Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a skin reaction test method for testing skin and human body reactions to test substances such as ethyl alcohol and allergen, and a test member used for the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, various food components and chemical substances are known to cause an allergic reaction on human skin. There are various types of allergens, which are allergen-causing substances. Conventionally, an allergen tolerance test has been conducted to examine the type of allergen and the strength of allergic reaction. In addition, a skin reaction test may be performed to evaluate the safety of various chemical substances.
[0003]
As this allergen tolerance test, for example, there is a skin reaction test in which an allergen is brought into contact with the skin to observe erythema. 2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in one patch test of a skin reaction test, a skin reaction test member is manufactured by including a liquid containing a test substance in an aluminum fin chamber, filter paper, gauze, or the like. Here, the test substance is dissolved or dispersed in, for example, water or the like, impregnated with filter paper or gauze to form a patch, and the patch is brought into contact with the skin by a fin chamber or as it is to form a skin reaction test member. Then, this skin reaction test member is fixed to the skin with an adhesive tape or the like, the patch is peeled off after leaving the test substance in contact with the skin for a predetermined time, and the skin in contact with the test substance is observed, The degree of erythema in response to the test substance is visually determined. That is, the degree of erythema of the reacted skin is used as a material for determining a skin reaction.
[0004]
Similarly, in the ethanol patch test for examining the constitution for alcohol, a patch impregnated with ethanol was attached to the arm, and the metabolic ability for alcohol was estimated from the redness of the skin in that portion, as described above.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the case of the above conventional technique, since the test substance of the skin reaction test member is a liquid, it is troublesome to handle, and the erythema of the skin reaction is the degree of sunburn of the subject, the ground color of the skin, race and genetic constitution. There is an individual difference in the skin color due to erythema, and it is difficult to accurately determine the presence or absence of erythema and quantitative determination. For example, a person with a black color has difficulty in visually recognizing the erythema, but a person with a white color has a problem that the erythema is conspicuous even with a slight reaction.
[0006]
Further, the test using the skin reaction test member may have different test methods and criteria depending on the conditions or facilities to be performed, and thus the determination of the reaction may be different. Further, handling and test conditions of allergens and alcohols are strict and complicated, and it may be difficult to make a judgment unless a specialist dermatologist. Furthermore, when quantitatively testing the skin reaction, the amount of the test substance used in the skin reaction test member may be constant, but for example, the amount of the allergen used is as small as several mg, making quantitative weighing difficult. However, there is a problem that it is difficult to determine accurately.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a skin reaction test method which can easily and accurately perform a test, and a test member used therefor.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention provides a gel body to which a test substance such as ethyl alcohol or an allergen for examining a reaction in a human body is added, and a sticking member having a pad portion for impregnating the gel body, and the gel body is provided on the pad portion. This is a skin reaction test method in which the skin is soaked, affixed to the skin surface of a human body, peeled off after a certain period of time, and inspected for the color of the skin at the portion touched by the pad portion.
[0009]
The present invention also provides a sheet-like gel body to which a test substance to be tested for a reaction in a human body is added, a plurality of the gel bodies are pasted on release paper, packaged in a sealed state, and one of the gel bodies is pasted on the skin surface of the human body. A skin reaction test member which is peeled off after a certain period of time and enables the color of the skin at the portion touched by the gel body to be inspected.
[0010]
The present invention also provides a test solution containing a test substance for testing a reaction in a human body, which is hermetically sealed and packaged. Providing an affixing member with a pad portion to soak the liquid, breaking the container and allowing the gel body to soak in the pad portion, attaching the pad portion to the surface of the human skin, and peeling off after a certain time This is a skin reaction test member that allows the color of the skin at the portion touched by the gel body to be inspected.
[0011]
Further, the present invention provides an adhesive to which a test substance for testing a reaction in a human body is added to a sheet-like adhesive member, and the adhesive member is attached to the skin surface of a human body, and is peeled off after a certain period of time. Is a skin reaction test member capable of examining the color of the skin at the part touched by the skin reaction test.
[0012]
The present invention is also a skin reaction test member for examining the reaction of the skin surface in the human body, wherein a color sample of the color of the skin that reacts with the test substance is provided with transparency, and is adjacent to the skin of the reddened part. A skin reaction test member in which the color sample is superimposed on the skin that has not been reddened and the degree of the reddened portion can be determined.
[0013]
The test substance is ethyl alcohol or an allergen that causes an allergic reaction. Allergens are allergenic substances such as pollen extract components, lacquer, eggs, spices, detergents, ginkgo, chrysanthemums, metals, pigments, hair dyes, preservatives, rubber, and other plants and drugs.
[0014]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 and 2 show a first embodiment of the present invention. In a skin reaction test member 10 of this embodiment, an adhesive 12 is provided at the center of an adhesive side surface of an adhesive member 14 provided on the inner surface. , A non-woven pad 16 is provided. A large number of the attaching members 14 are continuously provided in a state where the pads 16 are provided, and can be appropriately torn off. Further, a plurality of sticking members 14 provided with the pads 16 may be individually provided.
[0015]
In use, a gel 20 containing ethyl alcohol is applied to the pad 16. The gel 20 is composed of, for example, 44% of ethyl alcohol, 54.5% of purified water, 0.5% of 1,3 butylene glycol, 0.5% of xanthan gum, and 0.5% of CMCNa. Squeeze and use the required amount.
