TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a structure of a chute used for transporting a fired product fired by a Dwyroid type sintering machine used in a sintering process of nonferrous metal smelting.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As an example of the sintering process of the nonferrous metal smelting, there is a manufacturing process of a zinc / lead sintered mass using a Dwyroid type sintering machine. In this step, the zinc sulfide concentrate, the lead sulfide concentrate, other oxide ore raw materials containing a relatively high concentration of zinc and lead, and the return ore generated in the sintering process are subjected to moisture conditioning and granulation. As a result, pellets as sintering raw materials are obtained. As described later, return ore has insufficient desulfurization and agglomeration, and is not suitable for charging the blast furnace in the next step.
[0003]
The pellets thus obtained are charged into a hopper above the sintering machine. This hopper is usually divided into a first hopper and a second hopper. A pallet that rotates in an infinite edge manner is provided below the hopper, and pellets are cut out from the first hopper onto the pallet so as to have a height of about 5 cm. This pellet layer then moves into the ignition furnace. In the ignition furnace, the pellet layer is heated from above by a burner and ignited. In the ignition furnace, gas is drawn downward from above the pallet by a wind box provided below the pallet to ignite and burn the sulfide to form an ignition layer.
[0004]
Next, pellets are cut out from the second hopper on the ignition layer. Although the thickness of the pellet layer including the ignition layer is greatly affected by the size of the pellet and the draft in the furnace, the height of the entire ore layer including the ignition layer is usually about 35 cm. Thereafter, in the sintering furnace, a gas containing oxygen is supplied from below the pallet, and the heat held by the ignition layer moves to the upper layer, where drying and heating are performed. The phenomenon that a reaction occurs and the temperature rises proceeds continuously from the lower layer to the upper layer. In this sintering reaction, the temperature of the ore layer reaches a maximum of 1200 to 1300 ° C., and a part of the fired material becomes a semi-molten state and aggregates to form a sintered mass.
[0005]
After the oxidation reaction is completed, the calcined material is cooled by the low-temperature gas supplied from the lower part of the pallet, and reaches the discharge end of the sintering machine. There is a first crusher at the discharge end of the sintering machine, and the fired material dropped from the pallet passes through the crusher, is discharged onto a pan conveyor via a chute, and is further supplied to a second crusher. In this way, the mixture passes through several stages of crushers, and thereafter, only what remains as a lump is supplied to the smelting furnace which is the next step, and the others are turned ore.
[0006]
By the way, in the sintering machine, the upper ore layer is not sufficiently cooled after the reaction, compared with the lower ore layer, and the fired material remains in a high temperature state, and a part remains in a semi-molten state. May be supplied to the first crusher. Therefore, since the chute under the first crusher comes into contact with the highest temperature fired material, the chute is severely damaged and needs to be periodically repaired. Also, the so-called stickiness that the semi-molten fired material adheres, cools and adheres is remarkable, and it becomes difficult to discharge the fired material if left unattended. There was a problem that periodic beveling work and chute repair work were required.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the present invention, when manufacturing zinc and lead sintered ingots with a Dwyroid sintering machine, the periodic work of removing the chute and the work of repairing the chute for placing the fired material on a pan conveyor that conveys the fired material are performed. It is intended to provide a shoot structure that can be reduced.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The chute structure of the present invention is a chute structure below the crusher provided at the discharge end of the Dwyroid type sintering machine, and a plate made of a corrosion-resistant material, preferably stainless steel, is formed at a site where the fired material falls and comes into contact with the chute. A chute structure in which a plate is detachably hung by a chain or the like.
[0009]
In addition, SUS304 is more preferable as the stainless steel plate because of its low cost.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 shows an example of a chute structure according to the present invention. In FIG. 1, a SUS304 plate having a length of 1500 mm, a width of 600 mm and a thickness of 9 mm is suspended by a chain inside the first crusher lower chute of the Dwyroid sintering machine. Only one of the four chutes in the direction in which the fired material was discharged from the sintering machine was suspended. This is because a high-temperature sinter lump falls on this portion. In addition, a plate material of an abrasion-resistant material other than the stainless steel plate may be used.
[0011]
For the same purpose, the chute body is fixed on the iron plate by a replaceable method such as abrasion-resistant material, etc., and only the wear surface is periodically replaced. Although improved, adhesion of semi-molten matter is unavoidable, and beveling work is inevitable. On the other hand, in the structure of the present invention, since the stainless steel plate is hung by the chain, it is possible to prevent the sticking of the stick by utilizing the vibration generated when the fired material collides with the stainless steel plate.
[0012]
Also, compared to bolting or welding, which is a general method of fixing plate materials, if a stainless steel plate with a fixed chain is prepared in advance, replacement time and work load can be dramatically reduced. .
