Abstract
Description
【0001】

[0010]
In the corrugated tube configured as described above, the groove is formed on the outer peripheral surface along the generatrix of the corrugated tube. By pressing in the groove direction, the slits and the like can be expanded and easily inserted into the corrugated tube.
[0011]
Therefore, in this corrugated tube, it is possible to solve the problem that the wire harness cannot be inserted into the corrugated tube unless the slits and the like are expanded in the radial direction as in the related art. Therefore, the routing work can be performed easily and efficiently.
[0012]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, there is provided the corrugated tube according to the first aspect, wherein the recess is a groove formed on the inner peripheral surface along the generatrix of the corrugated tube. It is characterized by:
[0013]
In the corrugated tube configured as described above, since the groove is formed on the inner peripheral surface along the generatrix of the corrugated tube, in addition to the effect described in claim 1, the wire contained in the corrugated tube is provided. The harness can be accommodated while being separated from the edge of the slit or the like.

In addition, the corrugated tube of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and can be appropriately modified and improved.
For example, in the embodiments described above, the corrugated tube is described as a bellows tube having a circular cross section, but may be a tube having an elliptical cross section or a polygonal cross section.
[0025]
In addition, the materials, shapes, dimensions, forms, numbers, arrangement locations, and the like of the wire harness, the outer peripheral surface, the inner peripheral surface, the concave portion, the groove, the busbar, the outer groove, the inner groove, and the like exemplified in the above-described embodiment are examples of the present invention. [0026]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, as described in claim 1, at least one concave portion is provided along the generatrix of the corrugated tube on the outer peripheral surface or the inner peripheral surface. By moving the cutter along the recess, the slit can be formed straight and easily.
Therefore, it is possible to prevent the problem of poor appearance due to the wiring using the corrugated tube having the bent slit, the reduction of the commercial value, and the doubt of the reliability of the wiring work. Further, the work of storing the wire harness or the like in the corrugated tube can be performed efficiently.
[0027]
Further, according to the present invention, as described in claim 2, the groove is formed on the outer peripheral surface along the generatrix of the corrugated tube. The wire harness can be easily inserted into the corrugated tube simply by pressing the wire harness, and the wiring work can be easily performed.
[0028]
Further, according to the present invention, as described in claim 3, since the groove is formed on the inner peripheral surface along the generatrix of the corrugated tube, in addition to the effect described in claim 1, the corrugated tube is provided. The wire harness stored inside can be stored separately from the slit. Therefore, the wire harness can be reliably protected without being damaged by contact with the sharp edge portion of the slit.
[0029]
According to the present invention, as described in claim 4, a pair of outer grooves are formed in parallel on the outer peripheral surface along the generatrix, and the inner groove is sandwiched between the pair of outer grooves on the inner peripheral surface. The slits can be arbitrarily formed in either the outer groove or the inner groove.
Therefore, by forming a slit in either the outer groove or the inner groove according to the type and use of the wire harness to be stored, one type of corrugated tube can be used for a plurality of uses, and cost is reduced. This is advantageous.
[0030]
According to the present invention, since the groove has a substantially rectangular cross-section and a chamfered portion is formed at the edge of the cross-sectional opening, for example, the groove provided on the outer peripheral surface is provided. Even if the slit is formed along the wire harness, the wire harness is not damaged when the wire harness is stored. Does not stick.
