎖した状態において凹溝２８と突条２９とが互いに嵌合される構成としてあるが、この構成に代えて、ガラス枠５の裏面外周縁に凹溝を設ける一方、前枠３の端縁前面に突条を設け、ガラス枠５を前枠３に対して閉鎖した状態において凹溝と突条とが互いに嵌合される構成としても本発明は成立する。

また、上述した実施形態では、上皿ユニット６の上端縁前面に凹溝５０を設ける一方、ガラス枠５の裏面外周縁に突条４９を設け、上皿ユニット６及びガラス枠５を前枠３に対して閉鎖した状態において、凹溝５０と突条４９とが互いに嵌合される構成としてあるが、この構成に代えて、上皿ユニット６の上端縁前面に突条を設ける一方、ガラス枠５の裏面外周縁に凹溝を設け、上皿ユニット６及びガラス枠５を前枠３に対して閉鎖した状態において、凹溝と突条とが互いに嵌合される構成としても本発明は成立する。

【発明の効果】
請求項１に記載の構成によれば、枠の端縁前面とガラス枠の外周縁との何れか一方に凹溝が設けられ、他方に突条が設けられ、ガラス枠を枠に対して閉鎖した状態において凹溝と突条とが互いに嵌合される構成としたので、パチンコ遊技機（ガラス枠）の側方からワイヤ等をガラス枠と前枠との接合部分から差し込もうと試みても、凹溝と突条との嵌合部分が障害となってワイヤのガラス枠内への侵入を阻止でき、この結果、不正行為を防止できる。

請求項２に記載の構成によれば、上皿ユニットの上端縁前面とガラス枠の外周縁との何れか一方に凹溝が設けられ、他方に突条が設けられ、上皿ユニット及び前記ガラス枠を前記枠に対して閉鎖した状態において、凹溝と突条とが互いに嵌合される構成としたので、パチンコ遊技機の前方からワイヤ等をガラス枠と上皿ユニットとの接合部分から差し込もうと試みても、凹溝と突条との嵌合部分が障害となってワイヤのガラス枠内への侵入を阻止でき、この結果、不正行為を防止できる。
