Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectuate an anti-theft device by preventing a commodity stored in a case from being pulled out. <P>SOLUTION: In the case K inserting the commodity (a) from an opening 11 provided on one face of the periphery and storing it, a fitting body B is freely removably fitted to the outside of the case so as to close a part of the opening, and an inserting piece 18 for being inserted into a gap between the case and the commodity from the opening is provided by being accompanied with fitting where one end side of the fitting body is forwarded into one end of this fitting body. In addition, an appropriate hooking means C which is pushed back by the fitting body and the case by being accompanied with fitting of the fitting body, and is hooked by being accompanied with finishing of the fitting, is provided to prevent the commodity from being pulled out by the fitting body closing a part of the opening, and to prevent the fitting body from being removed outside of a shop. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO

【特許請求の範囲】
【請求項１】周囲の一面に設けてある開口から商品を挿入して収納する形式のケースにおいて、上記開口の一部を閉鎖するように上記ケースの外側に着脱自在に嵌合体を嵌装すると共に、この嵌合体の一端内に前記嵌合体の一端側を先行させた嵌装にともない上記開口から上記ケースと商品との間隙に差し込む差し込み片を設け、また上記嵌合体とケースとに前記嵌合体の嵌装にともない押し戻され、かつ嵌装終了にともない係合関係になる適宜の係合手段を設けたことを特徴とする盗難防止装置。
【請求項２】周囲の一面に設けてある開口から商品を挿入して収納する形式のケースにおいて、上記開口の全部を閉鎖する閉鎖部材の一端に上記ケースの一端外側全部に嵌装する第一嵌合体を設け、また上記閉鎖部材の他端に上記ケースの他端外側に嵌装する第二嵌合体を設け、上記第二嵌合体とケースとに前記第二嵌合体の嵌装にともない押し戻され、かつ嵌装終了にともない係合関係になる適宜の係合手段を設けたことを特徴とする盗難防止装置。
【請求項３】上記第一嵌合体の閉鎖部材側端内に開口からケースと商品との間隙に差し込む差し込み片を設けたことを特徴とする請求項２に記載の盗難防止装置。
【請求項４】周囲の一面に設けてある開口から商品を挿入して収納する形式のケースにおいて、上記開口を閉鎖する閉鎖部材の両端に上記ケースの上記開口の両端外側に嵌装する嵌合体を設け、この各嵌合体とケースとに前記嵌合体の嵌装にともない押し戻され、かつ嵌装終了にともない係合関係になる適宜の係合手段を設けたことを特徴とする盗難防止装置。
【請求項５】周囲の一面に設けてある開口から商品を挿入して収納する形式のケースにおいて、上記ケースの開口側及びその反対側両コーナーの外側に片方が前記開口の一部を閉鎖する着脱自在な嵌装部材を嵌装し、この両嵌装部材にショップ側での係合関係を解除することができる適宜の係合手段を設け、また上記開口側の一方嵌合部材に前記開口から上記ケースと商品との間隙に差し込む差し込み片を設け、さらに上記ケースの周壁に貫孔を、他方嵌合部材に上記貫孔に貫通する貫通部材を設けたことを特徴とする盗難防止装置。
【発明の詳細な説明】

【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、ケースに収納してある商品の抜き取りを阻止する盗難防止装置に関する。

【従来の技術及びその課題】
従来レンタルショップにあっては、図１３に示すように、陳列内ケース１の前面開口２から上記陳列内ケース１にビデオテープなどの商品ａを挿入して収納する。

次いで、陳列外ケース３の上面開口４から上記陳列外ケース３の内に上記商品ａの収納ずみ陳列内ケース１を挿入して、レンタルショップの棚に陳列する。

その際、陳列外ケース３の上面から上方に挿入陳列内ケース１の上部を突出（図１８鎖線で示す）させて、陳列外ケース３に対する陳列内ケース１の存在を知らせるようになっている。

上記陳列外ケース３に対する陳列内ケース１の上部を上方に突出させる手段としては、周知のように陳列外ケース３の内面から突出する突出部材（図示省略）に挿入した陳列内ケース１の底を受架させて行う。

上述のような陳列状況下において、顧客は陳列外ケースから陳列内ケースを抜き取って、まず棚に空の陳列外ケースを戻し、次いで手にした陳列内ケースをカウンタに持参してレンタルの手続きを行う。

このようなショップにあっては、顧客が直接陳列内ケースを抜き取るシステムのため、抜き取った陳列内ケース内の収納商品を支障なく取り出すことができるので、商品の盗難にあう問題があった。

