Description

【0001】

Conventionally, when the leek of the above example is shipped to the market, the unnecessary or inedible epidermis covering the outer surface of the stalk of the leek was manually separated, but the separation work takes time and effort. Devices for mechanically separating the onion epidermis are already commercially available. As such a device, for example, a skin peeling device that blows air discharged from a nozzle onto an outer surface of a stem portion of a leek to peel off unnecessary epidermis on the outer surface of the stem from a leaf side to a root side and separates it (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-108657, JP-A-2001-163).
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the above-mentioned green onions are manually suspended one by one with respect to a suspending means such as a belt or a sandwiching plate and supplied to a peeling apparatus by approximately vertically, peeling of green onions having various lengths is performed. It is difficult to make the starting end almost the same height, and if the leek peeling starting end is higher than the nozzle outlet, some epidermis will remain on the stalk and unnecessary skin on the outer surface of the stalk will be cleaned. Cannot be stripped off. In addition, since the leaf side of the green onion is held by the hanging means, there is a problem that the suspended height of the green onion cannot be corrected during the transportation.
[0004]
As another separation method, for example, there is a peeling apparatus (Japanese Patent No. 2980166) for separating and holding green onion substantially horizontally by a transporting means. Are easily displaced and the onion peeling start ends are irregular and irregular, so that unnecessary skin cannot be peeled off neatly. Further, the mounting position must be corrected by the operator's hand so that the starting portion of peeling of the green onion is substantially on the same line, and there is a problem that it takes time and effort for the correction work.
[0005]
In view of the above problems, the present invention moves the crop peeling means to a position corresponding to the peeling start end of the crop and starts peeling the epidermis of the crop from the peeling start end. An object of the present invention is to provide a crop peeling apparatus capable of reliably and neatly peeling the skin of a crop having a length, saving labor and increasing the efficiency of the peeling operation.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention provides a peeling start end detecting means for detecting a peeling start end at which a skin of a crop is started to be peeled, and the peeling of the crop based on detection information output from the peeling start end detecting means. A peeling start end determining means for determining a start end, a crop peeling means for peeling the skin of the crop from the peeling start end of the crop toward the peeling end, and the crop peeling means, It is characterized in that it is a crop peeling device comprising a moving means for moving to a position substantially opposite to the peeling start end of the crop based on the determination by the peeling start end determining means.
[0007]
The above-mentioned agricultural products can be composed of, for example, leek A, asparagus, burdock, cucumbers, eggplants, carrots, yams, and the like. Further, the peeling start end detecting means can be constituted by, for example, an optical imaging means such as a monochrome or color imaging camera 19, a digital camera, a video camera, an image sensor, and an image element. Further, the peeling start end determining means can be constituted by, for example, a personal computer, a control device 22 including a CPU, a ROM, and a RAM. Further, the crop peeling means can be constituted by, for example, the peeling unit 28, the pair of support arms 36, the air discharge unit 37 and the like. The moving means includes, for example, the movable frame 31, the guide rails 32 and 33, the traction chains 34a and 34b, the motors 35a and 35b or an air cylinder, a rodless cylinder, a solenoid, a chain feed mechanism, a screw feed mechanism, a cam feed mechanism, and a crank. It can be constituted by a mechanism or the like.
[0008]
That is, the peeling start end of the crop is detected by the peeling start end detecting means, and the peeling start end of the crop is determined by the peeling start end determining means based on the detection information output from the peeling start end detecting means. I do. The crop peeling means is moved by the moving means to a position substantially opposite to the peeling start ends of the crops having irregularities and various lengths based on the determination by the peeling start end determining means. The skin of the crop is peeled off and separated from the peeling start end to the peeling end of the crop by the crop peeling means.
[0009]
As an embodiment, crop transport means (for example, a bucket-type transport conveyor 2, a belt conveyor, a roller conveyor, a chain conveyor, a free Tray, etc.) and a moving means for moving the crop peeling means substantially in opposition to the crop transported by the crop transport means and moving in substantially synchronization with the transport direction. Further, the crop, the crop transport means for transporting the crops substantially intermittently aligned in a mounting position substantially orthogonal to the transport direction, and the crop peeling means, the crops transported by the crop transport means substantially. Moving means intermittently moving in the transport direction to face each other. Further, a plurality of the crop peeling means may be provided substantially facing the crop transported by the crop transport means.
[0010]
[Action and effect]
According to the present invention, the crop peeling means is moved to a position substantially opposite to the peeling start end of the crop, and the skin of the crop is started to be peeled from the peeling start end. It is possible to reliably and neatly peel off the epidermis of the agricultural product. In addition, the labor and work of aligning or mechanically aligning the peeling start ends of the agricultural products with the operator's hand can be omitted, and labor and efficiency of the skinning operation can be reduced. In addition, since there is no need to move the crop, the commercial value of the crop is not impaired, and the crop can be kept fresh.
