Description

【0001】
この駐輪装置本体100は、図1乃至図3実施例では、自転車Bの車輪FW(本願では、前輪を前輪FWとし、後輪を後輪BWとしても示す。)

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a bicycle parking device, and more particularly to a bicycle parking device suitable for unmanned management of a paid bicycle parking lot.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, paid bicycle parking lots have adopted a system in which a bicycle parking contract is concluded for a certain period, and the administrator monitors the bicycle parking status. However, if the number of bicycles parked is large, management of each bicycle becomes complicated, and In a bicycle parking lot that is large and has a large number of bicycles, it is necessary to arrange a plurality of managers, and there is a problem that labor costs increase.
[0003]
In addition, bicycle parking lots that are used only by designated people, such as apartment parking lots, are often unable to keep bicycles aligned. When bicycles are parked in a disorderly manner, other people start to park bicycles. However, there is a problem that a large amount of money cannot be prepared for the bicycle parking device and its installation work.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Therefore, the present invention allows a bicycle to be taken out when a user himself / herself performs a predetermined procedure such as adjusting the fee after parking the bicycle at a predetermined place. It is another object of the present invention to provide a bicycle parking device that can prevent the occurrence of a bicycle parking problem, and to provide a bicycle parking device that is inexpensive and easy to install.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]

It has a pair of hooks 12 and 12 that rotate in a closing direction so as to hold a part of the wheel FW from both sides, and a locking piece 13 that locks the distal ends of the hooks 12 and 12 so as not to open. In the vicinity of the locking piece 13, a bicycle parking device main body 100 provided with a solenoid 14 for rotating the locking piece 13 and a power supply circuit of the solenoid 14 are connected to each other by a predetermined method such as payment of a bicycle parking fee. The bicycle parking device body 100 is provided with a control panel 200 controlled by the above procedure, and the bicycle parking device main body 100 is provided with a technical means fixed on a tank body 101 capable of storing a heavy object such as water. It is.
[0006]
"Bicycle Locking Action" Therefore, in the bicycle parking device according to the present invention, when the bicycle enters the bicycle parking device main body, the moving piece 11 is pushed and moved by the entry of the bicycle B. When the movable piece 11 moves, the pair of hooks 12 and 12 rotate to close a part of the wheel (front wheel) FW of the bicycle B from both sides and hold the front wheel FW. Hold (in the standby state, the hooks 12, 12 are open, and the solenoid 14 biases the hooks 12, 12 in the locking direction). Then, this holding is confirmed automatically or by the bicycle parking confirmation sensor S1 to be described later, the movement of the movable piece 11 or the rotation of the hook members 12, 12, and by operating the solenoid 14, the hook member The rotation of the wheels 12, 12 is locked by the locking pieces 13, and the bicycle B parked in the bicycle B has an effect of being unable to be taken out.
[0007]
"Aligned Bicycle Parking Function" The bicycle parking device of the present invention has a plurality of bicycle parking devices 100, 100, 100,... The function is provided so that the bicycle is parked in a line at the position.
[0008]
"User-specific action" The bicycle parking device of the present invention cannot remove a bicycle unless a prescribed procedure is performed. If this procedure is settled for a bicycle parking fee, unattended pay management becomes easy. If the procedure is such that only a specific person, such as the input of a personal identification number, can know the function, the function is provided such that only a specific person, such as a resident of the apartment, can use it.
[0009]
"Anti-Theft Action" Furthermore, the bicycle parking device of the present invention exhibits an action of preventing theft because the bicycle cannot be taken out unless a prescribed procedure is performed.
[0010]
"Simple installation function" In addition, if the bicycle parking device of the present invention is a flat place such as an end of a road, a common vacant lot of an apartment, etc., simply place the device of the present invention and place water or pebbles in the tank body 101. By storing it, it can be fixed and installed (separate wiring is required).
[0011]
Next, the invention according to claim 2 provides a moving piece 11 that moves when the bicycle B enters or is mounted, and a tip end of the moving piece 11 when the moving piece 11 moves when the bicycle B enters or is mounted. It has a pair of hooks 12 and 12 that rotate in the closing direction so as to hold a part of the FW from both sides and a locking piece 13 that locks the tip of the hooks 12 and 12 so as not to open. In the vicinity of the locking piece 13, a bicycle parking device main body 100 provided with a solenoid 14 for rotating the locking piece 13 and a power supply circuit of the solenoid 14 are provided in a predetermined manner such as for adjusting a parking fee. The bicycle parking device main body 100 is housed in a case body 102 that can be mounted on a tank body 101 capable of housing heavy objects such as water. So that both sides of the tank body 101 Are provided with connecting members 103 for sequentially connecting the tank bodies 101, 101, 101... In a lateral direction, and further, on both side surfaces of the case body 102, connecting members that can be connected to the connecting members 103 of the tank body 101. The technical means provided with the tool 104 was taken.
