Abstract
Description
【0001】

[0002]
[Prior art]

By the way, in the above-mentioned rolling roll 1, there is a problem that the stress applied to the inner
[0006]
The present invention has been made under such a background, and eliminates non-uniform stress distribution on a rolling ring due to taper fitting, and prevents the rolling ring from breaking, thereby extending the life of the rolling ring. It aims to improve and reduce the cost of the rolling process.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention proposes the following means.
The invention according to claim 1 is a rolling ring formed of a cemented carbide in a substantially cylindrical shape and provided with a rolling portion for rolling and forming a workpiece on an outer peripheral surface, and a tapered surface on an inner periphery. It is characterized by being formed.
[0008]
According to the rolling ring of the present invention, since the tapered surface is formed on the inner periphery, the distribution difference of the stress applied to the inner peripheral surface by the taper is reduced. That is, by forming a taper so that the inner diameter on the side to which a large stress is applied becomes large, the stress applied to the inner peripheral surface can be adjusted. Thereby, the breakage of the rolling ring due to the difference in stress distribution can be prevented.
[0009]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a rolling roll comprising a tapered shaft which is rotated around an axis, a tapered sleeve provided with a tapered surface on an inner circumference, and a rolling ring mounted on the outer circumference of the tapered sleeve. Wherein the rolling ring according to claim 1 is used as the rolling ring.
[0010]
According to the rolling roll of the present invention, since the rolling ring having the tapered surface formed on the inner periphery is used, the difference in the distribution of the stress applied to the rolling ring by the tapered sleeve is reduced. That is, the taper fitting facilitates the deformation of the thinner side of the tapered sleeve, but the rise of the stress generated on the thinner side can be suppressed by the tapered surface formed in the rolling ring. As described above, by reducing the difference in stress distribution, breakage of the rolling ring can be prevented, and the life of the rolling ring can be improved, so that the cost of the rolling process can be reduced.
[0011]
The invention according to claim 3 is the rolling roll according to
[0012]
According to the rolling roll according to the present invention, the thickness of the end surfaces of the rolling ring and the tapered sleeve is within the above range, and the thickness of the end surface of the tapered sleeve is formed thicker than in the related art. It is difficult to deform. This reduces the stress applied to the rolling ring and also reduces the difference in stress distribution. Further, since the outer diameter of the tapered sleeve is larger than before, the outer peripheral area of the tapered sleeve, that is, the contact area between the tapered sleeve and the rolling ring is increased, and the frictional force between the tapered sleeve and the rolling ring is increased. Thereby, the difference in stress distribution can be reduced without reducing the holding force of the rolling ring by the tapered sleeve. Further, since the thickness of the rolling ring can be made thinner than before, the manufacturing cost of the rolling ring can be reduced.
[0013]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the rolling roll according to the second or third aspect, a difference between inner radiuses of both ends due to an inclination of a tapered surface formed in the rolling ring is 0.01 mm or less. It is characterized by the following.
[0014]
According to the rolling roll according to the present invention, since the difference in the radius of the inner circumference at both ends due to the inclination of the tapered surface formed in the rolling ring is 0.01 mm or less, the difference in stress distribution can be reduced. The rolling ring can be reliably held by the tapered sleeve. More preferably, by setting the thickness to 0.005 mm or less, the rolling ring can be held more reliably.
[0015]

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the invention, since the tapered surface is formed on the inner periphery of the rolling ring, the difference in distribution of stress applied to the inner peripheral surface by the taper can be reduced, Breakage of the rolling ring due to the difference in stress distribution can be prevented.
[0027]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the above-mentioned rolling ring is used, the distribution difference of the stress applied to the rolling ring by the tapered sleeve can be reduced. Thereby, the breakage of the rolling ring can be prevented, and the life of the rolling ring can be improved, so that the cost of the rolling process can be reduced.
[0028]
According to the third aspect of the present invention, the thickness of one end face of the rolling ring is in the range of 15 mm to 60 mm, and the thickness of the end face of the tapered sleeve is in the range of 3 mm to 40 mm. And the frictional force between the tapered sleeve and the rolling ring can be increased. Thereby, the difference in stress distribution can be reduced without reducing the holding force of the rolling ring by the tapered sleeve. Further, since the thickness of the rolling ring can be made thinner than before, the manufacturing cost of the rolling ring can be reduced.
[0029]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, since the difference between the radii of the inner circumferences at both ends due to the inclination of the tapered surface formed in the rolling ring is 0.01 mm or less, the difference in stress distribution can be reduced. At the same time, the rolling ring can be reliably held by the tapered sleeve. Thereby, the breakage of the rolling ring can be prevented, and a suitable rolling roll used for rolling can be provided.
