<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine where an auxiliary game apparatus is simply attached and detached to/from a decoration member and in which costs and scraps in replacing the auxiliary game apparatus are reduced. <P>SOLUTION: A visible display part 14 is provided at the decoration member 27 to be disposed on the panel surface of a game panel, and a pattern display device for making main game performance is made to face the visible display part 14. Further, a housing part 25 is provided at the decoration member 27 to house the auxiliary game apparatus 20 for presenting the game as the auxiliary apparatus of the pattern display device and to house a unit case 21 where the display part 37 of the auxiliary game apparatus 20 is seen from a viewing part 21b from a front side. 【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、遊技機に関し、更に詳細には、主たる遊技演出を行なう図柄表示装置と、補助としての遊技演出を行なう補助遊技装置とを備える遊技機に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
例えば、代表的な遊技機であるパチンコ機やアレンジボール機等は、機内にセットされる遊技盤上の遊技領域の所要位置に、数字や文字等の識別可能な図柄を変動表示して主たる遊技演出を行なう図柄表示装置が配設されている。この図柄表示装置は、遊技状態に対応して種々の遊技演出（リーチ演出や大当り演出等）を行ない、遊技機の興趣を増大させ得るよう構成される。なお、前記図柄表示装置は、該図柄表示装置における演出態様に合わせたデザインの装飾部材により装飾され、当該図柄表示装置での演出効果を向上させている。更に、前記図柄表示装置による演出と併せて、補助的な遊技演出を行なう補助遊技装置が配設された遊技機も提案されている。前記補助遊技装置としては、例えば小型の回転表示体を備えたドラム式遊技装置等を前記図柄表示装置の上方に配設し、該図柄表示装置の変動表示に併せて回転表示体を回転させて遊技演出するものがある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、前述した補助遊技装置は、前記図柄表示装置を装飾する装飾部材に形成した支軸を介して前記回転表示体が取付けられると共に、該回転表示体の駆動源としての駆動モータも該装飾部材にネジ止め固定している。このように、前記補助遊技装置は、前記図柄表示装置を装飾する装飾部材に直接固定されており、該装飾部材と一体的に取り扱われる。このため、前記補助遊技装置に故障等が生じて該補助遊技装置を交換する場合には、前記装飾部材も併せて交換する必要があり、交換作業に係るコストや廃棄物が増大する問題が指摘される。

【発明の目的】
本発明は、前述した従来の技術に内在している前記課題に鑑み、これを好適に解決するべく提案されたものであって、装飾部材に補助遊技装置を簡単に着脱し得ると共に、該補助遊技装置を交換する際のコストや廃棄物を低減し得る遊技機を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記課題を克服し、所期の目的を好適に達成するため、本発明に係る遊技機は、
遊技盤（Ｊ）の盤面に配設され、可視表示部（１４）を設けた装飾部材（２７）と、前記遊技盤（Ｊ）の後側に配設され、前記装飾部材（２７）の可視表示部（１４）に臨ませた主たる遊技演出を行なう図柄表示装置（Ｋ）と、前記図柄表示装置（Ｋ）の補助としての遊技演出を行なう補助遊技装置（２０）とからなる遊技機において、
前記補助遊技装置（２０）を収容可能で、該補助遊技装置（２０）の表示部（３５）が臨む視認部（２１ｂ）を有するユニットケース（２１）と、
前記装飾部材（２７）に設けられ、前記ユニットケース（２１）を収納する収納部（２５）と、
前記収納部（２５）に収納した前記ユニットケース（２１）を、前記装飾部材（２７）に着脱可能に固定する固定手段（３０）とから構成したことを特徴とする。

また、前記固定手段は装飾カバー（３０）であって、該装飾カバー（３０）を前記装飾部材（２７）に対して前側から着脱可能に取付けることで、前記収納部（２５）に収納したユニットケース（２１）を該装飾部材（２７）に固定し得るようにしてもよい。