[0012]
Therefore, the bicycle parking device according to the present invention has, in addition to the operation of the above-described claim 1, a case where the bicycle parking device main body 100 has the tank body 101 and a case where the tank body 101 is not used. By alternately connecting with the body 102 alone, the height can be changed sequentially, the height of the front wheel of the parked bicycle is changed alternately, and the handle portion having the largest width of the bicycle By staggering the heights of the bicycles, it is possible to reduce the interval between parking bicycles.
[0013]
Next, the bicycle parking device according to the third aspect of the present invention provides a moving piece 11 that moves when the bicycle B enters or is mounted thereon, and the movable piece 11 moves when the bicycle B enters or is mounted thereon, and the distal end of the moving piece 11 moves toward the bicycle B. A pair of hooks 12 and 12 that rotate in the closing direction so as to hold a part of the wheel FW from both sides and a locking piece 13 that locks the tip of the hooks 12 and 12 so as not to open. In the vicinity of the locking piece 13, a bicycle parking device main body 100 provided with a solenoid 14 for rotating the locking piece 13 and a power supply circuit of the solenoid 14 The locking piece 13 of the bicycle parking device main body 100 releases the locking that prevents the distal ends of the hook bodies 12, 12 from being opened by its own weight in a free state. Pivoted in the direction of rotation Solenoid 14 for driving the 13 time of detaching the locking of the engaging piece 13, in which took technical means without to the engaging piece 13 and the free state.
[0014]
Therefore, the bicycle parking device according to the first aspect of the present invention has a "bicycle locking operation", an "arranged bicycle parking operation", a "user specific operation", and a "theft prevention operation". In addition, the locking piece 13 is provided so as to be pivotally released in a direction in which the tip of the hook bodies 12, 12 is prevented from opening under its own weight in a free state so as to prevent opening. When the locking of the locking piece 13 is detached, the solenoid 14 for driving the piece 13 sets the locking piece 13 in a free state. Even if the load of the middle bicycle is applied, the driving of the solenoid 14 itself is not affected. After the solenoid 14 is driven, the locking piece 13 is in a free state. By removing the bicycle, the above-mentioned bite can be released and the bicycle can be taken out securely. (To be described in detail later).
[0015]
Next, according to the invention of claim 4, the moving piece 11 moves when the bicycle B enters or mounts, and when the moving piece 11 moves when the bicycle B enters or mounts, the tip side is the wheel of the bicycle B. It has a pair of hooks 12 and 12 that rotate in the closing direction so as to hold a part of the FW from both sides and a locking piece 13 that locks the tip of the hooks 12 and 12 so as not to open. In the vicinity of the locking piece 13, a bicycle parking device main body 100 provided with a solenoid 14 for rotating the locking piece 13, and for the movement of the moving piece 11 or the rotation of the hook bodies 12, 12. A bicycle parking check sensor S1 composed of a switch that opens and closes in conjunction with a circuit, and a control panel 200 that controls the opening and closing of an energizing circuit to the solenoid 14, and the control panel 200 outputs a signal from the bicycle parking check sensor S1. Bicycle parking signal to confirm bicycle parking at A timer means 202 for starting a timer when bicycle parking is confirmed by the bicycle parking signal processing means 201; and an arithmetic means 203 for converting the bicycle parking time measured by the timer means 202 into a bicycle parking fee. Display means 204 for displaying the bicycle parking price calculated by the calculation means 204, and a coin identification means 207 for identifying the total amount of coins inserted into the coin receiving means 300; The settlement means 205 for confirming that the amount identified by the calculation means 203 and the amount calculated by the operation means 203 coincide with each other. When it is confirmed that the amount corresponding to the bicycle parking time has been settled by the adjustment means 205, the solenoid 14 And a lock signal processing means 206 for outputting a signal for opening / closing the current supply circuit to / from the locking piece 13 to release the locking of the locking piece 13. Than it is.
[0016]
[Automatic Settlement Operation] Therefore, in addition to the operation of the third aspect, the bicycle parking device of the present invention, when a coin is inserted into the coin receiving means 300 and the parking fee corresponding to the bicycle parking time is settled, the solenoids 14 to The locking piece 13 is actuated to unlock the hooks 12, 12, and the user can take out the parked bicycle B by himself.
[0017]
Next, according to the invention of claim 5, the front wheel cradle 1a, 1b on which the front wheel FW of the bicycle is mounted is juxtaposed in parallel so as to be alternately high and low, and at the rear end of each front wheel cradle 1a, 1b, The front ends of the rear wheel supports 2a and 2b on which the rear wheels BW are mounted are pivotally connected to each other with a vertical axis 4, and if necessary, each of the rear wheel supports 2a and 2b has its rear end approaching the floor F. In addition, wheels 3 that roll on the floor surface F are provided on the lower surface side of each rear end of each of the rear wheel cradle 2a, 2b, and the bicycle B is mounted on the front wheel cradle 1a, 1b. The moving piece 11 moves by entering or being mounted, and when the moving piece 11 moves while the bicycle B enters or is mounted, the front end side closes so as to hold a part of the wheel FW of the bicycle B from both sides. A pair of hooks 12 and 12 that rotate in the direction, and the tip sides of the hooks 12 and 12 do not open. And a parking piece 13 provided with a solenoid 14 for rotating the locking piece 13 in the vicinity of the locking piece 13. The bicycle parking device main body 100 is provided with a bicycle parking confirmation sensor S1 composed of a switch that opens and closes a circuit in conjunction with the movement of the moving piece 11 or the rotation of the hook members 12 and 12. The technical means provided with the control panel 200 which controls the opening and closing of the current supply circuit is taken.
