Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to recycling of paint, which reprocesses discarded water-containing paint scum and the like and reuses it again as paint.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, painting lines for automobiles, railway vehicles, and other industrial products have often been spray-painted. Paint scum trapped by the water curtain without adhering to the object to be coated is discharged from the discharge pit to the tank as suspended matter or sediment. It was collected and treated as industrial waste of paint waste. However, as an environmental problem, incineration treatment and landfill treatment required technology and equipment to eliminate pollution. Also, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 6-279731, proposals have been made to actively regenerate these paint slags and reuse them as regenerated paints. The method of forcibly solidifying into a molded product by curing with an agent has been complicated, costly and time-consuming.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Conventionally, a method of treating the waste of paint industry, which has an environmental pollution problem, and a method of regenerating a complicated, expensive and time-consuming paint are still ongoing.
The present invention has been made to solve these problems.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has found a very simple method, unlike the method of forcibly solidifying the water-containing paint scum (1) with a resin and a curing agent. That is, the water-containing paint scum (1) contained by the anti-caking agent (3) is heated in advance to within 120 ° C. To prevent the present invention from becoming acidic, an acidic neutralizing agent (13) as a rust inhibitor is added, and a small amount of a surfactant (2) is further added. Upon kneading and stirring, a compounding reaction immediately occurs in this state. As a result, the water-containing paint residue (1) changes into a mass of the recycled paint material (4) in a short time of several minutes. This solid is taken out, and finally, thinners (5), pigments and the like (6) are added and kneaded.
The present invention is a recycled paint having the above configuration.
[0005]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, the aqueous paint residue (1) contained in the anti-caking agent (3) is heated to within 120 ° C., and the acidic neutralizing agent (13) is added thereto. Further, a surfactant (2) is added, and the mixture is placed in a kneading and stirring vessel (9). When the mixture is kneaded under pressure and stirred as shown in FIG. 2, the surfactant (2) combines with the anti-caking agent (3) to peel off the coating film of the water-containing paint residue (1), Is extruded, the anti-caking agent (3) becomes a compound (8) by a compounding reaction with the surfactant (2), and water (7), the compound (8) and the solid are mixed in a kneading and stirring vessel (9). The product is separated into raw material (4). It is characterized in that the recycled coating material (4) is taken out, and if the thinners (5) and the pigment (6) are finally kneaded, it can be reused as a coating.
According to the present invention, the recycled paint raw material (4) tends to be acidic, and if it is reused as a paint, the painted matter is easily rusted. Therefore, it is necessary to add an acid neutralizing agent (13) to eliminate these. There is.
[0006]
【Example】
The present invention has the technical configuration as described above. When carrying out the present invention, the water-containing paint scum (1) collected as shown in FIG. 3 is carried into a hopper, where it is heated and further mixed with an acidic neutralizing agent (13). ) Is added and fed into the kneading and stirring vessel (9). Then, the surfactant (2) is injected and added into the container, and the kneading and stirring are performed by rotating a stirring roll machine. Thus, the solid reclaimed coating material (4) is completed in a very short time. Finally, thinners (5) and pigments (6) are added to the mixture, and the mixture can be reused as a coating simply by kneading.
[0007]
【The invention's effect】
Since water-containing paint slag, which has been difficult to treat, can be repainted in a large amount in a short time in a very simple manner, it contributes to the world as an effective use of industrial waste and environmental recycling.