[0013]
The present invention is applicable not only to the non-ferrous metal sintering process but also to the prevention of chute damage and sticking of sticks generated under various high-temperature conditions. The selection is made in consideration of the size of the chute below the crusher and the falling range of the fired material.
[0014]
In addition, SUS304 is preferable as the stainless steel plate in terms of inexpensiveness, and the plate thickness is preferably about 9 mm in order to reduce the frequency of replacement and the load of replacement work.
[0015]
【Example】
Next, the present invention will be further described using examples.
(Example 1)
A SUS304 plate having a length of 1500 mm × a width of 600 mm × a thickness of 6 mm was hung by a chain to provide a hopper structure shown in FIG. The following operation was performed using the Dwyroid sintering machine having the hopper structure.
[0016]
Table 1 shows the state of adhesion of beko, the time required for beko removal work, the state of the suspended stainless steel plate, and the time required for replacement six weeks after the start of operation. There was little adhesion of the beko, and the work of removing the beko was unnecessary. However, a crack was found in the SUS304 plate at the time of the inspection, so the SUS304 plate was replaced with a new SUS304 plate. The time required for this replacement work was 30 minutes.
[0017]
(Example 2)
An SUS304 plate having a length of 1500 mm, a width of 600 mm and a thickness of 12 mm was suspended by a chain, and the operation was performed under the same conditions as in Example 1. Table 1 also shows the state of stickiness and the time required for the stick removal operation, the state of the suspended SUS304 plate, and the time required for replacement between 6 weeks and 12 weeks after the start of the operation.
At the time of the inspection six weeks later, the sticks were slightly more attached, and it took about 30 minutes to remove the sticks. In addition, although the SUS304 plate was slightly reduced in thickness, no abnormality such as crack generation was observed.
At the time of inspection after 12 weeks, cracks were found on the SUS304 plate, so replacement work was performed. The time required for this replacement work was 30 minutes.
[0018]
(Example 3)
A SUS304 plate having a length of 1500 mm, a width of 600 mm and a thickness of 9 mm was suspended by a chain, and the operation was performed under the same conditions as in Example 1. Table 1 also shows the state of stickiness and the time required for the stick removal operation, the state of the suspended SUS304 plate, and the time required for replacement between 6 weeks and 12 weeks after the start of the operation.
At the time of the inspection six weeks later, there was little adhesion of the beko, and the beko removal operation was unnecessary. Although the thickness of the plate material was slightly reduced, no abnormality such as crack generation was observed.
At the time of inspection after 12 weeks, cracks were found on the SUS304 plate, so replacement work was performed. The time required for this replacement work was 30 minutes.
[0019]
(Comparative Example 1)
The operation was carried out under the same conditions as in Example 1 except that the SUS304 plate was not suspended and was left as it was. Table 1 also shows the state six weeks after the start of the operation, the time required for replacing the SUS304 plate, the state of sticking, and the time required for the sheet removing operation. It should be noted that among the four chutes, the sticking of the swarf on the surface where the fired material collides was remarkable, and it took 180 minutes as shown in Table 1 to remove the swarf in this part.
Further, the inner surface of the chute after removing the bevel has been reduced in thickness, and it took another 120 minutes to weld a reinforcing iron plate to the inner surface. This time is shown in the replacement work column in Table 1.
[0020]
(Comparative Example 2)
A SUS304 plate having a length of 150 mm, a width of 60 mm and a thickness of 9 mm was fixed to the inner surface of the chute with bolts. After fixing, operation was performed under the same conditions as in Example 1. Table 1 also shows the adhesion state of the vegetation, the time required for the vegetation removal operation, the state of the SUS304 plate, and the time required for replacement at 6 and 12 weeks after the start of the operation.
At the time of the inspection six weeks after the start of the operation, the stick of the fired material was particularly noticeable on the surface of the four chutes on which the fired material collides. Although the SUS304 plate was slightly reduced in thickness, no abnormality such as crack generation was observed.
At the inspection 12 weeks after the commencement of the operation, there was almost the same sticking of beko as after 6 weeks, and it took 120 minutes to remove the beko. Further, since cracks due to wall thinning were confirmed in a part of the SUS304 plate, the SUS304 plate was replaced. This replacement took 120 minutes.

[Table 1]
[0022]
【The invention's effect】
In the chute structure of the present invention, the stainless plate is suspended from the chain to protect the chute surface. Since it is hung by a chain, the amount of sticks can be reduced by the impact of the contact between the sintered mass and the stainless steel plate. Further, the replacement of the stainless steel plate is easy, and the repair and maintenance can be completed in a short time. For this reason, productivity can be greatly improved.
