Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a bill receivable processing apparatus for banknotes, and more particularly to a receivable bill receivable apparatus suitable for operation in a game shop such as a pachinko parlor.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Cash management at pachinko and other amusement stores is as follows.
[0003]
If, during business hours, there is a shortage of 1,000 yen bills for change such as currency exchange machines, and replenishment is necessary, the clerk will collect the 1,000 yen bills from the Daima ball lending machine / daima medal lending machine. However, in many cases, at least several hundred sheets are required, so counting each time is too complicated. Therefore, the required number of sheets are collected in increments, and counting is performed using a bill counter. However, it is desired that the replenishment amount be a predetermined unit number (for example, 10 sheets). As a result, when a fractional surplus is generated, the operation of returning the surplus to the original lending machine / lending medal lending machine occurs, which is troublesome for the clerk.
[0004]
Further, when a special prize prepared in advance at a game store runs out during business, it becomes necessary to buy back (purchase) a special prize from a special prize purchaser (actually, a wholesaler). . In such a case, the clerk will procure cash for repurchasing from a tama ball / machine medal machine, a game card vending machine, a currency exchange machine, and the like. The store manager indicates the specific amount, so it is necessary to match the amount. For this execution, the clerk who prepares and procures banknotes has to perform manual calculations, which is very troublesome.
[0005]
Further, after the payment confirmation processing (details will be described later) after the business in the amusement store is completed, it is necessary to bind the funds for purchasing special prizes (special prize exchange price) to a designated amount for each denomination. However, in order to bundle a predetermined unit number (for example, 100) into one bundle, the bundle has to be counted by 100 sheets, and this operation is very troublesome for the clerk.

[0015]
FIG. 4 is a flowchart of the first embodiment of the sales and deposit processing apparatus according to the present invention.
[0016]
First, the first embodiment of the sales and deposit processing apparatus of the present invention will be described with reference to its operation in a game shop such as a pachinko parlor.
[0017]
Prior to the commencement of business, pachinko parlors and other amusement arcades will provide a currency exchange machine for exchanging high-value bills (for example, 10,000-yen bills and 5,000-yen bills) to low-value bills (for example, 1,000-yen bills) A considerable amount of 1,000-yen bills are prepared and loaded.
[0018]
However, in the case where a large number of players come to the store unexpectedly, the 1000-yen bill of the currency exchange machine may run out during business. When such a situation occurs, a clerk collects a 1,000-yen bill from a betting machine / medal lending machine provided for each gaming machine, and replenishes the money changing machine. In addition, the above-mentioned Daima ball lending machine / daima medal lending machine includes a 1,000-yen bill that a player brought for himself and spent for the game, and a player who used a money-changing machine at the amusement store to exchange money. The used 1,000-yen bill is stored.
[0019]
When collecting 1,000-yen bills from the daima ball lending machine / daima medal lending machine, the number of pieces to be collected should not be a fraction from the viewpoint of cash management so as not to complicate the later sales calculation processing. It is desired that the number of prints is 10 (for example, 270).
[0020]
For this purpose, the clerk who collects banknotes takes either a manual calculation or a countermeasure using a banknote counting machine to take measures. It is annoying.
[0021]
In the first aspect according to the present invention, the processing is performed in the following steps, and at the end of the processing, the number of sheets can be automatically set to ten, so that the clerk who collects the bills is released from the hassle.
[0022]
First, the clerk collects a 1,000-yen bill that is deemed necessary for replenishing the money-changing machine from the Daima ball lending machine / daima medal lending machine (for example, if the required number is 500, The following steps will be described assuming that the amount collected in the unit of the amount is 557 as a result).
[0023]
The clerk throws the collected 1,000-yen bills into the bill receiving unit 1 in a stacked state at a time (step S1). Next, when the start button is pressed, 1000-yen bills are sequentially fed out one sheet at a time (step S2), and the first nine sheets are sent to the number adjusting unit 6, and the number data is stored in the storage unit 15 connected to the control unit 14. Is stored in the first memory area 151 (step S3).