更にまた、前記装飾部材（２７）と装飾カバー（３０）との間に第２の装飾カバー（３１）が介在されており、前記装飾カバー（３０）の後面側に設けた突部（３０ｄ）を、前記第２の装飾カバー（３１）に形成した通孔（３１ｂ）に挿通したもとで、該装飾カバー（３０）を前記装飾部材（２７）に取付けた際に、前記第２の装飾カバー（３１）が位置決め固定されるよう構成できる。

そして、前記補助遊技装置（２０）の後部に、該補助遊技装置（２０）を制御する制御手段を接続する接続部（３３ａ）が設けられ、前記ユニットケース（２１）および装飾部材（２７）の後側に対応的に設けた各開放部（２４，２５）を介して、該接続部（３３ａ）を外部に露出させるようにすることもできる。

【作用】
本発明の遊技機では、視認部から表示部が臨むよう補助遊技装置を収容したユニットケースを、装飾部材の収納部に収納した状態で固定手段により着脱可能に固定するよう構成してある。このため、前記固定手段を解除して、ユニットケースを収納部から取り出せば、前記補助遊技装置のみを交換することができるので、該補助遊技装置の交換作業に係るコストおよび廃棄物を低減することが可能となる。また、前記補助遊技装置は、前記ユニットケースに収容されてユニット化されているので、該補助遊技装置を装飾部材に対して着脱する際の作業性が向上する。

更に、前記固定手段として、前記装飾部材の前側から着脱可能な装飾カバーを使用すれば、前記装飾部材の前側からの作業で前記ユニットケースを着脱できるので、交換作業が容易になる。そして、前記装飾カバーにより前記ユニットケースの前側が装飾されるので、前記装飾部材の意匠性が向上する。また、前記ユニットケースに第１の開口部を開設すると共に、前記装飾カバーの当接面における該第１の開口部に対応する位置に第２の開口部を開設し、該第２の開口部の内側輪郭に沿って形成した突片部を第１の開口部の内側面に当接することで、当該装飾カバーに対してユニットケースを位置決めすることができる。更に、前記装飾部材の装飾性を更に向上させる第２の装飾カバーを前記装飾カバーと装飾部材との間に介在させる場合に、該装飾カバーに突設した突部を、第２の装飾カバーに形成した通孔に挿通したもとで該装飾部材に固定するようにすれば、当該第２の装飾カバーを別途ネジ止め等することなく位置決め固定することができる。また、前記補助遊技装置の後部に設けた接続部を、前記ユニットケースおよび装飾部材の後側に対応的に設けた各開放部を介して外部に露出させることで、該接続部への配線の接続が容易になると共に、該配線の取り回しを容易に行なうことができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明に係る遊技機につき、好適な実施例を挙げて添付図面を参照しながら、以下詳細に説明する。本実施例では、遊技機としてパチンコ球を遊技媒体として使用するパチンコ機に、主たる遊技演出を行なう図柄表示装置として液晶式の図柄表示装置を配設し、補助的な遊技演出を行なう補助遊技装置としてベルト式の図柄表示装置を配設する場合について例示する。

先ず、実施例に係るパチンコ機の概略構成について、図２を参照して説明する。本実施例のパチンコ機Ｐは、外枠Ａの開口前面側に対して前枠Ｂが、連結支持手段および施錠手段を利用して着脱および開放可能に組付けられている。そして、前枠Ｂに横開き式のガラス扉Ｄを組付けた窓枠Ｃと、ガラス扉Ｄの下部において窓枠Ｃに対して着脱および開放可能に組付けられる開閉セット板の前側にセットされた上球皿Ｅおよび後側にセットされた電動式の球送り装置（図示せず）と、下段に位置する下球皿Ｆおよび打球発射装置Ｈと、後側に位置する機構セット盤（図示せず）等が夫々装備されている一方、前枠Ｂ後側に所要の遊技領域Ｉを構成した遊技盤Ｊが着脱交換可能にセットされる。なお、以下の説明において前，後および左，右とは、図２に示すようにパチンコ機Ｐの遊技盤Ｊを前側から見た場合において指称するものとする。