[0016]
The method for using the skin reaction test member 10 of this embodiment is to squeeze a gel 20, which is a gel body to which a test substance for testing a reaction in a human body, ethyl alcohol is added from a tube 22, and apply the gel 20 to a pad 16. Then, the gel 20 is impregnated into the pad portion 16 and is attached to the skin surface of a human body, for example, the inside of the arm 26, which is less affected by sunburn or the like and is likely to cause a skin reaction. After a predetermined time, for example, a few minutes later, the skin is peeled off and the color of the skin at the portion touched by the pad portion 16 is inspected.
[0017]
The gel 20 may contain various allergens in addition to the test substance ethyl alcohol. Types of allergens include, for example, pollen extracts, eggs, spices, detergents, lacquer, ginkgo, chrysanthemum, pigments, hair dyes, preservatives, rubber, other plants, various drugs, metals and the like. When the test substance is water-soluble, it is added by dissolving it in purified water. The oil-soluble component is added after emulsifying with a surfactant. The insoluble substance is made into a powder and dispersed in a gel. The amount added to the gel can be set arbitrarily. Further, the concentration of the allergen is 0.05 to 30%, preferably 1 to 10%, and is appropriately set depending on the type of the allergen.
[0018]
For example, as a gel containing an allergen, a predetermined allergen is mixed with a gel composed of 98% of purified water, 1.0% of xanthan gum, 0.5% of CMCNa and 0.5% of 1,3 butylene glycol to a required concentration. . The method of use is as described above, housed in an aluminum laminate tube, and used by squeezing out the required amount.
[0019]
The test method uses a judgment sheet 32 which is a skin reaction test member provided with a transparent color sample 30 of the skin color that reacts with ethyl alcohol. In the determination, the color sample 30 is superimposed on the non-reddened skin adjacent to the skin of the reddish part of the arm 26, and the transparent part 34 of the determination sheet 32 is positioned at the reddish part to check the degree of redness of the reddish spot. In the case of the test for ethyl alcohol, the level determination is performed in 3 to 4 steps from-, which is not reddened at all, to ++, which is the most reddish. In the case of a test for an allergen, the test can be appropriately set in two to about ten steps depending on the type of the allergen.
[0020]
According to this embodiment, a large number of determinations can be made easily at low cost. Furthermore, since the test substance such as ethyl alcohol is not a liquid but a gel 20, it can be housed in the tube 22 and easily applied on the pad 16, so that the handling is easy. Further, by using the judgment sheet 32 provided with the transparent color sample 30, accurate judgment can be made regardless of the skin color.
[0021]
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. The skin reaction test member 40 of this embodiment is integrally laminated on a thin support 41 formed in a cross shape, a square shape, or a circle shape as shown in FIGS. 4 (A), 4 (B) and 4 (C). It consists of a gel body 42. The gel body 42 is made of, for example, 59% purified water, 18.35% glycerin, 8% sodium polyacrylate, 2% polyacrylic acid, 2% CMCNa, 0.6% tartaric acid, 0.05% dry aluminum hydroxide gel, 0.05% ethyl A solution obtained by mixing 10% of alcohol is gelled. At the time of gelling, this solution is applied at a rate of 70 mg / cm 2 to a support 41 of a polypropylene film having a thickness of 25 μm to which a non-woven fabric made of polypropylene having a basis weight of 20 g / m 2 is adhered and gelled. . The gelled surface is covered with a separator 43 that is a release paper such as a polypropylene film having a thickness of 30 μm. At the time of use, one gel body 42 is peeled off from the separator 43 and attached to the skin.
[0022]
Note that various allergens can be added to the gel body 42 as test substances instead of ethyl alcohol. The types of allergens are as described above.
[0023]
The skin reaction test member 40 is used in the same manner as in the above embodiment. The skin reaction test member 40 is attached to an arm or the like, peeled off after a predetermined time, and the degree of redness of the portion is determined. The determination method is the same as in the above embodiment. Alternatively, the determination may be made by directly observing without using a color sample.
[0024]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 5, an attaching member 46 such as a film or a sheet to which the adhesive 44 is applied may be separately provided and attached to the skin together with the skin reaction test member 40. This makes it difficult for the skin reaction test member 40 to come off, and facilitates the inspection.
[0025]
Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the skin reaction test member 50 of this embodiment is a PTP package in a plastic container 54 in which a test solution 52 to which a test substance for testing a reaction in a human body is added is molded in a blister pack. The aluminum foil 56 side of the container 54 containing the test liquid 52 is formed so as to be rupturable. On the aluminum foil 56 side, a sticking member 60 provided with a pad portion 58 for soaking the test liquid 52 is provided, and the sticking member 60 is adhered to the aluminum foil 56 by an adhesive 62.
[0026]
The method of use is to press the container 54 with a finger to break the aluminum foil 56, and to impregnate the pad portion 58 with the test liquid 52. Thereafter, the pad portion 58 is attached to the skin surface of the human body, and the reaction in the human body is inspected.
[0027]
In the same manner as in the above embodiment, the skin reaction test member 50 is used by attaching the skin reaction test member 50 to an arm or the like and peeling it off after a predetermined time to determine the degree of redness at that portion. The determination method is the same as in the above embodiment.
[0028]
Next, a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The skin reaction test member 66 of this embodiment is provided with a sticking member 64 such as a film or a sheet to which the adhesive 62 is applied, and a test substance is added to the adhesive 62. The test substance is the same as in the above embodiment. The pressure-sensitive adhesive 62 can be appropriately selected from acrylic, SIS, silicone, and natural rubber. The adhesive 62 is attached with a separator (not shown) and is peeled off at the time of use.
