Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a wooden decorative sheet used as a surface decorative material such as a building material such as a ceiling material and a floor material and a furniture, and a method for producing the same.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a method for obtaining a wood decorative sheet used as a surface decorative material for fittings, furniture, etc., for example, a laminate sheet is laminated on a surface of a thin wooden plate via a coating layer of a synthetic resin solution, and then heated. It is widely known that a synthetic resin liquid is made to penetrate into a wooden thin plate by pressing, but this method can give a transparent feeling to the wooden thin plate, but the appearance of the wood thin plate itself appears on the surface. In order to obtain a good decorative surface, it is necessary to use a high-grade precious wood having a high-grade grain pattern, which is difficult to obtain due to the depletion of resources and the cost of the product is high. is there.
[0003]
For this reason, a method of applying a pseudo-grain pattern to the surface of a base material such as a thin wooden board or a plywood made of a veneer veneer that can be obtained stably has been implemented. Examples of such a method include a sheet sticking method in which a decorative sheet such as a decorative paper or a film on which the grain is printed is attached to the surface of the base material, or the grain print is transferred to the surface of the base material using a transfer sheet on which the grain is printed. There is a direct printing method in which a wood grain pattern is printed directly on the surface of a base material.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, according to the sheet sticking method, it is reasonable as a method for mass-producing decorative sheets or veneers having the same grain pattern, but products or small lots with specially changed colors or patterns such as custom-ordered products. In order to manufacture a product, it takes several months for a meeting between the print maker and the user, and because the product is a small lot product, the ratio of the printing work cost to the product cost increases and the product becomes expensive. In some cases, a gravure roll for grain printing, that is, a new plate needs to be prepared, which further increases the product cost. In addition, the sheet sticking method involves once printing a sheet and then sticking the printed sheet to the surface of the base material. Therefore, the sheet sticking method requires a sheeting operation and a sticking operation.
[0005]
According to the above transfer method, since a disposable release sheet must be used, there is a problem that the product is more expensive than the above-mentioned sheet sticking method, and furthermore, since the printing method is gravure printing, As with the sheet sticking method, it is difficult to deal with custom-ordered products and small lot products. Similarly, in the direct printing method, a gravure direct printing machine or a gravure offset printing machine is generally used, but this method is also difficult to cope with specially ordered products and small lot products.
[0006]
In addition, since the printing used in these methods is printing using a gravure roll, if the printing is performed on the surface of a continuous sheet, the pattern is repeated at regular intervals, and the design is not artificial. It gives a natural feeling, and therefore, a long product may be subject to pattern restrictions.
[0007]
On the other hand, as a new direct printing method, a printing method using an inkjet printer has recently been proposed as described in JP-A-9-323434 and JP-A-9-109255. At present, when printing an image of the entire surface of a base material, the productivity is extremely slow compared to the conventional cosmetic processing speed, and the productivity is poor. In addition, in order to perform fine printing by the inkjet method, it is necessary to provide a dedicated underlayer.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to provide a wood decorative sheet exhibiting a beautiful appearance of a natural woodgrain different between lots, and to efficiently and inexpensively provide this wood decorative sheet. It is to provide a method that can be manufactured.

[0014]
Further, the invention according to claim 7 is characterized in that printing is performed by an electronic printing method in a plateless printing method using a digital image so that the printing rate is 5 to 70% with respect to the entire area of the thin wooden board. The invention according to claim 8 is to apply a colorless transparent or colored transparent permeable resin to the surface of the wooden thin plate before or after printing on the surface of the wooden thin plate by the electronic printing method so as to penetrate the wooden thin plate. It is characterized by.
[0015]
[Action]
Since the wooden thin plate is colored with a concave portion such as a conduit, a three-dimensional effect can be imparted to the wood grain pattern printed on the surface of the wooden thin plate, and furthermore, the wood grain printed on the surface of the wooden thin plate can be provided. Since the pattern is a pattern printed by an electronic printing method in a plateless printing method using a digital image, the colored conduit portion of the thin wooden board is well presented with a beautiful wood grain pattern with the same fineness as natural wood grain. It is possible to provide a wooden decorative sheet that is harmonious and has an excellent design.