[0011]

[0015]
A plurality of units 26, 27, and 28 are mounted on the lower surface of the movable frame 31 substantially in opposition to the leeks A conveyed to the skinning section c. The holding unit 26 is attached substantially opposing the leaf Ac of the green onion A, the peeling unit 28 is attached substantially opposing the stem Ab of the green onion A, and the support unit 27 is installed facing the lower surface of the stem Ab of the green onion A. It is provided so as to be able to reciprocate integrally in a direction substantially perpendicular to the mounting and transport direction.
[0016]
In addition, the movable frame 31 is provided so as to be reciprocally movable in a direction substantially parallel to the transport direction with respect to the guide rails 33 provided on both upper sides of the transport path, and the traction chain 34 a stretched on the upper part of the transport path is connected to the movable frame 31. Then, the towing chain 34a is rotated forward and reverse by the driving force of the motor 35a with a speed reducer, and the units 26, 27, and 28 are moved upward from the starting end side where peeling of the skin Ae of the green onion A is started, and the peeling is completed. It reciprocates in the transport direction by a predetermined pitch substantially in synchronism with the transport speed of the transport conveyor 2 to the upper side of the end side.
[0017]
Further, the towing chain 34b stretched over the movable frame 31 is connected to the peeling unit 28, and the towing chain 34b is rotated forward and reverse by the driving force of the motor 35b with a speed reducer, and the holding unit 26 and the pair of The holding body 26a is provided with a standby position facing the root Aa of the green onion A projecting to the left side of the mounting table 2a, a holding position for holding the root Aa, and a peeling start end Ad of the green onion A as a skin of the skinning unit 28. It moves to a peeling start position and a correction position for correcting the state to be substantially opposed.
[0018]
In addition, the peeling unit 28 and the support arm 36, which will be described later, and the air discharge portion 37 are positioned at a position for holding a portion near the peeling start end Ad of the green onion A lifted by the holding unit 26 and the support unit 27. It reciprocates in a direction substantially perpendicular to the transport direction along the stem Ab of the green onion A to a position where the natural skin Ae is peeled off and pulled out from the tip of the root Aa.
[0019]
The above-described holding unit 26 holds a pair of holding bodies 26a so as to be horizontally rotatable in opposition to the leaves Ac of the green onion A at upper and lower ends of a movable table 26b disposed on the right side of the transport path. Due to the restoring force of the coil spring 26c stretched between the body 26a and the movable base 26b, the spring returns in a direction to return to the posture for holding the leaf Ac of the green onion A. Further, a flexible elastic body such as sponge rubber or urethane rubber is mounted on the holding surface of the holding body 26a.
[0020]
Further, the rod of the lifting cylinder 26d fixed to the lower surface of the movable base 26b is connected to the lower holding body 26a, and the lower holding body 26a is moved to the upper holding body 26a by the operation of the lifting cylinder 26d. Then, the root portion Aa moves up and down between a rising position where the root portion Aa is held up from the mounting table 2a and a lowering position where the pressing of the upper holding body 26a is released and the transport of the green onion A is allowed.
[0021]
The above-described support unit 27 has a support 27a, which is substantially Y-shaped when viewed from the side, standing on the lift 27b facing the lower surface of the stem Ab of the green onion A projecting from the left end of the mounting table 2a. The lifting frame 27c fixed to the lower surface of the lifting table 27b allows the support frame 27a to move the mounting position where the stem portion Ab of the green onion A is lifted above the mounting table 2a, and to transport the green onion A and move the mounting table 2a. And move up and down.
[0022]
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the above-mentioned peeling unit 28 is configured such that the air G discharged from an air discharge unit 37, which will be described later, is applied to the stem Ab of the green onion A lifted by the above-described holding unit 26. Consisting of a pair of support arms 36 that hold and correct in a uniformly sprayed state, and a pair of air discharge units 37 that discharge air G toward the outer surface of the stem Ab of the green onion A held by the pair of holders 26a. Is done.
[0023]
The above-mentioned support arm 36 is fixed to an end of a support shaft 39 bearing on a support frame 38, and connects a connecting rod 40 connected to an intermediate portion of the support shaft 39 to an interlocking plate 41. In addition, the opening / closing cylinder 42 attached to the movable frame 32 rotates the support shaft 39 forward and reverse via the connecting rod 40 and the connecting plate 41, and the pair of support arms 36 is held by the pair of holding members 26a. The stem rotates to a closed angle for holding the stem Ab of A and an open angle for canceling the holding.
