Description

【0001】
【0018】

<実施例1>

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The invention of this application relates to a method for manufacturing an inorganic plate. More specifically, the invention of this application relates to a method for producing an inorganic plate having high surface design and retaining design even after surface wear due to long-term use.
[0002]
[Prior art and its problems]
Cement-based inorganic plates are widely used as exterior materials such as exterior wall materials and roofing materials, and are provided with a wide variety of designs, such as patterns, uneven patterns such as joints, coloring, and painting on the surface. Have been.
[0003]
In the conventional method of manufacturing an inorganic plate, the inorganic plate is usually formed by wet-sheeting by extruding or extruding a raw material slurry containing at least cement as a main component and containing reinforcing fibers and an inorganic filler, and dehydrating the wet sheet with a press machine. It is obtained by molding, patterning and then curing.
[0004]
In recent years, there has been an increasing demand for exterior materials having a color tone and texture similar to natural stones and bricks, such as iron slabs, split stones, and sandstones, which give a solid feeling and a high-class feeling. A decorative coating film is formed by applying a multi-color top coat or pattern printing to the substrate with the uneven pattern.
[0005]
However, since the inorganic plate is exposed to severe environments such as ultraviolet rays and rainfall from its use, there was a problem that the decorative coating film was peeled off during use and the original design could not be maintained for a long time.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Under such circumstances, in addition to a method of forming a decorative coating on the surface of the inorganic plate by applying a top coat or pattern printing, a colored cement slurry containing a pigment and a cement component is applied to form a colored cement layer, and Further, a method of forming a decorative layer by further applying a decorative coating has been proposed. Such decorative layers have higher durability than conventional decorative coating films, but when worn over time, the coating on the surface is also lost, so that the design cannot be maintained.
[0007]
Accordingly, the invention of this application has been made in view of the circumstances described above, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a method for manufacturing an inorganic plate that solves the problems of the prior art and maintains high designability over a long period of time. Is an issue.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The invention of this application solves the above-mentioned problems. First, a raw material slurry containing at least a cement component as a solid component is formed or extruded, and the obtained wet plate is molded and cured. In a production method, a method for producing an inorganic plate is provided, in which a colored cement slurry containing at least a pigment and a cement component is sprayed on a wet plate surface in a plurality of colors, followed by molding and curing.
[0009]
Secondly, the invention of this application provides a method for producing the above-mentioned inorganic plate, in which a colored cement slurry is sprayed in a granular form.
[0010]
Thirdly, the invention of this application also provides a method for producing any one of the above-mentioned inorganic plates, in which a plurality of colors of a colored cement slurry are simultaneously sprayed.
[0011]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The method for producing an inorganic plate of the invention of this application is to spray a colored cement slurry of a plurality of colors containing at least a pigment and a cement component on the surface of a wet plate produced by a usual method, and press-mold to produce a colored cement. It is characterized by providing a colored cement layer by embedding.
[0012]
Therefore, in the invention of this application, the method for producing a wet plate is not particularly limited, and a general method of papermaking or extruding a raw material slurry is applied. The raw material slurry only needs to contain a cement component as a solid content, and its composition and viscosity are not particularly limited. The composition and the water content of the reinforcing fiber, the inorganic filler, the thickener and the like may be appropriately adjusted depending on whether the papermaking method or the extrusion method is applied.
[0013]
Further, the colored cement slurry to be sprayed on the obtained wet plate is not particularly limited as long as it contains at least a cement component and a pigment. For example, a material obtained by adding a pigment having a desired color tone to a solid content having the same composition as the raw material slurry of the wet plate can be used. Of course, aggregates such as silica sand, pearlite, and shirasu balloon may be added to the colored cement slurry in order to impart a texture similar to natural stone to the surface of the inorganic plate. The water content of the colored cement slurry may be the same as that of the raw material slurry, or may be lower than the raw material slurry.
