本発明は、上記課題を解決するためになされたものであり、組付け作業を容易に行なえるヒンジ装置を提供するとともに、組付けが容易であっても不正に組付け解除が行なえない構成のヒンジ装置を提供することを目的とする。

上記した課題は、各請求項の発明によって解決される。
請求項1の発明は、扉の上隅部に固定される構造で、その扉の回転中心となるヒンジピンを有するヒンジ片と、前記扉を支持する支持枠の上隅部に固定される構造で、前記ヒンジ片のヒンジピンの上端部を回転可能に支持するヒンジ受け片とを備えるパチンコ機のヒンジ装置であって、前記ヒンジ受け片は、前記ヒンジピンをそのヒンジピンの半径方向から嵌め込むことが可能な構造で、前記ヒンジピンを回転可能に支持できる円弧部を備える切欠きと、前記切欠きの円弧部に嵌め込まれたヒンジピンの頭部に掛けられ、その切欠きからの前記ヒンジピンの外れ防止を図る係合部材とを有しており、前記係合部材は、前記支持枠に対して閉じられた扉の内面によって、前記ヒンジピンの頭部から外れる方向の移動が禁止される構成であることを特徴とする。

以下、図1から図6に基づいて、本発明の実施形態1に係るパチンコ機のヒンジ装置の説明を行う。ここで、図1は本実施形態に係るパチンコ機のヒンジ装置の分解斜視図、図2〜図4はヒンジ装置の連結手順を表す斜視図、図5は機台枠に対して表枠が閉じられた状態のヒンジ装置の側面図、図6は機台枠に対して表枠が開かれた状態のヒンジ装置の側面図である。