[0018]
Therefore, in the bicycle parking device of the present invention, the front wheel cradle 1a and 1b are juxtaposed in parallel so as to be alternately high and low. In the same manner as in the second aspect, it is possible to reduce the interval between parking bicycles and exhibit an effect that the bicycle can be parked.
[0019]
"Work space securing action" In addition, the front ends of the rear wheel supports 2a, 2b on which the rear wheels BW are mounted are pivotally connected to the rear ends of the front wheel supports 1a, 1b with the vertical axis 4, and if necessary. The rear wheel supports 2a, 2b are inclined such that their rear ends approach the floor surface F. Further, the rear wheel supports 2a, 2b roll on the lower surface of the rear ends of the rear wheel supports 2a, 2b. Since the rear wheels are movable since the respective wheels 3 are provided, even when the vehicle is parked at a reduced distance, the rear portion of each bicycle is partially widened so that the bicycle can be easily taken in and out. Is obtained. When the rear end of the rear wheel cradle 2b in FIG. 1 is moved toward the front of FIG. 1, the handle portion of the bicycle b indicated by the solid line moves to the front side of the figure if the width of the front wheel cradle 1b has a margin. The bicycle B is inclined, and a gap into which a person can enter can be secured on the back side of the solid line of the bicycle B.
[0020]
As described above, in the present invention, the front wheel cradle 1a, 1b is juxtaposed in parallel in a stepwise manner so as to be alternated in height, so that the front wheel cradle 1a is placed on the higher front wheel cradle 1a. In order to mount the FW, it is desirable that the rear end of the rear wheel support 2a be inclined so as to approach the floor surface F. However, if the rear end of the rear wheel support 2a is tilted downward, the bicycle will The force that retreats may be added. This force acts to pull back the moving piece 11 or a member or the like that moves with the opening / closing of the distal ends of the hook bodies 12, and the force of this load causes the locking portions of the locking pieces 13 to press-contact (engage with each other). ), And the operation of the solenoid 14 is prevented. However, in the present invention, the locking piece 13 that has been pivoted in a state of being released in the direction of releasing the locking by its own weight is used. Since it is in a free state, the solenoid 14 itself has an operation of reliably operating even if the locking portion of the locking piece 11 is pressed against the same. If the locking piece 13 is in a free state, even if the locking piece 13 is pressed against the locking portion, the bicycle B is moved forward against the force (load) applied in the retreating direction. (To slightly move in the forward direction), the engagement is released, and the engagement of the locking pieces 13 is released by their own weight.
[0021]
【Example】
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the figure, reference numeral 100 denotes a bicycle parking device main body which is a main part of the present invention. In the embodiment of FIGS. 1 to 3, the bicycle parking device main body 100 has the front ends of the wheels FW of the bicycle B (the front wheels are also referred to as front wheels FW and the rear wheels are also referred to as rear wheels BW) on both sides thereof. The bicycle B is held by holding the bicycle B more firmly. In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the lower end of the front wheel FW is similarly held by both sides. In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, similarly to FIGS. 1 to 3, the front end of the wheel FW is locked so as to be held by both sides. In addition, the bicycle parking device main body 100 is configured such that a plurality of bicycle parking units are juxtaposed at intervals so that bicycles can be parked. In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the bicycle parking device main body 100 is arranged side by side and fixed to a fixed portion such as a fixed pillar or a horizontal beam.
[0022]
The bicycle parking device body 100 has a moving piece 11 that moves when the bicycle B enters or is mounted on the bicycle B. When the moving piece 11 moves when the bicycle B enters or is mounted, the distal end of the bicycle B moves toward the wheel of the bicycle B. A pair of hooks 12 and 12 that rotate in a closing direction so as to hold a part of the FW from both sides and a locking piece 13 that locks the distal ends of the hooks 12 and 12 so as not to open; A solenoid 14 for rotating the locking piece 13 is provided near the stop piece 13. In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the bicycle parking device main body 100 is formed in a substantially U-shaped plane, and the front wheel FW of the bicycle is pushed into the U-shaped opening. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the bicycle parking device main body 100 is shared by the front wheel receiving stands 1a and 1b. The front wheel FW of the bicycle B is mounted on a gutter-shaped fixing member having an open upper portion, and the movable piece 11 is used to be pushed down by the front wheel FW. In this case, the moving piece 11 is pushed by the front end of the front wheel FW that has entered the wheel introducing groove 105, and the moving piece 11 moves in a substantially horizontal direction.