また、上記以外に、ブックケースにブックを挿入した場合や、商品ケースに商品を挿入して収納する場合でも同様に商品が抜き取られて盗難にあう。

そこで、この発明は、ケースに挿入（収納）してある商品の盗難を防止するようにしたことにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の課題を解決するために、この発明は、周囲の一面に設けてある開口から商品を挿入して収納する形式のケースにおいて、上記開口の一部を閉鎖するように上記ケースの外側に着脱自在に嵌合体を嵌装すると共に、この嵌合体の一端内に前記嵌合体の一端側を先行させた嵌装にともない上記開口から上記ケースと商品との間隙に差し込む差し込み片を設け、また上記嵌合体とケースとに前記嵌合体の嵌装にともない押し戻され、かつ嵌装終了にともない係合関係になる適宜の係合手段を設けた構成を採用する。

さらに、上記第一嵌合体の閉鎖部材側端内に開口からケースと商品との間隙に差し込む差し込み片を設けることもある。

また、周囲の一面に設けてある開口から商品を挿入して収納する形式のケースにおいて、上記開口を閉鎖する閉鎖部材の両端に上記ケースの上記開口の両端外側に嵌装する嵌合体を設け、この各嵌合体とケースとに前記嵌合体の嵌装にともない押し戻され、かつ嵌装終了にともない係合関係になる適宜の係合手段を設けた構成を採用する。

さらに、周囲の一面に設けてある開口から商品を挿入して収納する形式のケースにおいて、上記ケースの開口側及びその反対側両コーナーの外側に片方が前記開口の一部を閉鎖する着脱自在な嵌装部材を嵌装し、この両嵌装部材にショップ側での係合関係を解除することができる適宜の係合手段を設け、また上記開口側の一方嵌合部材に前記開口から上記ケースと商品との間隙に差し込む差し込み片を設け、さらに上記ケースの周壁に貫孔を、他方嵌合部材に上記貫孔に貫通する貫通部材を設けた構成を採用する。

【発明の実施形態】
この発明の実施の形態を添付図面に基づいて説明する。

この発明の第一の実施形態では、図１から図４に示すように、周囲一面に開口１１を有するケースＫには、開口１１から商品ａを挿入して収納する。

上記のケースＫは、左右で対向する側壁１２、１２と、この両側壁１２、１２間の上下面閉鎖の頂壁１３、底壁１４及び後面閉鎖の後壁１５とで両側壁１２、１２間の前面に開口１１を設けて形成し、例えば合成樹脂製薄板のブランクから組み立てたり、合成樹脂の成形製品などがある。

Ｂは開口１１の一部を閉鎖するようにケースＫの外側に着脱自在に嵌装する嵌合体である。

上記の嵌合体Ｂは、頂壁１３に重なる主壁１６と、この主壁１６の周縁から連なって主壁１６の裏面側に突出する角筒状の周壁１７とで構成され、ケースＫの上端外側（図示の場合）に嵌装して、周壁１７により開口１１の一部を閉鎖するもので、例えば合成樹脂による形成などにより形成すると共に、指先などを引っかけて力を加えても破損しないようになっている。

そして、開口１１から商品ａを挿入してケースＫに商品ａを収納したのち、ケースＫの上端外側に嵌装することで開口１１の一部を周壁１７により（図３に示すように）閉鎖されて、ケースＫに収納してある商品ａの抜き取りを阻止する。

また、嵌合体Ｂの一端内には、嵌合体Ｂの一端側を先行させた嵌装にともないケースＫと収納商品ａとの間隙に差し込む差し込み片１８が設けてある。

上記の差し込み片１８は、図示の場合嵌合体Ｂと一体に設けたが、別部品を接着や熱溶着などで取り付けることもあり、図示の場合商品ａと頂壁１６との間隙に差し込むようにしたが、限定されず商品ａと側壁１２とに間隙があればその間隙に差し込んでもよい。

要するに、差し込み片１８の差し込みによって嵌装した嵌合体Ｂの一端側上方（図示）への離脱を阻止することにある。

さらに、嵌合体ＢとケースＫとには、嵌合体Ｂの嵌装にともない押し戻され、かつ嵌装終了にともない係合関係になる係合手段Ｃが設けてある。

上記の係合手段Ｃとしては、図示の場合、後壁１５に貫孔による係止部１９を、周壁１７の内面に後壁１５の方向に突出端縁を突出させると共に、嵌合体Ｂの嵌装による後壁１５との接触にともない復元力に抗して押し戻され、係止部１９に合致（嵌合体Ｂの嵌装終了による）すると係止部１９に対し自動的に係合関係になる係止爪２０とで構成されている。

