The manufacturer deposits the expense necessary for a consumer or disposal agent to dispose the products of the manufacturer as refuse in the deposit designation. ・商品及び商品の容器が消費の後に不要となり街中に散乱している。これら商品及び容器に、生産時あるいは販売時に処理費を前もって支払わせ、消費の後に適正に処理及びリサイクルを行った場合に、前払いの金が戻るシステム。
すなわち、商品及び容器にバーコードを設け、処理時にバーコードを読み取って、処理費を支払うものです。
例えば、街に散乱する容器等に、以上の様なシステムを設けていた場合、それを拾い集め処理場に持ち込みバーコードを読ませ、処理費を受け取ることが出来、消費者以外の者が処理することも可能となり、街が美しくなる[0001]