[0023]
The hooks 12 and 12 (FIG. 2) have their base ends pivotally connected to the substrate 15 by a shaft 16 and are provided with key-shaped hooks 12a facing inward at the ends thereof. Further, at the base end portions of the hook bodies 12, 12, arms 12b directed inward (upper and lower central sides in FIG. 2) are respectively provided in series to form a substantially U-shape in plan view. The inner side of the hook portion 12a is formed as an inclined side 12c whose inner side (the tip side bent in a key shape) is inclined outward, so that the locked front wheel FW of the bicycle B is pulled out (FIG. 2, left side). (Pulling in the direction of arrow P1), the hooks 12 are pushed open (the hooks 12 are rotated in the directions of arrows P2 and P2 in FIG. 2), and the bicycle B is moved. It can be taken out.
[0024]
The moving piece 11 is provided in front of the arm portions 12b, 12b of the hook bodies 12, 12 (left side in FIG. 2), and moves rearward (right side in FIG. 2) to move the tips of the two arm portions 12b, 12b. The hooks 12 are pushed to close the tips of the hooks 12 (the state of the hooks 12 shown in the upper part of FIG. 2). Also, when the hook bodies 12, 12 rotate so as to open their tips (pull the front wheel FW in the direction of the arrow P1), the moving piece 11 is pushed back by the arms 12b, 12b (moves to the left in FIG. 2). Do). Although not shown, the moving piece 11 can reciprocate only within a predetermined range by being guided by a long hole provided in the substrate 15 or the like (reciprocal movement in the horizontal direction in FIG. 2). It has been done.
[0025]
A toggle arm 18 (see FIG. 2) is pivotally connected to the hook bodies 12 and 12 by a shaft 17 provided outside the shaft 16, and a long hole is formed outside the toggle arms 18 and 18. A fixed shaft 20 erected on the substrate 15 is inserted into the elongated hole 19, and a coil spring 21 is mounted between the inner ends of the toggle arms 18, 18. Therefore, when the two toggle arms 18 and 18 are located on the same straight line, the coil spring 21 is compressed most and becomes stationary, but the toggle arms 18 and 18 will be rotated in any one direction. Then, the extension force of the coil spring 21 is applied, and the hook bodies 12, 12 are urged to rotate to either one of the open and closed ends.
[0026]
The locking piece 13 is provided so as to be pivoted in a state where the locking piece 13 is rotated in a direction to release the locking that prevents the distal ends of the hook bodies 12, 12 from opening by its own weight in a free state. That is, the locking piece 13 is pivoted by a horizontal shaft 23 laid over a pair of bearing bodies 22 fixed to the base plate 15 so that the left portion in FIG. (The state shown by the broken line in FIG. 3), and the tip of the locking piece 13 is formed as a locking claw portion 13a.
[0027]
A solenoid 14 is provided in the vicinity of the locking piece 13 so that the locking of the locking piece 13 is detached when necessary and the locking piece 13 is in a free state. The operating piece 14a of the solenoid 14 is not integrally connected to the locking piece 13, and when the locking piece 13 protrudes, it pushes the rear end side of the locking piece 13 to push the front end side (locking claw). When the operating piece 14a is pulled back, the tip of the operating piece 14a can be separated from the rear end of the locking piece 13, so that the operating piece 14a Is separated from the locking piece 13 so that the locking piece 13 is in a free state. The locking claw 13a of the locking piece 13 is engaged with the locking hole 11a formed in the moving piece 11 from below the moving piece 11 so that the moving piece 11 cannot be moved. It is designed to stop.
[0028]
When the moving piece 11 becomes immovable, the wheel FW is pulled to the left side in FIG. 2 in order to pull out the bicycle B, and the inner peripheral surface of the wheel FW is pressed against the inclined sides 12c, 12c and pushes the hook bodies 12, 12. Although the arms 12b, 12b at the base end of the hooks 12, 12 are prevented from rotating by the moving piece 11, the hooks 12, 12 cannot be opened, and the bicycle B cannot be taken out.
[0029]
The locking piece 13 may be biased in the locking direction during standby or a free state. In the present embodiment, the former method is adopted, and the spring 14b of the operating piece 14a is used. When the movable piece 11 is moved by parking, the locking claw 13a is automatically engaged with the locking hole 11a. Thereafter, unless the solenoid 14 is energized to bring the locking piece 13 into a free state, the bicycle B is locked so as not to be taken out.
