TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pitch inhibitor in a paper manufacturing process for preventing pitch contamination of rolls, blankets, and blanket suction boxes in a paper part and a pulp manufacturing process, particularly a wire part and a press part in a newsprint manufacturing process, and a pitch suppressing method using the same. .
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, the use ratio of waste paper as a raw material in paper production, especially newsprint production, has been increasing. Not only conventional mechanical pulp made of GP and TMP-derived materials, but also latex derived from waste paper and vinyl acetate-based adhesives (Hot melt) pitch trouble is increasing. In recent years, the papermaking speed has been increased in order to increase productivity, and the problem of pitch contamination on the wire part, press part roll, blanket and blanket suction box has become apparent in conjunction with the increase in the percentage of used paper and the size of the machine. Is becoming
[0003]
Not only increases the number of dust on paper and the number of paper breaks due to the adhesion of the pitch, but also removes the pitch of wires, rolls, and blanket suction boxes by stopping the paper machine, thereby improving operator workability. This is a major problem as an increase in the burden of paper and a loss in paper productivity.
[0004]
Conventionally, various inhibitors have been proposed for this pitch hindrance. For example, JP-A-7-166487 describes a pitch inhibitor containing one or more specific phosphobetaine compounds and one or more cationic polymers as active ingredients. JP-A-7-126996 proposes a pitch inhibitor containing one or more specific amphoteric surfactants and a water-soluble cationic polymer as an active ingredient.
[0005]
However, due to the recent increase in the used paper mixing ratio, the pitch adhesion trouble is increasing in the paper manufacturing process, especially in the newsprint manufacturing process, and a more efficient pitch adhesion inhibitor is required.

Test example 1
(Test pitch adjustment method)
The pitch attached to the center roll of the press part of the A paper mill which manufactures newsprint was used. The pitch was extracted with chloroform at 80 ° C. for 5 hours. After extraction, the pitch chloroform extract was adjusted to a 20% concentration.
[0044]
(Pitch contamination prevention test method)
A commercial cardboard (made by KOKUYO) is cut into 12 cm × 10 cm. (5 cm × 10 cm is a coated surface of the pitch) A test pitch adjusting liquid is applied to the coated surface of the pitch so as to have a solid content of the pitch of about 50 g / m 2 . Then, it was dried at 80 ° C. for 2 hours. 500 ml of the preparations of Examples 1 to 15 and Comparative Examples 1 to 16 as an active ingredient concentration of 200 mg / L aqueous solution are put into a 500 ml beaker. After warming to 40 ° C., the test pitch coated cardboard is immersed in a beaker for 2 minutes. After two minutes, remove the test pitch coated cardboard from the beaker. The removed pitch-coated cardboard is placed on a flat glass (20 × 20 cm, commercially available) with the coated side up. A 10 × 10 cm urethane rubber plate (manufactured by Oats Tire) is placed thereon. Place a sheet glass on top. A 3 kg iron weight is placed on the glass sheet. With the weight placed and pressed, the two glass sheets sandwiching the sample pitch cardboard / urethane rubber plate are placed in a dryer at 70 ° C. and maintained for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove from the dryer.
[0045]
The urethane rubber was immediately peeled off from the test pitch coated cardboard, and the peeling resistance (g) at that time was measured with a digital force tensiometer (peeling meter, FGC-2 manufactured by Nidec Corporation). Immediately after the test, the degree of contamination of the contact surface of the urethane rubber plate with the test pitch coated cardboard was visually observed.
The degree of contamination of the urethane rubber plate was evaluated on a five-point scale based on the following criteria, and a rating of 1 to 5 was given for each test.
1: 0% of the entire soil area
2: 0 to 2% of the entire soil area
3: 2 to 5% of the entire soil area
4: 5 to 20% of the entire soil area
5: Table 1 shows the results obtained for 20% or more of the entire soil area.

[Table 1]
[0047]
Test example 2
The medicine of Example 2 was continuously added to the shower water in front of the blanket suction box of each of 1P, 2P, and 3P so that the chemical of Example 2 was used as an active ingredient at a concentration of 100 mg / L as a blanket cleaner for a press part of a B-paper mill that manufactures newsprint. .
After running for 20 hours from the start of the test to the stop of the machine, each blanket and the blanket suction box were completely free of stain.
On the other hand, tests were conducted in Comparative Examples 6 and 8, and in 10 days, each blanket and blanket suction box were pitched and the soiling machine was stopped.
[0048]
As a result of Test Example 2, in the system to which the cleaning agent of the present invention was added, the blanket and the blanket suction box were no longer soiled with pitch, so that the time and labor required for maintenance work (such as manual cleaning of the blanket suction box). The significant reduction in papermaking and extended blanket life contributed to increased productivity and significant savings in papermaking equipment costs.
[0049]
【The invention's effect】
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION By the pitch suppressant and pitch suppression method of this invention, the pitch dirt of the equipment of a paper and pulp manufacturing process system, especially the wire part of a newsprint manufacturing process, the roll of a press part, a blanket, and a blanket suction box can be significantly prevented. This has the effect that the productivity of paper and pulp can be improved.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The pitch inhibitor and the pitch suppressing method of the present invention can remarkably prevent pitch contamination of equipment in a paper / pulp manufacturing process, particularly rolls, blankets, and blanket suction boxes of a wire part and a press part in a newsprint manufacturing process. As a result, it is effective in preventing paper breakage due to pitch contamination and preventing paper dust due to transfer of pitch to paper. Furthermore, since the pitch and dirt on the blanket and the blanket suction box have been eliminated, the labor required for repair work (cleaning the blanket suction box manually) has been greatly reduced, and the life of the blanket has been extended. -It has the effect that pulp productivity can be improved. Further, the consumption of the papermaking equipment is suppressed, which can contribute to significant cost reduction.
