Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a cushioning material for packaging, a partitioning material, and other molded paper sheets formed by pressing a paper sheet.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, a partition 51 may be inserted into a box 50 as shown in FIG. The partition 51 is formed by forming ruled lines 53 and 54 on a cardboard paper sheet 52 and folding the paper sheet 52 along the ruled lines 53 and 54 to form a partition wall 55 and a storage section 56.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Such a partition 51 can be easily manufactured, but if there is a variation in the size of the product, a gap is formed between the partition wall 55 and the product, and the product rattles, and sufficient cushioning properties can be obtained. There is no problem.
[0004]
In view of the above, the present invention is intended to produce a molded article excellent in holding property and cushioning of stored articles by press working for plastically deforming a paper sheet.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, in the present invention, a cut is made in a substrate, and a portion forming a rising plate and a folded piece of a partition wall is sequentially formed. To provide a paper sheet molded body bent obliquely downward so as to protrude the folded piece.
[0006]
When this molded article is used as a partition, the product is brought into contact with the folded piece, and the product is stored while pressing the rising plate in the upright direction. Is reliably held, excellent cushioning properties are obtained, and it is possible to cope with a plurality of types of products having different sizes.
[0007]
In addition, since the rising plate and the folded piece form an open angle, a large number of the formed bodies can be stored without being bulky.
[0008]
Further, when a rib is formed in the bent portion at the base end of the rising plate, the rising plate is more reliably supported, the shape retention is improved, and lateral displacement during stacking storage is also prevented.
[0009]
Also, when manufacturing this molded body, if the crease line is inserted slightly off the root of the part to be bent, the paper sheet is prevented from shifting at the time of pressing, so it is possible to bend at the correct position, The tensile force is reduced at the fold line, and the occurrence of wrinkles and tears is also prevented.
[0010]
Further, the rising plate and the folded pieces that are sequentially extended outward from the substrate can be pressed to form a partition wall outside the substrate together with the partition wall inside the substrate by the cut.
[0011]
Furthermore, even when a plurality of partition walls are arranged side by side, the adjacent partition walls are not affected by each other, so that the partition walls can be arranged in a staggered manner.
[0012]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0013]
The partition shown in FIG. 1 uses a corrugated cardboard sheet as a material, and presses a plurality of cuts 2 in the substrate 1 to raise the rising plate 3 of each partition wall 8 at an angle smaller than perpendicular to the substrate 1. Then, the folded piece 4 extending from the upper end is bent obliquely downward so as to protrude, and has a shape in which a rib 5 is formed at a base bent portion of the rising plate 3.
[0014]
In the blank of this partition material, as shown in FIG. 2, a cut 2 is made to form each partition wall 8, and a portion forming the rising plate 3 and the folded piece 4 is formed from the base of the portion to be bent. The fold lines 6 and 7 are slightly shifted. The fold lines 6 and 7 are normally formed as pressed rules, but may be formed as lead rules in which cuts and folds are alternately arranged.
[0015]
When such a blank is sandwiched and pressed between the lower mold L and the upper mold U as shown in FIG. 3, the paper sheet starts to bend along the fold lines 6 and 7 in the initial stage of the press. The sheet is prevented from being displaced and can be bent at an accurate position, the tensile force is reduced at the fold lines 6 and 7, and the occurrence of wrinkles and tears is also prevented.
[0016]
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, since the rising plate 3 and the folded piece 4 form an open angle, a large number of the partitions can be stored without being bulky.
[0017]
Then, as shown in FIG. 5, when the partition is set in the box B and the product C is packed, the product C is brought into contact with the folded piece 4 and the product C is pressed while pressing the rising plate 3 in the rising direction. When stored, the folded piece 4 comes into close contact with the product C due to the elasticity of the bent portion, the product C is securely held, and excellent cushioning properties are obtained.
[0018]
Further, even if the size of the product C varies, the rising plate 3 and the folded piece 4 elastically adhere to the product C, and the products C of each size are held, respectively. Various products C can be assorted without preparation.
[0019]
In the partition shown in FIG. 1, since the ribs 5 are provided, the rising plate 3 is securely supported and shape-retained, and the lateral displacement during the stacking storage is prevented. As shown, even if the rib 5 is omitted, its shape is maintained.
[0020]
In addition, the rising plate 3 may be configured such that the base end portion is once bent downward to stand up, and the turning piece 4 may be configured such that the distal end portion is further bent upward. As a result, the dimensions and cushioning can be adjusted according to the size of the box or the product.
[0021]
As shown in FIG. 7, the partition wall 8 is formed not only by forming the cuts 2 inside the substrate 1 but also extending outside the substrate 1 to form the rising plate 3 and the folded pieces 4. Then, the portion may be formed by pressing.
[0022]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 8, when a plurality of partition walls 8 are arranged side by side, the adjacent partition walls 8 are not affected by each other during pressing, so that the partition walls 8 can be arranged in a staggered manner.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the paper sheet molded body according to the present invention, the rising plate is erected at an angle smaller than the vertical with respect to the substrate by pressing, and the folded sheet is bent obliquely downward so as to protrude. When used as a partition, the folded piece elastically adheres to the stored product, the product is securely held, excellent buffering properties are obtained, and it is possible to handle a plurality of types of products having different sizes.
[0024]
In addition, since the rising plate and the folded piece form an open angle, a large number of the formed bodies can be stored without being bulky.
[0025]
Further, when a rib is formed in the bent portion at the base end of the rising plate, the rising plate is more reliably supported, the shape retention is improved, and lateral displacement during stacking storage is also prevented.
[0026]
Also, in manufacturing this molded body, if the fold line is inserted slightly off the root of the part to be bent, the paper sheet is prevented from shifting at the time of pressing, so it is possible to bend at the correct position, The tensile force is reduced at the fold line, and the occurrence of wrinkles and tears is also prevented.
[0027]
Further, the rising plate and the folded pieces that are sequentially extended outward from the substrate can be pressed to form a partition wall outside the substrate together with the partition wall inside the substrate by the cut.
[0028]
Furthermore, even when a plurality of partition walls are arranged side by side, the adjacent partition walls are not affected by each other, so that the partition walls can be arranged in a staggered manner.