[0030]
In the method in which the locking piece 13 is always kept in a free state during standby, the fact that the bicycle is parked is detected by a parking detection sensor S1 or the like described later, and the engagement of the locking piece 13 is performed by a solenoid 14. What is necessary is just to make it stop. Further, even if the solenoid 14 is turned in a direction in which the locking piece 13 is locked against its own weight at the time of energization so that the distal ends of the hook bodies 12, 12 are not opened, the energization is cut off. Of course, it goes without saying that the locking piece 13 may be rotated against the own weight in the locking direction so that the distal ends of the hook bodies 12, 12 are not opened. Further, in this embodiment, the solenoid 14 has an operating piece 14a projecting by the urging force of a spring 14b in a standby state, and when energized, the operating piece 14a is pulled by an electromagnetic force. Once the operating piece 14a is retracted by the electromagnetic force, though not shown, a permanent magnet or the like that maintains the state even when the energization is stopped may be used.
[0031]
In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the moving piece 11 is accommodated in a gutter-shaped front wheel cradle 1a, 1b having an open upper part for dropping and holding the front wheel FW of the bicycle B therein. . The moving piece 11 is pivotally mounted at one end by a horizontal shaft 34 and has the other end urged upward by a spring 31 or both arms 12b, 12b of hooks 12, 12. When the bicycle B is placed on the moving piece 11, the moving piece 11 is rotated downward by the load. It is to be noted that, when the front wheels cradle 1a, 1b are provided with an end plate 33 at the front end and a stopper 32 at the upper portion on the rear end side, when the front wheel FW is dropped between the end plate 33 and the stopper 32, it is normal. In this state, the front wheel FW is prevented from falling off from the front wheel cradle 1a, 1b even if a force for moving the bicycle B backward is applied.
[0032]
Further, the above-mentioned hook bodies 12, 12 are pivotally secured by a pair of bearings 36, 36 (formed of angles fixed to the outer surfaces of the front wheel receiving stands 1a, 1b) by shafts 16a, 16a. The moving pieces 11 are opposed to and held in a state in which the hook portions 12a, 12a are erected upward, so that the moving piece 11 is located inside the front wheel receiving tables 1a, 1b between the two hook bodies 12, 12. The hooks 12a, 12a and the arms 12b, 12b are provided with window holes 1c, 1c. 1c... (See FIG. 4), it is possible to enter and exit the wheel receiving tables 1a, 1b, and the hooks 12, 12 are engaged so as to hold and hold the lower end of the front wheel FW. .
[0033]
4 and 5, the lower portion of the hook body 12, 12 is pulled by the spring 31, but in the standby state, the moving piece 11 is pushed up by the arm portions 12b, 12b. As shown by a solid line in FIG. 4, the upper portions of both hook bodies 12, 12 are opened, and when the bicycle B rides on the moving piece 11 and the moving piece 11 descends under the load, The arms 12b, 12b of the hooks 12, 12 are pushed from the state of the solid line to the state shown by the broken line, and the upper portions of the hooks 12, 12 are closed.
[0034]
In this embodiment, by locking the movable piece 11 so as not to be lifted, the locking of the front wheel FW between the hook bodies 12, 12 can be locked. In the example of FIG. 5, the free end of the moving piece 11 is bent downward to form a bent portion 11b, and the bent portion 11b is provided with a locking hole 11a. The locking piece 13 and the solenoid 14 may be substantially the same as those in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, and although not shown, the hooks 12, 12 have the same toggle as described above. The arms 18, 18 and the coil spring 21 may be provided.
[0035]
In the embodiment of FIGS. 6 and 7, the bicycle parking device main body 100 accommodates the bicycle parking device main body 100 (not shown in FIG. 6) of the embodiment of FIGS. The case body 102 is provided with a wheel introduction groove 105 for introducing the front wheel FW of the bicycle B, and the moving piece 11 protrudes from the tip (left side in FIG. 6) of the wheel introduction groove 105. Protruding and retracting window holes 106, 106 for the hook bodies 12, 12 are provided in the compatible wall portions on the distal end side of the groove portion 105.
[0036]
The present invention includes a control panel 200 for controlling the power supply circuit of the solenoid 14 in accordance with a predetermined procedure such as settlement of a bicycle parking fee. The control panel 200 will be described in detail later. However, when the control panel 200 is used for a toll parking lot, it is sufficient that the solenoid 14 is actuated so that the bicycle can be taken out by adjusting the parking fee. In a private bicycle parking lot, it may be possible to take out the bicycle by inputting a password (predetermined number) or the like.
[0037]
The bicycle parking device body 100 is fixed on a tank body 101 capable of storing a heavy object such as water. Normally, as shown in FIG. 1, this kind of bicycle parking device fixes a pillar 5, 5a or the like to a floor surface F, and a horizontal rail (not shown) erected on the pillar 5, 5a or the pillar. However, the installation of such fixtures requires the assistance of a professional, and concrete is usually used. It will take several days to complete the construction because it needs to be done. Therefore, if there is a horizontal surface on which concrete etc. has already been cast (concreting is not always an essential requirement, ordinary vacant lots etc. may be used), it can be installed simply by placing it there. Then, after installation, a heavy object such as water or pebbles is put into the tank body 101 so that the tank body 101 can be fixed by its weight so as not to be moved in a normal use state.