前記遊技盤Ｊは、図２に示すように、略円形状に湾曲形成したレール１０により囲まれた遊技領域Ｉの前側において、縦央やや下部に配設されて球をスイッチで検出し得る始動入賞具１１と、この始動入賞具１１の直上方に配設されて該遊技盤を装飾する装飾部材２７と、風車とも称されて遊技球の落下方向を変向する普通案内車１３と、始動入賞具１１の直下方に設置された大型電動式の入賞装置Ｍ等が配設される。また、前記始動入賞具１１内に配設された図示しないスイッチは、各遊技球の検出毎に図柄表示装置Ｋを１回ずつ変動開始させるための始動入力手段として利用される。なお、図２において符号１６はアウト口を示す。

そして、前記入賞装置Ｍは、前記図柄表示装置Ｋの大当り成立時に対する特別遊技状態として、開成作動条件が付与される大型の入賞装置であって、図２に示されるように、特別入賞具１７に対設された扉状の開閉板１８が、後側の電磁ソレノイドに係る設定駆動条件に基づいて、通常の閉鎖状態から開放状態に変化されるようになっている。なお、入賞装置Ｍの左右両側に普通入賞具１９，１９が設けられている。

また、前記装飾部材２７には、図１，図３または図６に示すように、略矩形状で前後に開放する可視表示部１４が開設されており、該可視表示部１４を介して、前記遊技盤Ｊの後側から前記図柄表示装置Ｋが前側に臨んでいる。更に、前記装飾部材２７には、図１または図６に示すように、前記可視表示部１４の上方の隣接位置に、略矩形状で前後に開放する収納部２５が開設されており、該収納部２５に後述するユニットケース２１が収納保持されている。なお、前記収納部２５の後側の開口部は、前記ユニットケース２１における後述のコネクタ部（接続部）３３ａや放熱口２３ｄを外部（後側）に露出させる開放部として機能している。また、前記装飾部材２７における収納部２５の左右両側部に規制部２６，２６が夫々形成されて、該規制部２６，２６に前記ユニットケース２１における当接部２２ｂ，２２ｂ（後述）が当接するようになっている（図６参照）。

図１に示すように、前記装飾部材２７における前記収納部２５の上方位置には、前方に向かって４つの円筒状の突起部２７ａが突設されており、各突起部２７ａの内部に図示しない発光体（ＬＥＤ等）が対応的に配設されている。更に、装飾部材２７には、４つの突起部２７ａを挟む左右両側部近傍に第１通孔２７ｂ，２７ｂが設けられると共に、前記規制部２６，２６の下方位置に第２通孔２７ｃ，２７ｃが設けられて、両通孔２７ｂ，２７ｃを介して装飾部材２７の後側から挿通したネジ（図示せず）により第１の装飾カバー３０がネジ止めされている。

補助的な演出を行なう前記ベルト式図柄表示装置２０は、図４または図５に示すように、回転可能な駆動プーリ３６および従動プーリ３７と、該駆動プーリ３６を回転させる駆動モータ３８と、両プーリ３６，３７の外周に展張状態で巻装されて表面に図柄を表示した図柄ベルト（表示部）３５と、照明装置３９等を配設した配線基板３３等から構成され、該装置２０が略矩形箱体状のユニットケース２１内に収容されている。なお、ユニットケース２１の前面２１ａには、第１の開口部（視認部）２１ｂが開口されており、該第１の開口部２１ｂに前記図柄ベルト３５が臨んで、前側から図柄が見えるよう構成される（図１参照）。

