本発明は、遊技盤を装着した枠の前面に開閉可能に装着されると共に遊技盤を前面から覆うガラス枠を備えた遊技機に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、例えば、パチンコ遊技機等の弾球遊技機は、遊技盤を装着した枠の前面に開閉可能に装着されると共に遊技盤を前面から覆うガラス枠を備えており、遊技盤を装着した枠とガラス枠との接合部分は、遊技機の右側面部に形成されている。ところで、遊技機の側部から遊技盤を装着した枠とガラス枠との接合部分(接合面と接合面同士)の僅かな隙間にワイヤ等を差し込み、さらに差し込んだワイヤを遊技盤の遊技領域に送り込んで不正に利益を得ようとする者が跡を絶たない。仮に、差し込んだワイヤの機内(具体的にはガラス枠内)への侵入を許してしまうと、容易にワイヤを遊技盤の遊技領域に至らしめ、例えば、ワイヤを入賞口に進入させて入賞口に配備した入賞検出器を自由に入賞検出状態としたり、意図的に大入賞口を開放状態とするといった不正行為が行われてしまうことになる。

また、上述した弾球遊技機には、ガラス枠の下側に隣接して遊技機に供する遊技球を貯留するための上皿ユニットが設けられているが、この上皿ユニットも枠の前面に開閉可能に装着されており、枠と上皿ユニットとの接合部分もやはり遊技機の右側面部に形成されている。また、ガラス枠と上皿ユニットとの接合部分は遊技機前面に形成されている。この上皿ユニットに対しても、遊技機の側部から遊技盤を装着した枠と上皿ユニットとの接合部分(接合面同士)の僅かな隙間に対して、或いは、遊技機の前面からガラス枠と上皿ユニットとの接合部分(接合面同士)の僅かな隙間に対して、ワイヤ等を差し込んで上述の不正行為を行おうとする者がいる。

本発明の目的は、ガラス枠と該ガラス枠に接合する遊技機機材との接合部分からワイヤ等を差し込まれても、ワイヤのガラス枠内への侵入を防止でき、結果、不正行為を防止することができる遊技機を提供することにある。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面を参照して説明する。図1は本発明の実施形態に係るパチンコ遊技機1の正面図、図2は図1のパチンコ遊技機1の右側面図、図3は図1のパチンコ遊技機1の左側面図、図4は図1のパチンコ遊技機1の裏面図である。

パチンコ遊技機1は、図示しない島設備に固定される函状の機枠2及び機枠2の前面に配設される前枠(あるいは前面枠ともいう)3を有し、機枠2に前枠3がヒンジ4a,4bを介して片開き形式に開閉可能に装着されている。前枠3の前面には、その上縁から中部に亘ってガラス枠5が配設され、ガラス枠5は前枠3に対して開閉可能に設けられている。また、前枠3の前面中部にはガラス枠5の下側に隣接して上皿ユニット6が配設され、上皿ユニット6は前枠3に対して開閉可能に設けられている。さらに、前枠3の前面下部には下皿ユニット7が配設され、下皿ユニット7は前枠3に対して固定的に設けられている。

前枠3の遊技盤装着部10に対して後方から遊技盤8を装入すると、遊技盤8が遊技盤装着部10を塞ぎ、遊技盤8が上下方向及び左右方向に位置決めされると共に遊技盤装着部10の内壁に複数個設けた前当て14,14,14,14に遊技盤8の前面が当接する。この状態で、裏セット9を前枠3の裏面に対して装着すると、裏セット9によって遊技盤8の裏面が押さえ付けられて遊技盤8が前後方向に位置決めされる。なお、裏セット9は、前枠3の裏面に複数個設けられた回動式の係止具15,15,15,15によって前枠3の裏面に係止される。
なお、符号16は、機枠2に対する前枠3の開閉用の施錠フックであり、前枠3を機枠2に対して閉鎖した状態において、前枠3、遊技盤8並びに裏セット9が機枠2に収納される(図2並びに図3参照)。

図5及び図6に示すように、ガラス枠5は、前枠3の前面左側寄りに設けられたヒンジ23,23を介して片開き形式に開閉可能に装着されており、ガラス枠5を前枠3に対して閉鎖した状態において遊技盤8を前面から覆う(図1参照)。ガラス枠5の中央部には遊技盤8の盤面を正面方向から臨ませる窓部24が設けられ、ガラス枠5の前面には、窓部24の周囲を縁取って装飾する額縁状の装飾パネル25が装着されている。なお、装飾パネル25の前面は面一ではなく、前後に起伏のある波状のデザインが施されている(図1〜図3参照)。ガラス枠5の裏面には窓部24の両側方に上下にガラス収納枠部26が形成され、ガラス収納枠部26には透明なガラス板27a,27bが前後に2枚収納されている。