勿論、ケースＫ側に係止爪２０を、嵌合体Ｂ側に係止部１９を設けることもあり、係止部１９も貫孔にかえて凹部や突起などにかえることもあり、係止爪２０も切り起こしや別部品を接着や熱融着などで設けると共に、側壁１２と周壁１７との適所の対向面に、設けてもよい。

上記のように構成すると、レンタルショップにあっては、ケースＫを陳列内ケースとして使用し、開口１１からケースＫにレンタル商品ａを（販売品であってもよい）収納したのち、ケースＫの上端に嵌合体Ｂを嵌装する。

嵌装に際し、まずケースＫと商品ａとの間隙に差し込み片１８を差し込み、次いで図３鎖線に示す嵌合体Ｂを押し下げて図３実線に示すように嵌装する。

嵌装にともない後壁１５と係止爪２０の突出端縁との接触にともない係止爪２０を押し戻し、嵌合体Ｂの嵌装終了にともない係止部１９と係止爪２０とが合致するので、押し戻しによる復元力の発生している係止爪１９と係止部１９とが自動的に係合関係になって、差し込み片１８と係合関係ＣとでケースＫに対する嵌合体Ｂが結合されて、嵌合体Ｂの離脱を阻止する。

しかして、図１に示すように、レンタルショップ側の陳列外ケース３の上面開口４から陳列内ケースとしてのケースＫを挿入して陳列する。

その際、陳列外ケース３の上端から上方に嵌合体Ｂが突出して貸し出し可能（販売可能）な存在を知らせる。

顧客が陳列外ケース３からケースＫを抜き取り、そしてケースＫから商品ａを取り出そうとしても、ケースＫに対し結合状態に嵌装してある嵌合体Ｂの周壁１７により開口１１の一部が閉鎖されているので、抜き取りを阻止して盗難防止に役立つ。

上記係止手段Ｃの係合関係の解除方法は、解除具Ｅを用いて行う。

上記の解除具Ｅとしては、図示の場合周壁１７の内側に解除具Ｅの挿入片２１を挿入すると、挿入片２１の先端により係止爪２０を押し戻して係止爪２０と係止部１９との係合関係を解除するので、嵌合体Ｂの他端側を引き上げてケースＫから嵌合体Ｂを取り外す。

取り外した嵌合体Ｂは、ショップ側に回収する。

上記以外の解除方法としては、金属板により係止爪２０を形成して、強力な磁石により係止爪２０を吸引により引き戻すこともある。

なお、図３に示すように、ケースＫと嵌合体Ｂの周壁１７との大きな間隙が発生する場合、周壁１７の内面に解除具Ｅの差し込みに支障のない突起などを設けて、異物の挿入や周壁１７の変形を阻止すればよい。

また、ケースＫの後壁１５が薄くて係止爪２０の係合関係に支障や破損などが発生しやすい場合、図５に示すように厚板の係止部１９付の補強板２２を重ね合わせて固着すればよい。

なお、ケースＫを陳列内ケースとして使用する例を示したが、ケースＫのみを陳列ケースとして用い、ケースＫ内の商品ａの盗難を防止することもできる。

当然、図６に示すようにケースＫの上下に差し込み片１８及び係合手段Ｃ付の嵌合体Ｂ、Ｂを嵌装することもある。

また、図示のように、嵌合体Ｂ内に固有のＩＤコードをもち、ショップの出入口を通過の際出入口に設置の高周波電磁界の発生により共振回路が共振して固有のＩＤコードの発信にともない高周波電磁界を変調させるような盗難防止用のタグＤを設けておくと、ケースＫ毎商品ａのショップ外への持ち出しを防止する。

さらに、ケースＫの開口１１は、常時開放しているものを示したが、片方の側壁１２に折れ線を介し開口１１を開閉する蓋壁及び蓋壁に折れ線を介しもう片方の側壁１２の内側に差し込む差し込み壁（図示省略）を設けたものであってもよい。

この発明の第二の実施形態では、第一の実施形態のケースＫの開口１１を閉鎖する板材などの閉鎖部材３１の一端には、ケースＫの一端（図７に示す上端側）外側の全部に嵌装する第一嵌合体３２が、閉鎖部材３１の他端には、ケースＫの他端（図７に示す下端側）外側に嵌装する第二嵌合体３３が設けてある。

上記の第一嵌合体３２は、閉鎖部材３１の上端から連なってケースＫの頂壁１３と後壁１５の上部に外接する主壁３４と、この主壁３４の両側縁及び溝形の閉鎖部材３１の両側壁３５から連なる側壁３６とで形成され、上記の第二嵌合体３３は、閉鎖部材３１の下端から連なってケースＫの底壁１４の下面に対向する主壁３７と、この主壁３７の両側縁に連なる側壁３５とで構成され、合成樹脂の形成品によってコストの低減をはかる。