図４に示すように、前記ユニットケース２１は、上下に着脱可能に分離する下ケース体２２および上ケース体２３とから形成される。図５に示すように、前記下ケース体２２に、前記駆動プーリ３６や従動プーリ３７や駆動モータ３８が配設されている。そして、前記配線基板３３は、後端部近傍に前記コネクタ部３３ａが設けられて、補助遊技装置２０を制御する制御手段を接続するようになっている。また、前記上ケース体２３の上面板２３ｂおよび後面板２３ｃにおいて、前記下ケース体２２に配設した前記駆動モータ３８と対応する箇所に複数の放熱口２３ｄが形成されて、該駆動モータ３８を空気冷却するよう構成されている。

また、前記下ケース体２２における左右両側面の上端縁には、外側に向かって延出する第１フランジ部２２ａ，２２ａが、該下ケース体２２の前後方向に延在するよう形成されている。更に、前記上ケース体２３における左右両側面の下端縁には、外側に向かって延出する第２フランジ部２３ａ，２３ａが、該上ケース体２３の前後方向に延在するよう形成されている。そして、前記第１および第２フランジ部２２ａ，２３ａを対向当接した状態で、両者２２ａ，２３ａをネジ止め固定することで、上下のケース体２２，２３が連結固定される。なお、前記第１の開口部２１ｂは、前記上下のケース体２２，２３を連結した際に前側に開口するよう構成される。図１または図４に示すように、前記下ケース体２２における前記第１フランジ部２２ａ，２２ａの下部前側には、前記当接部２２ｂ，２２ｂが夫々形成されており、前記ユニットケース２１を前記収納部２５に前側から収納した際に、各当接部２２ｂが、前記装飾部材２７に設けた前記規制部２６に対応的に当接して該ユニットケース２１の後方移動を規制している（図６参照）。

また、図７に示すように、前記ユニットケース２１の後側は、前記上ケース体２３の後面板２３ｃにより覆蓋されている。なお、前記上ケース体２３の後面板２３ｃにおける左側部位（図７においては右側）は、前側に向かって所要量だけ退避した段状に形成されており、該後面板２３ｃの右側下部は前記下ケース体２２に当接している。一方、前記後面板２３ｃの左側下部は、前記下ケース体２２の底面板２２ｃから離間位置して、該後面板２３ｃの下方から前記配線基板３３の一部が後方に突出するようになっている。すなわち、図７に示すように、前記上ケース体２３の後面板２３ｃにおける左側下部と、前記下ケース体２２との間にスリット状の挿通孔（開放部）２４が形成されて、該挿通孔２４を介して前記配線基板３３の一部が前記ユニットケース２１の外方に突出している。そして、この配線基板３３における前記ユニットケース２１から突出する部位には、前記コネクタ部３３ａが設けられており、該コネクタ部３３ａがユニットケース２１の外部に位置している。なお、前記コネクタ部３３ａは、前記上ケース体２２における後面板２３ｃの左側部位に近接する位置に設けられており、前記後面板２３ｃより後方に突出しないよう設定される。

図１に示すように、前記ユニットケース２１の前側には、該ユニットケース２１の固定手段としての第１の装飾カバー３０が配設される。前記第１の装飾カバー３０は、前記ユニットケース２１の前面２１ａを略覆蓋する平板状の当接面３０ａと、該当接面３０ａにおける前記ユニットケース２１の第１の開口部２１ｂと対応する位置に開設された第２の開口部３０ｂと、該第２の開口部３０ｂの内側輪郭に沿って形成され、当該当接面３０ａの後方側に向かって突出する突片部３０ｃ（図８参照）とを備えている。なお、第２の開口部３０ｂの開口寸法は、第１の開口部２１ｂより僅かに小さく設定される。

ここで、前記第１の装飾カバー３０の突片部３０ｃの外側輪郭形状と、前記ユニットケース２１における前記第１の開口部２１ｂを画成する内側輪郭形状とが略一致するよう設定されている。従って、前記第１の装飾カバー３０の当接面３０ａを前記ユニットケース２１の前面２１ａに当接させた際に、該ユニットケース２１の前記第１の開口部２１ｂを画成する前記内側面に前記突片部３０ｃが当接して、ユニットケース２１の上下および左右方向の移動が規制されるようになっている。

