【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら上記の如き縦格子タイプのフェンスパネルや格子タイプのフェンスパネルからなるフェンスに於いては、敷地境界や道路境界に用いられたときフェンスパネルをとうして境界の反対側が視認でき、目隠しとしての機能が無いという問題があった。又、特開2002−174056号公報に提案しているフェンスにおいては、視線を遮り目隠し機能があり、隣り合うフェンスパネルの上下に設けられた枠が接続具で連結され、枠の背面に長手方向に亘って設けられた袋溝に取り付け金具が挿入され、この取付金具が支柱に取り付けられているため支柱の立設間隔に多少の誤差があってもフェンスパネルを取り付けることができるものの、施工後フェンスパネルの破損などで、フェンスパネルの取り替えが必要となったときに端部のフェンスパネルから順に外さねばならないという問題があった。

そこで本発明者は従来の欠点に鑑み鋭意研究の結果、視線を遮り目隠し効果があり、軽量で運搬や施工の容易で、施工後のフェンスパネルの交換が容易に出来るフェンスを提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明請求項1記載のフェンスは、地表に適宜間隔で立設された複数の支柱とこの支柱に架設された板状のフェンスパネルからなるフェンスであって、このフェンスパネルの上縁と下縁に全長に亘って枠体が設けられ、この枠体の少なくとも一端部が開口されて開口部となされ、隣接する一方のフェンスパネルの枠体に設けられた連結具がこの開口部から挿入され、この挿入された連結具が他方のフェンスパネルの枠体と連結されて、隣接するフェンスパネルが互いに連結されているもので、連結具とフェンスパネルの連結を解除することにより、連接されたフェンスパネルの中間位置のフェンスパネルを取り外すことができる。

上枠体2は、複合板の上端に配設され、下端に設けられた下枠体3と共に複合板を上下から挟持するようになされている。この上枠体2には、長手方向に亘って袋溝が形成され、上取付溝21となされている。この上取付溝21に上取付金具5が挿入され、この取付金具と支柱4に上取付溝21の縁部が挟まれて上枠体2は支柱4に取り付けられるようになされている。又、上枠体2の下部には複合板を嵌入するための嵌入部22が設けられている。