[0014]
The method for producing an inorganic plate of the invention of this application is not particularly limited to a method of spraying a colored cement slurry on a wet plate. Since the purpose is to impart a color tone and texture similar to natural stone to the inorganic plate, instead of applying the colored cement slurry uniformly to the entire wet plate, for example, as shown in FIG. It is desirable that the cement slurry (21, 22, 23) is non-uniformly dispersed in a shape such as lumps or particles on the surface of the wet plate (1) (FIG. 1a). Specifically, the hole diameter and discharge pressure of an air spray gun or a shower nozzle may be appropriately adjusted so that the colored cement slurry is non-uniformly discharged as droplets of about 1 to 5 mm. At this time, each of the colored cement slurries (21, 22, 23) may be sprayed one by one in order or a plurality of colors may be sprayed simultaneously. If the plurality of colored cement slurries (21, 22, 23) are sprayed and press-molded, the colored cement is buried on the surface and in the thickness direction of the wet plate (1) to form the colored cement layer (3). Is done. The thickness of such a colored cement layer (3) is not particularly limited, and can be, for example, 100 to 500 μm depending on the concavo-convex pattern formed by press molding, the depth of joints, and the like. Then, by curing at room temperature and / or high temperature, the inorganic plate (31, 32, 33) having a color pattern (31, 32, 33) on the surface and thickness direction of the inorganic substrate (11) formed by curing the wet plate (1). 4) is obtained (FIG. 1b).
[0015]
Since the inorganic plate (4) manufactured by the method for manufacturing an inorganic plate of the invention of the present application has a random color pattern (31, 32, 33) on the surface and the thickness direction in the colored cement layer (3), Even if this colored cement layer (3) is worn out by exposure to ultraviolet rays or rain, etc. outdoors, the color pattern (31 ', 32', 33 ') appears on the remaining colored cement layer (3'), and the High designability is maintained (FIG. 1c).
[0016]
As described above, the method for producing an inorganic plate of the invention of the present application involves spraying colored cement slurries (21, 22, 23) of a plurality of colors on the surface of a wet plate (1) to form a color pattern (31, 32, 33). What is necessary is just to provide the coloring cement layer (3) which has this, and other processes are not specifically limited. For example, the obtained inorganic plate may be subjected to a decorative coating for further enhancing design, or a water-resistant coating for preventing efflorescence and improving durability.
[0017]
Hereinafter, examples will be shown, and embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail. Of course, the present invention is not limited to the following examples, and it goes without saying that various aspects are possible in detail.
[0018]
【Example】
<Example 1>
An aqueous slurry having a solids concentration of 45 wt% was prepared by mixing 45 wt% of ordinary Portland cement, 20 wt% of silica sand, 25 wt% of silica powder, and 10 wt% of pulp to prepare a wet plate having a thickness of 10 to 12 mm.
[0019]
The wet plate is dehydrated to a water content of 70%, and the colored cement slurry having the composition shown in Table 1 is adjusted to an air pressure of an air spray gun to give the same portion under a low pressure condition in which the slurry comes out in a granular form of 1 to 5 mm. At the same time.
[0020]
[Table 1]
Figure 2004050727
[0021]
Then, after press dehydration molding and primary curing at 80 ° C., an acrylic emulsion sealer was applied to the front and back surfaces to stop effluent, and further, autoclaved at 170 ° C. to obtain an inorganic plate.
[0022]
The obtained inorganic plate had a colored cement layer having a thickness of about 500 μm, and had a natural stone-like color tone and texture. In addition, physical properties such as strength and durability of the inorganic plate were equivalent to those of the related art.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
According to the invention of this application, there is provided a method for producing an inorganic plate in which high designability is maintained for a long period of time. Since the inorganic plate produced by the method of the invention of this application has a colored cement layer having a random color pattern in the thickness direction, even if this colored cement layer is worn by being exposed to ultraviolet rays or rainfall, the lower layer of the A color pattern appears, and the color tone and texture of natural stone style are maintained for a long time.