[0038]
The tank body 101 shown in FIG. 7 has a container-shaped tank main body 101a in the center, and vacant chambers 101b, 101b on both sides (left and right sides in FIG. 7) of the tank main body 101a. On the side surfaces of the vacant spaces 101b, 101b, there are provided through holes 108 for cords. A case body 102 accommodating the bicycle parking device body 100 is fixedly connected to the tank body 101. Note that, in the illustrated example, the connection between the tank body 101 and the case body 102 is made by substantially T-shaped cutouts 103a and 103b provided opposite to the upper end of the tank body 101 and the lower end of the case body 102. Are connected by H-shaped connecting pieces 107, 107, 107,... Which are fitted. However, unlike the example shown in the figure, connecting and fixing are performed by conventionally known connecting means such as bolting. Of course, there is no problem. The triangular cutout 109 shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 is for rail fitting, and an angled rail is laid on the floor F with its corners facing up. By allowing the notches 109, 109 to ride, positioning of the tank bodies 101, 101, 101,... Is easy, and furthermore, it is possible to properly align and arrange in unpaved open space. Things.
[0039]
Therefore, according to the present invention, when the bicycle B is put into a predetermined position, the moving piece 11 moves and the front wheel FW is locked by the hooks 12, 12 so that the moving piece 11 cannot be moved by the locking piece 13. The bicycle B can be locked so that the bicycle B cannot be removed. Therefore, in order to take out the bicycle B, it is only necessary to operate the solenoid 14 so that the bicycle B can be taken out by a predetermined operation. This operation includes the adjustment of the bicycle parking fee, the input of the personal identification number, the membership card, and the like. Alternatively, a conventionally known card such as insertion of a prepaid card may be adopted.
[0040]
In addition, the bicycle parking device of the present invention can be used for bicycles simply by placing the device on the side of a road, in a place near a station square where traffic is less obstructed, in a common vacant lot of an apartment, or on a rooftop where bicycles can be used. It is possible to provide a bicycle parking device that can arrange bicycle parking in a line, and can make bicycle parking for a fee or be used only by a specific person. Further, the present invention can provide a bicycle parking device that can prevent theft because the bicycle can be taken out according to a predetermined procedure.
[0041]
A control panel 200 controlled by a procedure is the same as the configuration of the first aspect.
[0042]
In the present invention, the bicycle parking device main body 100 is housed and mounted on a case body 102 which can be mounted on a tank body 101 capable of storing a heavy object such as water, .. Are provided on both sides of the tank body 101 in order to sequentially connect the tank bodies 101, 101, 101,... To the side surfaces of the case body 102. Is provided on the other side that can be connected to the connecting tool 103. This connecting tool 103 connects another tank body 101 that is arranged next to the adjacent one. In the illustrated example, one is formed as a substantially T-shaped projecting piece, and the other (the right rear side surface in FIG. 7) is illustrated. Although not shown, the same notch as the above-mentioned notch 103a is provided, and a substantially T-shaped protruding piece is fitted and connected to this notch. It is to be noted that the connection tool 103 is not limited to the illustrated example, and may be replaced with a conventionally known connection tool such as a bolt connection.
[0043]
In the embodiment of FIG. 6, the wheel introduction grooves 105, 105 are provided in a pair on the left and right sides of the case body 102, and two bicycles are parked on the left and right sides of FIG. 6. The wheel introduction groove 105 may be provided only on one side.
[0044]
Therefore, in the present invention, the tank bodies 101, 101, 101,... Can be connected in the lateral direction, but in the present invention, the tank bodies 101 are further provided on both side surfaces of the case body 102. The other-side connecting tool that can be connected to the connecting tool 103 is provided. The other side connecting member of the case body 102 also serves as the cutouts 103a, 103a. Although not shown, a case body 102 can be connected to the side of the tank body 101 instead of the tank body 101. Therefore, when the tank body 101 and the case body 102 are sequentially and alternately connected, the case body 102 is of course connected on the tank body 101, so that a height difference is sequentially generated by the height of the tank body 101, and the bicycle B When the bicycles are parked side by side, the handle portion having the widest width can be partially overlapped with a difference in height, and the bicycle parking interval can be set narrower. In addition, the case body 102 only, in which the relative 101 is omitted, is light and easily displaced, but by being connected to the tank body 101, it can be prevented from moving easily.
[0045]
Next, according to the invention of claim 3, a moving piece 11 that moves when the bicycle B enters or mounts, and when the moving piece 11 moves when the bicycle B enters or mounts, the tip side is a wheel of the bicycle B. The control panel 200 controlled by the procedure is the same as the first and second aspects.
[0046]
In the present invention, the locking piece 13 of the bicycle parking device main body 100 is pivoted in a state where the locking piece 13 is rotated in a direction of releasing the locking that prevents the distal ends of the hook bodies 12 from opening by its own weight in a free state. The solenoid 14 for driving the locking piece 13 is set to be in a free state when the locking of the locking piece 13 is detached. Since the structure for pivotally locking the locking piece 13 in the free state in the unlocking direction has been described above (paragraph numbers 0026 and 0027), the description is omitted here.