[0024]
Next, the tenth and subsequent 1000-yen bills are sent to the banknote stacking unit 2 while counting until the banknote receiving unit 1 becomes empty, and the counted number when the counting is completed is stored in the storage unit 15 connected to the control unit 14. It is stored in the second memory area 152 (step S4). (In this example, 548 is stored.)
Further, the CPU 141 in the control unit 14 refers to the number of the banknote stacking unit 2 stored in the second memory area 152, and if the last digit of the number (this is X) is not 0, the complement number ( 10-X) is calculated, and the (10-X) sheets are sent from the sheet number adjusting unit 6 to the banknote stacking unit 2, and the numerical value in the second memory area 152 is rewritten (step S5). After that, all the 1,000-yen bills remaining in the number adjustment section 6 are sent to the rose storage section 8, and the number is stored in the third memory area 153 (step S6).
[0025]
On the other hand, if X = 0, the fraction adjustment is unnecessary, so that all the thousand-yen bills (9) remaining in the number adjustment section 6 are sent to the rose storage section 8, and the number is stored in the third memory area 153. (Step S6). In this embodiment, since X = 8, two 1000-yen bills are sent from the number adjustment unit 6 to the banknote stacking unit 2, and the banknote stacking unit 2 becomes 550 at this point. The seven sheets remaining in the number adjustment unit 6 are sent to the rose storage unit 8, which is one of the storage units, and the seven-sheet data is stored in the third memory area 153 of the storage unit 15 connected to the control unit 14. The process is completed by storing.
[0026]
The seven pieces sent to the rose storage unit are used as part of a special premium exchange price when sorting in the payment confirmation processing by the sales payment processing apparatus performed after the store is closed.
[0027]
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention, a special prize exchange preparation process during business hours, will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG.
[0028]
In the bill processing method according to the second aspect, at the end of processing, the total amount of bills that can be taken out from the device by the clerk can be made to match the amount indicated by the store manager, so that the trouble of the clerk is eliminated. .
[0029]
A case where the amount indicated by the store manager is 500,000 yen will be described as an example.
[0030]
First, a clerk procures banknotes of about 500,000 yen by a measure from a currency exchange machine or the like. (For example, the following flow will be described assuming that the amount procured by the unit amount is 490,000 yen bills, 22, 5,000 yen bills 22, and 1,000 yen bills, 240 sheets in total.) The banknotes may be in a state where the respective denominations are mixed.
[0031]
First, the banknotes collected from a money changer or the like are collectively input to the banknote receiving unit (step S11). Next, 500,000 yen is input as the amount to be prepared (step S12), and when the start button is pressed (step S13), the bills are sequentially fed out one by one from the bill receiving unit 1 (step S14), and the denomination identifying unit 5, the denomination is determined (step S15).
[0032]
As a result of the denomination determination, if the denomination is a 1,000 yen bill or a 5,000 yen bill, the denomination is sent to the number adjusting unit 6, the order of the denominations and the denomination are paired, and the first memory It is stored in the area 151 (step S16). In this way, the combination of the 1,000-yen bill and the 5,000-yen bill is worth 9,000 yen (specifically, it is either nine thousand-yen bills, or one 5,000-yen bill and four thousand-yen bills Until the value reaches.), It is sent to the sheet number adjusting section 6.
[0033]
On the other hand, if the result of the denomination determination is that the bill is a million-yen bill, the bill is sent to the banknote stacking unit 2 and the counted value is stored in the second memory area 152 (step S17).
[0034]
The sum of the amount stored in the second memory area 152 and the amount of 9,000 yen stored in the first memory area 151 is 500,000 yen or more, in other words, the value stored in the second memory area 152. When the amount of money becomes 491,000 yen or more, all subsequent bills are sent to the rose storage unit 8 which is one of the storage units, and the amount of the bills sent to the rose storage unit 8 is stored in the third memory area 153. It is stored (step S18).
