Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an impeller of a compressor and a method of mounting the impeller.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 3 is a perspective view of an impeller of a compressor, and FIG. 4 is a view of an impeller heating procedure according to a conventional technique. In FIG. 3, the impeller and the shaft of the compressor are configured by fitting and arranging a plurality of impellers 2 on the outer periphery of the shaft 3, and the impeller and the shaft are shrink-fitted (for example, see Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. No. 63193 (FIG. 2)).
FIG. 4 shows a conventional heating portion which heats the impeller for shrink fitting. In this method, the heating coil 6 is wound or attached around the entire outer periphery of the impeller 2 to heat the entire impeller 2. (See, for example, JP-A-2000-18192 (FIG. 1)).
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, in the method in which the heating coil 6 is wound around the outer periphery of the impeller 2 to perform high-frequency heating, and then the shaft 3 is assembled and shrink-fitted, the entire impeller 2 is heated. Waste of time and effort to wind the heating coil. In addition, since the entire impeller 2 is heated, excessive distortion due to heat is generated, and when the impeller 2 is mounted on the shaft 3, the shaft 3 is provided vertically with a special jig (not shown), and the impeller 2 is fitted vertically from above the shaft 3. The impeller 2 is lowered, or a dedicated jig (not shown) is provided, and the shaft 3 is inserted from the upper part of the impeller 2 while being kept horizontal. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to reduce the time and labor required for assembling and reduce thermal strain by limiting a portion where an overheating coil is wound around an impeller.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention according to claim 1 has an impeller of a compressor, a fitting portion that fits a shaft on a gas inlet side, and an opening having a gap with the shaft on a gas outlet side. It is characterized by having.
[0005]
According to this configuration in which the fitting portion that fits the shaft on the gas inlet side and the opening that is partially enlarged on the gas outlet side and has a gap with the shaft are provided, the shaft and the impeller fit together. The portion becomes a part of the gas inlet side of the impeller, and if only this portion is heated at the time of fitting, the impeller can be attached to the shaft. In addition, the number of portions to be heated is reduced, and as a result, heat input is reduced, so that excessive residual stress due to heat is reduced and distortion is reduced. The dimensions are determined so that the part of the gas outlet side is widened so that the strength of the fitting and fixing is not impaired in the remaining part where the shaft and the impeller fit.
[0006]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for mounting an impeller of a compressor according to the second aspect of the present invention, wherein the impeller fits into the shaft on the gas inlet side of the impeller. The joint portion is heated, the shaft is passed through the fitting portion of the impeller, and the impeller and the shaft of the compressor are shrink-fitted.
According to the above method, a fitting portion for fitting the shaft to the gas inlet side and an opening having a gap with the shaft by partially expanding the gas outlet side are provided, and the shaft is fitted to the gas inlet side. When the fitting part is heated to penetrate the shaft and the impeller and the shaft are shrink-fitted, the heated part is reduced, resulting in less heat input and less residual stress due to heat. The distortion is reduced. The number of heating parts is reduced, the work of winding the heating coil is reduced, and the power for heating can be saved.
[0008]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for mounting an impeller of a compressor according to the first aspect of the present invention, wherein the impeller of the compressor according to the first aspect has a gas inlet side of the impeller facing upward, and the assembly is fixed. It is installed on a panel and heats a fitting portion fitted to the shaft on the gas inlet side, penetrates the shaft through the fitting portion of the impeller from above, and the impeller and the shaft of the compressor. Is characterized by shrink fitting.
[0009]
A fitting portion for fitting to the shaft on the gas inlet side, and an opening having a gap with the shaft by expanding a part of the gas outlet side were provided, and provided so as to fit on the shaft on the gas inlet side. To heat the part, install it with the heating part up on the surface plate where the upper surface is kept horizontal, and insert the shaft from the upper position, no jig to hold the impeller or the jig to hold the shaft vertically And installation becomes easy. Further, since the conventionally required jig is eliminated, labor for position adjustment such as horizontal adjustment of the impeller or vertical adjustment of the shaft can be saved.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 is a sectional view of an impeller according to an embodiment of the present invention. The gas inlet side of the impeller 2 is shown in the upper direction in the figure, and a part of the impeller 2 that fits with the shaft 3 on the gas outlet side in the lower direction is cut out and widened to show the opening 7 in the lower direction. A gap between the opening 7 and the shaft 3 is set to several mm. The fitting portion 2a with the shaft 3 on the gas inlet side in the upward direction is long enough to maintain sufficient strength after shrink fitting. Since the fitting portion 2a is located only in the upward direction, the portion where the heating coil is wound is only the fitting portion 2a on the gas inlet side.
[0011]
FIG. 2 is a diagram showing a procedure for mounting the impeller and the shaft according to the embodiment of the present invention. In FIGS. 1 and 2, the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals, and a duplicate description thereof will be omitted. A gas inlet side of the impeller 2 is installed on a surface plate 5 on a floor surface having a hole 9 large enough to insert a shaft, and a heating coil 6 is wound around the outside of the fitting portion 2a. A high frequency is supplied to the heating coil 6 from a high frequency heating power supply 8 to heat the fitting portion 2a of the impeller 2 from outside. The heated impeller 2 has the inner diameter of the fitting portion 2a expanded by heat. When the shaft 3 is suspended by a crane (not shown) and lowered from above the impeller 2, the shaft 3 passes through the fitting portion 2a of the impeller 2. After passing through the hole 9 directly below the platen 5 and stopping at a predetermined position, the high frequency of the high frequency heating power supply 8 is cut off to stop the heating by the heating coil 6 and cool the fitting portion 2a of the impeller 2. If the temperature decreases, the inner diameter decreases, the impeller 2 and the shaft 3 are fitted and fixed, and the impeller 2 is attached to the shaft 3.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the portion where the shaft and the impeller fit together becomes a part on the gas inlet side of the impeller, and if only this portion is heated at the time of fitting, the portion to be heated is reduced. As a result, heat input is reduced, and excess residual stress due to heat is reduced, thereby reducing distortion.
[0013]
Further, according to the second aspect of the present invention, the number of portions for heating the impeller is reduced, and as a result, heat input is reduced, excess residual stress due to heat is reduced and distortion is reduced. Since the number of heating portions is small, the work of winding the heating coil is reduced, and power for heating can be saved.
[0014]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, a jig for holding the impeller or a jig for vertically holding the shaft is not required when the impeller is mounted, and the mounting is facilitated. Further, since the conventionally required jig is eliminated, labor for position adjustment such as horizontal adjustment of the impeller or vertical adjustment of the shaft can be saved.