[0047]
Therefore, in the present invention, when the locking piece 13 is disengaged (disengaged), the operation piece 14 a of the solenoid 14 is not separately rotated by the solenoid 14 but separately from the locking piece 13. Since the movable piece is held in the detachable state, even if the locking of the locking piece 13 cannot be released due to a load or the like, the operation of the solenoid 14 is not affected, and the locking of the locking piece 13 is not affected. The main cause of the state in which the bicycle does not come off is due to the load on the bicycle, and in order to release the load, once the bicycle is parked or the bicycle is advanced, the bite of the locking piece 13 is released. It is possible to cancel the inset state.
[0048]
It is composed of a bicycle parking confirmation sensor S1 composed of a switch that opens and closes in conjunction with a circuit, and a control panel 200 that controls opening and closing of a current supply circuit to the solenoid. The bicycle parking device body 100 may have the same configuration as that of the first to third aspects.
[0049]
Further, the bicycle parking confirmation sensor S1 is constituted by a limit switch or the like, and is provided behind the toggle arm 18 in FIG. 2 and below the movable piece 11 in the example of FIG. In addition, since the moving piece 11 may move suddenly and give a large impact to the bicycle parking confirmation sensor S1, such a portion is not desirable because there is a fear of damage. Therefore, the installation location of the bicycle parking confirmation sensor S1 may be changed from that in the illustrated example so that the movement of the locking piece 13 activates the bicycle parking confirmation sensor S1.
[0050]
The control panel 200 includes a bicycle parking signal processing unit 201 for confirming bicycle parking based on a signal from the bicycle parking confirmation sensor S1, and a timer for starting a timer when the bicycle parking signal processing unit 201 confirms bicycle parking. Means 202, a calculating means 203 for converting the bicycle parking time measured by the timer means 202 into a bicycle parking price, and a display means 204 for displaying the bicycle parking price calculated by the calculating means 204, A coin identification means 207 for identifying the total amount of coins inserted into the coin receiving means 300; and a settlement means 205 for confirming that the amount identified by the coin identification means 207 matches the amount calculated by the arithmetic means 203. When the settlement means 205 confirms that the amount of money corresponding to the parking time has been settled, the circuit for energizing the solenoid 14 is opened and closed to lock the locking piece 13. Formed by providing a lock signal processing means 206 for outputting a signal to desorb the. That is, according to the present invention, when the bicycle is parked, the bicycle B can be held so as not to be able to be taken out, and the bicycle B can be taken out at a predetermined fee.
[0051]
The control procedure of the control panel 200 will be described with reference to the flowchart of FIG. 6. First, in step ST1, the process waits until a signal from the bicycle parking confirmation sensor S1 is input. That is, the control panel 200 starts when the bicycle parking confirmation sensor S1 confirms that the bicycle is parked. Although it is a conventional means, it is preferable to confirm that the bicycle is parked only after the input signal from the bicycle parking confirmation sensor S1 is input a predetermined number of times during a predetermined time in order to prevent erroneous recognition.
[0052]
If the parking is confirmed in step ST1, the timer in the next step ST3 is reset in step ST2. The resetting of the timer is not necessarily performed in step ST3, and is substantially the same even if performed after step 6 described later. Next, in step ST3, a timer is started, and the timer is configured to continue counting the timer until it is confirmed in the next step 4 that the settlement signal is input.
[0053]
The timer measurement value in step 3 is sent to the next settlement signal input confirmation step ST4 and also sent to step ST5, where it is converted into a bicycle parking fee corresponding to the bicycle parking time. This conversion may be performed by an appropriate calculation formula, and it is preferable to use a calculation formula that does not have a fraction, such as adding 100 yen or 200 yen every 24 hours.
[0054]
When the bicycle parking fee corresponding to the bicycle parking time is obtained in step ST5, the value is sent to step ST6. In this step ST6, the coin inserted into the coin receiving means 300 is identified by the coin identifying means 207. Then, the total amount is received as a coin insertion amount signal, and it is monitored whether or not the bicycle parking fee matches the coin insertion amount. If the amounts match, a settlement completion signal is output to step ST4.
[0055]
In step ST6, the change may be calculated and paid back, or the coin receiving means 300 may be changed to a password input means, a prepaid card reading means, or the like.
[0056]
The step ST4 waits until the settlement completion signal is inputted, and when the settlement completion signal is inputted, the lock opening signal is transmitted to the lock signal processing means 206 to operate the solenoid 14 to take out the bicycle B. What to do.
[0057]
Therefore, the bicycle parking device of the present invention allows a user to park a bicycle at a predetermined place and pick up a bicycle, and if the payment is made, the bicycle can be taken out freely. An apparatus can be provided.