[0016]
Furthermore, by setting the printing rate by the electronic printing method to 5 to 70% of the total area of the wooden thin plate, the natural texture of the wooden thin plate and the printed grain pattern exhibit a harmonious design appearance. By impregnating the colorless transparent or colored transparent resin into the thin wooden board, it is possible to enhance the shining feeling and the wooden texture of the thin wooden board itself, thereby further improving the design.
[0017]
Further, as a method for manufacturing such a wood decorative sheet, first, a concave portion such as a conduit on the surface of the wooden thin plate is colored, so that the surface of the wooden thin plate which cannot be printed by the electronic printing method in the plateless printing method. The dents can be made to appear by coloring, and thereafter, the surface of the thin wooden board is directly subjected to wood grain pattern printing by an electronic printing method. A wood decorative sheet exhibiting an excellent woodgrain appearance can be efficiently and economically manufactured.
[0018]
The electronic printing method in the plateless printing method using the digital image refers to a method in which a digital image in which ink or toner is electrically formed on a drum, such as a laser printer, is once transferred to a transfer drum (blanket), and further transferred. This is a printing method in which an image on the transfer drum is transferred onto a substrate by bringing dopum into contact with the surface of the substrate as a printing medium. Since new images are formed one after another in another part of the pattern, pattern repetition such as gravure offset printing does not occur, and patterns with different colors and shapes obtained by digital image data are successively And transfer printing.
[0019]
In addition, since the image is formed on the transfer drum electrically instantaneously, it can be produced extremely quickly and without the need for a special base treatment, as compared with the ink jet printing method. Even small lot products with different patterns and colors can be efficiently and continuously produced without impairing productivity.
[0020]
Therefore, as the above-mentioned woody thin sheet, a long sheet-like sheet obtained by sticking a backing sheet to the back surface of a continuous sheet-like thin wood sheet obtained by vertically joining veneer veneers sliced to a thickness of 0.15 to 0.6
[0021]
Further, the printing by the electronic printing method is not performed on the entire surface of the thin wooden board, but is thinly or partially printed so that the printing rate is 5 to 70% of the entire area of the thin wooden board. It is possible to make use of the original shine and woody feel of a thin wooden board such as a veneer, and furthermore, by penetrating a colorless transparent or colored transparent permeable resin into the thin wooden board, A wooden decorative sheet with a high design property with further emphasis is obtained.

On the other hand, a plurality of natural wood boards such as a walnut grain board and an oak grain board are used as a manuscript, and the grain of the natural wood board is converted into a digital image. This method of converting a digital image from a document is performed by photographing the document (grain of a natural wood board) with a digital camera, reading with a color scanner, or photographing with a still camera to make a negative or positive film, and then using a color scanner. Can be adopted. By this reading, the color original becomes a digital image having information separated into four process colors of cyan (C), magenta (M), yellow (Y) and black (K). Digital image data is created by performing editing such as adjustment of image color, removal of unnecessary portions, clipping, size adjustment, and continuous combination processing with other images.

[0030]
As described above, the electronic printer 4 for implementing the electronic printing method in the plateless printing method using a digital image, as described above, temporarily forms a digital image in which ink or toner is electrically formed on a drum by a laser printer or the like. The image is transferred to the transfer drum, and the transferred dopum is brought into contact with the surface of the thin
[0031]
The ink used in the electronic printer 4 is usually the above-described four color process inks or toners of CMYK. However, in some cases, special color inks or toners such as gold, silver, and pearl may be used.