すると、ケースＫの上端外側に第一嵌合体３２を、ケースＫの下端外側に第二嵌合体３３を換装して開口１１を閉鎖部材３１により閉鎖すると、ケースＫに収納してある商品ａの抜き取りを防止する。

そして、ケースＫと第二嵌合体３３とに第一の実施形態と同様の係合手段Ｃを設けておくと、ショップ側の解除具による係合手段Ｃの係合関係を解除しないかぎり、ケースＫから第一嵌合体３２及び第二嵌合体３３を有する閉鎖部材３１の取り外しができないので、盗難防止にすぐれた効果がある。

上記係合手段Ｃ及び解除方法は、第一の実施形態と同様につき説明を省略し、また第一嵌合体３２、第二嵌合体３３、閉鎖部材３１のいずれか内側に第一の実施形態と同様のタグＤを設けておくと、商品ａと共にケースＫのショップ外への持ち出しを防止する。

また、閉鎖部材３１に第一の実施形態と同様の差し込み片１８を設けておくと、第一嵌合体３２の嵌装が安定し、かつ外れにくくなる効果もある。

上記の係合手段Ｍとしては、例えば（図示の場合）、嵌装部材Ｈ’の上面に先端部以外をカバー６７により覆った二又片６８を、嵌装部材Ｈの上面に二又片６８の先端部が嵌入する筒状部６９を設け、二又片６８の先端外側縁に設けてある銛状の係止爪７０が筒状部６９内の両側面に設けてある爪部７１に接すると、二又片６８を互いに内方に押し戻し、係止爪７０が爪部７１を通過すると二又片６８の押し戻しが解除されて、係止爪７０と爪部７１とが係合関係になって両嵌装部材Ｈ、Ｈ’の衝合端を連結し、ショップ側の解除具Ｎは、筒状部６９に挿入し、挿入先行端から突出する二条の突出部７２が両係止爪７０の突出テーパー面に接して両係止爪７０を互いに内方に押し戻すと共に、押し戻しにより係止爪７０と爪部７１との係合関係を解除して、ケースＫに対し解除具Ｎを挿入したままで嵌装部材Ｈを取り外すようにしたが、ケースＫに対しそれぞれの嵌装部材Ｈ、Ｈ’を係合関係にすることもでき、係合関係及び係合関係解除も他の手段で行うこともある。

すると、ケースＫに嵌装部材Ｈ、Ｈ’を嵌装することによりケースＫから商品ａの抜き取りを阻止する。

なお、取り外した嵌装部材Ｈ、Ｈ’はショップ側に回収し、嵌装部材Ｈ、Ｈ’のいずれか片方の内側に第一の実施形態と同様のタグＤを設けておくと、ケースＫ毎商品ａの店外の持ち出しを阻止する。

【発明の効果】
以上のように、この発明の盗難防止装置によれば、ケースに挿入して収納した商品の抜き取りを、ケースに嵌装した嵌合体や嵌装部材による開口の一部閉鎖、ケースに嵌装した第一及び第二嵌合体を有する閉鎖部材での開口の閉鎖及び両端に嵌合体を有する閉鎖部材での開口の閉鎖によってケースに収納してある商品の抜き取りを阻止して、盗難防止にすぐれた効果を発揮する。

また、差し込み片によってケースに対する嵌合体の外れ防止にもなり、さらに係合手段によってケースに対する嵌合体、第一及び第二嵌合体の外れを阻止して一段と盗難防止効果がある。

1. A case in which a product is inserted and stored through an opening provided on one peripheral surface, and a fitting body is detachably fitted to the outside of the case so as to partially close the opening. At the same time, an insertion piece which is inserted into the gap between the case and the product from the opening along with the fitting with the one end side of the fitting body preceding the fitting body is provided in one end of the fitting body, and the fitting piece is fitted to the fitting body and the case. An anti-theft device provided with an appropriate engaging means which is pushed back by the fitting of the united body and is brought into an engagement relationship with the end of the fitting.
2. A case of a type in which goods are inserted and stored through an opening provided on one surface of the periphery, wherein a first member is fitted to one end of a closing member for closing the whole of the opening and entirely outside one end of the case. A fitting body is provided, and a second fitting body fitted to the outside of the other end of the case is provided at the other end of the closing member, and pushed back together with the fitting of the second fitting body to the second fitting body and the case. An anti-theft device provided with an appropriate engagement means which is brought into an engagement relationship when the fitting is completed.