[0058]
Next, according to the invention of claim 5, the front wheel cradle 1a, 1b on which the front wheel FW of the bicycle is mounted is juxtaposed in parallel so as to be alternately high and low, and at the rear end of each front wheel cradle 1a, 1b, The front ends of the rear wheel supports 2a and 2b on which the rear wheels BW are mounted are pivotally connected to each other with a vertical axis 4, and if necessary, each of the rear wheel supports 2a and 2b has its rear end approaching the floor F. In addition, wheels 3 that roll on the floor F are provided on the lower surface of the rear end of each of the rear wheel supports 2a and 2b. That is, according to the present invention, the bicycles B, B, B... Are arranged and parked so that the bicycle parking space is effectively used. By making it possible to see at a glance whether or not the bicycle is parked, the bicycle can be parked properly in the place determined according to the rules.
[0059]
The rear wheel supports 2a, 2b are formed in a gutter shape having a substantially U-shaped cross section, and the rear wheel supports 2a, 2b are guided by the front wheels FW to roll the front wheels FW. 1a and 1b.
[0060]
What is important in the aligned bicycle parking of the bicycles B, B, B... First, if the parallel interval of the bicycles B, B, B. And for that purpose, the handlebars and the petal parts of the bicycle are the widest, so to arrange the bicycles at intervals less than the width of the handlebar, alternately position the bicycles one by one, back and forth or up and down. There is a need to change. And if you arrange the bicycles alternately in the front and back, you will need a lot of bicycle parking space in the front and back direction of the bicycle, and there may be restrictions on using the back of the bicycle parking space for walking space etc. It is desirable to alternately shift the position of bicycles to be parked vertically in order to make effective use of space.
[0061]
However, alternately changing the position of the bicycle in the vertical direction one by one causes a problem that the bicycle cannot be parked unless the heavy bicycle B is lifted. In view of the above, the present invention introduces a method in which only the front wheel FW side of a bicycle is alternately moved up and down in height and introduced while rolling the bicycle to a predetermined place, so that the bicycle can be easily parked. The front wheel cradle 1a, 1b on which the front wheel FW of the bicycle B is to be mounted is juxtaposed in parallel so as to be alternate in height, and the rear wheel BW is mounted on the rear end of each front wheel cradle 1a, 1b. The front ends of the rear wheel supports 2a, 2b are connected, and if necessary, each of the rear wheel supports 2a, 2b is inclined so that the rear end thereof approaches the floor surface F, so that the bicycle can be easily parked. It has been done. The reason that the rear wheel cradle 2a, 2b is inclined so that the rear end side approaches the floor surface F as needed is that the rear wheel cradle 2b on the low stage side does not necessarily need to be inclined (horizontal). May be used).
[0062]
If the distance between the bicycles B, B, B,... Parked is reduced, the user cannot stand beside the bicycle B, and it becomes difficult to park the bicycles and take out the bicycles. In view of the above, according to the present invention, the front ends of the rear wheel cradle 2a, 2b on which the rear wheel BW is mounted are pivotally connected to the rear ends of the front wheel cradle 1a, 1b with the longitudinal axis 4, and further, the rear wheel cradle 2a , 2b, wheels 3 that roll on the floor F are provided on the lower surface side of each rear end, so that the rear wheel side can be moved in the horizontal direction on the plane (forward in FIG. 1), and the bicycle can be moved. Instead of being arranged completely in parallel, the rear wheel side can change the interval of the bicycles juxtaposed, and by moving some bicycles B, B, B ... rear wheel BW side, the user can The bicycles B, B are arranged side by side, so that the user can enter the space between the bicycles B and B to park the bicycle and take out the bicycle with good workability. .
[0063]
The present invention provides a moving piece 11 that moves when the bicycle B enters or is mounted on each of the front wheel cradle 1a and 1b, and a moving piece 11 that moves when the bicycle B enters or is mounted. A pair of hooks 12, 12 whose tip ends pivot in a direction to close so as to hold a part of the wheel FW of the bicycle B from both sides, and engage so that the tip ends of the hooks 12, 12 do not open. A locking piece 13 which is pivoted in a state where the locking piece 13 is pivoted in a direction of releasing the locking to prevent the distal ends of the hook bodies 12, 12 from opening by its own weight in a free state. In the vicinity of the locking piece 13, a bicycle parking device main body 100 provided with a solenoid 14 that detaches the locking of the locking piece 13 and releases the locking piece 13 when necessary is disposed. It becomes. The bicycle parking device body 100 may have the same configuration as that of the second aspect.
[0064]
In the figure, reference numeral 24 denotes a projection provided on the substrate 15 to reduce the resistance of the hooks 12 and 12 when the hooks 12 rotate, and 26 denotes a groove body for regulating the rotation range of the hooks 12 and 12. A shaft 25 erected on the substrate 15 or the like is inserted into the groove body 26. Reference numeral 35 in FIG. 5 indicates a descent stopper for the moving piece 11.
[0065]