[0035]
In this way, the above-described processing is repeated until there is no more bill in the bill receiving unit 1. When the bill receiving unit 1 runs out of bills, the CPU 141 of the control unit 14 refers to the bill amount of the bill stacking unit 2 stored in the second memory area 152 (this will be referred to as X yen), and indicates the designated amount ( (500,000-X in this example) is calculated and the difference (500,000-X) is calculated, the amount is sent from the number adjustment unit 6 to the banknote stacking unit 2, and the numerical value in the second memory area 152 is rewritten (step S19). ). Thereafter, all the banknotes remaining in the number adjusting unit 6 are sent to the rose storage unit 8, and the amount is stored in the third memory area 153 (step S20).
[0036]
For example, when 495,000 yen is sent to the banknote stacking unit 2 and the total is over 500,000 yen, 5,000 yen is sent from the number adjusting unit 6 to the banknote stacking unit 2 and the remaining 4,000 yen is sent. The circle is sent to the rose storage unit 8.
[0037]
In this way, a banknote of 500,000 yen can be taken out from the banknote stacking unit 2.
[0038]
The remaining banknotes are stored in the rose storage unit 8, and are used as part of the special premium exchange price when sorting in the payment confirmation processing in the sales payment processing device performed after the store is closed. .
[0039]
Next, the binding process of the special premium exchange price, which is the third mode, will be described based on the flowchart of FIG.
[0040]
This processing is performed after the game store is closed and after the payment confirmation processing by the sales payment processing apparatus is completed. First, the payment confirmation processing will be described.
[0041]
When the amusement store is closed, all of the banknotes present in the exchange machine, all of the banknotes present in the gaming card vending machine, and all of the banknotes present in the vending machine / medal lending machine are handed over by the clerk. Will be recovered by In addition, here, there are only 1000 yen bills for Taima ball lending machine / daima medal lending machine, but for currency exchange machines and game card vending machines, 1000 yen bills, 5000 yen bills, and 10,000 yen bills There may be three types.
[0042]
The number of 1,000-yen bills as the in-store reserve and the number of each denomination as the special prize exchange price are input in the amount information input unit 3 of the sales-receipt processing device. Are stacked, and the payment confirmation process is started by pressing the start button.
[0043]
For example, if the 1,000-yen bills are stacked in the order of the lowest layer, then the 5,000-yen bill, and then the 10,000-yen bill, the 1,000-yen bill is fed out of the bill receiving unit 1 first. The fed 1,000-yen bill is confirmed by the denomination identifying unit 5 to be a 1,000-yen bill, and is sent to the binding unit 11 until the number of bills input as the in-store reserve is reached. The feeding is temporarily stopped when 100 sheets as a unit of binding are sent to the binding unit 11. Then, when the 100 sheets are bound by the binding unit 11 and the bound banknotes that have been bound are stored in the bundle storage unit 12, the feeding is resumed. For example, when the number of 1000-yen bills as the in-store reserve is input as 2700, the above steps are repeated 27 times. Next, the 1,000-yen bill is sent to and stored in the rose storage unit 8, which is one of the plurality of storage units, until the number of the 1,000-yen bill designated and input as the special premium exchange price is reached. The surplus 1000-yen bill is sent to the bill cassette 9 which is one of the plurality of storage units. What is stored in the bill cassette 9 is the gross profit in the business on that day.
[0044]
The 5,000-yen bill and the 10,000-yen bill are sequentially sent through the same steps, and are each sent to the rose storage section 8, which is one of a plurality of storage sections, until the number designated as the special prize exchange price is reached. The surplus is sent to the bill cassette 9.
[0045]
The deposit confirmation processing is performed by taking such steps, and the stacked banknotes received by the bill receiving unit 1 are sorted into three places of the bundle storage unit 12, the loose storage unit 8, and the bill cassette 9, and the payment confirmation processing is completed. It becomes.