次に、前枠3とガラス枠5との接合部分について説明する。図5及び図6に示すように、前枠3の端縁前面(実施形態では右端縁前面)に上下方向に凹溝28を設ける一方、閉鎖状態時に前枠3に接合するガラス枠5の外周縁に(実施形態では右端縁裏面に)突条29を上下方向に設けてある。また、前枠3の上端縁前面は、前枠3の上面より僅かな段差を有して前方に向く突条30を左右方向に形成してある。一方、閉鎖状態時に前枠3に接合するガラス枠5の上縁には、後方に向く突条31を左右方向に形成してある。

次に、ガラス枠5と上皿ユニット6との接合部分について説明する。図13に示すように、ガラス枠5の裏面下端縁に突条49が設けられている。一方、図14に示すように、ガラス枠5と接合する上皿ユニット6の上縁には、前方に開となる凹溝50が設けられている。図17は、図1のC−C線で破断して示す要部拡大断面図である。図17に示すように、パチンコ遊技機1の正面(前面)においては、上皿ユニット6を前枠3に対して閉じた状態とした上で、ガラス枠5を前枠3に対して閉鎖した状態とする。ガラス枠5及び上皿ユニット6を前枠3に対して閉鎖した状態において、上皿ユニット6に設けられた凹溝50に対して前方からガラス枠5に設けられた突条49が入り込み、凹溝50と突条49が互いに嵌合される。従って、パチンコ遊技機1の前方からワイヤ等をガラス枠5と上皿ユニット6との接合部分から差し込もうと試みても、凹溝50と突条49との嵌合部分が障害となってワイヤのガラス枠5内への侵入が阻止される。この結果、不正行為を防止できる。

その他、上述の実施形態の上皿ユニット6の特徴を以下に説明する。上皿ユニット6の上縁は、前面に前記凹溝50を形成してあるため、上下方向において肉厚に形成してある。上皿ユニット6の上縁6aを肉厚に形成してあるため、上皿ユニット本体41の強度が十分なものとなる(図16参照)。

また、図17に示すように、上皿ユニット本体41の裏面上縁には、後方に向けて延出するひさし状の球カバー部57が一体に形成されており、前方に開となる前記凹溝50は、球カバー部57の上縁に連続して形成したものである。なお、球カバー部57の奥行き方向の寸法は、ガラス枠5及び上皿ユニット6を前枠3に対して閉鎖した状態において、球カバー部57の先端縁がガラス枠5の前ガラス板27aと後ガラス板27b間の真下となる長さとしてある(図17参照)。このように、上皿ユニット本体41の裏面上縁に球カバー部57を形成したことにより、遊技盤面を落下する球が上皿ユニット6の裏面側に潜り込むのを防止することができる。

また、ヒンジ取付用金具40は、上皿ユニット本体41の左側部を補強する平板部51を一体に備えた構成としてある。なお、従来は、上皿裏面全体を補強板で覆っていたが、これに比較して、本実施形態の上皿ユニット6は軽量化、小型化することができる。また、図示していないが、遊技球が貯留される上皿42の底部に、帯電した遊技球の静電気を除去するための金属製のアース板が設けられおり、前記アース板とヒンジ取付用金具40とを針金状の金属棒52で接続してある(図16参照)。この構成により、上皿42に貯留される遊技球の静電気をヒンジ取付用金具40に導通させてヒンジ39,39に逃がすことができる。

また、実施形態のパチンコ遊技機1においては、遊技における音響向上の目的のため、音声発生用のスピーカを高音用スピーカと低音用スピーカとに分けて設けてある。高音用スピーカ53は前枠3の右上隅に配設してあり(図9参照)、低音用スピーカ45は上皿ユニット6の裏面に配設してある(図16参照)。このような配置により、高音用スピーカ53と低音用スピーカ45とを無理なく配置できると共に、低音用スピーカ45を遊技者に近くのパチンコ遊技機1の下部に配設することにより、低音の音響を遊技者がはっきり体感することができ、高音の音響と低音の音響とで高品位の音響効果を与えることができる。

【発明の効果】
