従来、パチンコ機の遊技盤には各種の装飾品、役物が設けられている。該装飾品、役物は、ランプなどにより遊技の演出を高めるように工夫されているのが一般的である。前記ランプは、遊技盤に設けられている装飾品の中に実装されている以外に、遊技盤の裏に設けられる制御基板に直接実装されている場合もある。かかる場合には、前記制御基板に実装されたランプの前面の遊技盤に貫通孔を設け、当該ランプが遊技者に視認できるようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、前記パチンコ機のプリント基板は、従来から周知のシルク印刷により、通常は部品実装面の全面が緑色に着色されている。その結果、遊技者には前記プリント基板の緑色のシルク印刷が視認され、遊技盤の見栄えが悪くなる。特に、遊技盤に設けられた電飾、又は、プリント基板に直接実装されたランプなどが点灯するとプリント基板が照らされ、当該プリント基板のシルク印刷が明瞭になり、更に遊技盤の見栄えが悪くなる場合がある。又は、その逆に、ランプなどが消灯するとその光がなくなり、当該プリント基板のシルク印刷が明瞭になり、更に遊技盤の見栄えが悪くなる場合がある。

本発明は、かかる問題を解決して遊技盤の見栄えをよくすると共に、製造コストを低下するパチンコ機を提供することを目的としてなされたものである。

本発明は、上記目的を達成するために請求項１記載のパチンコ機では、１以上の電子部品が実装されるプリント基板が遊技盤の裏面または前面に設けられているパチンコ機において、前記プリント基板の前面には、該プリント基板の一部又は全部が遊技者により視認可能な位置に配置された装飾品が備えられ、少なくとも前記遊技者により視認可能な該プリント基板上の位置に、前記装飾品と関連のある図柄が印刷されていることを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
図１は、本発明の実施の形態を示す、遊技盤２の正面図である。遊技盤２の遊技領域１には、図柄表示装置３、電飾装置４及びその他の周知の役物が設けられている。更に、遊技の演出を高めるために、遊技盤２には装飾品６（図１においてはハイプ）が設けられている。該装飾品はハウジング５に収納されていて、遊技球は前記ハウジング５の外側を流下し、装飾品６に衝突しないようになっている。又、前記ハウジング５の内側であって、装飾品６の上方には発光ダイオード７ａ、７ｂが設けられている。該発光ダイオード７ａ、７ｂは、所定の遊技条件が成立した時（例えば図示していない役物作動ゲートを遊技球が通過した時）に点灯され、発光ダイオード７ａ、７ｂはプリント基板９に直接取り付けられている。該プリント基板９には、図柄８（図１においては煙）が発光ダイオード７ａ、７ｂの上方にシルクスクリーン印刷によって印刷されている。該図柄８と発光ダイオード７ａ、７ｂは、遊技者により視認できる位置である。その結果、発光ダイオード７ａ、７ｂが点灯されると、前記装飾品６、発光ダイオード７ａ、７ｂ、図柄８により、あたかもパイプから煙が出ているような演出がなされる。

図２は、図１のＡ−Ｂ断面図である。遊技盤２の全面にはガラス板１０が設けられ、遊技球が遊技領域１から外に出ないようになっている。遊技盤２には前記ハウジング５が遊技盤２を貫通して設けられ、該ハウジング５の内側には装飾品６が図示していない固定手段によりハウジング５に固定されている。遊技盤２の裏側には、例えば制御基板であるプリント基板９が、例えばネジなどにより所定の方法で固定されている。前記プリント基板９は、例えばエポキシ樹脂基板材１１の一方の面にシルクスクリーン印刷１２が施され、他方の面にはプリント配線１３が施されている。なお、前記プリント配線１３は、シルクスクリーン印刷１２が施されている面にもあってもよい。かかる場合にはエポキシ樹脂基板材１１上にプリント配線１３を施し、スルーホールによりエポキシ樹脂基板材１１の両面のプリント配線を接続し、遊技者が視認できる面に前記プリント配線の上からシルクスクリーン印刷１２を行なう。

前記シルクスクリーン印刷１２が施されている面は、遊技者が視認できる側であって、前記ハウジング５の内側にある部分のシルクスクリーン印刷１２が遊技者により視認できる。更に、基板９には、例えば発光ダイオード７ａ、７ｂの他に、図示していない必要な部品が前記シルクスクリーン印刷１２の施されている面に実装されている。発光ダイオード７ａ、７ｂは、プリント基板９に設けられた貫通孔を介してその端、７ａａ、７ｂｂが、裏側の面で互いにプリント配線１３に、例えば半だ付けにより接続されている。前記発光ダイオード７ａ、７ｂは、ハウジング５の内側に位置するようにプリント基板９上に設けられていて、前記シルクスクリーン印刷１２と共に遊技者により視認できる。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、プリント基板の一部又は全部が遊技者により視認可能な位置に配置された装飾品を備え、少なくとも前記遊技者により視認可能な該プリント基板上の位置には、前記装飾品と関連のある図柄が印刷されている。更に、前記図柄の印刷がプリント基板上にシルクスクリーン印刷によりなされると共に、前記プリント基板には発光ダイオード等の部品が実装されている。その結果、プリント基板上の図柄を遊技者に視認させることにより、パチンコ機の見栄えを良くすることができ。また、電子部品が取付けられたプリント基板の表面に図柄を印刷することにより、製造コストの上昇を抑えることもできる。また、図柄をシルクスクリーン印刷によって印刷すれば、プリント基板の製造時における製造コストの上昇を最小限に抑えることができ、より安価なパチンコ機を提供できる。