【Example】
Next, a specific example of the present invention will be described. First, a long sheet-like continuous sheet-like thin wooden plate was prepared by vertically connecting a 0.20 mm-thick, 300-mm-wide assembled veneer with a finger joint. Then, a sheet-like substrate was produced by backing a polyester-based nonwoven fabric on the back surface of the continuous sheet-like thin wooden plate via a vinyl acetate-based adhesive. Next, a brown solvent-based wiping stain was applied to the surface of the long strip-shaped sheet substrate with a sponge roll, and then the surface of the substrate was scraped off with a reverse coater to color the conduit portion of the veneer.
[0037]
On the other hand, the surfaces of these walnut straight-grained boards and oak straight-grained boards were read using a color scanner, and digital image data having information decomposed into four process colors of CMYK was obtained. Next, after adjusting the color of the digital image data, removing unnecessary portions such as defects, etc. using image processing software, the pattern of the
[0038]
Then, the long sheet-like base material is continuously supplied to an electronic printer, and the first fixed length portion is formed on the wiped veneer surface of the sheet-like base material with the CMYK powder toner based on the image data. Print the walnut woodgrain pattern, print the walnut woodgrain pattern that follows the above walnut woodgrain pattern print on the next fixed length part that follows this part, and furthermore, these walnut woodgrain pattern and oak woodgrain pattern The wood grain pattern whose color density was increased or decreased was continuously printed at predetermined lengths.
[0039]
Thereafter, a two-component curable urethane resin is applied at a rate of 10 g / m 2 to the surface of the veneer of the long sheet-like base material on which such a woodgrain pattern is printed, and is penetrated and cured, thereby forming the veneer. Emphasized the shine. Finally, a UV-curable acrylic paint is applied to the veneer surface at a rate of 20 g / m 2 , and the paint is cured by irradiating UV to form a long wooden decorative sheet A having a surface protective layer formed thereon. Got. The long wooden decorative sheet A obtained in this manner is a natural walnut in which a wood grain pattern having a different color and pattern is continuously formed over the entire length of the continuous veneer surface at regular intervals. It had an appearance very close to oak.
[0040]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the wood decorative sheet of the present invention, as described in
[0041]
In the above-mentioned wooden decorative sheet, the invention according to
[0042]
Furthermore, according to the third aspect of the present invention, since the printing ratio by the electronic printing method with respect to the entire area of the thin wooden board is in the range of 5 to 70%, the natural texture of the thin wooden board and the printed grain pattern can be obtained. Have a design appearance in harmony with each other, and furthermore, as described in claim 4, the colorless transparent or colored transparent permeable resin is impregnated into the thin wooden board, so that the shining of the thin wooden board itself is improved. The feeling and the feeling of wood can be emphasized, and the design of the wood decorative sheet can be further improved.
[0043]
Further, in the method for producing a wooden decorative sheet, as described in
[0044]
In addition, according to the electronic printing method in the plateless printing method using the digital image, pattern repetition such as gravure offset printing does not occur, and a pattern pattern having a different color and shape obtained by digital image data can be obtained. Transfer printing can be performed one after another, so that even small lots of products in which colors and patterns are individually changed according to diversification of customer demands can be quickly, efficiently and inexpensively produced.
[0045]
Further, the cost can be reduced because there is no stock, and no plate-making cost is required because the plate is not used, so that the cost increase by replacing the woodgrain pattern does not occur. Further, a material having no design value, which has hardly been used as a decorative material in the past, can be used as a seal-shaped base material, and resources can be effectively used.
[0046]
According to the invention as set forth in
[0047]
Further, according to the invention according to claim 7, the printing by the electronic printing method is not performed on the entire surface of the wooden thin plate, but the printing rate is 5 to 70% of the total area of the wooden thin plate. Since the printing is performed in a natural manner, it is possible to make use of the natural sensation of shine, woody texture, and natural color variation inherent in the thin wooden board such as a veneer as a base material. Since the colorless transparent or colored transparent permeable resin is permeated into the thin plate, it is possible to manufacture a highly decorative woody decorative sheet in which the above-mentioned shining feeling and woody feeling are further emphasized.