[0024]
The above-described air discharge portion 37 is attached to the lower surface of the support frame 38 so as to face the outer peripheral surface of the stem Ab of the green onion A held by the pair of support arms 36, and is, for example, an air supply source such as an air supply blower or a compressor. Air G is blown to the discharge nozzles 37a and 37b connected to the outer surface of the stalk Ab from which the skin Ae has been peeled and the back surface of the peeled skin Ae. It is provided at an angle where it can be peeled from the part Ac side toward the root part Aa side.
[0025]
The alignment belt 43 disposed in the collection section d described above is stretched on the left side of the transport path facing the tip of the root Aa of the green onion A placed on the mounting table 2a of the conveyor 2, and the root Aa of the green onion A Are aligned and guided substantially straight in the transport direction. Further, as an aligning means instead of the aligning belt 43, for example, the alignment can be performed by a plate-shaped or rod-shaped guide member or the like.
[0026]
FIG. 7 shows a control circuit block diagram of the crop peeling apparatus 1. The control apparatus 22 has a built-in CPU, ROM, and RAM, and the CPU controls the transfer conveyor 2 and the image pickup according to a program stored in the ROM. The camera 19, the image processing device 20, the address reading device 21, the holding unit 26, the support unit 27, the skinning unit 28, and the driving and stopping of the motors 35 a and 35 b are controlled. The CPU determines the boundary between the stem portion Ab and the leaf portion Ac of the green onion A (for the green onion A) based on image information output from the image processing device 20 (for example, information such as light and darkness, color scheme, reflected light, and transmitted light). The peeling start end Ad) is individually calculated, and the peeling start end Ad of the green onion A, which is started to be peeled off by the peeling device 25 described later, is comprehensively determined.
[0027]
As shown in FIG. 2, the above-mentioned imaging camera 19 is disposed on the upper part of the transport path in the trimming section b facing the outer peripheral surface of the boundary between the stem Ab and the leaf Ac of the green onion A placed on the mounting table 2a. And outputs a captured image of the boundary portion to the image processing device 20.
[0028]
The image processing device 20 described above binarizes image information between the stem Ab and the leaf Ac captured by the imaging camera 19 and outputs the binarized data to the control device 22. Further, the address reading device 21 arranged at the lower part of the transport path reads the address information set on the mounting table 2a itself or the address information set on the transport conveyor 2 corresponding to the mounting table 2a, and outputs the address information to the control device 22. .
[0029]
Further, as another example of the identification means instead of the address information, for example, a recording medium (for example, a barcode, an ID card, a magnetic card, or the like) attached to the mounting table 2a itself or attached to the transport conveyor 2 corresponding to the mounting table 2a. May be read, or information recorded in the control device 22 may be read in correspondence with the unique information of the recording medium.
[0030]
In addition, the CPU determines that the skinning unit 28 is substantially opposed to the skinning start end Ad of the green onion A with reference to the skinning start end Ad of the green onion A to which the air G discharged from the air discharging section 37 described later is first blown. Then, the moving distance until reaching the position to be moved is calculated, and the moving distance information is stored in the RAM in correspondence with the address information of the mounting table 2a read by the address reading device 21.
[0031]
When a predetermined number of the mounting tables 2a are moved to the skinning section c, the address information of the mounting tables 2a is individually read by the address reading device 21, and the number of the mounting tables 2a output from the address reading device 21 is changed. The moving distance information corresponding to the address information is read from the RAM, and the motor 35b described later is rotated forward and reverse based on the moving distance information, and the leek A held by the pair of holding bodies 26a is moved in a direction substantially orthogonal to the transport direction. I do.
[0032]
Further, based on the pulse signal output from the motor 35b, the moving amount of the skinning unit 28 is individually detected, and the detected moving amount information is compared with the moving amount information stored in the RAM in advance and calculated. I do. When it is determined that the movement amounts are substantially the same, the driving of the motor 35b is stopped, and the peeling unit 28 is stopped at an upper position substantially opposed to the peeling start end Ad of the green onion A, as shown in FIG. I do. If it is determined that the movement amounts are different, the motor 35b rotates forward and backward until the movement amount information matches. Further, the cutting information stored in the RAM is deleted or overwritten when returning from the end to the start.
[0033]
The illustrated embodiment is configured as described above, and the operation of peeling green onion A by the crop peeling apparatus 1 will be described below.
[0034]
First, as shown in FIG. 1, leek A is placed one by one on a mounting table 2a. By pressing the tip of the root portion Aa against an alignment portion (not shown) such as a belt or a plate, for example, while projecting a predetermined length (for example, approximately 3 cm) to the left side of the mounting table 3 with respect to the transport direction. Is supplied to the trimming device 5 in the trimming section b.
[0035]
Next, the root Aa side of the leek A is cut by a predetermined amount by the root cutting device 8 of the trimming device 5, the leaf Ac side of the leek A is cut by a predetermined amount by the leaf cutting device 9, and the skinning section c Is continuously supplied to the peeling device 25 of FIG.
