Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement in fish scales.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional fish scale remover is provided with a large number of tooth-shaped projections on the surface of a wide metal thin plate, presses the tooth-shaped projections against the body of the fish, and removes the scale by reciprocating so as to rub left and right. I was However, when the conventional scale remover is actually used, there are the following problems.
(1) Scales scatter around.
(2) In order to surely remove the scale, it is necessary to rub the above-mentioned conventional scale remover many times.
(3) If the scale is removed repeatedly and repeatedly rubbed, the scale and the periphery of the scale are clogged between the tooth-shaped projections of the conventional scale remover, making scale removal impossible.
(4) When the scale is clogged in the tooth-shaped protrusion, it is difficult to wash after use, and the scale cannot be completely removed, which is not preferable in terms of hygiene.
(5) When the conventional scale remover is pressed against the fish and rubbed left and right, the caudal fin of the fish rises, making it difficult to remove the scale of the caudal fin portion.
[0003]
As described above, certain skill is required to remove scales with a conventional fish scale remover reliably and hygienically, and it takes a long time to remove scales because it is necessary to rub many times in small increments. I was
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a fish scale remover that can reliably and efficiently perform a fish scale removing operation and obtain a good scale removing effect.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, according to the present invention as set forth in claim 1, a wide and long longitudinal thin plate is bent or bent, and the upper extension is a long handle, and a grip is provided at its end. In a fish scaler provided with a sharp tip, a guide surface is provided between the tip of the lower tip and a curved turn.
[0006]
2. The fish scale remover according to claim 1, wherein the wide thin plate is made of a metal, aluminum, or resin material, and has a strength that does not bend or break in a fish scale removing operation. 3. The board is used.
Also, the width of the board is set according to the size of the fish so that the scale can be easily removed and the scale can be easily gripped or the scale can be effectively removed in the case of large fish.
[0007]
Further, the handle portion may be extended horizontally from the folded portion, or may be an extension portion in which the handle is grasped in a hand and lifted to an angle at which the reciprocating operation is easily performed back and forth.
[0008]
The guide surface below the folded portion is formed integrally with the cutting edge at the distal end and is a convex portion having a U-shape or an arch shape, thereby facilitating peeling off the scale removed by the cutting edge. That is, in a state where the scale lifted on the upper surface of the cutting edge is further lifted by the inclination of the convex portion, the blade tip peels off the scale from the root, so that the scale is more easily peeled off, and the peeled scale is sequentially cut off by the cutting edge. Is pushed up by the convex portion from the upper surface thereof, moves over to the side opposite to the cutting edge, and accumulates in a pool portion provided between the folded portion and the convex portion.
[0009]
Further, in the present invention, the shape of the sharp cutting edge provided integrally with the convex portion has a single blade and is not provided with a large number of blades as in the related art, and thus clogging of teeth by scales. Does not occur.
[0010]

In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, the scale peeled off by the cutting edge 8 sequentially moves from the upper side of the cutting edge 8 via the top 7 of the convex portion 6 without being scattered, and accumulates in the pool portion 5.
When the reservoir 5 is full of scales, remove it by hand.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, in the scale removing operation of the fish, the scale is reliably removed every time the scale removing tool 1 is reciprocated, so that the operation can be effectively performed without waste. In addition, since the bottom portion 10 of the folded portion 4 is used as a support for descaling, the descaling operation is stable, the blade tip 9 does not bite into the fish surface more than necessary, and the fish is not damaged or crushed. Further, with the scale remover 1, the scale of the caudal fin portion can be easily removed. In addition, since the peeled scales accumulate in the accumulation part 5 sequentially without scattering, it is also sanitary.