更に、図１に示すように、前記第１の装飾カバー３０は、該第１の装飾カバー３０における当接面３０ａの上部位置に、左右方向に離間して第１ボス部（突部）３０ｄ，３０ｄが突設されると共に、左右両側部近傍に第２ボス部３０ｅ，３０ｅ（図１において右側のみ図示）が突設されている。なお、各ボス部３０ｄ，３０ｅには、後側に開口するネジ孔（図示せず）が形成されている。そして、前記各第１ボス部３０ｄを前記各第１通孔２７ｂに挿通して前記装飾部材２７の後側からネジ止めすると共に、前記各第２ボス部３０ｅを前記各第２通孔２７ｃに整列して装飾部材２７の後側からネジ止めすることで、前記第１の装飾カバー３０は装飾部材２７に固定できる。このとき、前記装飾部材２７の収納部２５に配設した前記ユニットケース２１の前面２１ａが、前記第１の装飾カバー３０の当接面３０ａに当接しており、該ユニットケース２１の前方移動を規制している。

図１または図３に示すように、前記ユニットケース２１の上部位置において、前記装飾部材２７と前記第１の装飾カバー３０との間に、該第１の装飾カバー３０と異なる色彩および材質とした第２の装飾カバー３１が介在されて、該装飾部材２７の装飾性を更に向上するよう構成されている。前記第２の装飾カバー３１の前面３１ａには、左右方向に離間して第１孔部（通孔）３１ｂ，３１ｂが設けられており、各第１孔部３１ｂに前記第１の装飾カバー３０の前記各第１ボス部３０ｄが対応的に挿通される。すなわち、前記両第１孔部３１ｂ，３１ｂに前記第１ボス部３０ｄ，３０ｄを挿通したもとで、前記第１の装飾カバー３０を装飾部材２７に固定することで、該第１の装飾カバー３０と、装飾部材２７との間に前記第２の装飾カバー３１を挟み込んで位置決め固定している。

また、前記第２の装飾カバー３１の略中央位置には、左右方向に４つの第２孔部３１ｃが形成されており、該第２の装飾カバー３１を前記装飾部材２７に取付けた際に、この第２孔部３１ｃと、装飾部材２７の前記各突起部２７ａとが前後に整列するようになっている。なお、図１に示すように、前記第２の装飾カバー３１と前記突起部２７ａとの間には、該第２の装飾カバー３１の前記各第２孔部３１ｃに嵌合する突出部３２ａを有する透明体３２が介在されて、該透視体３２は当該第２の装飾カバー３１と突起部２７ａとにより挟持されている。

【実施例の作用】
次に、本実施例に係る遊技機の作用につき説明する。前記ベルト式図柄表示装置２０を収容したユニットケース２１を前記収納部２５に前側から収納すると、該ユニットケース２１に形成した前記当接部２２ｂ，２２ｂが、前記装飾部材２７の前記規制部２６，２６に夫々当接して、該ユニットケース２１の後方移動が規制される。このため、前記ユニットケース２１は、前記収納部２５の所定位置に配置される。また、前記第２の装飾カバー３１の第１孔部３１ｂ，３１に前記第１の装飾カバー３０の第１ボス部３０ｄ，３０ｄを前側から挿通した状態で、該第１ボス部３０ｄ，３０ｄを前記ユニットケース２１の前側から前記装飾部材２７の第１通孔２７ｂ，２７ｂに夫々挿通してネジ止めすると共に、第２ボス部３０ｅ，３０ｅを第２通孔２７ｃ，２７ｃに対してネジ止めすることで、該ユニットケース２１が装飾部材２７に固定される。