[0036]
Further, as shown in FIG. 2, a boundary portion between the stem portion Ab and the leaf portion Ac of the green onion A mounted on the mounting table 2 a is imaged by the imaging camera 19, and the image information is binarized by the image processing device 20. And outputs it to the control device 22. The control device 22 individually determines the peeling start end portion Ad of the leek A based on the image information output from the image processing device 20, and the peeling unit 28 reaches the peeling start end Ad of the leek A. The moving distance is calculated, and the moving distance information and the address information of the mounting table 2a read by the address reading device 21 are stored in the RAM in association with each other.
[0037]
Next, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, in the peeling section c, the units 26, 27, and 28 are substantially synchronized with a predetermined number of leeks A.. The holding unit 26 is independently driven while being moved only in the transport direction, the leaf Ac of the green onion A protruding to the right side of the mounting table 2a is held and lifted by the pair of holding bodies 26a, and the root Aa side is supported by the support unit 27. The support 27a lifts to a predetermined height and is supported substantially horizontally.
[0038]
In addition, the control device 22 reads the moving distance information corresponding to the address information of the mounting table 2a read by the address reading device 21 from the RAM, and based on the moving distance information, moves the peeling unit 28 substantially orthogonally to the transport direction. It is moved independently in the direction, and as shown in FIG. 8, stops at the upper position substantially opposite to the peeling start end Ad of the green onion A.
[0039]
Subsequently, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the peeling unit 28 is independently driven to correct the bent portion of the stem Ab by the support arms 36, 36, and the air discharged from the air discharge unit 37 is corrected. G is sprayed substantially evenly on the outer peripheral surface of the stem Ab corresponding to the peeling start end Ad of the green onion A, and the unnecessary epidermis Ae of the green onion A is peeled off and separated at a stroke toward the root Aa side.
[0040]
Immediately before reaching the root Aa side, the support 27a is temporarily lowered to hold the root Aa side of the green onion A in a hanging state. When the skinning unit 28 is removed from the root Aa, the support 27a is raised again and supported. If the epidermis Ae hangs at the lower end of the root Aa, for example, it is pulled by a pair of separation rolls, pulled by a holding means such as a chuck or an arm, or sucked by a suction means such as an intake blower or a vacuum pump. May be separated and removed.
[0041]
Subsequently, after the peeling unit 28 is moved to the left side of the transport path, the holding by the pair of holders 26a is released, the support 27a is lowered to the standby position, and the peeled green onion A is placed on the mounting table 2a. Place it again. Thereafter, the root Aa of the green onion A placed on the mounting table 2a is brought into contact with or pressed against the alignment belt 43 in the collection section e, and is aligned substantially straight in the transport direction in the next step (for example, a sorting step or box packing). Process). Hereinafter, in the same manner as described above, the onion A trimming work, the aligning work, and the peeling work are continuously performed.
[0042]
As described above, the peeling unit 28 of the peeling device 25 is independently moved to a position substantially opposite to the peeling start end Ad of the green onions A ... conveyed by the conveyor 2, and the skin Ae of the green onions A is moved. Since peeling starts from the peeling start end Ad, even if the peeling start end Ad of the green onion A is irregular and irregular, even if it has various lengths, the skin Ae of the green onion A is surely and securely. It can be peeled off neatly.
[0043]
In addition, the labor and work of aligning the peeling start portion Ad of the green onion A with the operator's hand or mechanically aligning it can be omitted, and labor and efficiency of the peeling operation can be reduced. Since it is not necessary to move the peeling start end Ad to a position facing the peeling unit 28, the commercial value of the green onion A is not impaired and a fresh state can be maintained.
[0044]
In addition, since the peeling unit 28 is reciprocated in the transport direction substantially in synchronization with the transport speed of the transport conveyor 2 and the skin Ae of the green onion A transported by the transport conveyor 2 is continuously peeled off, the intermittent movement is performed. In comparison with the method, the number of the peeling units 28 to be installed is reduced, and the transport distance of the entire apparatus is shortened, so that the installation and layout can be easily performed, and the transport line from the trimming process to the sorting process is reduced It can be configured as one.
[0045]
Note that the configuration of the crop peeling apparatus 1 described above can be applied to, for example, an operation of peeling the skin Ae of the green onion A held in a substantially vertical posture and a substantially oblique posture.
[0046]
As shown in another example of FIG. 9, the mounting table 2 a of the transport conveyor 2 constituting the crop peeling apparatus 1 is moved around the transport direction substantially intermittently and the leek by the transport conveyor 2 is used. In substantially synchronism with the intermittent feeding operation of A, the units 26, 27, and 28 constituting the peeling device 25 are intermittently moved in the transport direction while being substantially opposed to the leek A transported by the transport conveyor 2. The skin Ae of the green onion A can also be peeled off.