[0046]
When the payment confirmation processing is completed, the clerk takes out a bundle of 1000-yen bills, which is an in-store reserve, stored in the bundle storage unit 12, releases the bundle, and loads the bundle into a money changing machine in preparation for the next day's business. Only when the bundle storage unit 12 is emptied in this way is an environment in which the binding processing of the special premium exchange price can be performed.
[0047]
Therefore, next, the binding processing of the special premium exchange price will be described.
[0048]
The banknotes are collectively taken out of the rose storage unit 8 in which the special premium exchange price is stored, stacked on the banknote receiving unit 1 (step S21), and the process is started by pressing a start button (step S22). In the above-described example, the banknotes are stacked in the order of a 1,000-yen bill, a 5,000-yen bill, and a 10,000-yen bill, but the present invention is not limited to this, and this processing is possible even when denominations are mixed.
[0049]
Here, a case where denominations are mixed will be described as an example.
[0050]
If a 1,000-yen bill is first specified (input of denomination information) as a denomination target denomination from the denomination information input unit (also used as the amount information input unit) (step S23), bills of mixed denominations are sequentially fed out and transported. The denomination is determined by the denomination identification unit 5 (step S24) (step S25).
[0051]
Since a 1,000-yen bill is input as denomination information, denomination bills other than the 1,000-yen bill are sent to the return unit 13 (step S26). It is sent (step S27). Subsequent thousand-yen bills are sent to the binding unit 11 (step S28), and are bundled every 100 sheets and stored in the bundle storage unit 12 (step S29).
[0052]
When there are no more bills in the bill receiving unit 1, the complement (100−X) bills of the fractional number (less than 100) (hereinafter referred to as X) remaining in the binding unit 11 are bound from the number adjustment unit 6. The bundle is sent to the stacking unit 11 and bundled into a total of 100 sheets, and sent to the bundle storage unit 12 (step S30). Finally, the remaining 1,000-yen bills of the number adjusting unit 6 are all sent to the banknote stacking unit 2 (step S31). This completes the processing of the 1,000-yen bill.
[0053]
Here, for example, if the number of 1,000-yen bills is 540, 99 sheets are first secured by the number adjustment unit 6, and four 100-sheet bundles are created. The remaining number is 41 (540-99-400 = 41), so in this state, the number is less than 100 and cannot be bundled. However, 59 sheets (100-41 = 59) of the complement are sent out from the number adjusting section 6. And the fifth bundle is bound as 100 sheets. By sending the remaining 40 sheets (99-59 = 40 sheets) to the banknote stacking unit 2, the binding process for the 1,000-yen bill is completed.
[0054]
If banknotes other than the 1,000-yen bill sent to the return unit 13 are taken out and inserted into the bill receiving unit 1, and a 5,000-yen bill (or a 10,000-yen bill) is designated, a 5,000-yen bill (or a 10,000-yen bill) The binding process for the yen bill is performed.
[0055]
When this processing is completed, a bundle of 100 sheets is created for each of the 1,000-yen bill, the 5,000-yen bill, and the 10,000-yen bill, and stored in the bundle storage unit 12. It is sent to the banknote stacking unit 2. In this way, the special prize exchange price is bound into a shape that is easy to handle.
[0056]
【The invention's effect】
Even if the number of banknotes to be processed is unknown and accompanied by a fractional number as a predetermined unit number, the number adjustment unit of the sales and deposit processing device sets the number obtained by subtracting 1 from the predetermined unit number. The required number of sheets are sent out from the pre-taken sheet so as to be a predetermined unit number, and the remainder is sent to any of the plurality of storage units, and the number data is stored in the storage unit of the apparatus. As a result, it is not necessary to return the surplus to the original lending machine / lending machine, and the surplus can be added and used at the time of the payment confirmation processing performed after the business is over. is there.