すなわち、前記収納部２５に収納したユニットケース２１は、前記装飾部材２７に前記第１の装飾カバー３０をネジ止めするだけで簡単に取付けることができるので、該装飾部材２７の着脱等の煩雑な作業を行なうことなく短時間で作業を行なうことができる。また、前記ユニットケース２１を取外す際にも、前記第１の装飾カバー３０を単に取外すだけでよく、作業時間の短縮を図り得る。このように、前記装飾部材２７に収容したユニットケース２１は、前記第１の装飾カバー３０を取付け・取外しするだけで着脱することができ、前記ベルト式図柄表示装置２０の故障時等には、該ユニットケース２１を装飾部材２７から取外してベルト式図柄表示装置２０のみを交換することができるので、交換コストや廃棄物の低減を図り得る。

そして、前記収納部２５に収納された前記ユニットケース２１は、該ユニットケース２１の前面２１ａに前記第１の装飾カバー３０の当接面３０ａが当接して前方移動が規制されると共に、当該ユニットケース２１の当接部２２ｂ，２２ｂが前記装飾部材２７の規制部２６，２６に当接して後方移動が規制されている。更に、前記ユニットケース２１における第１の開口部２１ｂを画成する内側面に、前記第１の装飾カバー３０の突片部３０ｃが当接するので、該ユニットケース２１の上下および左右方向への移動が規制されている。従って、前記ユニットケース２１を前記収納部２５の所定位置に安定的に収納し得る。また、前記ユニットケース２１における第１の開口部２１ｂを画成する内側面は前記突片部３０ｃで被覆されるから、該内側面を遊技者から直接見えないように装飾することができる。

更に、前記第１の装飾カバー３０と前記装飾部材２７との間に介在される前記第２の装飾カバー３１は、該第２の装飾カバー３１の第１孔部３１ｂ，３１ｂに前記装飾カバーの第１ボス部３０ｄ，３０ｄを挿通したもとで、第１の装飾カバー３０と装飾部材２７とにより挟持固定されている。このため、前記第２の装飾カバー３１の上下および左右方向への移動が規制され、常に所定位置に位置させ得ると共に、該第２の装飾カバー３１を別途ネジ止め等により固定する必要がないので、部品点数が増加したり組付け作業が煩雑になることはない。

また、前記ユニットケース２１の後部に形成した挿通孔２４から前記ベルト式図柄表示装置２０の配線基板３３の一部を外部に突出させ、この配線基板３３の突出部位にコネクタ部３３ａを設けてある。更に、前記ユニットケース２１を収納する収納部２５は、前記装飾部材２７の前後に開放しているので、該ユニットケース２１を収納部２５に収納した際に、後側の開口部（開放部）を介して前記コネクタ部３３ａおよび放熱口２３ｄを装飾部材２７（遊技盤Ｊ）の後側（外部）に露出させることができる。このため、前記コネクタ部３３ａを介して、前記ベルト式図柄表示装置２０と該装置２０の制御装置とを簡単に接続し得る。

【変更例】
実施例では、補助遊技装置を収容したユニットケースの前側に、固定手段として機能する第１の装飾カバーを装飾部材にネジ止めすることで、該ユニットケースを固定するようにしたが、従来公知の固定手段を採用することができる。例えば、前記第１の装飾カバーに係止フックを形成すると共に、装飾部材における該係止フックの対応箇所に当該係止フックと係脱可能係合する孔部を形成し、装飾部材に係止フックと孔部とを介して第１の装飾カバーを取付けることで、該ユニットケースを装飾部材に固定することも可能である。また、前記第１の装飾カバーを前記ユニットケースの前記装飾部材に対する固定手段として用いるようにしたが、該ユニットケースをネジ（固定手段）により直接装飾部材に固定してもよい。更に、前記装飾部材の上方位置に、前記ユニットケースを収納する収納部を形成するようにしたが、これに限られず、該装飾部材の所要箇所に収納部を形成すればよい。
